Alright everyone! Let's get this show on the road!

Chapter fourteen: and it all comes together

Dewey

He wondered if there was anyone else who knew.

He hoped so.

The only other people he figured knew anything else, besides himself and Della, were Daisy and Scrooge.

That had to be the reason they were sent away. It had to be.

Now, the only question he had now, was how to break them out.

Louie

"Well, I see you've been doing alright." Commented Max, who was visiting Louie (or rather, Larry) at the diner.

"It pays well." Louie/Larry said.

"I gotta say that the clown costume is..."

"...ridiculous? Yeah I thought so."

"I've never been a huge mascot person, myself." Max remarked.

"Why not?"

"I'd rather not go into it."

Louie/Larry, for one brief shining moment almost recognized Max.

Only, somewhat older, with an orange sweater, and a polka dotted bow tie and having a weird sounding laugh.

And the weirdest sounding scream.

More of a holler, actually.

Huey

Well I guess I was right.

Webby is getting sent to a boarding school.

Her granny must be on to her.

And then there's everything with Scrooge and Daisy,

What got the sent to the asylum? Who's making it so they're sent there?

Who's behind all of this?

Lena

They had to get out of that town.

Right after, Lena's argument with the crow at the town hall, she had grabbed violet and ran out of the building.

they ran over to the side, she had spotted a pay phone close by.

It was convenient, far too convenient.

Like it was a practical joke.

But she was far too desperate.

"Do You have a quarter?" She asked violet.

"Only one."

She slipped it in.

She quickly dialed Webby's number.

Huey picked up.

"Hello? McDuck residence, who is this?"

She didn't know how that would make any sense, that an old landline phone would pick up on some kid's smartphone (if he was using one) but she didn't care, it was a line to Webby regardless.

Naturally, when she tried to speak into the phone, her bill just snapped shut.

For a few seconds at least.

For the first time in a long time, she could finally tell someone everything.

"Huey! I know you don't remember me, but It's Lena! I'm with Violet! We just escaped juvie, and we're in this weird town that wants us to stay here, and I want you to give a message to Webby..."

She couldn't hold back on this, the people in the town hall were running out as an angry mob.

"We're stuck in a TV show! It's Glomgold! He wished us in here! He's controlling everything and everyone like puppets! He's erased everyone's memories!"

That was all she could say before the mob got to the girls.

But she managed to say all that she needed to say.

She didn't see it, but there was a screen close by her.

And if someone looked through that screen, they'd see a genie fighting a large Scottish Duck.

A Scottish Duck that lost his concentration on keeping certain young Ducks mouths shut, when the genie suddenly started to fight him.

Webby

They were onto her.

That's why she was getting sent to that boarding school.

She was starting to put all the pieces together.

There were still a few more puzzle pieces to go.

But she could still see most of the whole picture in front of her.

The amulet, might have Donald Duck trapped in it.

As well as several other people.

What if that was where the outside force was keeping people that had been written out of the storyline?

One of them, an African gray parrot, had already escaped from the amulet, and the people in there had been arguing about who get's to escape first...

She was so deep in thought, that she didn't notice the amulet starting to glow again.

Once again, she was blasted right off her feet.

And once again, when she got back up, she saw someone standing in her room.

Only this time, it was a blonde woman with her hair in a pony tail, and green eyes, and she was dressed in an old prospecting outfit.

She ran out Webby's bedroom door.

The woman looked very familiar to Webby.

Like that girl in the photograph Louie had.

She had been written out of the narrative all this time.
