"Marschall, what's going on?" asked Abella as the two found themselves floating in a blank space.

"I don't know," said Marschall.

"Welcome to where all Miraculous holders go when they die, inside their Miraculous itself," said a voice as several Cat Noirs and Ladybugs appeared around them.

"Wait, did one of you say that we're dead?" asked Abella with a worried expression.

"Half dead," said the voice as the Cat Noirs and Ladybugs made a path to a little girl with red hair and wearing a red dress with black polka dots, and a boy wearing a black suit with a green tie.

"It can't be," said Abella and Marschall as they looked at them with shocked expressions.

"Did you recognize us from somewhere, maybe as your Kwamis?" asked the boy with a big grin.

"Okay, this has to be a trick by Cat Blank and Ladyblank," said Marschall.

"Afraid not, that sphere they had tossed at you had drained all your energy, but there is a way to get back up," said Tikki.

"What do you mean?" asked Abella.

"The Miraculouses actually have three forms, the first is Standby which is when Kwamis aren't inhabiting them," said Tikki.

"When a Kwami does inhabit a Miraculous it is in Active mode," said Plagg.

"What about the third form?" asked Marschall.

"The third form is Unchained, it gives the holders a hundred percent of our powers," said Tikki.

"But only the Mage could do it, no one else who has ever wielded a Miraculous could pull it off," said Plagg.

"It could be dangerous and end your lives sooner if it goes wrong," said Tikki.

"We're already on the verge of death," said Marschall.

"And how can we call ourselves heroes if we didn't give it everything we had to protect someone?" asked Abella.

"Spoken like true warriors," said a Cat Noir who was in knightly armor as they all raised their right hands.

"Don't worry, you won't be alone in this as we'll all help you," said an Egyptian Ladybug as they all held up their versions of the yo-yo, which include a sword and folding fan. Back in the gym, the lights from the Miraculouses had started to dive down.

"This can't be," said Ladyblank as Abella and Marschall started to move.

"How can they still be alive, we took all of the power they had!" said Cat Blank.

"Not quite, because we just got a big power boost," said Abella as she showed them her left hand. The ring had turned into a black wristband with a chain that led to a new thin silver ring on her index finger.

"And we're going to use that power boost to end this once and for all," said Marschall. The earrings now had chains that led to a helix piercing on each ear.

"This can't be happening, only one person has ever been able to use that power," said Cat Blank with a terrified expression as he backed up a little.

"And now it's three; Plagg, Break the Chain!" said Abella.

"Tikki, Break the Chain!" said Marschall. Another flash of light then filled the room, this one more intense then the one before.
