It just so happens that he's also Mio's master in certain areas.
What's up everyone. I hope you guys enjoyed the last chapter. Rias Kissing Naruto I know came out of nowhere, but it was something that I've had in mind for a while. And Like I keep saying I don't like Rias so for me to do that shows that I'm at least willing to push past what I would have don't in the past, because like many people asked I would have done something to fuck Rias's world up at that point. But that's neither here nor there.

Chapter 12: A favor returned.
Location: Tokyo. Shinjuju District
Place: Nasure Manor, Naruto's room

What the FUCK!
Naruto's eyes widened as a person that he highly disliked was locking lips with him! While he was always coregal to her thanks to her position as the Clan Heiress, he knew better then to piss her off, as he was just a servant of the clan and not even the main family. Naruto grabbed Rias by her arms and flipped them over making sure to pin her.
"What the hell Rias!?" asked Naruto.
Rias looked at Naruto and he could see the desperation in her eyes. "Please Naruto I need this!" said Rias.
Naruto grit his teeth as his demonic aura flared. "Giving your first time to someone you love? Fine! Using your body for the upper hand in a deal? Fine! A one night stand because of boardam and shit like that I understand! but not throwing yourself at someone, especially someone who dislikes you because your desperate!"
Rias opened her mouth to speak, but stopped as a circle appeared on the ground. A circle he knew quite well. Naruto off of Rias and fell to a knee. Rias sighed as a person appeared out of the circle. The person in question was quite beautiful. Standing at 5'10 with large D-cup breasts, back-length silver hair that features a long braid on each side with small blue bows at the ends, while the rest is let down which ends in twin braids and red eyes, wearing a blue and white French maid outfit with long sleeves and a white maid headband over her head with red lipstick as a cosmetic accessory.
"Really Rias your here with the [Queen] of your future political rival? You realize Sirzechs is going to be terribly disappointed," said Grayfia before she turned to Naruto with a mild glare. "Naruto I know I trained you and Akeno to be better [Queens] then this,"
Naruto balled up his fist and glared at Grayfia. "It's not like I was expecting this Grayfia-sensei. I was just as shocked to find Rias in my room and sealing my door with her magic," said Naruto.
It was at that moment that the door to Naruto's room was blown off its hinges by a strong gust of wind. Rushing into the room was Mio followed by Maria and Yuki on wither side of her with Zest and Kurumi bringing up the rear.
"You have a lot of nerves coming into my territory and sealing the doors in my own Satan damned house Rias!" growled out Mio her demonic aura almost visible in her rage as random spots in the room imploded.
Rias rose off the bed and looked at Grayfia with some sass in her stance. "Let me be clear on this Grayfia my virtue is mine to do with as I please. Even if I wish to give it to a human," said Rias before turning to Mio. "As far as why I'm here in your territory I was cashing in my favor with Naruto,"
"That is no excuse Rias-sama," said Zest speaking up before her master could. "Forgive me if I overstep my boundaries, but you have invaded the territory of Mio-sama. Were it not for the fact that you were cousins and you had an open favor with Naruto-sama, then we would have been forced to attack and possibly kill you," [1]
"Are you going to allow one of your to speak to me like that little cousin?" asked Rias crossing her arms under her breasts.
"No Rias she's right. Aside from the fact that Naruto and Akeno try to keep in touch and travel between our territories we can't just enter each others domains without prior notice or consent. It makes matters harder for me since you have to share your territory with Sona," said Mio.
Grayfia looked at Rias, before turning and picking up her clothes. And putting Rias shirt over her. "Noted, but you are the next Head of Gremory. Try to have some respect for yourself," said Grayfia before turning to Mio who was seething. "I apologize for coming here unannounced Lady Mio,"
Mio seemed to calm down a bit, before sighing. "That's fine Grayfia, but I need you and Rias to leave my territory posthaste," said Mio all but demanding it.
"Very well," said Grayfia. "Come along Rias we must talk about this,"
"If we must leave, then let us go to my headquarters. I must also call Akeno if that is alright with you," said Rias.
