Melascula had just witnessed will be freeing Heather from the possessed spirits, much to her annoyance.

"No, the Angel Ruby… What an unfortunate time for her awake," she said.

Hiccup immediately looked at her. "Did you just say that Ruby is awake?"

Melascula sneered at him. "Well, for now. Unfortunately, the curse will probably kill you in three days time, but I wouldn't mind heading over to kill her myself before that moment arrives."

"Listen, for the last time, let me out of here right now!" Hiccup demanded.

Melascula merely smiled and then vanished.

Hiccup just clenched his fist in anger. "I won't let her do this. Just hang on Ruby."

Ruby was now using her magic to heal everyone especially Heather and Fishlegs, who had taken the harder hits. Once everyone was healed the all gathered round to discuss their next move.

"I'm so sorry, Fishlegs," said Heather. "Are you all right?"

"Yeah, I'm fine, really," he assured her.

"You are seriously a reckless girl," said Snotlout looking at Shanna. "You should be in bed."

"But I was too worried about you and the others to stay there," she said.

"You wouldn't believe how stubborn those two were," said Ruffnut gesturing to Shanna and Ruby.

"Yeah, we kept on telling them that they should stay, but now they had to go off and play hero," said Tuffnut.

Snotlout sighed. "All right, but you have to go back now." Shanna looked rather reluctant to return back to the Black Dragon. "We'll be fine."

Shanna looked at Ruby. "You're magic power, I've never seen anything like it. Without a doubt, you really are a true Angel, but I'm a little confused. Which Ruby are you right now?"

"It's a little hard to explain, but I am both Ruby of the Angel Race as well as the Ruby that is a Princess of Berk," said Ruby. She then turned towards Ragnar. "So Ragnar where is Hiccup now?"

Astrid noticed that Ragnar just stood there in silence. "Uh, the Princess asked your question. Ragnar?"

Ruby then stopped in front of Ragnar and looked at him closely. "Hang on, I never would have guessed it was really you. You've grown up so much, what a handsome young man you become."

Ragnar just looked at her awkwardly. "Uh, well… thank you."

Everyone just looked at one another, confused.

"Hey, remember my nickname?" Ruby asked. "He used to call me Big Sis Sis."

Ragnar just stood there mortified, and everyone just stared at him, shocked.

"Big Sis Sis?"

"Remember how you look up to me like I was really your big sister?" Ruby asked.

"I-I, uh… when was this exactly?" Ragnar asked.

"Back when you are around 12 or 13, did you forget?"

"Seriously?" Heather blinked.

"Big Sis Sis?" Fishlegs stared.

Astrid just smirked that Ragnar. "I have a hard time imagining you calling someone Big Sis Sis."

"Hey, I was only a kid," said Ragnar.

"Sorry for interrupting this little chat," said a voice

Everyone immediately turned and saw Melascula floating above them.

"Melascula, damn you!" Snotlout roared. "What did you do with our captain?"

Melascula snarled at him. "Both he and this woman manipulated our leader and then inflicted damage on to the Demon Race the low some Angel Ruby joined by the Seven Deadly Sins who dared to stand up to us." Her eyes then turn down towards Shana. "Oh, I must confess that I wasn't expecting to see you around here. You're that half-dead fairy girl that I grant a temporary life too."

She then began to laugh, and Snotlout quickly shielded Shana.

"Now I am Melascula of Faith, on behalf of the Demon King will punish you for your transgressions!"

She then suddenly transformed into a giant snake that was as tall as the tallest tower in Berk. Her tail kept slithering across the city demolishing buildings in its wake.

"Oh, man," said Fishlegs.

"What the hell is going on here?" Snotlout asked.

"I would have preferred not to take on this form because it isn't cute," Melascula admitted.

Snotlout scoffed. "I think it's a major improvement if you ask me!"

Melascula glared down at him and then launched herself towards him. Ragnar quickly created a Perfect Cube around himself, Ruby and Astrid and floated them to safety. Snotlout quickly pushed Shana out of the way and soon found himself inside Melascula's jaw using all his strength so that she wouldn't bite down with her long tongue around his waist.

"Snotlout!" Shanna cried.

