The next morning came as the contenders that are the top Duelists from around the world stood in the center of the Kaiba Dome. Cecelia decides to wear her Hero Costume because she wants to represent herself of where she came from. As soon as she steps into view as Mokuba starts to make the announcements, the crowds cheered much louder than before. Yugi looks around and smiles in awe: "Wow! Can you believe this crowd?" Tea said with a laugh "It's huge. Probably because of you, Yugi." Mizuki giggled as she sits right next to her big brother. Duke stated as he points out onto the side: "Actually, it's because of them." That's when they see a bunch of single boys with many hearts in their eyes when looking at Cecelia. Tea groaned in annoyance and wondered: "Is it always like that?" Kirishima said as he's sitting next to Sakura: "Sadly, it is. Back in Teiko Middle School from what I heard, she seemed to always have male admirers." Rika shakes her head as she's eating a chocolate doughnut: "Why can't Cece ever get a break from this?" Camellia thought to herself in mind as she keeps seeing Bakugou looking at Cecelia: "Why is he keep looking at her? The Love Potion should have worked by now." Yugi gets self-conscious when he's called up to do a speech by Mokuba. But this is when Cecelia decides to help by asking this: "Mokuba? Is it alright if I can place in a pledge of the sort?" Mokuba got confused but handed her the microphone. Midoriya spoke as he sees her standing in the center: "I see now. She's going to give out a speech like she did the pledge at the Sports Festival...!" Cecelia takes a deep breath in and out before saying this in the microphone: "Ladies and gentlemen...today is not just a day of this event set by the KabaCorp. This is also a battlefield. I understand if those of you standing today would reconsider of being here. But take this to heart. By standing here, it means that you are chosen as the elites. So do unlock your potential to the world and remember to give it your all! PLUS ULTRA!" The crowds cheered out her last name like in a chant as she raised the microphone up high and then said when giving it back to Mokuba: "Thank you very much." Joey said what was on his mind as he was speechless: "Well! Who would have thought that she could do a rather good speech to wow the crowd?"
Certain Duels went underway with Joey making his first victory against an opponent who was revealed to be Solomon Moto who is Yugi's and Mizuki's grandfather. At the Blue-Eyes Train Station, Cecelia arrived and started to take a look around. She fixes her silk mask that is part of her Hero Costume as she did get a bit nervous. This is when she sees someone waiting for a possible opponent up ahead and called out: "Excuse me. Are you Vivian Wong?" Vivian wears a signature Chinese yellow dress and bracelets in her waist. Red high heels adorned her bare feet and her hair is put in two buns. She looked over to see Cecelia and smiled a little: "Yes I am. And you must be the Sports Festival champion from Tokyo. This Duel is going to be very interesting. I mean, you're a lot better than that shrimp Rebecca Hawkins." Cecelia remembered Rika telling her on the sidelines that Rebecca is known as the youngest regional champion of Duel Monsters. As they're both shuffling each other's opposite Decks, Vivian seemed to try and make a small talk when noticing the amulet: "That's a unusual amulet you have around your neck." Cecelia said after finishing with the shuffling: "My last partner gave it to me after his twin brother passed away. It's a sign of trust from far away." Although she wasn't lying about the amulet, she only said in vague details to keep some things a secret, such as the legend of the Dark Knight Sparda. As Vivian and Cecelia are facing each other in the train station, the Duel can begin. Vivian stated as their Duel Disks are ready for their Decks to play: "I'll go first." Cecelia replied, "That's fine by me. I would like to see what you as the Asian Queen of Games can do." Vivian chuckled as she drew one card to add in with her first five cards: "I summon Kung Fu Nyan-Nyan in Attack Mode!" Cecelia could see that Kung Fu Nyan-Nyan has the total of 1700 Attack Points, but she's keeping her mind in the clear from this point. Drawing a card to add into her hand for a total of six, Cecelia said out: "I will activate Pot of Greed that allows me to draw two cards from my Deck." Then, she said after it went from six to five and then seven in hand: "Next, I will activate my Field Spell Card...it's called the U.A. HIgh Academy! I'll first Normal Summon the Quirk Hero Midoriya and then use the effects of U.A. Academy to bring out as much as the Quirk Heroes as I want. And unfortunately for you, I have three more. So let me bring out Quirk Hero Bakugou, Quirk Hero Eraserhead, and Quirk Pro Hero All Might!"

