Even though Mitzi had captured one of Gary's runaway Test Robots, there were still two more to go. But she was confident that she would track them down and deactivate them so that things would go back to normal in Club Penguin.

The day after she deactivated and captured the Wheel-Bot, she noticed that something was going on at the Ski Village. Dot was observing the Ski Hill with Blazer X and his friend from the Red Team by her side.

"You're just in time, Mitzi," said Dot. "The Rookie and I located a second Test Robot at the top of the Ski Hill!"

"There's not a lot for it to do up there..." said Mitzi. "Do you have any idea what it may be up to?"

"Not exactly," said Dot. "But some of the other EPF agents believe that this robot broke the ski lift."

"I wouldn't be surprised!" said Mitzi. "The last robot made a real big mess out of the Clothes Shop."

"How 'bout it," said Dot. "Are you ready to put a stop to this mischief maker?"

"Absolutely, D," said Mitzi. "It's time to teach this robot a lesson!"

Mitzi followed Dot to the top of the Ski Hill, where they saw a robot penguin on a snowboard wrecking the ski lift.

"The Snow-Bot is taking all the ski lift parts!" said Dot.

"Steel Pipe Objective secured, retrieval at 10%," said the Snow-Bot as it tore apart the lift.

"It seems to have the same sort of plan as the Wheel-Bot," said Mitzi.

"What should we do, Mitzi?" asked Dot.

"I learned one thing from the first robot," said Mitzi. "And that's to ask for help from the Elite Puffles!"

"Smart thinking," said Dot. "I'll stay out of your way and make sure that robot doesn't escape."

"Thanks, Dot," said Mitzi as she went to confront the Snow-Bot.

"Steel pipe secured, retrieval at 15%," said the Snow-Bot as it continued to rip the steel pipes off the ski lift. Mitzi knew she couldn't reason with the Snow-Botand tell it that this wasn't what it was built for, because she remembered that when she tried to ask the Wheel-Bot to stop breaking into the vault of the Clothes Shop, it wouldn't listen. So, she knew it was time to call one of the Elite Puffles to help her. She blew her whistle and summoned Bouncer.

"Hey, Bouncer," she told the blue puffle. "Since it worked last time, can you throw a snowball at that robot's face to blind it?"

Bouncer agreed and threw a snowball at the Snow-Bot's face, but it didn't work, because the Snow-Bot was wearing ski goggles, so it wasn't affected.

"Optical Protection secure," said the Snow-Bot as it wiped the snow off of its goggles.

Since the snowballs wouldn't do anything, Mitzi decided to call another puffle. She blew her whistle and summoned Flare.

"Flare, since Bouncer's snowballs didn't work on this robot, do you think you can use your flames to...I don't know, maybe melt its snowboard off or something?"

Flare put on his welding mask, went up to the robot, and tried to torch it with his welding breath. But that didn't work either.

"Optical sensors detecting flammable furball," said the Snow-Bot. "Cooling mechanism activated...SUCCESS!"

That robot was well-prepared against welding puffles. This was getting quite difficult, but Mitzi was not giving up. She tried calling the other puffles to see if they could do anything. She called Pop, but the robot was able to break out of her bubbles easily. She called Flit, but he didn't seem to pose as a threat to the robot. Mitzi was running out of ideas, so she decided to ask Dot for help.

"Do you have a plan for capturing this robot?" asked Dot.

"This one is a little different than the last one," said Mitzi. "It might need a different approach to disable it."

"Very true!" said Dot. "We're lucky we have all of the highly-trained Elite Puffles."

"Yeah, the Elite Puffles helped with dealing with the first robot," said Mitzi. "I hope a similar approach will work here."

"It sounds like it's worth a try," said Dot.

Mitzi went back to the robot and decided to use one more puffle to try and stop it from wrecking the ski lift. She blew her whistle and summoned Blast.

"Blast, you're my last hope to get this robot to stop destroying the ski lift," she told the red puffle. "I'm sure you can knock it over."

Blast got into his cannon and shot out of it, making the Snow-Bot lose its balance.

"Balance protocol disrupted...Upright mobility function impaired..."

The Snow-Bot careened down the hill backwards, but it wasn't going down any normal track. It was going down the dangerous Test Track.

"The Snow-Bot is getting away!" said Dot. "You'll need the right board to go after it..."

Luckily, Mitzi did. She still had the Pro-Board that she used to go down the Test Track when the Rookie went missing. From what she remembered, Gary said that the Snow-Bot was built for speed. She hoped her Pro-Board could keep up the chase. Sliding her goggles on, she hopped on her board and went down the Test Track so she could catch up to the robot.

"Opponent sighted, escape maneuver continued..." said the Snow-Bot as it saw the young agent approaching.

