Ezra
So here's a little about him!
He's definitely a Mama's Boy. When he was a baby, I like to think that he was in Pixal's arms 24/7. However, he takes more after Zane in his appearance, based off the idea that a child born to an unmarried couple, they will most likely resemble the father. Just a silly idea. But he does have Pixal's hair color.
Pixal has deep green eyes. Zane has pale icy blue eyes. Ezra therefore has deep blue eyes :). If they were to have another child in the future, they'd definitely have pale green eyes.
Ezra's a very shy boy. Because his parents were so young when they had him, he doesn't grow up with other kids his age (before he goes to school), and he usually has the company of people who take care of him (Echo, his grandfathers, Maya, Nya occasionally). As a young child, his habits definitely including burying his face in Pixal's shirt or hiding behind Zane's legs when someone he doesn't know very well tries to speak to him.
Was supposed to born a May baby, but came early on April 30th.
Emma
Very happy baby. :)
Mostly after Jay in her appearance! She has long wavy-curly type brown hair as she grows up. But definitely has Nya's confidence in her attitude
She is a blooming social butterfly!
Always watching for the mailman so she can tell him all about her day or show him how Cole braids her hair all "pretty". :)
Even though Echo watches her and holds down the fort while her parents are gone, she sort of becomes independent in a way.
With Echo, she spends most of her time with him playing outside. Rolling down hills, making flower chains, getting into mischief. She often has to clean up before her parents come back!
She is born in January during a fierce snowstorm!
Maya
Maya: very girly girl :P but that doesn't mean she doesn't become a badass like her parents!
Kai comes and stays with them for periods of time, so she's always sad when he has to go :(
He believes that staying with them for a long time might make them vulnerable to enemy threats, and he really doesn't want them to be involved, or worse, get hurt.
Being that she sits in a booth, or at the counter while her mom is working the restaurant, she's okay with just sitting and watching, but she's not really shy either. She's used to being around people.
Her favorite thing to do with her dad is play dolls!
Her birthday is October 16th!
Elemental Powers
So, instead of inheriting the power directly, I hc that they inherit the "potential" for that element. Additionally, I see that, it's like a seesaw for obtaining their powers, but only when they reach the true potential will it be fully transferred between generations.
For example:
Jay still has his lightning powers, and Emma can make little shocks and things, but as soon as she grows stronger in wielding the element, Jay's power will decrease.
Story Detail: That would be a point of conflict in Emma's story because they're actually reluctant to teach her how to use it in the first place!
Nina And Eleni
Nina and Eleni have such vivid imagination. They love to play pretend and drag Cole into their many games of dress up.
They spend their days laughing, talking, screaming, always coming up withsomething to do, something new to play.
They love bedtime stories! Especially the ones Cole tells.
Oh, and Eleni is actually the older one! But as she and Nina grow up, Nina is just a liiiiiiiiitle taller.
Cole sees a lot of his mother in Eleni: soft spoken, gentle, quiet yet caring.
But he also sees Seliel in Nina. She has her smile, and grows to have a fierceness in her personality, as well as the protectiveness she gets from Cole.
The girls only start to ask about "mom" when they start going to school (a result of making Mother's Day projects), but eventually Cole tells them that their mom "loved them so much that it made it hard for her to go."
I imagine that when Cole and Zane start dating, Eleni feels really comfortable around him, and Nina likes to ask him a lot of questions :P
They are June babies, born on the first!
