Naruto Of The Uchiha
War's End
Naruto looked down on Kumogakure. He sat at the highest peak. The sun slowly was rising as he glowed red from being soaked in blood and had an emotionless gaze. Bodies sprawled out everywhere and blood covered the streets. Massive holes were all over the place and most of the village was in ruins. Very little remained standing after what went down here. There would be no recovery. The village was gone and there was no one left. He slowly stood and looked to his tanto which had a small crack in the center of the blade.
"It's over...Now onto you..."
6 Hours Earlier
Naruto walked through the cave that was really dark at the moment. It was eleven and mostly everyone was asleep. His room came into view and as he stepped in, Sasuki was sleeping. It brought a smile to his face before he turned to his stand and noticed his gear. He began to take a step to the armor but stopped to look back at her.
His actions would be looked down upon. Perhaps rightfully so. Naruto wasn't just looking to end the war, he was out for vengeance. They took the last family he had and he would be expected to sit back? Hell no! He was gunning for blood and they would be obliterated. Nothing would remain and survive his wrath.
From this day forward, his enemies would never survive. There would be no chance for them to ever comeback to cause him pain. They'd never have the chance to hurt those he loved a second time. If they ever tried to oppose him, or attack someone he cherished, they'd be as good as dead. This was the statement he was going to make tonight...
Brushing the hair out her face he smiled and rubbed her shoulder. She turned slightly in her sleep but didn't wake. The smile faded as he got serious and activated his Sharingan which glowed in the dark. Getting up from the bed, he went and started clipping his armor on and sighed into the mirror. This was it.
"There's no going back if you do this."
"So be it. I don't plan on taking it back. They must all die. They can't ever have a chance to come back and ruin things. They took Kakashi away from me, they'll pay."
Naruto made one last look at Sasuki before disappear in a swirl of lightning. She slowly started to awake and reached to his side of the bed to feel nothing. She looked around but saw no sign of him. He used to do that a lot back then and generally be training so she didn't think much on it and just laid there looking at his spot.
Naruto stood on a mountain top, just outside Kumo and a storm began to come as his eyes were shut. Thunders sounded through the area and red lightning flashed through the skies. "Here we go." Naruto opened his eyes slowly and his EMS was active.
As lightning struck him, he was gone and appeared above the village. In a flash, he went through 32 handsigns and held his hands out. Red lightning flickered through his hands and all at once, 6 dragon heads formed then were launched down into the village. Six peaks were hit and explosions rang through the village from the impacts. The village shook as some of the supports were taken out.
He was coming down and just before he made contact, his black, armored Susanoo flared to life, bracing his impact and sending a shockwave through the area. The Kumo nins all gathered and took sight of his Susanoo. They all felt one emotion in unison, and that was fear. Red flamed eyes and the large figure of black chakra that stood before them.
They wondered what they were supposed to do against such a thing. Luckily for them, they wouldn't be facing his Susanoo as it died down. But...sadly that didn't mean they could win. Naruto grabbed his tanto with his right hand and just held on to the handle as he brought his left hand up into the half ram seal and smirked as his eyes spun.
Before they knew it, over half dropped dead with a slit throat.
"WHAT THE F-" he didn't finish as he was killed as well.
"What just happened?"
"G-Genjutsu! He killed then a blink of an eye!"
Naruto smiled widely and as he jumped, several clones came to life. They all jumped into the mass of shinobi and would be strike, only for the enemy to go through before being stabbed in the back.
"What is this?"
"I can teleport between any clone I choose...the fully mastered Teleportation Jutsu of Shisui Uchiha." Naruto appeared in front of the Kumo nin and stabbed her through the chest.
She gasped for air and looked into his smiling face. Before dying she muttered "D-demon"
He sheathed his tanto and brought his hand to his mouth. "Fire Style: Majestic Destroyer Flame" A 50 foot wide wall of flames left his mouth and barreled towards the shinobi. Upon contact, they got reduced to ash. Others knew to avoid the flames rather than try extinguishing it, there would be no extinguishing the flames without them all using their most powerful water Jutsu in unison. Even then, he could always just add more chakra to it and they wouldn't overpower his chakra output.
He glanced over to his right as he felt a surge of chakra and his eyes narrowed slightly as he analyzed the jutsu coming at him. He saw two panthers of black lightning charging him. In response, he molded red lightning and formed two panthers or his own and had them collide. The result was a swirl of black and red lightning before an explosion.
"So my lightning cancels it out. I wonder if I perfected it more if mine would overpower it...shame I'll never know as he won't live past today." Naruto thought as he threw his tri-pronged kunai at Darui.
