We have arrived in Brunei. Given that the Society has already obtained both the Ladybug and Cat Miraculouses, our next objective is either finding more Miraculouses and hopefully steal back those ill-gotten goods or find the Miraculous Spell Book before they do. According to Pollen the Miraculous Spell Book contains various incantations, some which may prove helpful in our quest. Also, it may be that the instructions for the spell to bring upon a wish are included, though even if they were the spell would still need to be translated. In either case I can't help but notice we've been on quite an unfortunate series of events. It's weird. I thought the Black Cat Miraculous was supposed to cause bad luck to its owner but instead it's affecting us? What gives. Anyways, it wasn't 25 minutes when our stroke of luck finally changed.

"So you're Mullo, the Mouse kwami."

"That is correct. To transform, all you have to do is say Mullo, get squeaky."

Well this is great. I can't believe how easy it was to find another Miraculous so soon. Having said that-

"And your power is?"

"Multiplication. To use it, say Multiply."

…

"So based on the name of your Miraculous's superpower, I'm guessing you allow your users to make clones of themselves, is this correct?"

"It most certainly is."

Mhm. This power definitely will come in handy. With this Miraculous I can create an army of myself. That way Narue Oriku will be safe.

"Oh. I know you didn't ask this but I thought I'd just let you know that whenever you use Multiply, you will shrink down to the number of clones which you create. Also your total strength will be distributed evenly throughout all your clones-"

Wait. What?!

"Hold up, hold up. So I can still make an army of myself, but I'll shrink down to whatever amount of clones I make plus my total strength will be shared evenly."

…

"The size of your clones are based on your current foot size."

I sighed. Well as useful as having an army of myself would be, this Miraculous sounds like it comes with a lot of risks that I'd rather not have. On the other hand…

Narue's eyes were sparkling. If she was understanding this correctly, the Mouse Miraculous had the power to create copies of its user, thus it could also create copies of Miraculous. Though to be sure…

"Mullo. Correct me if I'm wrong, but when you say your superpower allows its users to create copies of themselves, is that just physical copies, or does that include clothing, physical capabilities, mental fortitudes…"

"Multitude creates an exact replica of the use at the moment my Miraculouses superpower was being activated. That includes clothing, how the user would act, their mental prowess-"

"And would that include Miraculouses"

"Only the Mouse Miraculous."

Welp. There goes my partner's plan. It's not a bad one, I have to give her credit for that. I guess this means we won't be using this Miraculous. I better hold on to this for the time being however.

As we continued to search the rest of Brunei for any other Miraculous or the Miraculous Spell Book, Wayzz and Trixx were getting Mullo caught up to speed.

"So that's what's been going on."

"Yep. The humans have evolved so quickly you wouldn't believe the infrastructures they're now capable of."

"I'm telling you Mullo. Humans have on a whole become so self-sufficient. You're going to love their diversity in snacks."

"Well I'm a simple kwami, nothing fancy for me here, Trixx."

"Hey Mullo."

"Yes Chijinda?"

"What do you like to eat?"

"Mm, nuts."

"What about cheese? I thought mice like cheese."

"Nah, I'm more into nuts. Almonds, pistachios, walnuts, you name it."

"Well I wasn't expecting that."

"Yeah. Us kwamis can be full of surprises, you shouldn't always take things at face value. Speaking of which, I never got to hear your reasons for wanting the other Miraculous."

It was at this point that I began to delve into our reasons for wanting to retrieve the other Miraculous.

"There is an evil Society creating havoc and we're trying to stop them from achieving their dreams."

"Really? Sounds like to me this is all a misunderstanding."

"It's not misunderstanding, Mullo. The Advance Sciences Society has always been on the frontlines for world domination." Narue explained. Wayzz and Trixx nodded.

"I have personally seen how they treat their fellow humans." Trixx detailed.

"I still don't see what's the big deal about them. Everyone has a different ideal of what's right or wrong, nothing wrong about that. We just need to come and work together."

