As creatures known as Horrors destroy this peaceful village, looking for someone.

When the boy stop in front of a house, one of a Horror was carrying a 7 year old girl with dark brown hair into pigtails, as she wear a pink dress and brown boots.

The girl eyes open up and saw the boy and warn him. "Nii-san... run..." As the Horror open some kind of portal that glow red and black, as the Horror enter the portal.

As the boy run after it, but the portal closes, as the boy trip.

The boy turn around to see a Horror coming at him, as the boy try to get up, but he fell and close his eyes for the worst until...

*Crackle*

*ZZZ*ZZZ*ZZZ*ZZZ*

*BOOM*

As lightning strike the Horror, as the boy look up to see a man with glowing tattoos surrounded his body with white hair, as he wear robe with arm guards, gold and black boots, as he has a staff with him, as it glow blue.

As the man offer an hand to the boy. "Come with me, trust me." As the boy took his hand, as he uses his staff, as white glow surrounded them both, as they vanish.

-Somewhere, in the Forest-

In the forest, the man and the boy appears, as the boy threw up a little, as tge man felt sorry for him.

"I forgot how people were whenever I use the teleportation spell. What's your young one?" As the man kneel down.

As the boy reply shyly. "R-Riku. Riku Okami."

"Garth. Here." As Garth gave the boy a ring with a face. "Keep it safe. He will help with deal with the Horrors."

As Garth uses his staff, as he vanish in front of Riku eyes, as he was all alone...

-Years Later, The Imperial Capital, 1024, Nighttime-

"Zaruba? Are we in the right place?"

A now 17 year old with his hair now a bit longer now up to his neck, as he wear a white shirt with a black overcoat with gold trimming over the shirt, black pants and brown combat boots, as Riku was talking to his ring that he got from Garth, as he learns about the Makai Order, as Garth was part of it, as they are in front of a weapons shop.

Riku met some interesting people, he met Tatsumi when he was traveling to the Capital, as they travel together, they met a woman name Leone, as she try to con Tatsumi for his money, as Riku gave her a bag of rocks to help Tatsumi and after the two going their separate ways, Zaruba sense something dark, as they were here at the weapons shop for that reason.

"Good." As Riku enter, as weapons were on the wall like axes, spears, swords, etc. As Riku approach the man.

As the man say. "Welcome! How may I help you?"

"Nothing much, sir. I'm looking for something." Riku replied.

As the man ask. "And that is?"

As Riku got out a lighter and light it up, as the fire was green, with an unknown words.

"Your death, Horror." As Riku smirk.

As the man gave a murderous glare, as he jump on the counter and pounce at Riku, who step to the side and kick the man away.

Meanwhile, a girl with long black hair that reaches down to her knees and red eyes, as she wears a dark sleeveless tank top with a white collar and a red tie; a red belt that has a red side skirt cover over a black, pleated skirt, with long black socks and black shoes and red gauntlets and black gloves.

She was on the rooftop when...

She heard a crash, as she jump roof to roof and saw Riku, fighting a man, as the man hand turn into a claw, as he went to strike Riku, who dodge it and got out his sword and rise it into the air cutting a circle of light, as golden armor appear and merge with him armor, as his swird change to a golden longsword, with the center of the waist is a triangle with red center outline in steel, his helmet resemble a wolf, as the eyes glow green.

"You're...!?" The man was shocked, as he went to kill him when...

Cut the man in half, as Riku was behind him, as the man dissolve into darkness, as Riku armor disappear and sheath his sword.