"For that comment, I'm going to start with you," she hissed. "Thanks to you, six of my hearts got pulverised, and my jaw has been dislocated. You totally ruined my life so I'll return the favour by swallowing you and keeping you inside my stomach! You'll be dissolved in its acid only to be resurrected over and over, I'm gonna make you regret that your immortal!"

Shanna chased after them and launched herself into the air. "Stop it! Let him go!"

"No, stay away from here Shanna!" Snotlout yelled.

"What an annoying insect!" Melascula spat and swatted Shanna with her tail.

Shanna quickly dodged her tail, and it smashed several buildings below it and then carried on chasing after.

"Oh no, you don't!" said Shanna and raised her hand. "Whirlwind Pursuit!"

The wind around her then transformed to the sharp projectiles and flew towards Melascula. However, the attack didn't seem to penetrate her scales, and she merely shook it off.

"Hey now, that's making me itch," she said.

"Get out of here!" Snotlout yelled.

Melascula then swatted Shanna away with her tail sending her flying across the city.

"Look out!" Heather yelled, catching her before she hit the ground.

"Stop playing hero Shanna, you're in no shape to keep pushing yourself like that!" Snotlout yelled.

"He's right," said Fishlegs floating down towards her. "Stay put, let us deal with this."

"If I don't push myself now, then when I ever going to?" she said and took off before anyone could stop her.

"Shanna, no!"

'Snotlout, you've always protected me, and I've always depended on you, but that's just not enough,' she said as she kept on flying towards Snotlout. "I knew you to know that I can protect you too!"

"What a fool," said Melascula. "You'll never take my prey away from me, not with those lonely powers of yours. Here's an idea why don't you watch your lover get chewed to bits then you get a real taste of your own helplessness."

A split second later, Snotlout vanished from her mouth, and everyone's eyes widened as Shanna had been the one that saved. She was now holding onto his arm and on her back were pair of golden wings of light.

"Whoa, Fishlegs look at her," said Heather.

"No way!" Fishlegs stared.

"Magic power 18,000… Strength 50… Spirit 3,000… her power level 21,050!" Toothless stared.

"Guess she doesn't need our help," said Tuffnut.

"You go, girl!" Ruffnut cheered.

"Her intense feelings of the one she loves has been transformed into power now," said Ruby. "How beautiful."

"Shanna…" said Snotlout stunned. He then hugged her tightly. "Damnit, you had me so worried. You've always been my salvation, you know that, thank you."

Melascula was the only one not enjoying this situation. "How dare you steal my victim from me! You impotent little girl, now that it has come to this the order does not matter! I'm going to slaughter you all!"

She then stopped when suddenly everyone sensed a massive surge of magic power coming from the council building.

"I don't like this sudden surge of evil," said Astrid.

"There's no question, it belongs to him," said Ragnar gravely.

Ruby's eyes widened. "Meliodas…"

The council building was then destroyed along with several of the surrounding buildings.

"No way," Meliodas stared horrified. "That's impossible! None of the Ten Commandments can break the Cocoon of Darkness, not even Zeldris unless he is using the Demon King's power!"

When the dust finally settled, they saw Hiccup laying on the ground, unconscious and standing over him was a young man with short blond hair. On his back, they could see wings of pure darkness, and everyone could sense the malice coming from him, it was enough to make a grown man shudder in fear. This was Meliodas, the former leader of the Ten Commandments, son of the Demon King and Ruby's lover.

Eret grimaced then turned and looked towards the sky. "I need you to come at once and do my bidding… Divine Greatsword Rhitta!"

Then spinning towards him was his sacred treasure, and he quickly jumped into the air, grabbing it in one hand. He then landed directly in front of the young man, who just stood there panting. Eret then slowly made his way towards him.

"Wait, Eret!" Ragnar yelled. "As he is now Meliodas is too strong even for you to handle Eret!"

"Your warning is noted, but I was trained in case this ever happened," said Eret without showing a shred of fear. He then stopped and cracked his neck. "And I've been waiting for this day for a long time."

Meliodas then roared, and darkness began to cover him from head to toe, and a short sword then appeared within his hand.

"Don't tell me… has he gone berserk?" Ruby asked.

"If only," said Ragnar. "I've only seen this mentioned power once, and that was when he was facing Hiccup. Their battle shook the ground beneath their feet, and in the end, it was a tie, but Hiccup lost his leg in that fight."