"But of course. It is only right for a queen to be with her king in moments like this," said Grayfia.
"Before we go. Naruto as you haven't fulfilled your favor this won't count, but I'll need you, Mio, and one other person to come to Kuoh on Monday. As I have done this he is going to be made away and well all know that he won't take this laying down," said Rias.
Mio narrowed her eyes. "Noted," said Mio.
Grayfia and Rias vanished. Naruto looked between the girls and his door, before sighing in annoyance.
"Great now I have to fix that," said Naruto as he summoned a clone.
"Are you alright Naruto-kun?" asked Mio.
"I'm fine, but with how desperate she was to get me bang her and with her sealing the door. I'm guessing that KFC came calling," said Naruto.
Mio bit her lip. "Then we better get ready. I can already tell that the Gremory territory is going to be ablaze with rumors and the like soon,"

Monday came all too soon for the group. As Mio and Naruto would be heading to Kuoh and decided to take Zest with them. When it came to political skills she had the best among all of Mio's pieces. Mio opened a circle and teleported them all to the appointed place where the meeting would take place. Upon arrival in the room they all quickly wished to leave. Sitting next to Rias was her fiancee. The third son of the main Phenex Clan and infamous up and comer in the rating game scene Riser Phenex or KFC as Naruto knew him.
Riser was a handsome young man. Stand at 6'3" short blond hair and dark blue eyes, wearing a burgundy blazer with gold embroidery on the right with matching pants and black dress shoes. Underneath his open blazer is a white dress shirt that is not fully buttoned, giving a slight view to his chest.
Riser smiled as he looked at Mio. "Why if it isn't the Princess of Gravity herself! Riser was wondering if you would come and support the union between Riser and Rias," said Riser, talking in the third person.
Mio looked at Riser with a glare. "I came because your fiancee tired to use a favor my [queen] owed her to hopefully break the marriage contract," said Mio.
Riser frowned as he looked at Naruto. "And did you defile my Rias Lowborn?" asked Riser.
Naruto snorted. "Don't give Rias a bigger ego then she already has KFC. I don't want to touch Rias aside from knocking her teeth out," said Naruto.
Rias and Riser glared at Naruto for his words, but at least to Rias Riser was getting it just as bad.
"Well it's good you know your place. And Riser must admit that you are quite a handsome man. Rias could have done worse when she looked for a lover. Had she given herself to you the consequences for not only Rias, but the Gremory Clan would have been extreme. However boy I must ask you to refrain from speaking about your betters that way Lowborn," said Riser.
Naruto glared at Riser. "Don't make me kick your ass KFC. We both know that I'm not so weak to allow even a High Class asshole to speak to me like I'm some child," said Naruto as his left hand sparked in annoyance, a clear sign of a challenge.
"That's enough Naruto," said Mio acting in her official capacity as his master.
"Of crouse Lady Mio," said Naruto bowing to Mio, at least to keep up appearances to the others.
Okay he hated Rias, but this jackass was a close second. Naruto had met Riser during the original announcement. By then he was 13 and already traded to Mio with Akeno becoming Rias's queen. Maria had already become Mio's [Rook] at her request. Riser was already a smug asshole, but Naruto became quite annoyed when he tired to get Akeno and Maria for his Peerage, which was still lacking a [knight], a [bishop], and a [Rook] at the time. It was probably one of the strongest blasts of lightning he had unleashed. Of course Riser played it off, but Naruto knew that he had hurt the flaming chicken.
"Hey pal you shouldn't talk to people like that!" said Issei.
"Oh and who are you lowborn?" asked Riser.
"Hyoudou Issei. The Proud [Pawn] of Rias Gremory a future Harem master," said Issei holding up his left arm.
Mio, Naruto, and Zest looked at Issei as if he really just introduced himself as such. At that point Mio and the others stayed out of it as Riser summoned his Peerage, Proceeded to make out with his Queen while taunting Issei, and claiming that Issei would never have the same level of power as Riser. It was when he began to speak about Rias as if she was an object and sent his [pawn] to attack Issei that Zest stepped in. For a [Rook] Zest was surprising fast able to move at almost the same speed as new born [Knight] using only a quarter of his speed. She stopped the staff right before it hit Issei. Issei looked at the staff.
