Killers Baby Girl

Summary: Happy Lowman - The Tacoma Killer, club Enforcer, ruthless man - never wanted family of his own others did. All he needed was his club and his mom. He wanted to do the one thing he liked to do most in life; kill for his club. On a trip to Charming Happy is asked to pull off a job killing James O'neily, a favour for the Irish. But not everything goes according to plan and that one kill will end up being the best thing that ever happened to him..

.

A/N: The story won't always be so serious and dark, I promise! This is important because it shapes how Bramty acts and the way she is in the second and third part of the three part series. This one is the shortest because it's just her younger years and explaining how she found her family and home.

Thank you for the reviews! I like hearing that others like reading my story as much as I do! If you like this one I suggest reading the start of my story 'Outlook on life' it isn't finished and I've only uploaded a few chapters but after I finish this one I'll be updating that story.

Chapter 12

"Happy, brother we need to talk" Kozik said eyeing Happy who simply glared and grunted in annoyance, always the silent stoic type. Kozik was getting seriously annoyed at this point, Hap's his best friend but secrets like this... the man should have said something!

Not that any of this was Happy's fault, it still could have been prevented if the club had known he had a kid in the fucking first place!

Shaking his head angrily Kozik sighed looking over at Tig who stood up and walked over to them and grabbed Happy by the arm hauling him to his feet and into an empty examination room. They needed to talk.

Tig and Kozik may not get along ever since the incident 5 years ago and they may hate each other now, but they're both the only real friends Happy Lowman has. Their disagreements were pushed aside as soon as they saw their brother needed their help.

Kozik sighed again, he was fucking pissed off that someone had hurt this little girl and he didn't even have to of met her before to be mad about a thing like that. He couldn't imagine how Happy was feeling seeing as she was Happy's damn kid!

Having seen the little girl stand up to the sick fuckers who took her made even him proud, especially when Happy told them that she knows everything about the club; their business deals, what they do, who they are... full disclosure. Keeping your mouth shut wasn't a easy thing to do and for such a small child who was hurt so badly - Kozik couldn't help but be proud of the girl.

But like Tig had pointed out earlier, something wasn't sitting right with why Happy - one of their most loyal brothers - would keep something like that a secret and not even telling either of them. Happy Lowman isn't a stupid man and he would of had someone in Charming know about her and her mom if he wasn't hiding something else.

"This why for the past 4 and a half years you've been sketchy with those calls and coming up here to visit your mom? Why you took off when we pulled into the gas station?" Kozik asked trying to rein in the anger that wasn't really directed at Happy at all, more the situation.

Happy looked up at him, the glare fading slightly before a pained look crossed the man's usually stoic and blank face. Happy nodded, "Yeah, man... that's why"

Tig sighed this time, "Why didn't you say shit to anyone that you had a kid? Do you got an Old Lady too?" the curly hairs SAA asked or more demanded.

"I didn't say anything cause technically she ain't my kid" Happy looked like the idea physically hurt to think about.

Kozik frowned confused, he wasn't following this explanation at all and from the look on Tig's face the SAMCRO SAA was just as confused. "You need to explain this shit to us brother, can't help if we don't know shit"

Happy nodded, "You remember a little over 4 years ago when I did that job for the Irish and some little ki-"

"She's not your blood" Tig said interrupting Happy who winced at the statement but nodded. Kozik had never seen Happy show this much emotion so clearly before. Happy obviously loved this little girl cause if he didn't the man wouldn't be a mess right now.

"I remember giving you shit for that" Kozik murmured with wide eyes as he realised exactly who's kid this was. This little girl was the one who'd witnessed Happy killing some Irish asshole and instead of freaking asked him to walk her home... He knew Happy didn't like kids at all, but Kozik wasn't surprised that this one who didn't blink at murder would be the one Happy actually liked.

"Clay had me watching the house, it was supposed to be for just a week to make sure. The day I show up, I'm siting across the street..." Kozik and Tig just listened in slight shock as to how it came to be that this little 8 year old girl was calling Happy fucking Lowman dad.

Kozik just had to laugh when Happy finally finished telling the story. "I don't even know what to say brother"

Happy smirked and nodded, "But not only did Jax make it clear everyone was to steer clear of Bramty, her fucking mom won't sign shit over to me cause she wants to keep pimping out her daughter" the smirk and amusement on all their faces faded fast with the realisation of the home they were sending this little girl back to.