After the Life Points went from 4000 to 2500, Cecelia said as she placed two cards facing down with none in her hand: "This shall end my turn for now." Joey called out from the sidelines: "Hey! Check it out guys! I found her!" Rika said as she flew in forward as her fairy wings could carry her: "Cece! How's it going?" Cecelia looked up and started to wave as soon as she sees Bakugou: "Rika! Bakugou-!" That's when Vivian squealed like one of those usual fan-girls as she said out: "Hi Yuhi-pooh! I knew you'd be here to cheer me on, my little dumpling!" Mitzuki glared at the girl and Cecelia asked, "Umm...Vivian? I believe that it's your turn-" Vivian is clearly infatuated as she said to Yugi: "Don't worry, pumpkin! As long as I trounced this opponent, it's all about you and me!" Yugi is clearly getting flustered and uncomfortable. It didn't help as Joey said when hugging him from behind: "Aw man! You're my hero, Yugi!" Tristan chuckled with a smirk: "So what's your secret?" Yugi stammered a bit while trying to get out of this situation: "Um...natural charm?" Rika shakes her head while pinching in between her eyes: "No wonder Tea would complain of wanting more female friends." Mitzuki shouted out from the sidelines: "Cecelia! Show no mercy out there! That Glamour-Zod has got to go!" Cecelia turned back to her opponent and said: "I believe that its your turn, Vivian." Vivian scoffed as she made her Draw Phase: "You may be the Sports Festival champion, but can you back up your Dueling Skills? Now, my Kung Fu Nyan's special ability activates, which increases her ATK points by 300 until the end of my turn. But first, I summon Master Kyonshee in ATK mode! And now, I will attack that Quirk Hero Bakugou with my Nyan!" Master Kyonshee has the total of 1750 ATK points. Cecelia called out: "I activate my face-down card called Magic Cylinder! This redirect your attack and you will take 2000 damage to your Life Points!" This lowered Vivian's Life Points of 4000 down to 2000. Vivian dared not to attack as there is a possibility that Cecelia has another face-down card of the same kind.
Going on with Turn 4, Cecelia drew one card and said: "First, I play my Card of Sanctity. That allows us to draw until we hold six cards in our hand." As the two have their total of six cards in hand, she continued on: "This is going to be rather a devastating blow on you, Vivian. First, I will Normal Summon Quirk Hero Todoroki. And then, I will activate the effects of Quirk Hero Eraserhead. With his Capturing Weapon, your Monster of my choosing can't attack or at least activate the effect until one of the two are taken down. And I choose your Kung Fu Nyan!" Vivian gasped in shock as Nyan is rapidly captured in the Capturing Weapon belonging to Quirk Hero Eraserhead. Cecelia continued on: "And now, I will attack your Nyan with the Quirk Pro Hero All Might!" Quirk Pro Hero All Might as the total of 2500 ATK Points and he proceeded with the attack with this signature attack that is literally and exactly like the one that the original All Might would use: "Detroit Smash!" With the damage points of 800, Vivian is down to 1200 left. Cecelia continued further in: "I'm not done yet...Quirk Hero Todoroki! Attack Master Kyonshee with Heaven-Piercing Ice Wall!" Quirk Hero Todoroki executed the very same ice attack as he created a massive ice ridge on the attack against Master Kyonshee. Vivian said as she still has 950 left: "I'm still standing, Miyamoto!" Cecelia said out, "I know that. But this leaves you wide open and I have only used three. Which means I still have my other two...!" Vivian then realized what that means: "No...you can't!" Cecelia then said out: "I will activate this Spell Card from my hand. It's called U.A. High Teamwork. I can choose two of any Quirk Heroes as a team until the end of my turn. And I choose my remaining two Quirk Heroes...Midoriya! Bakugou! Attack Vivian Wong directly!" Quirk Hero Bakugou pulled one of his two pins when taking aim while Quirk Hero Midoriya is powering up with some sort of green lightning energy before rapidly rushing forward with such speed before jumping up high. A huge explosion hits Vivian as it launched from the efforts of Quirk Hero Bakugou. As for what happens next, Quirk Hero Midoriya said out as he is coming down at her with a kick: "St. Louis Smash!"It was such a powerful kick that resulted in a brightly green lightning explosion that sent Vivian backwards on her butt and lowering her Life Points down to zero!
Rika said in awe: "Wow! That was AWESOME!" Camellia was about to say something, but this is when Bakugou hurried over when seeing Cecelia showing up to greet her friends as he said this: "Tch! If you continue to kick ass like that even in this game, you sure are going to turn heads on you." Camellia starts to feel angry and frustrated as well as jealous with hidden resentment. Cecelia said to Vivian when looking down from above: "Remember the pledge? I'm going to give it my all!" Vivian was relieved in one way because she could see how comfortable Cecelia is around Bakugou. But she then said to Rebecca: "Just you watch! Yugi will forget all about you!" Cecelia said in confusion: "Umm...am I missing something?" Bakugou said while shaking his head: "That woman is fucking nuts-" Rika hits Bakugou on the head and remarked: "Hey! Watch your mouth around here, you Exploding Pomeranian!" Bakugou shouted back: "What did you say?! I'll kick your ass when this is all over!" Cecelia laughed when she could see of how scared Joey, Tristan, and Duke have gotten from seeing Bakugou's temper for the very first time.
