If Aizawa expelled…
Chapter twelve: Ryukyu won't be liking this realm
The audience that was summoned by the Realmcrafter Talespinner69 had just finished watching the eleventh realm that featured Aizawa expelling one of the students in his class over at UA, although it was the first one that saw Aizawa expel one of the girls. The audience was abuzz with discussion on what they had just seen in that realm, mostly a collection of 1-A students and a few 1-B students who were berating Yaoyorozu for being petty in the realm that had just finished playing due to her actions against Mina.
"Believe you me, everyone," Yaoyorozu said, "I would never act like that for real. Sure, I'd be surprised, but I'd never stoop to any level to grill Mina!"
"Well I should certainly hope not," Mina commented, her arms folded over her chest, "I'd rather appreciate not getting kicked out over accusations of cheating simply because I did better on an assignment than you did."
Shrugging, Kaminari said, "Personally, I'm interested in seeing how the rest of the girls would get the boot from Aizawa-sensei, as well as how it'd blow up in his face. I mean, just look at how things went south when some of us boys were booted. And we just saw Mina get the treatment. Who's to say Aizawa-sensei getting screwed over due to him expelling any of the other girls won't be similarly as entertaining?"
The underground hero himself had a bemused look on his face. "...Gee Kaminari, I had no idea seeing me screw up royally was so entertaining to you."
"In his defense Sho," Hizashi remarked, "A lot of us are being entertained here." Nods, as well as some chuckling, from the rest of the audience made Hizashi's point accurate.
As everyone settled down, Tale called up from where he and Kotaro stood in front of the big theater screen, "Oi! We got the twelfth realm ready and rearing to go!"
Everyone turned to face front and center as the twelfth realm began to play on the big theater screen, with many in the audience wondering who will get booted from class 1-A by Aizawa, why he booted the student in question, and how it will end up biting him right in the fanny.
...
(If Aizawa expelled Ochaco Uraraka)
"I'm next?" Uraraka in the audience remarked in a surprised tone, already not looking forward to seeing a realm where she gets expelled.
Shrugging, Tale said, "Hey, this won't be the first time some of us see a realm where you're axed from UA, Uraraka."
"You've seen such a realm?" Izuku asked the Realmcrafter.
Tale nodded a few times in the affirmative. "Yeah, and let me just say you did Uraraka a world of good after she was booted from UA in that realm." Izuku had a confused look on his face as the twelfth realm began to play.
Aizawa was in the city, having been called out to help subdue some rather dangerous low level villains. He rushed out at he saw that the flame hero Endeavor, accompanied by Todoroki, Izuku and Bakugo, were already on scene fighting the villains.
"Aha! I'm in my element here!" Endeavor in the audience remarked, clearly amused to see himself fighting villains.
The underground hero caught and took out one of the villains, and was just in time to turn and see his student Bakugo defeat another. Things were looking like they would be easily resolved soon enough, although Todoroki took a blunt hit to his back that made him grunt but he was able to endure it.
Aizawa was about to rush at the villain that struck Todoroki, but Izuku tackled that villain to the ground. Aizawa saw that there was a wild, enraged look on the green-eyed boy's face, and he saw it as Izuku proceeded to pummel the villain in the face quickly, repeatedly. It was way too much given the situation, and by that point all other villains were handled, so Todoroki went in to get Izuku to stop.
The green-eyed boy was panting hard a bit as he caught his breath, allowing Todoroki to help him to his feet. "Hey Midoriya," Aizawa began as he walked up, "What was up with all of that you did just-" Aizawa stopped short out of surprise when, upon looking up at him, Izuku shot him a cold look that very clearly radiated anger. "...Are you alright?" Aizawa asked, deciding to change the subject.
"...Just fine actually, sensei," Izuku replied, cold professional courtesy in his tone and nothing more. As the villains were being rounded up, Aizawa took note of the change in Izuku's tone as something to bring up later.
"Pfft, it's obvious that Deku's pissed that Round Face in this realm was kicked out of UA," Bakugo in the audience said as he gestured to the big theater screen, "Personally, I think that it'll end up tying in to how Aizawa-sensei will get bit in his ass due to expelling Round Face."
