"So...have we identified the worker?" asked Gener, leader of the Universal Government.

"He was an attendant for Megis, that guy who took over after Magus died during that Elements crisis." Oceana said. "The one you questioned for having some ties to the recent event in the Enchanted Forest."

"Right. He always seems to be up to something shady. Either way...we shouldn't be discussing that. We have much more serious matters to discuss. For starters...who was it that attacked him?" Heat asked.

"Well...we didn't want to say anything. We did say the fire was what killed him but...truth is...he was shot through the head." Grimm said.

"Shot? But...who would want to go and kill a worker?" Vigor asked.

"Well to be fair, we thought he was one of you governors." a voice said as standing at the door was Brave and Aurora.

"Who are you two? Why didn't security stop you?" Gener said.

"Right now, they're lying in pools of their own blood." Brave said.

"No way…" Revolution said.

"Now then...as for why we've suddenly showed up...we're here to disband this pitiful little government." Brave said.

"You can't be serious!" Heat said.

"Oh we're deadly serious about this." Aurora said. "You all created a prison full of your most dangerous and it got blown up, releasing the universes most dangerous into society once more."

"Then you were all controlled by Fair Dark of the Dark Kingdom and became his playthings. You've all been constantly trying to get back your honor as a government but honestly...the universes don't need an idiotic government." Brave said. "So we're going to end it all here."

"Ha!" Shogun said charging Brave with a sword.

"No, Shogun! Stop!" Metala said.

"I cannot. These people are dangerous! I need to kill them right away!" Shogun said as he went and cut through Brave only for Brave to suddenly vanish as a gun shot was fired right through Shogun's head, killing him.

"So he can use illusions." Vigor said.

"Hmm...how many reps are here, Aurora?" Brave asked.

"There is at least one from every universe except for Disney Heart, Equestria, Beast, Demon, Adventure, Nature, Sky and Darkness." Aurora said. "And they only cover the first 20. So...12 reps. 11 since you killed that guy. Oh...make it is missing."

"Yes. Council rep Megis has chosen to not attend meetings for awhile." Heat said.

"That so? Shame. Well...Guess you 10 will get to decide your fates! Any of you with sense to step down, feel free to walk right out of the building." Brave said.

"You can't be serious. You don't expect us to believe that do you?" Revolution said.

"I'm no liar. What I'm saying is the truth. If you feel like stepping down and accepting a normal role, feel free to leave." Brave said.

The reps were silent for a bit before Vigor got up. "So what you said...is it true?" he asked.

"100%." Brave said.

"I'll step down there." Vigor said heading out.

"No." Gener said before Oceana and Metala did the same and headed out with Heat and a lizardman rep from the Mythos Universe headed out soon after.

"And like that...the number goes down to five." Brave said. "Take it no one else wants to step down?"

"Of course not. As long as we live...we'll continue on!" Gener said as he, Revolution, Grimm and the Magical Girl and Shinto Universe reps agreed.

"You poor stupid fools." Brave said as a shroud of mist enveloped him and Aurora before something clicked as a large explosion set off inside the main council room.

"So you think those five we let walk out knew about the bombs we set?" Aurora asked.

"Nah. They probably knew this government thing was a lost cause for awhile now but had no way out till we showed up. Some people just gotta get their priorities straight and also determine if its worth their lives or not." Brave said.

"Ah...we've had our share of that haven't we? Growing up in the slums after all." Aurora said.

"Yeah...no matter where you go, there will always be someone who looks down on you. Like they did to us just because of where we grew up." Brave said. "This world shouldn't have to work like that."

"Yeah. But we're gonna keep that promise we made." Aurora said as they fist bumped.

"WE'LL TAKE EVERYTHING BACK...FOR EVERYONE!" they both said walking away from the burning building.