"You're not getting away that easy!" said Mitzi.

As she glided down the track on her board, she decided to call another puffle to help her, but she couldn't call Bouncer, because her snowballs wouldn't work on the Snow-Bot. She couldn't call Blast, because the robot was able to dodge him as long as it was moving fast. But then she remembered that Loop was able to catch anything moving fast, so she decided to call her. She blew her whistle and Loop appeared on her board.

"Loop, use your lasso to stop that bot!" Mitzi told the pink puffle.

Loop twirled her lasso around and tied up the Snow-Bot, slowing it down.

"WARNING...Blockage increased by wind speed...Balance disrupted..." said the Snow-Bot. "ERROR...Steering mechanism jammed...Wipeout imminent..."

The Snow-Bot fell over and tumbled down the slope. Mitzi giggled at the sight of it.

"Great work, Loop!" she told the pink puffle. "The robot can't untangle the rope if it's moving at high speed."

As they reached the end of the track, they saw that the Snow-Bot had crashed headfirst into a snowbank and was struggling to get out.

"Release sequence failed. Structure restrained," said the Snow-Bot, its droning, mechanical voice slightly muffled by the snow.

"It broke the rope!" said Mitzi, noticing that the Snow-Bot was no longer tangled up. "Fortunately, it's stuck in the snow. Now's my chance to deactivate it!"

But just as she got close to the robot, she heard it drone "Broadcasting rescue signal...Broadcasting rescue signal...Broadcasting rescue signal..."

"Uh-oh," said Mitzi. "This robot is sending out a rescue signal like the first robot did. I need to stop it, and fast."

She knew there was no time to waste, so she opened up the robot's belly, took out the Robotomy tool, and plugged it into the robot.

"Mainframe breach found. Setting up internal protection," said the Snow-Bot as Mitzi began the deactivation. One by one, she deactivated the systems in the robot's parts to stop it for good. Just like she did with the first robot, she removed the Snow-Bot's parts slowly and carefully so she wouldn't trigger the internal alarms. Once she was done, the Snow-Bot stopped its call for help and began to power down.

"Rescue signal interrupted. All systems are OFF."

"Success!" said Mitzi. "All I have to do now is get Pop to put this thing in a bubble and take it back to..."

Suddenly, another robot wearing a helmet and goggles came down from the sky on a jetpack. It was the Jet-Bot, the last of Gary's Test Robots.

"Arriving at emergency site. Beginning retrieval."

"Oh no," groaned Mitzi when she saw the Jet-Bot. "The rescue signal got through to the last robot!"

The Jet-Bot flew over to the now deactivated Snow-Bot and began pulling it out of the snow.

"Emergency retrieval successful. Engine speed at 25%."

"Hey, you!" shouted Mitzi. "Come back here with that robot!"

But the Jet-Bot didn't listen and flew off, carrying the Snow-Bot away, and it was clear that it wasn't coming back.

"The robot is getting away!" said Mitzi. "What do I do now?"

Just then, she saw the Jetpack Guy come down from the sky on a parachute.

"Jetpack Guy!" said Mitzi. "Thank goodness you're here! I just deactivated the Snow-Bot, but the Jet-Bot took it before I could put it in a bubble and now it's getting away!"

"I know exactly how you feel, Mitzi," said the Jetpack Guy. "I was about to catch that flying bucket of bolts when I ran out of fuel. But let me tell you, the extra weight of the Snow-Bot will definitely slow the Jet-Bot down."

"I think you're right," said Mitzi. "That'll probably give me some time to go after it. Can I use your jetpack?"

"Of course, Mitzi," said the Jetpack Guy. "But where are you going to get the fuel to get it to work again?"

"Leave that to me," said Mitzi as the Jetpack Guy handed his jetpack to her. "I'm sure I can find some fuel somewhere."

Mitzi looked around, trying to see if she could find some fuel anywhere. Suddenly, she cam across a stash of stolen things. But as she examined it closely, she could see something hiding all the way in the back. It was some jetpack fuel. She wasn't expecting to find it so quickly, but it was her lucky day.

"How did you know there would be jet fuel out here?" said the Jetpack Guy as Mitzi refueled the jetpack.

"I just got lucky!" said Mitzi. "The robots have been stashing all kinds of random things."

Now that the jetpack was all fueled up, it was time to catch that Jet-Bot. She strapped on the jetpack and took off into the sky. When the Jet-Bot saw Mitzi approaching, it said "Intruder detected. Activating emergency boost."