"As we are a neutral party it is not my place interfere in the affairs of two other Peerages. However with my [King] here, any violence could be seen as a threat to her and I must protect her at all costs," said Zest allowing her own magic to flare.
"That is enough all of you. If this continue I will have no choice but to step in," said Grayfia.
Riser looked at Grayfia and raised his hands in the air with a smirk. "Even Riser knows better then to go against the words of the person titled the Strongest Queen," said Riser.
"So we are at an impasse as to where to go from here. Rias-sama won't marry you and you Riser-sama are amendment that the marriage happen within the month. I have been granted the authority to authorize a rating game should negotiations break down," said Grayfia.
Everyone's eyes widened at this with only Asia and Issei being confused. Kiba and Koneko quickly filled them in on how a rating game worked. Mio wanted to speak, but Zest stopped her. This wasn't her fight and should stay out of it. A time and date had been established. Rias would be given 10 days to train her Peerage for the Rating game and since it would be her first rating game Riser gave her home field advantage.
It was after this that Riser and his peerage left leaving Rias with her group as well as Mio and her pieces. Grayfia left soon after to speak to the powers that be that a Rating Game space would need to be prepared.
"That could have gone better," said Rias leaning back in her chair.
"What did you nearly get us mixed up in Rias?" asked Mio.
"Mio-sama please don't get mad at Rias-sama. She was desperate to break the contract," said Akeno taking up for her best friend and [King]
Mio glared at Akeno. "Desperate enough to allow herself to be exiled and a quarter off the Gremory treasure and territory given to the Phenex Clan if Naruto-kun had slept with her!" yelled Mio.
The room froze as everyone looked at Rias. No one knew the full details of the contract that was signed by the Duke Gremory and Marquis Phenex, but it was safe to say that there were heavy penalties on both sides for breath of Contract. For Mio to come out and say what she said meant that she had seen the contract.
Rias didn't look anywhere but her cousin. "What would you have done in my place?" said Rias quietly.
Mio seemed to deflate a bit. "I don't know, but I would have never risked our families position for my own desires," said Mio.
Rias nodded at her cousin. "Then don't speak on something you have no idea about. But there is something I need from you," said Rias
"What is it?" asked Mio.
"I need Naruto-kun for the training of my Peerage," said Rias.
"What!?" yelled Mio before stomping forward and slamming her hands on the desk. "I refused to allow you to use Naruto-kun as you see fit Rias!"
"You can relax. I'm only using my final favor. Win or lose you can consider Naruto-kun in good standing with me," said Rias glaring at Mio.
"Fine," said Naruto as Mio looked at him. "But I need to do something, I need to bring an ally with me,"
"An ally?" asked everyone.
Naruto nodded. "A recent ally. She's only been that for a few days now, but it's better to have her on our side then not," said Naruto.
"She!?" asked Mio rising an eyebrow.
"Hasegawa-sensei is more then just an ordinary nurse it seems," said Naruto
Mio narrowed her eyes. "Tell me everything," said Mio.
Naruto looked at Mio and gulped. It was probably a good idea to omit the fact that he had sex with their teacher. Otherwise it would be quite painful for him.

10 days wasn't a lot of time. Thanks to her connections Rias was able to get her club excused for the next ten days claiming that they were going on a join field trip with another occulet group from Hijigazaka Academy. Thankfully it was a clever cover. It wasn't as easy for Naruto and Chisato, especially on such short notice. Chisato managed to memory charm the Princepl into thinking she was taking a vacation. Were's Naruto claimed to be sick with a case of pneumonia.
Currently Ria's group stood across from Naruto and Chisato at the base of mountain, but with two additions that Naruto wasn't expecting. It was two girls, both carrying kendo bokkens. The first girl was about the same height as Asia with Brown hair in two ponytails held back by two red ribbons and hazel eyes. Her best feature was her breasts. The other girl had pink hair with a white hair band holding all but a single strand of hair back. Her best feature was her thighs.
