(Tobias' POV)
"Is that you Tris?" I ask, confused.
"Well... No," she answers, "I look exactly like her, but I'm not her, I'm trying to help her. The Memory serum is trying to make her lose her memories, and I am trying to help her, so I need you to cooperate with me. Is that all right?"
A few hours earlier
"Tris Prior," answers the doctor.
Everyone is quiet, "H-How," I ask.
No one answers the question.
"I-I don't know," says the doctor flabbergasted.
Christina looks at me confused, but Matthew looks at me shocked.
"Are you sure you're not mistaken?" asks Matthew.
"I don't know it just seems impossible, but that's why I will run one more test, you may leave as we run the test, I will get you when I finish running the test," says the doctor.
"You two can go, I will stay here to observe," says Matthew.
Christina and I nod and leave to go to the dormitories, while Matthew stays.
Once we reach the dormitories Christina asks, "How do you think that's possible?"
"I don't know," I say.
Then Christina starts smiling, then her smile changes to a wide grin, she starts laughing, "M-Maybe... you... her... sex?" she says stuttering due to her laughter.
"Shut up," I say, "I don't think so."
She continues laughing but she tries to stifle it.
"Just shut up," I say again, but this makes her laugh even louder.
I sigh, then I realize how late it is, "What time is it?" I ask.
"Um... 11:32 PM," she replies.
I sigh, "I guess we might as well go to sleep."
She nods.
I go to my bed to sleep, Christina falls asleep fairly quick I guess she was tired. For me, though it takes quite a long time for me to sleep, but then I do...
A girl that looks exactly like Tris stands in front of me, everything around me is white.
"Is that you Tris?" I ask, confused.
"Well... No," she answers, "I look exactly like her, but I'm not her, I'm trying to help her. The Memory serum is trying to make her lose her memories, and I am trying to help her, so I need you to cooperate with me. Is that all right?"
I think about this, "But this is just a dream, like last time, so this isn't real," I say.
"No, this is all real, but yes this is just a dream, a dream which allows you to help Tris," she says.
"Okay, I will do anything to help her," I say.
"Touch my hand," she says.
I touch her hand. Her eyes blink black but then go back to normal, "What," I say inside my head.
Then everything around us changes, this time everything around me is pitch black.
"Do you see her," she says pointing at someone that looks like Tris, "That's Tris."
Tris turns around to see me, both of us run to hug each other, we hug each other tightly.
"Tobias... you shouldn't be here," she says with worry in her eyes.
"But I'm here," I say.
"That's not what I mean..." she says, "she is the memory serum," says Tris pointing at the person that got me here.
"Be quiet Tris," says the person her voice slightly lower.
"But... what do you mean," I say, then the person's eyes turn completely black.
"Tobias, it isn't safe here, that's the memory serum," Tris says.
Then the memory serum starts floating, about three inches from the ground, "Tobias you have to wake up now," says Tris almost begging.
Then the memory serum teleports in front of Tris, the memory serum touches her fingers to Tris' forehead, Tris starts to float about three inches from the ground as well, Tris' eyes turn black, her head is pointed upward, she starts moaning.
"No stop!" I say standing in front of Tris, then she flings me backward, my eyes are blurry, then a slightly transparent person that looks like Tris forms in front of Tris, the person looks almost like a ghost. She starts punching the person with black eyes or what Tris called the memory serum.
The memory serum disappears, the other person that looks like Tris hovers her hand over the real Tris' face. Tris fall's down.
She then moves toward me and hovers her hand over my face, I wake up.
"Four wake up," says Christina shaking me awake.