Darui saw the kunai come at him at ridiculously high speed and barely dodged but it managed to slice his shoulder. Just then, he saw a flash of black and red, in a quick effort, he narrowly blocked the slash at his throat. Naruto had caught the kunai mid air and tried to slit his throat.
Darui sent a kick backwards, pushing Naruto away but accidentally looked into his eyes. He continued to fight and put an effort against Naruto who was very defensive. Darui thought that maybe he was overwhelming Naruto, he brought his hands together and blue streams of chakra flung out and shot at Naruto. His storm release made contact and he smiled as he had won.
Naruto just stood there before smiling. He dispersed into crows and spoke from everywhere. "Sorry to ruin your moment...but this isn't real."
"What do you mean?"
"This was all fake. You're in my Genjutsu."
Darui paled. He never realized it. He couldn't break it either. "H-how? Why can't I break it?"
"I am Genjutsu."
Naruto appeared in front of Darui and watched as he burned in flames, screaming in agony until his mind finally gave out and died.
Naruto smirked as Darui's body dropped to the ground. He leaned back to dodge the blade of a tanto and brought a kunai out to block the next slash. In front of him was a blonde haired, pale skinned woman.
"Hello. Never met you, I'm Naruto."
"You're going to die! You killed Yugito and Darui! Everyone here!"
"Oh? You think so?"
Naruto let go of the kunai which due to the weight being released, she stumbled forward and the kunai was flipping in mid air. A flash and he caught the kunai, stabbing it deep into her chest and puncturing her heart. Her mouth shot open to scream but nothing came out as her eyes went wide before closing and she collapsed onto him.
"Samui...no..." A red haired girl said.
"Damn, he got to feel her massive tits..."
"Damn it Omoi!" She hit the top of his head.
"Why Karui! That hurt!"
"She just got killed and all you thought about were her breasts!"
"Well...you have none so what you expect? Hers were massive and looked oh so soft..." Omoi had a dreamy look on his face before he got scared from hearing a chuckle.
"If you want to feel so bad...here..." He threw her dead body onto Omoi and sent a lightning dragon into them. Karui and Omoi both died before they could react.
"Well, this has gone well so far. When will the damn Raikage and Hachibi Jinchuriki come out?"
"Careful Naruto, you're giving into your bloodlust a little much. You might make an error if you get too far into it."
"Don't worry Kurama. I'm not some weak fool. They can't ever hope to reach my power!"
"What's happening to him?" Kurama thought as he watched his host continue his onslaught.
Just as he finished stabbing the last shinobi, he heard two loud bangs beside him. He looked over and smiled wickedly as blood covered him.
"How nice of you two to finally show up. Once you two are dead, this village and it's inhabitants will be wiped from the face of the earth!"
"YOU WILL DIE HERE UCHIHA!" Ay said as he charged up his version two lightning cloak.
"You couldn't best Itachi...you have no hopes against me! He even took away your right hand!"
"I kill you, like that other Sharingan guy. Weak maggot couldn't stand a chance, all he do was die. You gon follow him in the afterlife yo."
Naruto glared at Bee and his anger rose. They felt his chakra surge and his killing intent reach unimaginable heights. All his hatred, anger, sadness, pain, everything all at once projected onto them.
"Way to piss him off Bee...he isn't someone you should have angered...although it was too late for that anyways."
Naruto looked between the two and smirked. "Fine...You'll share my pain Jinchuriki. Raikage, I was going to draw this out and play for a bit..."
Kurama shook his head at the foolish Hachibi Jinchuriki. An enraged Naruto was not to be trifled with...then he went and made it worse...A show was about to be put on and all he did was sit back.
"WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?" Ay said.
Naruto smiled the widest and most wicked smile yet, he laughed maniacally and looked at Ay. "You Jinchuriki, will feel just a fraction of my pain!" He started channeling chakra to his left eye and spoke "Kotoamatsukami Kobo."
The Raikage looked around as it seemed to get darker and he was in ankle deep water all of a sudden. The sky was clouded like a hurricane as he was in the eye of the storm. He saw Naruto infront of him with a smirk.
"WHAT IS THIS?"
Naruto laughed, "A varient of the world's strongest Genjutsu. Gifted to me from Shisui Uchiha."
"Y-you don't mean-"
"Yes. Now die!"
In the eye of the storm, Naruto's Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan appeared glowing and spinning. Beams of light shot down to the ground and Ay watched as it was so hot that it burned through the earth and so bright that it hurt to look at. A few rays of light came around him before it opened up look a floodgate and a beam that span the entirety of the eye came down on Ay.