The girls looked at Naruto in awe, before they both ran up to him.
"I can't believe Naruto-senpai is a Devil too!" yelled the pink haired girl.
Naruto raised an eyebrow at her. "Um what?" asked Naruto.
"Sorry Naruto-senpai, but we're big fans of yours," said Koneko.
"Who are these girls?" asked Chisato feeling a bit of jealously as these little girls got close to Naruto.
"These two are my closely guarded secret and hopefully a way to tip the scale in my fight with Riser. I reincarnated them after they both died in a stray devil attack two weeks ago when they asked me for a way to protect themselves and their families from such threats in the future. I'd like you to meet my newest pawns. Murayama and Katase. Or the Kendo sisters of Kuoh Academy. Murayama is the Brown haired girl and Katase is the Pink haired girl. While we're on the subject who are you?" said Rias eyeing the woman before her. (1)
Chisato moved her hair out of her face. "My name is Chisato. You could say that I'm Naruto's personal angel," said Chisato.
Chisato raised her hand and blocked a blast of lighting. She looked at Akeno who was smiling and licking her lips. Chisato raised an eyebrow at her goddaughter.
"Please re-frame from calling yourself my little brother's angel. Otherwise I'll introduce to a world of pleasure that could kill you," said Akeno.
"That's enough," said Naruto getting between the girls. "We have to get to the top of the villa. According to the map it's a 3 mile walk.
"3 miles!" yelled Issei. "That will take us all day!"
Naruto looked at Issei. " Suck it up pervert. It's not that far. That's a little over an hour walk. With all our stuff maybe two (2)
Naruto turned and began to walk up the trail with Chisato on his heels. The others began to follow after Naruto. The next hour was going to suck for many of them.

Once the group arrived at the Villa Issei, Asia, Murayama and Katase, all feel to the ground or on their knees in various states of exhaustion. Naruto looked at them all. He had keep all this information in mind when he was looking at them all. Asia and Issei he wasn't so shocked about. He already knew that Issei was weak without the Boosted gear, while Asia was a non-combatent that focused entirely on Support/Healing magic. Murayama and Katase were the surprises. While Katase was less exhausted then her friend, she was still panting hard. Clearly an endurance issue.
"So Rias what do you plan on doing?" asked Naruto.
Rias looked at Naruto and crossed her arms under her breasts. "I was going to give them an hour to rest before we get started. I was going to send Asia with Akeno to learn some spells, while Kiba works with Murayama and Katase, and Koneko helps Issei with his hand to hand combat," said Rias.
Naruto nodded to this. "I can agree with most of it, but I want Issei and Asia for the midnight," said Naruto.
"Why?" asked Rias.
"I have a special training in mind for Issei, while Chisato-sensei can work with Asia as she is quite skilled in healing and support magic, but she also has to learn to be able to defend herself to a degree," said Naruto. I'll be making use of the Basement," said Naruto.
"What about the rest of us?" asked Murayama. The brown haired bust beauty had hoped that she would learn sword skills from her sempai.
Unlike the rest of you who have some type of experience I'm basically working from scratch with Issei. In the time I have with him and Asia I'm going to have to create a foundation and work though it to make him at least a capable [Pawn]. Unitl midnight no one is allowed in the basement," said Naruto.
"What are you planning Naruto?" asked Rias.
"10 days isn't a lot of time when your preparing for war, but in that ten days i'm going to take you from a guaranteed loss, to a 60/40 chance of victory," said Naruto.
"Why only 60/40? You don't believe in us?" asked koneko with narrowed eyes.
Naruto shuck his head. "You misunderstand. 60 in your favor. Asia, Issei come with me," said Naruto.
Rias looked on as she looked at Naruto and his 'angel' took Issei and Asia into the basement, before shutting the door and sealing it against her. Rias frowned at this. She knew that this was for the best to allow Issei to gain what he needed to be effective, but that didn't mean she had to like it.

Place: Gremory summer Villa, Basement.

