Scrooge danced happily to the Cratchit house, tapping on the door with his cane rhythmically.

After a quick chuckle, he got into position with the biggst frown on his face while knocking the door again with his cane.

Very slowly, the door was opened...by Bob, who was surprised to his boss near his house.

"I knew I'd find you here, Cratchit." said Scrooge, acting like his stern self.

"Mr. Scrooge," said a nervous Bob. "Wha...what are you doing..."

"I'll ask the questions around here!" interrupted Scrooge. "Starting with...why aren't you at work like you were suppose to?"

"But...but...but, sir," said Bob. "You gave me Christmas Day off remember?"

"Oh, here we go again with this Christmas racket!" groaned Scrooge. "Now, you listen to me, Bobby. I ain't gonna stand for this sort of thing any longer. Therefore..."

"Please, don't." pleaded Bob.

"You leave me no choice but to...raise your salary!"

As he said this, Scrooge looked back to the ghosts watching him from atop the bulidng across the way.

After giving them an assuring smile and a wink, he turned back to face Bob, who said. "But, sir, you already gave me that raise for Tim's operation, remember?"

"Oh, that's right. I did. Hmm." said Scrooge. "Well, let's make it a double!"

"Double?" repeated Bob.

"I'm sorry, did I say 'double?' I meant 'triple!"

"Triple?" repeated Emily, who was almost surprised as Bob was.

"Yes, my dear Mrs. Cratchit." said Scrooge. "I'll triple your husband's salary and I'll do whatever I can to help all of you.

"Starting by finding the right doctors for your adorable son here." Scrooge went on as he ruffled Tiny Tim's hair upon entering the house.

"Wh...I don't know what to say." said a flabbergasted Bob.

"Say nothing, then." said Scrooge. "But of course, since my nephew's offer still stands, I would like to discuss your affairs over a nice bowl of punch at Fred's dinner pa..."

Upon seeing Belle in the same room as the Cratchit family, Scrooge stopped himself short, and slowly walked over to her while taking off his hat.

Outside the house, Mr. Peabody and Sherman watched as Belle took a closer look at...

"Eb? Is that...you?"

Scrooge smiled a bit and asked. "I never thought I'd see you again...after all these years."

Belle smilled as well. "I was thinking the same thi..."

Stopping herself short, she looked up, then at Scrooge, then pointed at a misletoe hanging above them.

Upon seeing it himself, Scrooge looked at the Cratchits, each of them with an encouraging smile, then at Belle, to whom he walked closer, using his hat to cover the kiss he gave to his reunited love.

Outside, Mr. Peabody and Sherman fist-bumped each other while the ghost audience burst into a standing ovation.

"Now that's what I call a Christmas special!" exclaimed the Ghost of Christmas Present as he gathered Marley and the Ghosts of Christmas Past & Yet to Come for a group hug.

"Isn't it wonderful, Yet to Come?" asked the Ghost of Christmas Past.

"Eh, I give it a week." said the Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come.

Inside his house, Fred heard a knock at the door, which he opened, revealing...

"Uncle Eb!"

"Are we too late for your party?" asked Scrooge as he stood outside with Belle and the Cratchits.

Fred looked at Claire, saying. "Well, I'll be my own uncle."

"We thought you'd never come." Claire said to Scrooge, who said back. "Are you kidding? I wouldn't miss it for the world, especially those succulent candied fruits with spiced sugar cakes."

Fred smiled. "Well, come on in. Make yourselves at home."

And that's just what they did. Scrooge, Belle and the Cratchits went inside Fred's house and had the merriest Christmas they'll never forget.