Luckily, Mitzi was fast on a jetpack, so she was able to follow the Jet-Bot. She ducked and dodged the obstacles that were in the way, while dropping down a bit at times to save fuel. Finally, she stopped at the Tallest Mountain. When she got there, she saw that the Jet-Bot had dropped the Snow-Bot and now it was lying on its back in the snow. She looked around and saw all the stuff that the Jet-Bot had stolen. She couldn't believe that the Test Robots were hiding all sorts of stolen objects on the Tallest Mountain. The Snow-Bot was still deactivated, so Mitzi decided to put it in a bubble and take it back to Gary. She blew her puffle whistle and summoned Pop.

"Okay, Pop, now is the chance to bubble this robot up!" Mitzi told the purple puffle. "Then we'll take it back to Gary and deactivate the Jet-Bot later."

Pop blew a bubble to wrap the Snow-Bot in. It was just a matter of flying back with it now, but just as Mitzi was about to put her jetpack back on, the Jet-Bot dove down and popped the bubble. It didn't want to let the Snow-Bot get taken away.

"Standby to protect Test Robot unit 2, code name Snow-Bot," said the Jet-Bot. Mitzi knew it was up to her to stop the Jet-Bot, so she decided to call Blast, hoping that his cannonball would knock it over.

"Blast, try a little cannonball to see if we can knock that robot's jetpack off!"

Blast got into his cannonball and shot out, hitting the Jet-Bot, but it didn't work, because it was too far for Blast to have any effect. Mitzi thought about calling Bouncer, but like the Snow-Bot, the Jet-Bot was wearing goggles that protected it against the snow, so throwing a snowball at its face wasn't going to work. Maybe there was something on the mountain that she could use, so she looked around, when she saw a coffee bag floating in the air. It was tied to a green balloon, and it matched the description of the ones that were reported missing. There was another coffee bag floating in the air, just above the Jet-Bot's head. Mitzi figured that if she could pop the balloons that were tied to the bags, they would fall down right on top of the Jet-Bot, which would give her time to deactivate it. This looked like a job for another puffle, but which one would be the most useful?

Suddenly, Mitzi remembered that Flit knew how to retrieve far away objects, so she decided to call him. She blew her whistle and the green puffle appeared immediately.

"Flit, pop the balloons on the coffee bags to make them fall on the Jet-Bot!"

Flit flew into the air and used his propellors to pop the ballon on the first bag. Instantly, it fell down and hit the Jet-Bot, which made it fly closer. Now Mitzi just needed to call another puffle to help her stop the Jet-Bot for good. She tried using Loop, but her rope was no match for the jet engines. She tried using Blast, but it was too fast for him. She tried using Flare, but the Jet-Bot seemed to be designed to withstand temperatures higher than his welding torch. Just as Mitzi was starting to run out of ideas, she remembered that Chirp's flute could disable engines, so she decided to call for her. She blew her whistle and Chirp immediately appeared.

"Chirp, I think it's time to serenade this robot with a little flute music!"

Chirp took out her flute and played a note that was so shrill that it made the Jet-Bot malfunction.

"WARNING: Sound dampener failure!" said the Jet-Bot as short-circuited and fell on the ground.

"I guess you're not a big fan of puffle music, huh, Jet-Bot?" said Mitzi.

"ERROR: Jet engine and navigation systems offline...Broadcasting activation sequence..." droned the Jet-Bot.

Whatever "activation sequence" was, Mitzi was not going to let that happen on her watch. Now was the time to deactivate it. She opened the robot's belly and plugged in the Robotomy tool.

"Setting up internal firewalls," said the Jet-Bot as Mitzi began the deactivation. It was time to end this once and for all. The Jet-Bot was going down.

Deactivating the Jet-Bot's electronic systems was a little bit trickier, but the young agent had already gotten the hang of it. She slowly and carefully removed the Jet-Bot's parts and deactivated them. Once she was done, the Jet-Bot began to power down.

"Activation signal halted," said the Jet-Bot. "All systems are OFF."

"Yippee!" said Mitzi. "I captured and deactivated the last of Gary's Test Robots! All that's left to do is put them in bubbles and take them back to Gary. Pop, do your thing!"

Pop blew some bubbles to wrap the two defunct robots in.

"Perfect!" said Mitzi. "Now to take these things back to the HQ!"

And so, the last of the test robots were returned to Gary. The test robots looked a little worn and tampered with, but Gary didn't mind as long as everything could finally return to normal. As a reward, Mitzi had been promoted again, this time to Ultra Super Amazing High Level Clearance, and the Director gave her a sweet platinum badge.

"Great work, Agent Flapdoodle!" said the Director. "As a show of gratitude, the Theater's stage manager has created a special play in your honor. Don't forget to check it out."

"Awesome!" said Mitzi. "Thanks a lot! I can't wait to check out that play. I bet it'll be flap-tastic!"

She could almost see the play's title now: "Marvelous Mitzi - The Story of a Flap-tastic EPF Agent". She knew it was going to be so cool.
