Uhura laughed as "Spock" twirled and dipped her in time to the music. An upbeat song from the early 21st century.
The Enterprise's quests proved themselves to be quite the characters. At the end of the song, "Spock" removed his shirt (to the delight of female crewmen) with a grin. His wide pale chest shimmered for a moment before morphing into the lean green physique of Soredn Quill.
"My, its no wonder you haven't been caught yet." Uhura commented, a twinkle in her eye.
"Yet?" Soredn scoffed, pulling a black shirt with a yellow bat decal over his head.
The communications officer only smirked in reply.
*whistle!* "Liutenant Uhura to the bridge."
She went over to the comms station and said, "I'm on my way, Captain." Turning to address the mess hall's star entertainment, "Until next time, Mr. Quill."
