Neither Blake Ouroboros nor Charlie Potter was sure how long the two of them just stared at each other, until their attention was abruptly taken by the staff of Hogwarts bursting in through the door to the normally abandoned classroom. Something that clearly annoyed the silvery grey-eyed, indicated by her eye twitching rather wildly… not that most of the people nearby noticed as her expression still strongly resembled a deadpan.
After a few minutes of what can easily be described as (in Blake's opinion at least) pointless bickering amongst the adults, Blake finally ran out of patience and flared up her magical power, silencing the adults and earning a thank you from Charlie that went over her head as she didn't listen.
"I've grown tired of your… bickering, bugs. The ant and myself share a magical link between us, and I want to know the nature of said link." Stated Blake in a tone of obvious annoyance.
"Listen here, there are far more pressing matters than-" stated one of the adults, to be more specific a male ant dressed in all black, only to be interrupted by Blake.
"That wasn't a request, bug. It's an order. Now go and find someone competent enough to reveal the nature of the link otherwise there will be… trouble." With her demand made known, Blake flared her magic again, making it clear that she wouldn't take no for an answer. "Well what are you waiting for? Get to it, bug."
With clearly great reluctance, the bug left the room and didn't return for a few minutes. When he finally returned, he wasn't alone. Hot on his heels were Hogwarts' mediwitch, Madame Pomfrey, and Blake's mate, Luna Lovegood, who simply leaned against the wall near the door. Using some kind of analysis-spell on the Demi-Dragon Goddess and the ant she shared a magical link with, the mediwitch revealed the nature of the link between the two. It was a magical twin-bond, a revelation that caused not only Blake and Charlie, but also everyone else nearby to stare at the two with wide eyes.