Melascula was utterly terrified. "It's all over now, both for you and for me. This is Meliodas in assault mode, something even we fear that would happen when he led the Ten Commandments."

"Now, Sir Ragnar!" Eret yelled.

"All right… Perfect Cube!" Ragnar yelled.

A perfect cube than appeared around Eret and Meliodas trapping the two of them inside it.

"Hiccup must have used all his strength to release him from his soul, risky had to take to break Melascula's spell and leaving him in a coma. It freed him, but he should not have taken such a gamble."

Melascula had calmed down the moment the Perfect Cube had been erected. "For a moment there, I was so terrified that my blood froze. Thank you you idiots, as long as Hiccup is out cold, and that dreadful Eret is trapped I can have the rest of you for lunch."

Snotlout them free himself from Shana and dived down towards Melascula. "Think so, huh? Well, I'm going to snatch a last hard and finish you off! Get ready for Fox Hunt!"

He extended his hand, but the heart did not appear in his hand much to his surprise. He kept on thrusting his hand again and again, but still, nothing happened.

'Her heart, where is it?' he said frantically.

"Uh-oh," Melascula sneered as she turned to face him. "Problems? If you're looking for my heart, I can move anywhere inside this long body of mine." She then opened her mouth wide. "Deadly Poison!"

Snotlout was then struck by a massive surge of acid, causing him to fall to the ground. The acid was burning away his skin, and what was worse, it didn't seem to be dissipating so no matter how fatty regenerated his skin was still being burnt off.

"Groping around inside a woman's body, what a pervert," Melascula sneered.

"I'm coming!" Shanna yelled, flying down towards him.

"Don't do it!" Snotlout yelled, realising the poison would affect her if she got closer. "Stay away!"

"There you go, serves you right," said Melascula. "All you have to do is breathe in or touch my digestive juices, and you're dead."

"Shanna," said Snotlout before he collapsed.

"Snotlout, no!" Shanna cried.

Meliodas had now completed his transformation, thick dark skin was now covering his lower torso, and his feet now resembled that of talons. From the waist up, you look like a normal human, but one could tell by looking at his bare chest that he was quite muscular.

"So you're the legendary Meliodas," said Eret. "Sir Hiccup told me the fearsome tales of your might and trained me to face you someday."

"Silence!" Meliodas roared. "You're so insolent for a basic human. I am Meliodas, who leads the Ten Commandments!"

"You think I'm insolent, do you?" said Eret.

"I suggest you watch your mouth because I'm short-tempered and I'm in a bad mood."

"I am actually rather excited," said Eret. "Because this might be my one chance to find out when I can surpass Sir Hiccup. Now learn what you say that we start this fight?"

Eret then quickly swung his sword right down on Meliodas, who quickly blocked it with his own blade. However, despite the amount of strength Eret had put into the blow, Meliodas hadn't been phased one bit.

"You really think that a human can beat a demon?" said Meliodas.

Eret laughed. "Without a shred of doubt!"

Ruby was now making her way towards Snotlout, despite the poison in the air.

"Ruby, no!" said Shanna. "What are you doing?"

Ruby stop, when she was right in front of Snotlout and Melascula, was shocked, because being that close Ruby should have been affected by the poison.

"Impossible!" she said. "My poison isn't working on you?"

Ruby merely outstretched hand over Snotlout. "Invigorate!"

Immediately hand began to glow in the poison surrounding Snotlout began to dissipate until there was no trace of it.

"No way, my poison is being utilised," said Melascula shocked.

Snotlout found himself able to move and then Ruby looked towards Melascula with her golden eyes.

"Damn you! You miserable angel!" Melascula roared.

Then suddenly stone spikes erupted from the ground surrounding her she quickly had a sliver away in order to avoid them.

"What? What's happening?" she said as she slithered away. "Earth Magic?" As she slithered away, she saw Helen realise that she was the one responsible for this. "Damn you, brat. The giants are the all brawn and no brains race, but… when I'm in this form my powers can surpass even them."

"Now!" Heather yelled as she spun her hammer. "Crazy Rush!"

Stone fists then erupted from the ground and headed towards Melascula, but she was able to dodge them just like the spikes. She then realised that she wasn't aiming at her directly rather instead forcing her to make turns.

