Sorry the last chapter was so short, but I mean the previous one was 6,000 words so I think I'm okay with that. Especially since I finished that last one at 2 in the morning because I was unable to sleep. But anyway here's the chapter.

Izuku woke up to find himself in the Yuuei infirmary. The last thing he remembered was passing out in his brother's arms after watching All Might defeat his father. He turned his head and saw Katsuki sleeping on his left. To his right were his adoptive parents. Izuku reached his hand up to his next, his elbow aching as he did so. The collar was still there.

Katsuki must have told them not to remove it. His wounds were healed, at least a little bit, but Izuku didn't think he'd ever be able to get rid of the scars, mentally and physically. Izuku cried. All Might was retired or dead now because of him. Because he kept his quirk a secret. Because his stupid father ended up being All for One. Why did life have to be so cruel?

There was the sound of the door opening and Recovery Girl entered the room.

"Oh, good, you're awake," she said. "Let me run some tests and then we'll get that collar off of you."

"N-no, you can't it'll s-shock me," Izuku said.

Recovery Girl smiled a little. "Don't worry. We have someone coming in who's specialized in things like this. You'll be just fine." Izuku nodded but he still wasn't sure. "All right, would you like some water before I start the tests?" Izuku nodded again and Recovery Girl gave him a glass of water. It was all he'd been given when the League held him, but the water there tasted of metal and sawdust. This water felt soothing on his throat, cool and refreshing.

"T-thanks," he said handing the cup back to Recovery Girl.

"There's no need to thank me," Recovery Girl said. She put the cup down and gave back with a stethoscope and blood pressure cuff. "I'm just doing my job." Recovery Girl put the cold stethoscope on Izuku's chest. "Breathe in. And out."

Once the tests were over Recovery Girl wrote on a chart and then turned to Izuku. "There are a few people who'd like to ask you a few questions before we can take the collar off. Are you okay with that?"

"Y-yeah, I'll be fine. It'll h-have to happen at s-some point right?"

Recovery Girl smiled. "Alright then." She opened the door to the hallway. "You can come in now, but be quiet, there are people sleeping in there." In walked All Might, in his true form and very beaten up, Detective Tsukauchi, and Principle Nezu.

"It's good to see you awake Young Midoriya," All Might said before patting the boy on the shoulder. "You've been out for a week, gave us quite the scare."

"I'm s-sorry," Izuku said his head down. "I knew they were a-after me, but I was s-so scared for Kaachan that I d-didn't really think about it u-until it was too late."

"You don't need to apologize," All Might said. "I'm just glad you're okay." The green haired boy gave his mentor a bright smile.

"I'm sorry to interrupt," said Tsukauchi, "but we do need to ask you some questions."

"O-of course, go right a-ahead," Izuku said quietly.

"Just remember, we can stop at any time, and you don't have to answer all of them, but please answer truthfully." Izuku nodded. "All right then. You said you knew you were a target, how?"

"When I w-was protecting Kota-kun from o-one of the villains he told m-me."

"Was this when you learned Bakugou was a target as well?"

"Yes."

"Do you know why the two of you were wanted?" Izuku hesitated for a moment. "Don't have to share if you don't want to."

"N-no, I do. It's just u-um, hard to say."

"Take it slow."

Izuku nodded and took a breath. "They wanted to m-make Kaachan a villain. S-said it was his proper 'stage to shine on' o-or something."

"And you?"

"U-um... I... sorry,"

"It's okay, take your time. Would you rather we skip it for now?"

"N-no, I'd rather get it over with, if t-that's okay."

"It's alright."

No one in the group noticed, but now Katsuki was awake. He had decided to stay quiet however as he wanted to listen. If anyone knew he was awake they'd probably kick him out.

"I-i didn't know it... but u-um... my dad... he's A-all for One..." Izuku could barely get it out.

"Yes, he told us."

"I-i know. He said that he m-married my mom just to s-see what would happen if t-they had a kid, if they had m-me."

"And what did happen?"

"I was b-born with both of their quirks, just s-stronger... I guess."

All Might, Tsukauchi, and Nezu were all surprised to here this. Katsuki, already having known it, was not.

"What do you mean, stronger?" asked All Might.