I closed my eyes and shook my head.

"Everyone does have their own version what's right or not, but would you say the same about forcibly turning one of your own into your plaything against their will?" Pollen began.

"Well-"

"Don't give me that the person subjecting another is doing what's good in their own eyes. You've never been one to set your foot down, Mullo." Pollen scolded her fellow kwami.

"Hey! I don't like to fight. I just like to let live and just live."

"You don't have to believe us." Chijinda stated.

"Just out of curiosity, is there any particular Miraculous you're set on getting?"

"Both the earrings of the Ladybug and the ring of the Black Cat." Chijinda answered.

"Yeah. We're going to steal them from the Society." Narue exclaimed.

"Whoa- what. Stealing? But that's-"

"I thought you said everyone has their own ideal of what's right or not. Or did misheard what you said earlier, Mullo?"

"That's- Well that's rude."

"Speak for yourself."

"-tch. You just want that wish for yourself."

"As did a certain other man."

"Huh?"

"Besides. Preventing the Society from obtaining their wish isn't the only reason why we coveted both the Ladybug and Black Cat's Miraculous."

"What do you mean?"

A bee buzzed by. Pollen nodded then floated and whispered in my ear. An Advance Sciences Society Member has been spotted on this island followed by a horned lizard which can only be a sentimonster. We'd best hurry and either elude them or maybe we can- no. That's too risky. We have no ideal what this sentimonster can do, plus if the Society learns we are still alive…

"The Advance Sciences Society isn't the only threat we have to deal with."

"Mm-hm. The Chief still wants us to look into the matter of those mysterious super-empowering pink butterflies."

"Pink butterflies? What do you mean?"

"It was a couple of months ago when they first appeared in the country where we're from. Somehow a new species of butterflies had shown up along with a string of incidents by which ordinary citizens all of sudden gained super powers."

"A new Hawkmoth. Oh no. This can't be good."

"Why do you say that? Weren't you-"

"That man was different. He was a vile Parisian, a deadbeat of a father. But, hold on. Aren't akumas always dark-purple? Why would they be pink?"

"Well, we don't know for certain whether those pink butterflies are akumas or not and seeing that only the Ladybug Miraculous can identify whether they are or are not…"

Mullo nodded with contemplation.

"So that's why you want the earrings of the Ladybug. I'll do what I can to assist."

This is great. We managed to convince another kwami to join us and in record time no less. Still, while it is true that those pink butterflies had first appeared a couple of months ago, their behavior wasn't anything particularly supernatural. There was an increase number of related activities at first, yes, but then afterwards they sort of just died out only to reappear when my partner used her Miraculous and then according to the Chief, for the next 2 to 3 weeks in Yabaize before stopping altogether. This serenity is stifling. It doesn't make sense. Is it possible the Society had already gotten their hands on the Butterfly Miraculous as well? No. Don't get ahead of yourself Chijinda. Had they gotten their hands on the Butterfly Miraculous as early as when I had thwarted their initial attempts to reinstate their Humanity's Reduction plan or even when Mia had shrunk and captured me, it doesn't explain why none of them seem to had any understanding of the Miraculous at the time. But that still doesn't leave out the possibility- no. I mustn't speculate.

"Hey Chijinda."

"Yeah Narue."

"About Mullo's Miraculous."

"What about it?"

"I've got an ideal how we can still make Mullo's Miraculous useful."

"Oh? You planning on using it? This Miraculous is too small for you. What? You're not planning on-"

"That's exactly what I'm planning on doing."

This plan of hers is risky but if we can pull it off, we might be able to tip the scales slightly more in our favors not to mention we could discover a thing or two about the Miraculous.

"Alright. So how should we proceed about doing this?"

Narue smiled.

"First we're going to need to transform."

Nodding we both proceeded.

"Wayzz, Shell On!"

"Trixx, Let's Pounce!"

"Next we'll pay a little Society member a private visit."