"What are you aiming for?" said Melascula as she slithered away saw that she was heading towards Heather. "This path you're making, it's like you're begging me to come your way."

"You're right, I am!" Heather smiled and then immediately swung her fist at her with all her might.

Melascula had been taken entirely by surprise the sheer power in the blow and was knocked to the ground. Heather didn't let up and immediately swung Gideon and struck her that she actually managed to break her jaw.

"That's not the power of an average giant," said Melascula as she was sent skywards. "She's just like Drole."

Fishlegs then appear directly over her. "Bumblebee!"

Melascula was then blasted by blades of light that cuts so deep into her skin that she was starting to bleed.

"Is this the Sacred Trees Power like Gloxinia could wield?" Melascula yelled out in pain. The attacks were just too much for her, and she collapsed. "It's unforgivable, how could I demon be overwhelmed by me at Giants and fairies? Me a member of the Ten Commandments?"

"That was quite foolish of you, Melascula," said Ragnar. "Taking on that form and doing so completely out of disdain was what did you in. If only you chose to wield your true magic powers, you could have battled us and held your own easily. You were just too arrogant."

"I never thought it would come to this, but I must retreat," she said.

"Tempest Falls!" Shanna yelled. Then suddenly massive tornadoes appear directly behind Melascula, cutting off her escape. "No, you're not, because we're ending this."

"Shanna, wait," said Snotlout weakly. "You'll…"

Melascula began to rise. "You do realise, don't you? If you kill me, you'll die as well."

Shanna just remained silent, and Snotlout looked completely heartbroken as he looked up at her.

Astrid then suddenly jumped on top of Melascula's head. "This is Checkmate! Valkyrie Dance!"

Astrid then began spinning her axe around, and Melascula found herself unable to move. "I-I can't move my… body."

"Valkyrie Dance removes the fight from my opponent's body making them unable to move, it should last for about 10 seconds," Astrid explained. "But that tiny sliver time should be all that we are going to need."

Shanna then flew down towards Ragnar. "All right, Ragnar."

"And you're sure? You thought this through?" Ragnar asked.

Shanna nodded."

"No Ragnar, wait!" Snotlout pleaded. "Please, don't do this!"

Shanna just shook her head and smiled at him, preparing herself for the end.

"Shanna…" said Snotlout helplessly.

"I'm glad that I was able to protect you," she said.

"Now, Endless Whirl!" Ragnar yelled as he raised his hands.

However, be then stepped forward, and Ragnar stopped before he cast the spell.

"Everyone and everything that I care about are truly special to me. And I'll never stop protecting them." A bright light then began to cover Ruby's body. "Tranquil!"

The lights then touched Melascula, and the darkness around her began to dispel.

"M-my my miasma," she said as she felt herself growing powerless. "S-stop it… Stop it!"

However, Ruby did not stop until all of her miasmas had been removed from her body. Once it had all that was left of her was a tiny snake no longer than a finger.

Toothless approached her. "This is Melascula, huh?" he said, looking down at her. "Boo!"

Melascula panting and began to sliver away, but Ragnar was able to capture her inside one of his vials. He then quickly put the cork on ceiling her inside and because that she was still alive it meant that Shanna wouldn't disappear.

"Look at her, a tiny poisonous snake is all she really is," said Ruby. "Meliodas once told me that she got her powers by bathing in the miasma of the Demon Realm for 300 years."

Snotlout wasted no time in hugged Shanna. "You really scared me."

"Snotlout…" said Shanna crying into his shoulder.

Ragnar merely smiled. "Way to go Big Sis Sis."

"Thank you so much," Ruby smiled.

Ragnar hadn't realised that he had spoken out loud much to Ruby's amusement.

Eret meanwhile was still battling against Meliodas, but none of his attacks seemed to be able to penetrate his guard. Meliodas then kneed him right beneath his chin, and he quickly jumped back to avoid Eret's swing.

Meliodas then spun wildly forcing Eret to block it with his sword, but then he kicked him sending him backwards. Eret managed to regain his footing and then jumped at him swinging his sword down, Meliodas merely blocked it.

Eret kept on slamming against his blade and slowly began digging Meliodas into the ground. However, these attacks left him unphased and seconds later, Eret's profound his stomach being pierced by his