No sounds, no pain, just an instantaneous death. He didn't even realize what happened, he just died. Naruto had a smile as he returned to the real world. His left eye closed on its own and he felt a massive burning sensation within the eye. His left hand came up and with his index and middle finger, he touched his eye lid to comfort the pain.
"That definitely burns."
"Y-You just used Kotoamatsukami for the first time..."
"Yes...it hurts like he'll in my eye. Kurama, is there any damage? Any longterm effects?"
"No. You'll be fine. That Jutsu just takes a lot out of you. It isn't something that you can just unleash constantly. My guess, you get one use every three days in each eye."
"So, two uses, then I have to wait three days before I can use it again."
"Yes. This is only due to you possessing the Eternal Mangekyo. Shisui only could use it every ten years."
"I see. No wonder he never really used his Mangekyo, and why he was famous for the Shunshin rather than Kotoamatsukami...this is not a power I will throw around...but I do want to test it's capabilities."
Bee watched as Ay's body dropped to the ground lifeless. He ran over and caught him before Ay hit the ground. He tried shaking him awake, tapping him, nothing. "BROTHER!"
Naruto smiled. "Now, for you..." "YOU WILL DIE!"
Bee charged Naruto in his version two eight tailed cloak and threw a punch at Naruto. Quickly he whipped out his tanto and blocked the punch. The pressure placed onto him was massive and he grit his teeth, being strained to hold back Bee.
His left eye still remained shut so he was relying solely on half his vision, there was a massive blindspot to his left side and Bee looked to take advantage. Sending his tails around, he hit Naruto from the left, sending him into a wall. He charged him again, again Naruto brought his tanto up and blocked but was forced deeper into the wall from the force. Bee sent a kick to which sent Naruto through the wall and he crashed through the building.
He jumped up and met Bee halfway, he slashed at Bee which he blocked and Naruto heard a crack but didn't pay much attention to it. He smirked at the proximity and breathed out a torrent of flames which made a direct hit on Bee.
This only served to anger the Jinchuriki and he spun around to whip Naruto with his tails. He Shunshined to be behind Bee and sent a Rasengan into his back. He got sent flying and when the smoke cleared, a seal was on Bee's back. Naruto had three kunai within his hands and formed an "X" with his arms before opening up to throw them. The landed in a circle around Bee.
Naruto formed two shadow clones and they all lowered slightly. They disappeared from sight as flashes of black and red surrounded Bee in streaks and he was bombarded from every side by Rasengans. He was thrown around like a pinball and this lasted for two minutes. When it was over, Bee laid on his back, no longer in his cloak and was panting with blood pouring out of him.
Naruto frowned. He didn't feel any better about anything. He was fulfilling his vengeance and yet, he felt empty. Why wasn't he happy?
He snarled in pain as he Hiraishined to Bee and stabbed him through the heart. He went through several handsigns and slammed his hands onto Bee's chest. A large array of seals spread over his body and red chakra bubbled out of him. The chakra got absorbed into his hands and wrist before it stopped and nothing remained.
"What will you do with them?"
"Hold onto them for now. I heard rumors of this Akatsuki."
"It might be best to just seal them within yourself, rather than just hold them."
"I'm not sure if I want to. You are all I need."
"As much as I appreciate you not seeking their power, it is the best way to stop the group's plans."
Naruto looked back at the dead shinobi and everyone he killed before shunshinning to the highest peak. "Gonna need your help with this."
Kurama nodded and they gathered chakra. Black, purple, red, and blue chakra all gathered into a sphere. It was massive and he unleashed it onto the village. He did this a few times until nothing but rubble and destruction remained. There was no sign of anyone living, everybody was dead. Just to be sure, he forced a storm of lightning to come down onto the village and sat down on the peak. For a couple hours.
Even though he just finished getting his revenge on Kumo, avenged Kakashi, he felt empty. He was still sad. He did not feel better in the slightest. He sat quietly for while, just looking at what he'd done.

Hey guys, took me a long time to get this. I wrote it many times trying to get the entire fight done. I hadn't liked it at all and couldn't find a way to do it. I hope this is good and you guys enjoyed, War's over, next chapter deals with the aftermath and ramifications of Naruto's choice. We will also be moving into the next phase of the story and one of the final ones at that. I think after this next phase, the story may come to an end...haven't decided yet. This doesn't mean that it'll be over in like three chapters, it will still be a little while.