Naruto, Issei, Asia, and Chisato walked into the basement that had been modified for training purposes. Instead of a standard basement it was it's own pocket dimension that was several miles wide and resembled a rocky desert. Near the entrance of the basement was a small house that could be used. Thanks to magics that Naruto wasn't familiar with it followed the Day night cycle.
"Alright Naruto-senpai what is this training that I'm going to get?" asked Issei almost egar to train with Naruto.
Naruto folded his arms as he looked at Issei. "First things first I have to tell you there were my sister not in danger or Rias having called in her favor... I wouldn't be doing this right now. Personally Issei while I have no ill will towards you. I honestly have no reason to like you either. You are a pervert and the only reason you've reigned in your perverted ways is because of Sweet little Asia here. What she sees in you is beyond me," said Naruto.
Asia blushed and looked away from Naruto and Issei. She had basically been adopted into the Hyoudou family as their daughter. Asia already knew that she and Issei shared a powerful connection. She was sure that they were made to be together as intended by God- OW- and his will. She was also well aware of Issei's desire to take several lovers in the future, but she was fine with that. She would love him regardless. But at the same time Issei had pulled back on what she knew were his more immoral desired. Simply because he didn't want her corrupted at all. (3)
Issei grit his teeth. "Who the hell are you to look down on me!" asked Issei.
"In the world of Devils power is king. Here in this barrier world I'm the guy who has the power to do anything I want. By all rights I could have my way with Asia and Chisato and make you watch. You couldn't stop me if you wanted to," said Naruto.
Issei glared at Naruto. "As if I'd let you lay a hand on Asia!" growled Issei as his eyes glowed crimson.
Naruto made a note of this. Apparently Issei's passive Devil powers took Anger or passion to bring out. He could work with that.
Naruto continued on as if he never heard Issei speak. "When your on my level perv then you can talk shit like that, especially if you can back it up. Several devils can and would do that very thing I just said just to spite you. And if you were nothing but a weak little pervert then how would you stop me," said Naruto.
"So what if I'm a pervert!? I'm doing this for Rias-sama and the rest of the club! My desire to help my friends is all I need in this fight!" growled Issei.
Naruto tilted his head to the side. "Admirable, but not when you don't even know your enemy," said Naruto as he reached into his pocket dimension and summoned his book, before choosing a page and handing it to Issei.

Naruto shuck his head with his eyes closed. "No to show you what you could become if you ever lose your resolve, lose that thing that makes you human. Riser may be a Phenex, but in my eyes he's an honorless dog. He's worse then trash. While Devils do form harems because of their nature for power and females willingly giving themselves to powerful men in hopes of strong children, that's not love. Satans it's not even lust Issei. That's simple greed at it's core. In combat a devil's natural Sin can give them a boost in power if they learn how to harness it correctly. In your case as well as Riser's that natural sin is lust," said Naruto.
"So what your going to train me in how to use my lust. No offensive dude, but your missing the two things I like. Boobs and Virginia," said Issei with a hard edge to his voice.
"Shut up idiot," said Naruto glaring at Issei. "First there's nothing wrong with liking the same sex. Hell Serafall Leviathan, basically the queen of Devils is a Hardcore lesbian. She's known for only taking female lovers despite the Council's wishes of her siring a powerful child and The head of R&D for Devils is Bi. But that's neither here nor there. I'm not going to train your lust for flesh. I'm going to train your lust for combat and blood. Ddraig,"
The boosted gear appeared. "What is it holder of Byhilder?"
"Do not activate and keep Issei from summoning you," said Naruto.
The Gauntlet went silent for a moment. "Very well, but don't go to far or I will be forced to step in," said Ddraig as he vanished off of Issei's arm
Issei's eyes widened as he looked at his arm. "What the hell Ddraig?" thought Issei as he felt the Boosted gear seemingly vanish.
It was always there just under his skin. Always in case he needed it, but now... Now he couldn't feel. It felt like the time before he became a devil and became aware of Ddraig.
"Why would you do that?" asked Asia in confusion.
