The palace was now on the cliff side with the sky above it being blood red. Inside the throne room there was piles of gold around the place, the throne itself now resembles the face of a jackal with Infinite sitting on it the ruby no longer on his chest. Shadow, Silver and Knuckles were all sitting on a couch, the three seemed to be trying to comfort one another. Amy was now next to the throne with chained shackles around her wrist, Blaze was in some kind of fireproof bubble that she was stubbornly trying to get out. Fang was chained to the wall while the King was dressed like a marionet and was being chased by Jet on his extreme gear "Puppet ruler want the safety on? Here I'll show you safe" Jet hit the King in the back of the head with his board knocking him out causing Infinite to laugh. "Stop it! Infinite please leave him alone!" "Very well, Jet leave him be" Jet got one more kick in before going over to the fruit bowl. Infinite pulls on Amy's chains "It pains me to see you reduced to this, Princess. Someone such as yourself should be on the arm the most powerful man in the world". He turned the chains into a tiara "What do you say, my dear? With you as my queen" "Never!" Amy suddenly pulled out her hammer as if from no where and launched Infinite right into a wall.
Because of his powers it didn't hurt but he was no less angry "I'll teach you some respect!" he got back on his feet and looked like he was going to hit Amy causing her to stumble onto the floor in fear, but Infinite then got a better idea. "Wait, Shadow" Shadow turned and coldly looked at Infinite "What do you command, Master?" "I have decided to make my final wish. I wish for princess Amy to fall desperately in love with me". Amy gasped at this not knowing that Sonic, Tails and Omega had just reached the palace. Shadow came forward "Well, sir, there are actually some rules that um-" Infinite grabbed Shadow by the chest fur "Don't talk back to me, you stupid excuse of a cosmic being! You will do as I order, slave!". Knuckles and Silver tried to defuse the situation as Amy saw Sonic coming through the window in the dome and knowing he'll need a distraction Amy got on her feet and put the tiara on. "Infinite, I never realised how incredibly handsome you are" the jaws of the genies, Fang and Blaze all dropped in shock upon hearing this but Infinite smiled. "That's much better. Now, my dear, tell me more about, myself" "You're not weak" she began walking towards him. Tails was silently flying the three of them down to the floor. The three genies were all staring at Shadow's hand confusingly, thinking he must have hit Amy with something, but they then noticed Sonic. "Sonic, little buddy" Knuckles said cheerfully but Sonic indicated for them to be quite so they all flew over to him and Knuckles whispered "Sonic, we can't help you. We work for senior psychopath now" turning his head into Infinite briefly, "What're you gonna do?" Shadow added. "Hey, I'm a street hog, remember? I'll improvise, Silver see if you can get Blaze free" "Got it" Sonic begins to sneak through the room, Omega and Tails stay behind to watch for trouble. Infinite was still listening to Amy "Go on" "Your mask is so… useful" Infinite didn't seem to see the insult in that comment.
Amy put her arms around his shoulders and subtly pointed where the ruby was to Sonic, it was sitting on a pedestal close to Infinite and he begins to slowly walk towards it. Jet spots him while eating fruit but before he can warn Infinite, Tails suddenly grabs his throat from behind and covers his beak. "And what of the street hog?" Infinite asked Amy "What street hog?". Jet was struggling against Tails, knocking over the fruit bowl. Infinite turned to see what the noise was, but Amy forcefully turned him back and kissed him, Sonic gasped at this. Blaze, Tails and even Jet were disgusted by it, Fang was also disgusted but at the same time was wishing the King were awake, because if he saw this, he would have beaten Infinite single handedly. Because everyone was distracted Silver went up to the bubble holding Blaze, he covered his eyes with one hand and extended the other out. He walked forward blindly and touched the bubble "Oh no, I have turned off the fire proofing" he casually whispered before adding directly to Blaze "I'm sorry I didn't tell you" he said with a guilty face before going back to the others. "That was…." Infinite then saw a reflection of Sonic in the tiara "You!" he said as he turned around, shooting a beam at Sonic that knocked him back "How many times do I have to kill you, hedgehog!?". Amy hits Infinite with her hammer again and then makes a dash for the Ruby but before she can reach it "Haha, Princesses, your time is up"
Infinite shot her with a beam that puts her inside a giant hourglass with sand beginning to pour on her. "Nice shot, Infin-" was all Jet could get out before Tails whacked him over the head with a fruit bowl. Tails then quickly made a dash for the ruby "Don't toy with me" Infinite said to the fox before blasting him with a beam that turned him into a large purple cat. "Froggy?" was all the cat said before wandering off as if not noticing the chaos going on around him, "Tails!" Sonic yelled. Omega then made a dash for the ruby "Don't trust a flesh bag to do a robots job" to which Infinite responded "Oh, please" Infinite then fires at Omega turning him into a moto-bug on its side. Infinite picks up the ruby, placing it back on his chest and he waved one hand over his face, making his mask reappear "I'm just getting warmed up". Infinite shoots fire out of his hands that surrounds Sonic, but then Blaze bursts out of her prison and uses her powers to take the fire disappear, she then stands next to Sonic ready to fight. Sonic started to look cocky "Huh, what are you afraid to fight us yourself? I've met chao tougher than you!" this gave Infinite an idea "A Chao? Well perhaps you'd like to meet the most powerful chao of all" Infinite then transformers into Perfect Chaos.
