When Evelyn returned to her father's hideout she kicked 5 Cryptic Creatures into dust and turned on the computer. She had data to release to the Assassins Creed. "I see the creatures got the brunt of your wrath. I take it we got what you demanded of them?" Dylas knew that his creatures were quick to be destroyed by his wife or child if they were mad.

"Yeah I got the true data. Miss Martian escaped, but Zach and Shayera are pursuing her," she dismissed as she looked at all the data from her memory stick. "My raid on the base, I'll do it in a few days. I don't want any assassins getting in my way, so I'll go alone."

"I'd rather The Great One and Talia join you," Dylas answered looking at her. "You may indeed have the strength to take on them, but the extra numbers could benefit you."

"Maybe so. If it's just the Al Ghuls. They know how I fight," she answered as she looked at a few schematics.

"So we are joining you? In your assault on the base of Young Justice?"

"Correct. Just you two," she answered. When Dylas left the room she sealed the room and turned off the cameras. "I don't feel like having any eavesdroppers. This is going to be the hardest mission we have. There's going to be more than just Young Justice. I want to kidnap as well."

"Who?" She opened up 3 dossiers. "My husband, Nightwing and Black Manta's son?"

"Correct. They are the 3 keys I need. Bring them to me? We have the Justice League's involvement and we win," she answered. Ra's and Talia knew what she wasn't saying though. For her plan to turn Assassins Creed on it's head, she needed 3 warriors that possessed the same strength as her. Plus dragging the League to her would bring her backup.

"Very well," Ra's answered as he and Talia went to prepare as Evelyn turned the cameras on and looked at the three dossier's smiling sadly.

"Just a little longer. Let's make it," she whispered.

Meanwhile in the base of Young Justice, Kaldur and Nightwing were transferring important data to the League. "So why did she give us all warning? Saying to be prepared for something massive?"

"Evelyn's motives are unknown. Maybe she knows something that we truly do not. Maybe her father's plans are so big, so devastating to the team, that she wants us to stand a chance against them. She could also be looking for fair competition. If we're weakened it makes her game less entertaining. The true meanings behind her words can't be comprehended," Superman answered.

"There's also the fact that she just let Miss Martian live and go," Red Robin answered looking at Batman confused. "Why'd she do that?"

"Evelyn has been noted by Superboy and Miss Martian to have been treating them as old friends. She never treated them as true captives. Fed them, hydrated them, gave them a place to sleep. Maybe she was seeing if they'd talk."

"Which we didn't," Miss Martian answered. "Though she released Superboy her letting me go, that was new. I didn't anticipate it without a fair exchange."

"Agreed. My niece wouldn't just do that. Not unless there was some other reason that she wanted you to be set free," Doc answered.

"Can you still lock onto Evelyn's mind?" Orin was curious since he was holding Kaldur's spot at the League while they all tried to capture Evelyn.

"Yes," she answered taking a breath and frowning as she did lock onto her. "Something's not right. For a villain, she seems remorseful. Her mind is troubled. I can't see what she's looking at though."

"She probably anticipated you getting into her head one time. Allowing you to feel what she does is all she knows she can do," Kaldur answered.

"Then why'd she go and switch sides?"

"Maybe she thought she could convince Dylas to stand down," Drew added looking at Doc. "But then there's something else. Those things. Could Evelyn be looking for them?"

"Possible. She never found them and they were something that was unstoppable to Dylas which means she wants to find them first." Everyone looked at Doc confused. "There were 4 Cryptic Creatures that Dylas made. They were known as the Clockwork Soldiers. They were made for his baby. For Evelyn. They were assigned to protect her. So if Evelyn is looking for them, she's looking for a weapon. They are trained to attack whoever their Princess demands them to."

"So if Evelyn wanted to attack us," Kaldur began looking at Doc and he nodded. "She'd have 4 unstoppable creations. I'm sure they have a weak point. No creature can truly be unstoppable."

"Their backs. There's a reason they are called the Clockwork soldiers," Drew answered making Nightwing look at her. "Evelyn wrote up something about them. I still remember it luckily. Tick Tock wind the clock. Learn what this means and the soldiers for you will dock."

"Tick Tock. Wind the clock. Learn what this means and the soldiers for you will dock," Superman repeated looking confused. "She refers to the sounds a clock makes, winding the clock?"

"I got it," Nightwing answered. Batman looked at him stunned. "Remember how she always twisted a music box?"

"Yeah it had a twist piece at the bottom," Doc answered. "What's her music box have to do with this?"

"Everything. The sound of a clock. The music box plays music. Wind the clock. She winds the music box to start the tune. Learn what this means and for you the soldiers will dock."

"So if the soldiers are operated like clockwork," Superboy realized where it was going. "She used to teach us what the weakness of her soldiers were in case she ever brought them out. They must have a key to twist at the back," he realized.

"Instead of tightening the twist," Superman added making Nightwing nod.

"We have to take out the key and then it gives us a direct shot to their circuitry," Nightwing answered. "Evelyn knew this and wanted us to have some contingencies against her."

Beast Boy looked at him confused. "She never trusted over half this team. Why would she tell you a contingency?"

"She trusted a select few members. Evelyn's past probably influences this since having a villain parental set makes you suspicious. The Justice League saved her in a way," Kaldur explained to him.

"Evelyn's lack of trust in many people is not from her true lack of trust to us. It's her lack of trust in reality. She'll come around. But first we need to figure out what her next move will be and capture her," Batman answered.

"She doesn't give you much to work with, does she?" Wonder Woman was impressed at how little she gave with how long they were around her. Nightwing looked at Evelyn's face from the recording in regard to getting Superboy back. "She looks a lot fiercer without all her technology on her wrists or arms."

"Yeah. I think that was her plan. Was to look fierce and intimidate her opponents. It's working. No criminal in Gotham wants to hear the name Huntress," Red Robin chuckled.

"Has she made an appearance lately Red Robin?" Nightwing was curious.

"No. Just small interrogations with villains down here. But the reason I know she's scaring people is the moment I mention Hunter. She's making them quake in fear."

"Good. Keep your eyes out and if she shows up let us know," Batman ordered him. As they all looked over the halls of the base, they felt relieved enough to go to their rooms and sleep. Under advisement of the League everyone had taken their valuables back to their homes since the base was going to be undergoing some treatments that would ruin everything.

"Superman," Batman called as he had ended the call with Young Justice. "Take this," he advised. He glanced to see it was the device Evelyn had given them. He looked at Batman confused and he nodded. "I want to know what it is but knowing Evelyn she'll have anticipated me." There were League members around that didn't know what was going on.

"Of course." He slipped it into his pockets and walked to an empty room with Batman. "Why are you giving me it?"

"Evelyn will not only attack the base. You know that. She'll kidnap. I'm very certain I'll be on the list alongside Nightwing. We can't have the device. She'll put a tracker on us and you can raid her base."

"Understood," he answered looking to Batman. "Protect her. She went into deep cover for us to find out about Dylas. We owe her safety."