Kozik had been in the room when that Katherine bitch had told them that Happy's little girl takes sick fuckers dick and gives blowjobs to help the bitch get money when Happy isn't around to stop it. It made him sick to think about. He couldn't imagine how Happy was feeling right now though cause it had to be worse for Hap especially if the bitch wasn't gonna let them just take the kid.

"We can kill the bitch!" Tig suggested nodding enthusiastically at his own idea. Tig's father had hit him when he was a kid and while Tig didn't care about many people, hurting kids, innocent women and animals were likely the only things that crossed the line for crazy man.

"Can't" Happy shook his head, "I would of done it a long time ago but we kill Katherine then Bramty goes into the system and likely to a home just as fucked up"

They all sighed, Happy had a point. If Bramty went into the system the state could send her anywhere and nobody was likely to make Happy Lowman a foster parent. What would they do for home inspections, look around the clubhouse? his dorm room? "We need to think of some way to get Katherine sign something"

"Ain't gonna tell Jax" Happy insisted, "As much as he's an alright brother he has a stick up his ass about anyone willing to kill without question. Me, Tig, Clay... Jax'll take this opportunity if he finds out and you know it"

Kozik didn't know, he hadn't been in the Charming clubhouse long since he usually avoided Tig but even he had sensed some tensions - just didn't know what it was all about.

Tig nodded running a hand through his hair, "He's right Kozik. Everything aside, we tell Jax who Bramty is and that she isn't Hap's blood he'll be fucking pissed and wont back down. He'll see it as a way to punish Clay"

Kozik sighed, "I'll call Juice and you call Unser, maybe Rosen if you think he'll let it slide without telling Clay?"

Tig nodded ready to leave but Hap stopped them, "Don't call Juice. Call Donut"

"HE KNOWS!?" Kozik was shocked when Happy nodded, it made some sense though. Donut wasn't going to go against someone who made the young patched member feel like he was gonna shit his pants with just one look and Donut is into all that hacking shit.

Kozik swallowed down his pride that wanted to be pissed he hadn't known and nodded... the priority here was making sure this little girl who protected a club she had no involvement in, didn't go back to a home to be abused for the rest of her life by a junkie whore who doesn't give two shits about her own blood.

.

Tara met them in the hallway dressed in her green scrubs and a tense look on her face as the three of them approached. Tig smirked and eyed her in the way he knew made the woman uncomfortable. Tara has been Jax's old lady since high school, the two got married as soon as they were 18 and she popped out Abel and is pregnant with the next one now. She may be technically family within the club and he'd never make it obvious he didn't like her, but he didn't like her at all. Not at all.

The club is everything to him and she isn't very friendly with the club and he has no doubt that if Jax was killed she'd turn her back on them all.

"The little girl's sleeping right now and I don't know if you guys should be-" Tara started and Tig smirked wider when she stuttered as Happy's glare landed on her. "Yeah, alright, this way" she relented leading them down a few hallways until they walked to a room with a glass window allowing them to see inside.

Tig looked through the window as the child turned in her sleep curling herself into a ball. Happy barged through the doors and walked around to the kids side of the bed before pulling up the spare chair.

He and Kozik both shuffled into the room with Tara behind them as the little girl opened her huge green eyes looking up at Happy. "Daddy!" she yelled grabbing Happy's neck and pulling the killer into her arms as she clung to him.

Tig felt his eyes go wide when Happy not only let the child cling to him - this being the man who didn't even like his brothers touching him unless it was to fight - But Happy held her tight climbing onto the bed beside her and settling the little girl on top of his chest.

"You did so good, baby girl" Happy kissed the girls forehead and for the first time ever Tig watched a flash of fear cross the killers face as he looked down at the child's bruised face and neck marked with a large hand prints.

Despite it all this the little green eyed girl seemed like she was just happy to see her father, "I missed you" she smiled at Happy.

Happy smiled but the pain in the killers eyes was clear as day as he kissed the girls forehead again, "Missed you too Bramty. Are you feeling okay?"

Bramty nodded and rested her forehead on Happy's chest as Tara cleared her throat and picked up the medical chart off the end of the bed. They all looked at her waiting. She shuffled awkwardly on her spot and sighed, "Overall she'll make a full physical recovery... the stab wounds in her legs might scar but it'll be a scar that fades over the years. Uh, she needs to drink lots of water and sleep for a good day before she should go back to school or anything. But-"

When Tara stopped talking and dropped her eyes to the floor Tig stiffened, standing a little straighter knowing exactly what was coming next. They had seen the bruises on her thighs too high up for them to have been caused by anything but some sick mother fucker abusing this girl!

It made his blood boil just thinking about a kid getting hurt like that!

