The Man wears a red Hawaiian Shirt,Blue Pants and Brown shoes,And the his chin was bizarre for him even his nose too.
"The names Quagmire,Glenn Quagmire" said the Man introduces himself "Kevin Rodney,Just call me Kevin" said Kevin to Glenn.
"I've saw the entire fight with Luxy Leroy" said Quagmire as he was frustrated "You know that guy?" asked Kevin as he was curious "Of Course,I'd never forget that bastard's face!" Quagmire replied with anger "The guy sold me a used sex toy and the girl i banged with got herpes because of it!" "Harsh" said Kevin as he feels sorry for him,then he thought of something "Don't worry ,I'll beat that jerk in the name of justice!".

Then the Uzaki-Chan Wa Asobitai Manga Disc began to glow and levitates towards Kevin as he grabs it "Kevin,What the heck are you waiting for?" shouted Quagmire to Kevin "Beat that guy not only for me,But for the future victims of that jerk!" Kevin was determined as he places the Manga Disc on his Driver.
UZAKI-CHAN WA ASOBITAI!
Then Kevin Readied himself as J-Pop music is played then he slams the button and shouted "CROSS-OVER!"
TIME TO CHANGE!
Then a Crystal Clear Transparent Gashapon container shell appears and closes on Kevin then white liquid began to fill up.
Sugoi! Dekai! Sugoi! Dekai! Oppai Bouncing UZAKI-CHAN WA ASOBITAI!
The Gashapon opens as Kevin's Rider form changed,the color of his Rider Suit is changed to White,the color of his parka is swapped,The pattern of his helmet is entirely blue and the Anime Rage Eyes resembles Uzaki Hana's Snaggle Tooth Mouth.

Then Kevin raises his hand as a glow began to shine and as the light dies out,a weapon that resembles Kamen Rider Cross-Z's Magma Knuckle but with the Color scheme of Uzaki Hana's Shirt with the red 'Sugoi Dekai!' logo on it.

"Boy,This fight is about to get really sexy!" said Luxy lick his lips as he rushes towards Kevin,but Kevin made the first attack by using the Oppai Knuckle squared to the face,knocking him to the ground in the process.
"Alright!" cheered Quagmire as Luxy was getting up "Alright ladies and gents,get that little brat as fast as fist in the ass!" shouted Luxy as the Frat Goons charges towards Kevin,But he throws a fast barrage of fists knocking them all down at once.
"Well looks like i have to do all the work myself!" said Luxy as he rushes towards Kevin.
Kevin slams the button of his Driver three times.
TIME TO FINISH!
Kevin readied his fist with the Oppai Knuckle as a Blue Aura emits,Then Luxy Leroy was coming in close "TASTE MY PRODUCTS!" shouted Luxy as he was about to attack Kevin until...
KAPOW!
In slow motion,Luxy gasps for air as Kevin landed a punch on his stomach,sending him flying to the air.

Time resumes as Luxy Leroy landed on the ground and explodes into a firery smoke.
Kevin reverts back to his civilian form while Quagmire unties his friends "Guys...Amy,Are you alright?" asked Kevin in a worry tone "We're alright!" Amy replied as she hugs her little brother,then Quagmire walks up to him "Thanks little guy...With him gone for good,His used products will be in the trash where it belongs!" and with that,Quagmire left.
"Why are you guys doing here?" Kevin asked "We're here looking for you" Amy replied "We have to pack our thing because we're moving tomorrow!"
"YOU BRATS AREN'T GOING ANYWHERE!" Came Tony's voice as the Rider Kids saw him,enrage after seeing Luxy Leroy defeated "You're not leaving Cherry Fall until you brats are Dead!"
"Not gonna happen,Frat Jerk!" Shouted Freddrick as he stands in front of him,then a glowing light shined as a new Manga Disc appears as Freddrick grabs it and examines it.
The Manga Disc has two images,the first image shows a group of five girls with the title 'BanG Dream!' on it,the other image shows Goku in Super Saiyan Form with the Title 'Dragon Ball Z'
Freddrick was about to transform,but Tony interfered him "Screw This!" shouted Tony as he slowly walks back and pulling out some smoke bombs "Remember this,Once we found you where ever you are...You brats are done for!" and with that,Tony slams the smoke bomb and disappears.
"We'll be ready for them!" said Freddrick as he puts away his new Manga Disc "Well...We gotta back our things for tomorrow"
The Others nodded as they're about to head home,until Kevin accidently dropped something on the ground "What's This?" said Amy as she picks it up,revealing the 'Taimanin Usagi' DVD box Kevin bought earlier as Amy was mad at her little brother's pervertedness as she chases him.
The Next Day...
Six moving trucks and a car were driving on the road as the Rider Kids were on the back seat of the car.
"So Freddrick" said Lance while Kendall was sleeping on his lap "I wonder what new friends we'll make in our new home?" "Who knows" Freddrick replied "We'll probably help us in our favor,and remember...those Troll Omega Cringer Jerks are still on our tail,We have to be ready for that!" "Freddrick is Right!" Alex exclaimed "Who ever we encounter...They'll lend us support somehow" "Yeah" Amy added while Kevin was sleeping on her lap.
"Thanks Guys!" said Freddrick as he slimes "Let's hope that we'll get through this!" Then the Trucks and car passes by a sign that says 'Welcome to Peach Creek!'
The End...But Kamen Rider Otakun and his Friends will Return.