"W-well my mom, she's were I got T-telekinesis from. She could only m-move small objects, but I-i can control anything I could l-lift normally. With All for O-one, it's not much, but I-i don't damage someone's quirk gene w-when I take it."

"And have you taken quirks before?"

"Yeah, it was on a-accident the first time."

"And when was that?"

"When my m-mom was killed."

"Did you take the killer's quirk."

Izuku nodded. "It w-was Blood Blade. I hadn't even r-realized I took it until..."

"You don't have to say it, Deku." Everyone turned to see Katsuki sitting up. "If you want I can tell them. I know how hard it is on you."

"Young Bakugou, what...?" All Might said. "You mean you knew?"

"I'm his brother, of course I knew, but it wasn't my place to say anything. Plus Deku was put under a vow of silence about his quirk. He's not even allowed to use it until he gets his provisional license."

"Is this true?" Tsukauchi asked.

"Y-yeah," Izuku replied. "T-the only ones who k-know are Aizawa-sensei a-and some police officers a-and heroes who are under the s-same vow."

Tsukauchi nodded before continuing. "All right, I think we'll skip the question I asked earlier. I'll get it out of Aizawa."

"Thanks."

"No problem kid. Now then, why did All for One kidnap you?"

"He s-said he was going t-to rebuild me i-into the world's g-greatest villain."

"Did he say how he planned to do that?"

Izuku nodded. "He had the L-league torture me." The room stilled.

"He did what...?" Katsuki said.

"Y-you already know about the c-collar, right?" Everyone nodded. "It k-keeps me from using my q-quirks, so I couldn't u-use them to escape."

"Is there anything else?"

"They would h-hurt me."

"How?"

"D-dabi, the one with t-the staples all over him, he burned my f-feet and sides and my b-back." He had to pause for a moment. "He didn't s-stop until I passed o-out. T-then All for One came in a-and he healed me, just e-enough so I w-wouldn't die from my i-injuries."

"Was that all?"

Izuku shook his head. "The n-next day T-toga, the blonde girl with t-the buns, she cut me all over. L-like my arms, my legs, m-my stomach. She said it made me look c-cuter."

"That bitch is sick," Katsuki said, explosions going off in his hands. Izuku flinched at the sound and slowly moved away from the boy. "Sorry."

"Y-you're fine." Izuku was about to continue but the detective stopped him.

"I think we're okay for now," he said. "You look about ready to pass out kid. Get something to eat, I'll send in the guy to take that collar off you, and then you get some rest." Izuku nodded. His stomach growled and he blushed. "I'll come back tomorrow."

The detective left.

"U-um, Principle Nezu?" Izuku asked the mouse-bear-dog thing.

"Yes?"

"A-are you going to e-expel me?"

Katsuki's head whipped around, but before he could say anything Nezu spoke. "Whatever would I do that for?"

"B-because I'm his s-son."

"You have nothing to worry about Young Midoriya," All Might said. "You were as surprised as we were to find out. Not to mention, you didn't pick your father. Your drive to be a hero is stronger than anyone's. We won't expel you for something like your heritage." Izuku smiled. "However you will have to be prepared for backlash from the public and other students."

Izuku grimaced at the thought.

"If anybody pulls anything I'll blast them to Timbuktu and back," Katsuki said.

Over the next several hours Izuku had to deal with the pain of removing the collar, which thankfully wasn't too painful, his adoptive parents waking up and smothering him, and then his classmates arriving and smothering him. By the time Recovery Girl sent everyone home he was exhausted.

"I'll keep you here tonight, but tomorrow you should be free to go," Recovery Girl said. "Enjoy the rest of your summer break while you can."

(Time skip the next day)

Izuku had been brought to the police station for more formal and in depth questioning.

"All right, Midoriya, same rules as yesterday apply," Tsukauchi said.

"O-okay. Where do you want to start?"

"Well you mentioned so of the torture yesterday, and when you were rescued your joints were pretty messed up. Can you tell me about that?"

"U-um that was S-shigaraki's quirk. He did that on the l-last day."

"Okay. And what about the third day?"

"There was this d-doctor, I don't know his n-name, but I could definitely r-recognize him. He moved me t-to a different room and injected a-all sorts of stuff into me. I'm not r-really sure what all it did, though i-it did cause a lot of p-pain."

