Place: A Bathroom

Situation: Sarah (Emilia Clarke) discovers she is pregnant with Josephine

Kyle ((Jai Courtney) watching the timeclock on his cellphone): Time is up

Sarah ((Emilia Clarke) analyzing the home pregnancy test results): The test results are positive

Kyle: What does a positive pregnancy test mean?

Sarah (between hopeful and afraid): A positive pregnancy test means we are having a baby. I am hopeful and yet uncertain about the future. I can't stop thinking about John. We lost him at birth.

Kyle (rubbing Sarah's stomach): I refuse to believe we will lose this child

Sarah (placing a hand over her stomach): I predict we will have a girl this time around

Kyle (kissing Sarah): I love you

Sarah (smiling): I love you too

Pops (waiting outside the bathroom): Have you received the test results yet?

Sarah (embracing Pops): Yes. You are going to be a grandpa again.

Pops: A Grandpa?

Kyle: Yes

Time Period: A Flashback

Place: A Hospital Delivery Room

Special Event: Josephine's birth

A nurse (has been timing Sarah's contractions): You have stopped contracting. You must wait for another contraction before you can push again.

Sarah (resting some): Ok

Kyle (removing a strand of hair away from Sarah's face): You are super close, babe

Sarah (having a contraction): I have to push again

The doctor (preparing for the baby's arrival): You can start pushing

Sarah (in the mist of pushing): Can someone please straighten the pillows behind my back?

Pops (readjusting Sarah's pillows): There you go, sweetheart

Sarah (panting): Thanks

Pops: You are welcome

Sarah (in a more comfortable birthing position): GRR..AHA..AHA..AHA...AHA

The doctor and nurse (counting): 1..2..3..4..5

Sarah (experiencing a burning ring of fire): The baby is coming. I can feel her beginning to crown. It hurts and burns.

Kyle (squeezing Sarah's hand): You are doing an amazing job

Sarah (to the doctor and nurse): Can I pull my daughter out?

(Graciously, the doctor and nurse allow Sarah to pull out Josephine. Kyle cuts the umbilical cord. Pops looks on in wonder and amazement.)

Time Period: A Flashforward- Five Years Later

Situation: Pops and Kyle (Jonathan Jackson) completely disappear one day while Sarah (Lena) and a five year old Josephine are out running errands. The whereabouts of Pops and Kyle remain a mystery for a very long time. They are presumably dead. Sarah (Lena) and Josephine navigate through a chaotic world without them.

Time Period: A Flashforward

Place: The Cemetery- The unmarked graves of Pops, Kyle, and John

Sarah ((Linda) visibly distraught and shaken): I am starting to have flashbacks. They are not the good kind.

Josephine (twenty something) she leans on Sarah's shoulder): I got you

Sarah (yelling at Dany): Why did you bring us here to the cemetery?

Dany: You need closure. You lost people that were close to you.

Sarah (loosening her grip on Josephine): I am fine. I don't need closure.

Grace: What makes you so sure?

Sarah: My daughter Josephine has brought me joy

(Kyle (Michael), Pops, and John linger on in the shadows)
