Job 10: Breaking the Ice
Murray exits the safehouse and heads to the cliff to the right of the Safehouse, and pulls out his binocucom. Bentley's face is on the left, Murray's is on the right.
"If we're going to liberate the Chief's people, we need to first disable the ice machines inside so we can have complete access inside to liberate them from Miss Decibel's hypnosis. You're muscle is needed to break those ice machines out of commission so we can not only have a clear access to the rescue, but shut down Grizz's ice skating rink." Informs Bentley.
"Right on! The Murray's ready for destruction!" With that Murray proceeds inside of the mountain, the Native Wolves are still in a trance, working away mindlessly. He spots the ice machines, there are four of them for Murray to destroy. Fortunately, there are barrels and drums he can throw at these machines. As he does however, Walrus and Baboon guards come out of the blue to prevent him from achieving his goal. He can throw the guards into the machines as well. It takes about six hits to destroy an ice machine, and with some time all four machines are junk. From a door in the side of the mountain, Grizz comes through.
"Wha?! Ma skatin' rink's ice production has halted?!" He bellows in fury. Murray spots the foe and corners him.
"That's right chum! The Murray's gonna put another beatdown on you!" Murray bellows in return.
"Well if it ain't the Pink nightmare! I shoulda known! Well, time to face the music Pink Stuff!" He breaks the medal on his necklace and attaches the pieces to the bottoms of his shoes to make him skate.
The boss fight is somewhat similar to the one in the Ice Ages, Murray primarily has to dodge Grizz's dash attacks whenever he shouts: "Here comes the Grizz!" or "No way you're catchin' the G-train!", but this time Grizz can now stomp on the ice which causes an icicle from the ceiling to come down, which he jumps up and flings it at Murray with quotes of: "Get the point, sucka!", "You're walking on thin ice!" or "Ready to chill out?". Murray has to dodge this attack twice, and then Grizz pirouettes and slams down a rock barrier with a few ice weak points that Murray has to punch and simultaneously dodge attacks from above that can freeze him in place. Once an ice cube has been punched enough it flings at Grizz which deals some damage to him, after the fourth ice cube hit, Grizz is stunned which enables Murray to freely slug him 6 times even releasing a health restore icon in case some of his health was lost, or he can stomp the ground and give Grizz a slam. After either attack, Grizz gets up and roars, the process is repeated 2 more times, before the player is asked to stomp and then press X and then triangle to deliver a piledriver to Grizz. This perp is out with Murray bellowing, "The Murray Triumphant once again!"