As Izuku and Uraraka were both blushing out of embarrassment, Aizawa remarked in a dry tone while gently face palming, "Given the standard that's been set thus far, I get the feeling that whatever it is that Midoriya ends up doing will be justified."
...
Later at UA, Aizawa was in a staff meeting with the rest of the UA staff. He told the others of what he noted in concern to Izuku. "Well you did expel that Uraraka girl that he was sweet on, Sho," Hizashi commented, "Can you blame him for getting mad at you?"
"Well given that we concluded that Uraraka is the UA traitor, I kind of had to expel her," Aizawa shot back, "Or did you forget that part, Hizashi?"
"Aizawa-sensei thinks that I'm a traitor?!" Uraraka in the audience exclaimed.
"There's a UA traitor?" Aoyama remarked in a surprised tone.
Some of the UA staff in the audience sucked in hissing breaths as most everyone else in the audience began to mutter amongst themselves. "...Yeah, we sort of concluded that there had to be a traitor in our midst after incidents such as the attack at the USJ," Hizashi remarked, "Secretly supplying info to the villains. It's a matter we're still looking into for real."
Ryukyu, a peeved look on her face, said with arms folded over her chest, "And Aizawa in this realm thinks that Uraraka is the traitor because..."
Gesturing to the big theater screen, Aizawa said with a hint of growing dread in his tone, "I think we'll be finding that one out soon, Ryukyu."
"Wait a minute, I'm confused," Toshinori confessed, "How was it concluded that Young Uraraka is the UA traitor again?"
Turning to face Toshinori, Hizashi said, "Oh yeah, you were absent for that. Basically, the rest of the staff did some snooping around that may or may not have been legal in order to look into the private lives of the students out of sheer desperation of trying to uncover who the UA traitor is."
"During said snooping," Aizawa went on, "We discovered that two-million yen had very recently been deposited into Uraraka's bank account. Obviously it was a payoff from the League of Villains because Uraraka sold them secrets about UA."
Toshinori shot Aizawa and Hizashi, as well as other UA staff members who nodded in agreement with the two guys, unsettled and disappointed looks. "...So you guys did what was most likely an illegal investigation into the private lives of UA's students, and uncovered circumstantial evidence that you used as basis for expelling Young Uraraka without even so much as looking into matters properly." Folding his thin, bony arms over his chest, Toshinori said, "Do I have everything exactly correct?"
"Hoo boy, All Might's pissed!" Stain in the audience laughed in clear amusement, "And for good reason too, especially if that investigation really was illegal!"
"Also, Uraraka got two mil?" Mina remarked, "Wow, talk about lucky!"
Uraraka, with a troubled look on her face, said, "It's not as lucky as you think, given that it got me expelled in this world."
"What's there to investigate?" Aizawa asked rhetorically, "I mean, it's obvious now that Uraraka is the traitor because she sold UA secrets to the villains because she was desperate for the money. Her poorness is legend."
Toshinori rolled his eyes in exasperation, unable to believe that Aizawa was able to be so surprisingly thick. He decided that he'd look into the matter himself, as most everyone else had their heads way too far up their fannies.
...
Toshinori visited his good friend Detective Naomasa, who he had wanted to recruit into helping him with investigating the circumstances surrounding Uraraka's expulsion. "...Yeah, that is totally circumstantial evidence, and from the sounds of things they we're looking into the matter without so much as a warrant."
"So can you help me?" Toshinori asked, "I was figuring that with your quirk, getting the truth would be a snap."
"Again with Naomasa saving the day," Toshinori in the audience remarked as he gestured to the big theater screen.
Nodding in agreement, Naomasa said, "Sure things, man. We'll get to the bottom of this whole unfortunate mess together." The two men then shook hands together.
...
Meanwhile, Aizawa and Hizashi were discussing things related to the staff meeting earlier as they were walking in public. "Do you think All Might's going to try and do his own investigation into the matter of the UA traitor, Sho?" Hizashi asked.
