A/N: If I write an A/N and nobody's here to read it anymore, because it's been the longest since I've written anything, does the A/N really exist?

Ugh... I'm sorry guys. I really wanted to write this entire story. I did not want to abandon it. That's part of why it's taken so long to say something, call it quits officially. But the truth is I just have too much elsewhere. I don't have the time and effort needed to finish the story. It's also harder now that it's been so long since the show ended. I've found some other creative outlets, which also require my time, but do give me back more than writing can do at this time. And at times like this I need to do what's good for me, not just what I feel obligated to do.

I do' however, want to get people a closure. Even if there's just a few of you left, or if someone finds this story and reads it some day. I have written an outline wayyyy back then, when I just started the story. So I'm just gonna post that, gradually. If I can, I'll expand some parts so you'll have more details about what was supposed to be in some of the chapters. However, if I'm not able to I'm just gonna post a few lines for every chapter. Remember, this is all just an outline, expanded as it may be, so things won't be well-written and may contain some language mistakes. The point is just to give you a glimpse of what I had planned, and to give you closure, instead of just leaving it all hanging.

Thanks to everyone who has read and reviewed the story. I'm sorry again. Special thanks to joyceraye who was my beta for the story. I did not want to bother her with those outline/drafts so each and every mistake in them is on me.

I did elaborate some more on chapter 30, so I'm posting its outline by itself. In other cases, I may post several outlines together.

Chapter 30: "Assessment"

[May, 2039.]

[Sophie POV.]

Mostly a "Flashback Chapter".

Sophie prepares her boyfriend, Kevin, for his first meeting with the entire gang, for lunch, at the Wolowitz's house. He's her age (17) and studies with her in the UCLA-Harvard program (physically studying at UCLA). They're the two youngest there. Sophie tells about their, awkward, first interactions, and how they finally started dating. Kevin is also socially anxious like Sophie, and has other anxieties as well. This makes for them to end up staying home most of the time (it is subtly implied that Sophie passes on things she'd like to do in order to accommodate Kevin. She's afraid to push him too much).

Sophie is somewhat nervous about formally introducing Kevin to the gang, he had met some of them at her house, but this would be the first time she brings a boyfriend to meet the gang, who are like family to her. Mostly, though, she's worried about Kevin, who seems much more nervous and anxious.

In her room, preparing, Sophie guides Kevin as to what to expect, trailing off at times when she gets more into her memories (with the memories being shared in the chapter, with "readers", but only partly shared with Kevin). "Readers" find out Sheldon and Amy are might win a Nobel in physics for their work of several years [This is my way of including the Nobel plot in a more realistic way]; Riley and Haley are, as Sophie puts it "okay..ish" with each other, they frequently get into arguments about very minor things (due to their different perspectives, tastes, way of doing things), things "blow up" and then they ignore it and behave as if nothing happened. Sophie tells Kevin in confidence that the parents don't know but Halley used to be very mean to Riley, so this is them in good terms. Sophie mentions Michael, who Kevin already knows since he's at the Hofstaders' a lot. Kevin casually refers to Michael as Riley's boyfriend, which makes Sophie give him a weird look and a chuckle, saying they're just best friends, and Michael had a girlfriend, Jenna, until recently. Sophie tells Kevin about that creepy dinner where Howard boasted about Michael "finally" losing his virginity to Jenna. Says they broke up about a month ago, Michael said he felt it was "not it". Kevin is surprised and confused learning Michael and Riley are only friends, thinking back to the playful banter he's heard between the two, talking about DC villains and the new Star Wars midquel, which made him believe they were surely a couple.

Sophie tells Kevin he really shouldn't be that worried because Halley's boyfriend, Bryce, is also coming, and even Raj, who's basically a BFF girl character from a rom-com, hates him. She tells him how a frustrated Michael told Riley and her how he ran into Bryce, whom Halley dated in high school, coming out of her room the morning after a reunion party Halley had, and how Bryce keeps calling him "Mikey-mouse", which Michael can't stand. They thought it was just a rebound thing because Halley's ex, Tom, had just broken up with her, two weeks before the party, but she and Bryce have been together for about two months now.

Finally at the party, Kevin is highly anxious, feeling that all eyes are on him, but then Bryce arrives and tries to ruffle "Mikey-mouses" hair, which Michael tries to avoid, prompting Sheldon to start rambling about the inappropriateness of that gesture and germs on sculps. Howard starts messing with Sheldon, Amy and Bernadette try to stop their husbands but get into a fight themselves. Halley and Riley start arguing about the proper amount of cheese on crackers. Kotie and Raj try to draw attention to her special forest-themed make-up. Leonard and Penny argue over her finishing a series they were watching together, by herself. With all this happening, Sophie is uncomfortable and embarrassed, but Kevin is relaxed and willing to stay, now that nobody's paying attention to him.