"Okay. I'll have someone run a test to see if we can figure out what you were injected with."

"T-thanks."

"And, All for One, you mentioned that he healed you, but did he ever do anything else?"

Izuku thought for a moment and then remembered. "W-wait, Ragdoll! How i-is Ragdoll?! He took her q-quirk didn't he?"

"Huh? Wait how did you...?"

"J-just before the heroes got t-there, after Shigaraki t-tortured me, he forced a quirk o-on me. He said it w-was Ragdoll's."

"Okay... I was not expecting that." The detective sat in silence and thought for a moment. "Can you give it back to her?"

"Y-yeah, I can, no problem. B-but is she okay? Cause w-when he takes quirks, it h-hurts a lot."

"She's unconscious and pretty beat up, but over all? I'd say she's going to be just fine." Izuku sighed with relief.

"I-i can't give it back till s-she wakes up," Izuku said. "I d-don't want to know what the s-side effects will be."

"Of course, that's not a problem. All right, just a few more standard questions and then you're free to go."

"T-thanks."

After the questioning an officer dropped Izuku off at home as he wasn't allowed to out and about on his own at the moment. Izuku was surprised to see Aizawa and All Might sitting on the couch across from his family when he opened the door.

"What's g-going on?" he asked. "Is s-something wrong?"

"Don't worry, Izuku, nothing's wrong," said Mitsuki. "They just came to inform us of some changes at the school."

"Changes?"

"We'll be moving the students into dorms," said Aizawa. "After your kidnapping and all the villain attacks we felt it'd be safer if we did so."

"O-oh, okay. That sounds like a g-great idea!"

"Fine then! If Deku's going I guess I can too!" Katsuki yelled. "Someone's gotta make sure the nerd stays out of trouble after all."

"I'm sorry, what was that?" Aizawa said. "Out of trouble? You're the idiot who went against orders!"

"I still saved him didn't I?!"

"You almost got expelled!"

"W-wait what?" Izuku got confused. "He almost... b-because of me...?" Izuku started to panic just a little bit.

"Whoa there," said All Might. "Calm down. It's fine, he wasn't expelled. Neither were any of the others who went with him."

"T-there were others?"

"Yes. Your idiot of a brother went with, Shinsou, Uraraka, Iida, Todoroki, Kirishima, and Yaoyorozu, to find you."

"Then t-they all..."

"Yes, they heard." And Izuku sank to his knees. He'd hoped that none of them had heard first hand. That maybe the torment he was bound to hear and feel could be staved just a little, but no such luck.

"All right! I think it's time for you two to leave, and we're having a celebratory dinner tonight! I'm making hot pot!"

All Might and Aizawa left leaving the family of four in peace.

(Time skip: the day of the move in)

"Call me everyday, don't fight with each other or the other students, stay out of trouble, make sure to do your homework, don't let your grades fall..." Mitsuki said to her two sons rambling on as the pulled up the Yuuei campus.

"M-mom, we'll be okay. I p-promise," Izuku said.

"Yeah, so shut up old hag. Stop worrying, it's annoying." Katsuki grabbed Izuku and ran out of the car, both of them waving good bye.

Izuku and Katsuki walked to their new dorm building, the 1-A Heights Alliance.

"It's h-huge!" Izuku said. "It's almost a-as big as the s-school!"

"What were you expecting, Deku?" Katsuki asked. "A shack?"

"N-no, but I mean..." Izuku couldn't get the words out. Their classmates arrived shortly after, and Aizawa walked up to greet them not long after that.

"All right class 1-A, the most important thing right now is that you're all together safe." Everyone kind of eyed Izuku at that point because he seemed to always be in danger. "Now then I'm going to quickly give you all a briefing on the what it's going to be like in the dorms. But before that... It's true we had planned for you to receive temporary licenses at the end of the training camp, however for obvious reasons that never happened. So why the hell were you parading around as if you had?!"

'I'd completely forgotten about that,' thought Izuku. It seemed that most of the class had as well.

"What I'm about to say is important so shut up and listen." The whole class stilled. "Bakugou, Todoroki, Shinsou, Iida, Kirishima, Uraraka. You six went against orders and tried to go out on your own to save Midoriya."

