Behind Hill Valley Courthouse Square
(Two sonic booms appear in the sky as the DeLorean and the train enter August 25, 1936 and park in the garage behind Courthouse Square)
Doc: We made it back in good old 1936. Now we must find a way to place Tannen behind bars! As I remember, Tannen has an underground club behind the Diner so you must enter it. Here's a fake moustache for you so they won't recognize you as Michael Corleone.
Marty. Ok. Doc.
Doc: But be careful since this is the day your grandpa proposes to your grandma.
Marty: Check Doc. Headed over right now
(Marty makes it into Courthouse Square only to be interrupted by Edna Strickland)
Edna: Excuse me young man.
Marty Who? Me?
Edna: Yeah you. Where are you headed?
Marty: Behind the Diner.
Edna: Do that and I'll report you to the police!
Marty: Why?
Edna: Kid Tannen has an illegal club underground and anyone who I catch trying to enter I'll knock them out for the police to take to the cells of Hill Valley prison.
Marty: Ok. (Walks over to the police station then behind it towards the club and Edna decides to sneakily follow him as he seems familiar to her)
Marty: (Knocks on the door)
Matches: What?
Marty: I'd like to get into the club?
Matches: You've got to answer this question first.
Marty: Yeah, what?
Matches: What is the most dangerous crime family in America as of now?
Marty: The Valente Family.
Matches: Right. Come on in. (Opens door and Marty enters. Edna watched him from behind the boxes)
(Inside the club)
Marty: Wow! This is a nice looking place.
Cue Ball: What can I get for you?
Marty: Nothing I'm looking for a Kid Tannen. You know where he is?
Cue Ball: He's in the back in his office but he won't accept visitors.
Marty: Ok. Anyone else I can talk to?
Cue Ball: Miss Trixie Trotter who's on stage right now. She's about to go on break in a few minutes so why don't you wait.
Sylvia/Trixie: (Singing I Don't Care)
Marty: Grandma Sylvie in Trixie Trotter? She's got one hell of a voice. (Looks at Danny Parker) You alright there?
Danny: No. I've lost the love of my life. Betty was the sweetest women I've ever met but my failure to keep Hill Valley safe and put Kid behind bars caused her to dump me.
Marty: Man I'm sorry to hear that. Maybe if you prove her you can do those things then maybe she'll come back to you.
Danny: Yeah I doubt that.
Sylvia: Thank You guys. I'm about to go on break but I'll be back in about 10 minutes.
(Marty walks backstage to talk to her and knocks on her door)
Sylvia: Come in.
Marty: Trixie?
Sylvia: That's my stage name but you can call me by my real name Sylvia.
Marty: Last name?
Sylvia: Miskin
Marty: Say weren't you that waitress I met over at the Diner
Sylvia: Yes
Marty: Then why do you work for Kid here if you broke up with him 5 years ago.
Sylvia: Financial reasons forced me to work for Kid here. I want to get out of here soon but that won't happen until Kid is placed behind bars and when this place gets shut down.
Marty: It's gonna happen tonight. Trust me. Besides have you seen Artie around anywhere?
Sylvia: Artie McFly? Yeah he's been around after his disappearance for a month.
Marty: I told him to lay low for a month so he wouldn't be killed by Kid and his gang.
Sylvia: That's what he told me. And I'm glad he's alive and safe. I could never live with such a sweet and good looking guy like Artie. And hopefully soon he will no longer by Kid's accountant.
Kid: (Opens the door) Sylvie time to go out there again. Hey what are you doing here?
Marty: Talking to her about some things.
Kid: Wait a minute. You're Michael Corleone! You've returned to try and ruin my life.
Marty: Of course Tannen! You should be behind bars and this club should be shut down!
Kid: Never gonna happen!
Marty: Oh yeah! We'll see about that! (Punches Kid in the face and runs out)