Tara sighed, "But when she's older and she starts her period she needs to come here and get checked out. The damage done to her uterus is... I'm so sorry" a tear slipped down Tara's cheek as she looked at the little girl who was watching the doctor with a blank face. "The internal damage scarred over the years. Happy this has been happening for a long time, some of the scar tissue is permanently damaged from something so brutal I-" Tara choked on a sob and the pregnancy hormones really weren't helping the Killah calm down right now.

Tig sighed, "What does it mean doc?" he prompted firmly trying to get her to focus again. She had been a crying mess during the time she was pregnant with Abel too and right now wasn't the time for it.

Tara sniffled, "Well, It means if it doesn't heal properly she might not be able to have children... it'll need to be checked in a few years after seeing how the tissue inside her heals up"

"Thanks Doc" Kozik gave Tara a comforting smile before leading her out of the room and shutting the door behind Tara. "Shit, brother we gotta make sure she isn't going back to that bitc-woman" he said choosing his words carefully in front of the girl who was silently watching them.

The room was silent for a long minute before Happy breathed out, "Oh, Holy fucking shit Bramty" with a sharp bark that made both Tig and Kozik jump slightly. Bramty however, smiled softly and snuggled her face into Happy's chest.

There was NO fucking WAY that kid wasn't scared shitless of the man that had even him a little nervous sometimes! Tig couldn't even believe it!

"Does Katherine know I'm here?" Bramty asked softly and Tig frowned not sure who Katherine was but suspected it might be the girls mother. He hadn't called his father dad growing up, he'd called him by his fuckers first name too.

"Why the hell does that bitch matter?" Happy's tone was harsh and Tig gave the killah a disapproving look. This girl had been through enough, she didn't need to be yelled at and especially not by a guy as mean looking as Happy. When the girl said nothing Happy frowned, "Bramty?" prompting the girl didn't work either cause she only stared blankly up at Happy not acknowledging he'd even asked her anything.

Happy picked the girl up off his chest and turned her so she was sitting in his lap facing him.

Kozik was the first to sigh when Happy's first reaction was to glare at the little girl. Tig knew Happy wasn't the best at dealing with his emotions and the only ones they ever really got to see on the man was anger and a murderous rage. This was no different.

"Uh, Hap? brother the girl might be a little traumatised" Kozik added obviously trying to diffuse the situation when they spotted Happy's fucking angry glare trained on the girl.

"Don't bullshit me Bramty. What the hell happened? huh? you lied and told me you were fine" Happy hissed still glaring at the girl.

Shaking his head Tig stepped forward, he knew Happy wouldn't hit the kid and that his brother loved Bramty but it didn't mean he should be glaring at a traumatised girl. She probably didn't even understand that what was being done to her wasn't normal. Tig remembered it taking him a while to figure out his father was abusing him by beating him up and to figure out it wasn't normal. Just cause someone tells you they'll protect you doesn't make a child so used to that shit fully realise they'll protect you against your own parents when your that young.

It's not a logical thing despite how simple it can sound and Tig knew that all too well.

"Enough for now Hap" Tig warned stepping up to the side of the bed only to pause and raise both brows when he realised the little green eyed girl was glaring right the fuck back at Happy. And fuck if it wasn't just as mean of a glare too!

Tig was more than a little impressed.

They both ignored him as they glared at each other and Tig smirked seeing that this little kid had a hell of a glare that even rivalled the killers! If Happy hadn't of just told him that Bramty wasn't his blood, Tig would have said that it was the Lowman in the girl that gave her a glare like that.

"Bramty" Happy growled

"There wasn't anything you could do about it" the girl dismissed and Tig was shocked never having heard someone be so indifferent to Happy fucking Lowman's anger.

"Like fuck! I would have come here and killed the fucker, Bramty! But you knew that, so why didn't you tell me? How often did it happen and what the fuck did they do to you?" Happy demanded and the little girl huffed sitting in silence not ready to give in obviously.

Bramty huffed again and sighed loudly, "I don't know!"

Happy sighed, his glare fading away but confusion and concern written on his face as clear as day, "I told you I'd protect you"

Bramty nodded, "I know. But, It's just, the customers were there before you were and so was mom... i don't even remember the first time cause I was a baby. It wasn't just one person to deal with, it was so many people I don't even know a number! I just don't know. I don't know" she sighed struggling to come up with an explanation and Tig wasn't the only one to notice because Happy just nodded accepting what she had said and held her close.

"I ain't gonna let it happen again, baby girl" Happy assured her and she snuggled into Happy's chest not taking long before those green eyes closed and she fell asleep.
