Owari (The End)

For the second time, Kirito and his friends are trying to defeat Aincrad, this time in what was supposed to be a safe way. However, why hasn't it all ended yet, when they defeated the Owari, the new hundredth boss? Not to add that Kazuto &Asuna must not explain Yui and the fact that they were married in game! AU of what happens after SAO. 9/24/30: Won't ever edit this again.

Note: This story happens after the whole thing, therefore it means it happens when Kirito is re-defeating Aincrad with his friends.
9/14/20: I know this is horrible quality. If you have read this far, kudos to you. I wrote this when I was in middle school and now I'm in college and horrified at the horrid quality of my writing as a middle schooler.

The lyrics are copied lyrics from online for "Niji No Oto", and the lyrics for "Yume Sekai" is from AmaLee's version, and "All Overtures" lyrics is from the video on youtube. I would translate them myself, but I don't know Japanese... eventually.

September 30th 11:00 2042

The whole gang, Klein, Nagata, Suguha, Lisbeth, Silica, Yui, and Sinon sat in the club, as random people walked up and sang. They discussed happy stuff, like their children, while telling Asuna happy birthday over and over again. Kirito and Asuna's twins were under Kan's supervision, as Yui had insisted on coming. Of course, she was allowed to drink now that she was 22. By now, at 11:00 P.M. the place was quite deserted. Asuna was a little whoozy from some alchoholic she had drank. She walked up onto the stage, chose a song on the screen, and the music started playing. Asuna sang in a beautiful voice.

I wonder if this hlight inside my heart has been right here all along,

and I've never noticed it at all,

cause every time I stumble down,

or have to take the long way around,

it shines on me, forever more.

For some reason, at that moment, the multicolored lights seems to all shine on Asuna.

The distant ringing of the bells,

if you listen tells a lonely story,

Once more I'll push my fears away,

all that I've endured today,

will make me stronger.

The mere repeating of reality alone.

Aligns the stars and all the wishes they take on.

At last I've found something to chase with all my might.

I cannot fight or go against these feelings.

No matter if I wake and blink away this world around me,

and I'm lost in thoughts of what could be,

I know I will find my way,

cause now I have this light within me,

it shines on me forever more.

There are tears that gather in Asuna's eyes, as she thinks back to SAO, remembering her fears and nightmares.

Every night following that dream,

where I threw away that old and silly ribbon.

Lights have adorned the city streets,

And I've been without one threat or worry within.

I need a sanctuary that will keep me safe,

As if protected like an angel in heaven.

If I cannot have wings, I'd like someone to trust.

I know it must be wonderful like magic.

If I could choose I'd stay like this forever while this world around me,

fills with colors I have never seen.

I know I wouldn't hesitate,

cause now the colors of each moment,

will change, and change, forever more.

Asuna spins around slowly, as if looking around her, in that moment, the colors, and taking it all in.

Answers we cannot find

No matter if they're not kind,

We'll find it even blind,

That is true in my mind,

I believe until the end, that we are similar, my friend.

One day I'll shine like this Dream World.

If you just take a moment to blink all those tears away from your eyes,

and you manage to conceal your cries,

You'll never fear again, because,

the future you yearned for in heartache,

will shine on you forever more.

Without a limit.

Asuna takes her left hand, to her heart, and then points her index to Kirito, with a small smile, and tears almost in her eyes.

No matter if one day I wake and blink away this world around me,

and I'm lost in thoughts of what could be,

I know I could find my way, cause now I have this light within me,

it shines in me forever more,

it shines, and shines forever more.

For you and me eternally.

Kirito blinked away the tears before they could form in his eyes, and trudged up the stage too. He wrapped his left arm around Asuna, holding her left hand, with the two rings, before choosing a new song, and singing in his crisp and voice that was perfect for a cartoon character. It was a powerful voice, singing a song that was originally by a woman, but yet it fit perfectly. Even though they no longer desired Kirito, Leafa, Lisbeth, Sinon, and Silica couldn't help be captivated by his singing like Asuna was captivated by his touch, his face, his close proximity, and the romantic song he was singing to Asuna.