Shrugging, Aizawa remarked, "If he does then he'll be wasting his breath. There is no way that Uraraka is not the UA traitor. Hell, you were there when, after Midoriya, Todoroki and Bakugo all objected about me expelling Uraraka, I forbade them from using their quirks on pain of punishment until they fixed their attitudes towards me?"
"I wanna see the me in this realm get his ass kicked now," Aizawa in the audience said in a wholly exasperated tone, "He is literally asking for it."
A good number of people in the audience all nodded in agreement with Aizawa. "Yeah, the real Shouta is way cooler than his on screen version," Emi remarked, "I mean, the Shouta that's on screen right now is being totally un-sexy."
As Aizawa and Hizashi continued to walk, they both suddenly had to jump out of the way when a rush of blue flames flew at them from out of nowhere. Looking over, Aizawa and Hizashi saw the villain Dabi, as well as his cohorts Spinner and Toga. "Well well well," Dabi said with a sneer, "Looks like we caught ourselves two pro heroes."
"You three!" Hizashi said as he pointed at the villains, "Enjoying what info that Uraraka sold to you and your group, I take it?"
At that accusation, the three villains all looked confused. "...Wait, that's one of the hero kids that Toga in her delusions thinks is a friend of hers, isn't it?" Spinner began, "And what's this on her selling us secrets?"
"I am NOT delusional!" Toga in the audience declared, "Ura-chan, Tsu-chan and Izu-kun ARE my besties!" Dabi and Spinner turned to look at the 1-A students, with Spinner spinning the point of his right index finger around the right side of his head.
"Don't play dumb!" Aizawa accused, "We know that Uraraka is the UA traitor, that she had been secretly working with you lot this whole time!"
"Pfft, I wish that Ura-chan was on my side," Toga said, "But she doesn't want to play with me. That makes me a sad Toga."
Shrugging, Dabi said, "Yeah, we're being legit when we say we have no fucking clue why the hell you think that gravity girl is secretly working with us."
The two UA teachers took stances for combat, with Aizawa saying, "Well we'll just force out of you what all Uraraka had told you down at the station." The two men then leapt into battle to face off against the villain trio.
"Would anyone here look at me weird if I say that I hope those villains on screen kick the ass of the me in this realm?" Aizawa in the audience remarked.
Gently shaking her head, Emi replied, "Well obviously that version of you is your dumbass twin from a parallel universe, so of course he needs his ass kicked."
"Emi, I have a lot of dumbass twins in parallel universes," Aizawa said back, "Or were you not paying all that much close attention up to this point?"
Aizawa and Hizashi had to jump around as they fought the villain trio. Aizawa would be most useful in fighting Dabi, but the underground hero was kept occupied by a very persistent Toga, who was able to fight effectively without her quirk. As the fighting raged on, Aizawa and Hizashi leapt back, landing opposite of the villains.
"Wow, I have to say that you guys do well enough," Spinner commented as he aimed his katana, "But you still have to get out of our way, I'm afraid."
"Indeed," Dabi remarked, "I-" Dabi was cut off when, since he, Spinner and Toga stood under the windows of an old brick apartment building, some older lady from a few floors up dumped a bucket of water that fell down upon the villains, dousing them. To the mildly piqued interest of Aizawa and Hizashi, Dabi's black coloration in his hair started to wash out, revealing that his hair is actually a whiteish color.
"Uhh...why is your hair white, Dabi?" Toga asked.
Dabi, with a confused look on his face, took a pocket mirror out, opened it and looked at himself in the mirror. Seeing that what Toga said was true, Dabi exclaimed, "Fuck! My hair dye!"
"Wait, Dabi's hair is actually white?" Spinner asked rhetorically.
Rappa took out a water bottle, opened it and poured it down on top of Dabi's head, and just like it was on the theater screen, the black coloration washed out and Dabi's hair turned white. "Ha! It's true!" Rappa exclaimed as Dabi complained about his secret getting out.
It wasn't just the villains marveling at this; the heroes were surprised as well. In fact, both Todoroki and Endeavor were looking closely at Dabi, their eyes fixed firmly on him.
While Dabi screamed in a pissed off tone about his hair dye being washed out, Aizawa's students Izuku, Bakugo and Todoroki came running onto the scene off to the side.
