"REEEEEX I'M BORED!".
A statement that might as well become one of Ahsoka's catchphrases. Because she was very often bored.
"Breaking news."grumbled Jesse.
"The General has been talking to whoever's on the holoprojector for HOURS. It's hard NOT to be bored" Fives said, laying on his bunk.
"I think it's Senator Amidala." theorized Coric.
A chorus of "Ooooooooooooooo."s rang through the barracks.
"It's obvious he likes her." said Denal. "You see how he blushes when he sees her, he's red as Fox's armor."
"Weeeell, Fox is obviously in love with the senator from Pantora." commented Echo.
"It's his worst kept secret. Cody told me."said Rex.
The gossip died down, leaving Ahsoka visibly bored again.
"We could play a game of Sabacc."suggested Burr.
"NO."Tup's head whipped around."Commander Tano is a BEAST at Sabacc. The last time I lost at Sabacc, she made me wear high heels."He shuddered.(Check STARWARZMYLIFE's drabbles)
"WAIT. WHAT THE KRIFF, YOU'RE HEELY?" asked Fives. He broke down laughing.
Tup wasn't listening. He was curled up, rocking back and forth like Dobby the House-Elf.
"Yeah right. I'd play you at Sabacc." Burr said, looking at Ahsoka.
"You've condemned yourself." said Hardcase. "You shinies can be so foolish."
"Don't say we didn't warn you." Dogma said, remembering the same incident.
5 minutes of looking for Sabacc cards later...
"Lady and Gentlemen, you could have been anywhere in the galaxy tonight, but you're here with us on the Resolute." Kix sort-of quoted, getting looks of annoyance from Burr."Are you ready for a game of Sabacc?"
Cheers went up, because it felt right.
"The issue on the table: Ahsoka's bored. Remember, we play for favors, and sweets, not money."
It was Lunar, Gizmo, Caram, Burr, and Stitch versus Ahsoka.
"Wait, where's Lunar and Caram?"asked Gizmo.
"We're here!" Caram said, rushing to the game. Their arms were pilled full of sweet stuff; caramels and Moon Pies.
"Let's play,"Ahsoka said, ready to terrorize them.
It was agonizing to watch Ahsoka defeat the shinies, one by one. All of the others just wanted to step in and play for the newbies.
Once she was done, Ahsoka said,"Well, it served its purpose, I'm not bored anymore!"
"That's just great." said Burr, wishing he had never suggested that they should play.
Rowan(me): Did you learn your lesson, Burr?
Burr: Yes.
Caram: Well, I heard you've got a special someone-
Burr: DON'T EVEN START.(I'm not in love.)