In the sunlight on the canvas of my heart
You draw a piece of hope.
On the palette in your hand, the time stacks
A memory blooming the color of connections.

When our eyes meet, overflowing smiles
Time flows on gradually
Happiness decorating the way.
As they watched the girls stare at Kirito, Klein and Nagata couldn't help being jealous once again, but then relaxed, remembering, remembering that even though they were attracted to him, didn't mean they loved him that way anymore.

No matter what kind of tomorrow we walk toward, it'll be bright
Seasons will pass

Recon got up, and walked to the piano on the side of the stage, and started playing.
Colourful buds ahead
The landscape glows a vivid rainbow-colour.

He turned to her, and pulled her in with his left arm, placing her forehead on hers, and whispering to her, "Arigatou, Asuna." Asuna only smiled in reply. It was enough of an answer for him. Lisbeth quickly cut in, "Alright, cut out the PDA! Let's do something everyone can sing!" Lisbeth walked up to the stage, and Kirito turned so that his arm was still around Asuna's waist, but he was facing the meager "audience", and their sides touched. Asuna tilted her head so that it lay on his shoulder, as Sinon, Leafa, Lisbeth, and Silica surrounded them, and the song started playing.

Asuna: Do you remember,

Closing your eyes on the halting morning?

And the smiles of a special person,

in those never changing days?

All Girls: The ringing of the bells can still be heard far away.

No matter how far away,

and no matter how low the volume is.

Sorrow and the voice of anger,

are calling forth a cloud shedding tears,

Just where I should go?

I don't know, I'm currently at a loss.

Where should I go in this world?

All Girls: Singin' all overtures,

We begging to sing in our hearts regardless,

The sky is concealed by clouds.

But I believe, that one day, we'll meet again.

Asuna: It's okay, definitely,

Lisbeth: Let's keep ourselves fit.

Yui walks onto the stage as well, putting her right arm around Kirito, and left arm around Asuna.

Silica: Yeah, absolutely,

Leafa: you're not alone anymore.

Yui: Whenever we're with you,

Asuna: I want you to raise your head.

All girls: No matter how difficult it becomes,

we will always accompany you.

Kirito laughed, ard responded.

Kirito: Right, I almost forgot that.

That goes without saying.

Everyone: In despair,

I thought to be alone,

and thus, hurting my friends.

Lisbeth: Now, let's hold hands right here.

All Girls: All the way, with everyone.

Kirito+ Each Girl at a time: Then let's walk together from now on.

Everyone: The break through the cloud of anxiety,

and chase after the star of hope.

The gloomy night gives way to the dawn.

Singin' for all my friends,

Someone of us will always stretch out a hand to you.

We were formed by this world,

but we live on solely for this irreplaceable encounter.

Kirito nodded his head violently as the next part of the song started. Klein walked onto stage grabbed a guitar, plugged it in, and started playing an epic guitar solo.

Kirito: The devilish voice extends,

I block its way with my hands;

The beasts sharpens its fangs.

Klein+Recon: Go on, fight!

Kirito: Take control of the situation!

Right, I remember clearly,

My vow and determination to succeed.

As I seize my sword,

my will to fight flashes up.

Everyone: Ah, I dreamed of us,

attemtping to open all gates in the future.

So taht we can all hold hands togetehr again,

flapping away from the clouds

Singin' all overtures.

We start to sing here once again.

Listen to the everlasting rythm of our melody.

One day, we'lll definitely go on another adventure.

Kirito+Asuna: One day, we'll definitely go on another adventure...

Recon played the final few notes, with a very serious face, and then turned to watch all the girls surrounding Kirito. The girls all laughed, and then collapsed onto him, leaning on him so much, that Kirito collapsed too, and they all ended in a huge, hugging, laughing, pile of limbs. Kirito brought his arms around Asuna and Yui, before Suguha wrapped his arms around his neck, laying on top of him like she used to when she was a kid. One day, they'll definitely go on another adventure, as there was never an end to a story... but for now, they were happy, and content.