"The senseis are fighting three members of the League of Villains!" Izuku exclaimed, "We need to go inform the Hey why is that flame villain's hair white now?"
Todoroki, with a shocked look on his face, said, "It couldn't be..." The two-toned boy then took out a small photo he kept in his wallet, then held it up so he could look at it and compare it to Dabi with his hair dye washed out. "...Toya?"
"TOYA?!" many people in the audience exclaimed as they all turned to look at Dabi, who now wore an embarrassed look on his face.
Nodding in the affirmative, Tale said, "Oh yeah. Believe it or not, Dabi is actually Toya Todoroki, the long thought to be dead son of Endeavor. My kind and I can confirm it."
"No...no way..." Endeavor said, too shocked beyond words to even know what to say; his first born had been alive this whole time? Even though a part of him was glad for this, he knew that the reveal cannot be good with its timing right now.
In an embarrassed resigned tone, Dabi said, "...Ehh, yeah yeah, you got me." Shooting who has been revealed to be his kid brother, Dabi aka Toya said, "Long time no see, little bro?"
"Boys, quick!" Aizawa called out, "You must help me and Hizashi fight the villains here!"
Bakugo looked to be moving in to attack, but he was stopped by Izuku who wore a knowing look on his face. "...We'd love to help, but fighting the villains would require Kacchan, Todoroki and I to use our quirks!"
"Yeah, so?" Aizawa replied.
"Kacchan, Todoroki and I were forbidden to use our quirks on pain of punishment until we 'fixed our attitudes'," Izuku pointed out, "Remember?"
Pointing at Aizawa, Todoroki said to Dabi, "Yeah, big brother! My teacher here is being mean to me and my friends simply because we objected to him expelling one of our classmates!"
Many people in the audience laughed their asses off at the boys on screen refusing aid to Aizawa because of his order he had given to them earlier. "...Yeah, this here is some manner of poetic justice," Aizawa in the audience said dryly, seeing how his expelling of Uraraka in the realm that was currently playing had come back to bite him in the ass.
Aizawa and Hizashi looked at the boys in disbelief. "...You petty little sonsa-" Aizawa began, but he was cut off when Dabi, Spinner and Toga bum rushed him, knocking him over and stomping on his prone form as he laid on the ground. The villains continued to beat on the underground hero up until Edgeshot, Fat Gum, Mirko and Ryukyu showed up, attacked the villains and caught all three of them.
Seeing the knocked out and beaten Aizawa, Edgeshot sucked in a hissing, cringing breath. "Oh yeah, that's gonna require a hospital trip," Edgeshot commented, especially after Ryukyu took the chance to kick Aizawa in his ribs, clearly upset with the underground hero.
"Gee, I wonder why," Ryukyu in the audience said dryly, sarcasm clear in her words.
...
Sometime later, a heavily bandaged Aizawa, plus a relatively unharmed Hizashi, stood with Sekijiro, Nemuri and Nezu as they met with members of the Hero Public Safety Commission. Standing off to the side as they leaned against the wall were Toshinori, Naomasa and Ryukyu, the last of those three fiddling around on her smartphone.
"With the capture of three villains, one of which turning out to be Endeavor's long thought to be dead son, society is that much safer," Lady President of the Commission said, "You who've come here to represent the heroes are owed a debt of gratitude for your part, however small it may have been."
Shrugging, Aizawa remarked, "Frankly, I'm still pissed at my students Izuku, Bakugo and Todoroki who all refused to help me and Hizashi fight the villains simply because they're mad I had expelled Uraraka." From where she stood leaning her back against the wall, Ryukyu flipped Aizawa off with her right hand.
"Wait, I'm still confused," Nemuri said as she turned to face Aizawa, "Why did you expel Uraraka again?"
"We concluded that Uraraka is the UA traitor, remember?" Aizawa replied.
Hearing what Aizawa said, Lady President sucked in a cringing breath. "...Oh, yeah I've been meaning to tell you folks over at UA about that."
"...What?" Aizawa said.
"...What?" Aizawa in the audience remarked, his eyes widening with disbelief.