Naruto looked at Asia. "Issei has gotten by so far on instant and pure dumb luck alone. He has nearly no magical potential and while he has a decent amount of strength for a recently reincarnated devil, he's far weaker then either Murayama or Katase who were both reincarnated less then 2 weeks ago with one pawn, while Issei has six in his body. Not to mention that Issei can't fight worth a damn," said Naruto
"So what's the plan then Himejima-sempai?" asked Issei as he clenched his right fist.
"Trial by fire," said Naruto as he removed his shirt. "Chisato-chan set the time to six months and then can you start on Asia's training,"
Chisato nodded to Naruto. "Very Well Naruto-kun," said Chisato.
She pulled her hands apart and activated her own special magic, covering the entire basement in its own personal space-time. Thanks to her special brand of Space-time magic she could turn a night into a year, but she had to be VERY careful as even though time was only moving a day outside the group inside the bubble could still age quite rapidly. Even though they were all supernatural beings that would live hundreds if not thousands of years, no one wanted to move to far ahead in time. (4) [2]
Naruto cracked his knuckles. "For the next two months for eight hours a day I'm going to beat you into shape, and teach you how to fight with your chosen brawling style," said Naruto.
Naruto walked up to Issei and pointed to his face. Issei looked confused the juster.
"Don't stand there like a training dummy. Hit me with your best shot!" yelled Naruto.
Issei jumped back slightly at this. He balled up his left fist, pulled all the way back and throw a punch at Naruto. Naruto took the punch his head barely moving an inch. Issei looked on in worry seeing this. Issei was pretty strong and he knew that his hit harder with his left hand then his right, but for Naruto not to move an inch worried him. Naruto copied Issei and fired his left fist at Issei. The hit struck true and Issei felt his nose break as he was sent flying into a boulder. Once he hit the boulder it exploded into Pieces, covering the Red Dragon in a smokescreen
"Ise-kun!" yelled Asia in fear for her crushes life.
"Don't worry he's not dead. Hell I'm surprised that he's not out cold," Said Naruto glaring at the spot where Issei was.
The smoke cleared showing Issei sitting in a pile of rubble blood dripping from his face. Issei looked at Naruto his vision swimming. He pulled himself out and staggered forward two steps before Naruto vanished from sight and appeared next to Issei, before punching him in the ribs. Issei screamed as two of his ribs broke, Issei double over in pain. Naruto followed this up by hitting Issei with a double fist sending him to the ground.
"Damn... I can't even keep up with this guy." thought Issei.
"I asked Rias and Akeno about your fight with Raynare," said Naruto making Issei glare at him. "You were sloppy, got hurt early in the fight, ignored your surroundings, and put every last one of your comrades in danger. And your weakness to follow though and kill Rayanre shows that your heart is still fully human. Before you joined the ranks of the supernatural you've never been in a fight, you've never struggled, and you've never had high expectations placed on you. That is your weakness," said Naruto
"That's not fair Himejima-sempai," said Issei. "I had only just become a reincarnated devil.
Naruto turned around and kicked Issei in the jaw shattering it into pieces as well as sending him skidding across the ground. Issei barely managed to get to his feet, before Naruto appeared in front of him and kneed him in the face breaking his nose. Asia turned away from the brutal display that just happened! Even Chisato felt that that one had a little more of a personal touch to it then was needed.
"DON'T TALK TO ME ABOUT FAIR ISSEI! Was it fair that Kurumi and Yuki were excommunicated from the Hero Clan because they refused to marry a man they didn't love all for the sake of baring children!? Was it fair that Zest was sold into slavery by her own mother for table change when she was but a child!? Was it fair that my father left us to handle business that took him away from us for MONTHS!? Those were the last words Issei heard before he slipped into unconsciousness.

Rias awoke from her slumber as she looked at the time. It was barely 5 in the morning, but she had to get up and prepare the things for everyone for the days training. Since Rias had used her favor for Naruto to train them for the entire 10 days it wouldn't hurt to have him help everyone with their training. Who knows, maybe she would get to clear the air between them.
