~Cube Skills~
"Okay Erma, Senshi, I got these cubes from the dollar store and scrambled them up, so I want you to try and match the colors on each side of them, without using your powers." One of Erma and Senshi's classmates said.
"Are you sure about this? Nobody's been able to solve the cube." Terry stated.
"Exactly. Erma and Senshi beat us at everything with their powers. What better way to show them up than this?"
"Finished." Senshi said, both he and Erma holding the cubes in their hands, all colors matching the sides.
"Whoa."
"No way. How experienced are you in this?"
"My mom left me at home on my own a lot, so I had to do something to keep myself busy." Senshi said. "As for Erma, she solved an eternal puzzle box last Saturday and the being inside granted her the skills to solve any puzzle, including one like this."
~Carving the Pumpkins~
"Alright you two. I just marked where we're gonna carve the faces on these pumpkins. Let's get to work." Sam said bringing three pumpkins to the table, one for him, one for Erma, and one for Senshi. As Sam gave them theirs, he sat down at the table with his own, ready to give instructions. "But we can't just go straight to the faces just yet. First we gotta jab these suckers from the top and take the guts out."
*JAB-JAB-JAB-JAB-JAB* Sam felt a splatter of pumpkin guts hit his face and he looked over to see Erma's pumpkin was stabbed to pieces with the guts everywhere, while Erma looked ready to take another vegetable victim.
"I think you over did it just a bit there." Sam said. "Senshi how'd yours come along?"
Sam turned to see Senshi had already cleared out the guts and had carved and even scarier demon face than he had drawn, using his Spirit Spear's, Increase form, to get the job done, while Saphira ate the pumpkin guts.
"I don't think I did mine right." Senshi said.