Folding his arms over his chest, Hizashi said, "Yeah, I want to see where this goes."
With a bit of a sheepish look on her face, Lady President said, "Yeah, I probably should have told you guys over at UA about this the moment I caught wind that you all thought that you had a traitor in your midst after events like the USJ attack, but there actually isn't a UA traitor. Who you think would be the traitor is actually the pro hero Hawks and he's actually doing a bit of undercover work, infiltrating the villains in order to gather intel on behalf of the Commission."
The silence between the UA staff was so thick it could be cut with a knife. Aizawa, with a shocked look of disbelief on his face, said, "...So Uraraka isn't the UA traitor-"
"Because there never really was a UA traitor, yeah," Lady President admitted.
"That little chicken wing shit!" Shigaraki in the audience exclaimed, "Hawks was spying on us this whole time!"
Turning to face Shigaraki, Mr. Compress said, "Hey now, this is an alternative realm, so maybe-"
"Actually, Hawks really is doing all of that for real," Kotaro called up from where he and Tale stood in front of the big theater screen, "It is as true as Dabi being Toya!" Tale nodded to confirm what Kotaro had said.
With a confused look on his face, Sekijiro said, "That doesn't explain the two-million yen that had been deposited into Uraraka's account though."
"That would be my doing," Ryukyu called out, getting the UA staff to turn to face her. Letting off a resigned sigh, Ryukyu admitted, "Yeah, I felt really guilty about missing Christmas for my interns, so I put one-million yen in each of their accounts, putting an extra million into Uraraka's account since her birthday is really close to Christmas."
"How can you afford that?" Hizashi asked.
Shooting Hizashi a dry look, the dragoon hero said, "I'm a highly successful pro hero, you dumbass."
"Aww, well ain't that nice of you," Mirko in the audience said as she turned to face Ryukyu, who had a bit of a mildly amused look on her face from what her alternative realm self had done for not just Uraraka but also Tsuyu and Nejire apparently.
...
Later, Aizawa and Hizashi had Uraraka stand with them in front of the rest of class 1-A. "Yeah, it turns out Uraraka isn't the UA traitor because Lady President of the Commission is a moron who failed to inform us that the whole traitor thing is a hoax," Aizawa said, "So we're going to be reinstating her."
"Then wait, how did events like the USJ and training camp attacks occur?" Aoyama asked.
"A pro hero whose name we're keeping secret is doing undercover double agent work to infiltrate the villains on behalf of the Commission," Hizashi explained, "The pro hero had to give the villains some info so as to earn their trust, sadly enough."
"Wait, which pro hero is the double agent?" Koda asked.
Gently shaking his head, Aizawa said, "We told you, it's a secret."
Tokoyami, who had Dark Shadow out, folded his arms over his chest, a gesture that Dark Shadow mimicked. "...It's Hawks, isn't it?" Tokoyami said dryly.
"Wow, he's good," Hizashi in the audience remarked, drawing and amused smirk out of the raven headed teen himself.
"Uhh, we have no idea what you mean, Tokoyami, " Hizashi replied, "What makes you say that?"
"Well aside from how you're acting suspicious after I had guessed Hawks," Tokoyami began as he took his smartphone out, "Hawks posted this to his webpage a few days ago." Tokoyami then showed a selfie that Hawks took of himself, along with Dabi and Spinner, eating sushi and the selfie had a caption that said 'eating sushi with new besties LOL'.
Aizawa, as he and Hizashi liked at the pic, exclaimed, "How did he get to be number two?!"
FIN
After the realm had finished playing, Tale said, "Wow, that went on for a bit, huh?"
"So...we need to thoroughly check any and all evidence before reaching a conclusion, yeah?" Hizashi said.
Nodding in agreement, Aizawa replied, "Yeah, no fooling."
END OF CHAPTER
Author's notes;
Yeah, there was a bit more content I wanted to put in here, mostly Ryukyu getting back at Aizawa over him being a jerk to Uraraka, but it was dragging on a bit. Oh well, maybe I can modify that content for a future chapter here. But yeah, the next chapter should be out in as timely an order as I can manage.