Rias walked out of her room and made way way to the courtyard. While she was only in a pair of panties and a see though pink robe she didn't plan on being out long enough for others to see her. As she took the first steps into the night air the cool crisp air tickled her skin and sent pleasant shivers down her spine. She took a seat on a railing and looked out at the stars. Rias allowed her mind to wonder, just allowing it to roam free over everything and nothing.
"Admiring the stars tonight Rias Rias-sama?" came a voice behind her.
Rias turned and looked at Naruto as he stood there. He was wearing a pair of orange workout pants and a black muscle shirt, over his shoulders was a towel. He also looked slightly different. His hair was slightly longer.
"I wasn't aware that you all exited the basement already," said Rias speaking the truth as everyone oneelse was asleep by 2300hrs.
Naruto shrugged. "We finished and I sent Issei and Asia to bed. Those two are quite close," said Naruto.
Rias smiled. "Asia and Issei are good for each other. I personally believe that She would make a good Queen for Issei one day," said Rias.
"You didn't answer my question," said Naruto.
"I couldn't sleep. I always forget that the view from the human world is so beautiful compared to the purple skies of the underworld. If it wasn't for the Satan's making a day and night cycle in the Devil territory I would have forgotten how different it was," said Rias as a small breeze blow between them.
"Maybe, but it makes little difference to me," said Naruto.
"What are you doing up if you don't mind me asking?" said Rias smiling at Naruto.
"I still have to get my own training in. While Mio maybe my [kin]g she entrusts me with our peerage's training schedule. We train three times a week and on the off day we train in our weaknesses," said Naruto.
Rias smiled as she looked at the moon. "Perhaps I let my peerage become to lazy and relied on fighting strays to much for training," said Rias. "Maybe I loved them to much to push them until it became necessary,"
"Then your a fool Rias. Mio loves us, but she doesn't allow us to slack off in our training. We will always have to fight. Regardless of what you think Rias-sama. As Devils we will fight our own for scraps of power. One day you may find yourself leading the legions of Gremory against another clan. And lets not forget that you will have to fight in several rating games for things like money, favors, and influence for the rest of your life," said Naruto.
Rias chuckled. "You sound like Akeno do you know that?" asked Rias.
Naruto snorted. "Please I'm the polar opposite of my sister," said Naruto.
"That is true," said Rias.
"If you'll excuse me Lady Rias. I have to go," said Naruto.
Rias bit her lip, before jumping off the railing. "Naruto wait!" yelled Rias stopping him in his tracks.
"What is it Lady Rias?" asked Naruto.
Rias bit her lip. "Regardless of the hate you have for me... I still love you as I do all my servants. You are family to me, even if you are the [Queen] to my cousin.
"I won't lie Rias. I know that you say that all the time and that you believe this. Hell you live it, but your actions all those years ago left a scar on my heart. Forgive me if i can't stand being in your presence," said Naruto walking off.

2: I can walk 3 miles in about 36 minutes and that's with a 45 pound backpack. Fun fact I like to hike. So a couple of Devils who's bodies should in theory be enhanced to be as strong as an Athlete in their Prime shouldn't have a problem with a little walk.
3: If there's one thing I can say about Issei it's that he's sweet on Asia like no other girl, not even Koneko who by all Anime Harem Logic is the token Loli and should have all of the sweetness directed at her.
4: Space-time bubbles are tricky as hell to write. Mostly because DBZ set the standard. By all intents an purposes Anytime a pocket Dimeinson with acclerated time is used it, a normal cop out is that people don't age due to XYZ. I don't like that because what's to stop someone from training for 100 years without aging. It's unfair so I neffed the power by adding such a condition to it.
[Story technically]
1: Before I got told that Naruto was in Rias's territory way back at the start he had premission to be there as he was there on what should have been his day off to hang out with his sister. He just got caught up in Rias's crappy ass management of her territory.
2: Chisato's Space-time manipulation is OP as hell since she created a year in one night. Now before someones says that the hyperbolic timechamber did the same thing... No no no. She CREATED a space. Goku and the others Entered a space. She could do a year in a night while the Time Chamber did a year in a day.