"We didn't try to save him, we did!" yelled Bakugou.

"K-kaachan, be quiet!" Izuku said. He didn't want to get his brother into anymore trouble. He knew what Aizawa was getting on about.

"The rest of your classmates seem to understand the gravity of situation you're in. If not for All Might's retirement, all of you minus Midoriya, Hagakure, and Jiro would be expelled right now. For the six I mentioned earlier, that goes without saying, however the rest of you knew what was happening and simply chose to stay quiet. The fact that you betrayed our trust doesn't change. That's all, now let's enter the dorms with smiles on our faces."

No one smiled as they entered the building.

Once everyone was inside Aizawa started explaining the layout of the building and where everyone would be sleeping. (Shinsou is in Mineta's room, Kirishima and Izuku swapped.)

"For the time being use today to get unpacked and settled in. Tomorrow I'll give you a run down of what it'll be like in the dorms. And don't all of you jump Midoriya at once! That's all you're dismissed."

"Yes, Sensei!"

It seemed that no one had heard Aizawa's last statement and many of the students swarmed Izuku.

"What happened when they took you?"

"Why didn't you tell us who your dad was?'

"Did you even know he was your dad?"

"Do you really have his quirk?"

"What even is his quirk?"

The whole class just threw a barrage of questions at the poor boy.

"Enough!" Katsuki yelled. "Give him some space, you're crowding him!"

Everyone immediately back up, though not by much.

"U-um, first off, I'd rather n-not talk about what happened w-when they took me, sorry."

Some people grumbled, but they understood.

"S-second, I didn't tell a-anyone cause I d-didn't know he was All f-for One. I just knew h-he was the guy that a-abandoned my mom and I-i before she died. A-and third, yeah, I h-have his quirk. It's um, i-it's the ability to take and give q-quirks."

The class stilled. It was so silent you could hear every individual person's heart beat.

"I... I r-really hope this doesn't change a-anything," Izuku said. "I would have t-told you guys sooner, but I-i wasn't allowed to talk about f-for my own safety."

"So," Todoroki said. "I guess you really aren't All Might's secret love child."

"Huh?!" The class erupted.

"Why the hell are you bringing that up now?" yelled Katsuki.

"No one was talking. It's not normal." The two toned boy then walked away. "I'm going to go unpack." A good portion of the class left with him.

"Hey, Deku?" said Ochako.

"Y-yeah?"

"I just wanted to say... I don't think any differently of you. You're a pretty great guy!" Izuku suddenly found himself blushing, hard.

"Y-you really think so?"

"Yep! Anyway, I'm gonna go unpack!"

"Y-yeah, me too!"

After he finished putting up all of his All Might posters, figurines, and setting up the rest of his room Izuku joined his classmates downstairs. All of them, in varying ways and degrees, told Izuku the same thing that Ochako said. Kirishima's statement however was probably the strangest.

The red haired teen walked up to Izuku, pulled him into an extremely tight hug, and cried, "You're the manliest man I know!" and then walked away. Mina and Ochako then insisted on having a dorm room contest. Sato won because he baked cake.

That night Izuku went out and stood on the veranda. Katsuki stood on his own next door.

"What are you thinking about nerd?"

"H-honestly?"

"Of course!"

"How l-lucky I am to have e-everyone around me! It's nice to have t-that support, you know? I'm not really u-used to it."

"What are you blabbing about? You have me!"

"I-i know, but you're my brother y-you're different. I-it's just nice to have friends is a-all."

"Yeah," said Katsuki. "Yeah, I guess it is." Izuku snickered. "Don't you dare tell anyone I said that, it never happened!"

"S-sure it didn't Kaachan!"

I just want to explain something here. Someone made a comment about my story, and I realized that I should have explained this sooner, so I'll add it in when I go through and edit the whole thing once it's finished. I mentioned it a bit above, but Izuku was not allowed to talk about his All for One quirk. Also while he lived with Aizawa he was taught to control it, but only to a certain extent. This is important later, but I won't say why yet.

Okay so the provisional license requirement: Guys Izuku has the most overpowered quirk, ever. If villains were to find out about it, he would be at risk. Villains and governments alike would target him. So he was told not to use of speak of or use it until he could protect himself legally. This is why he didn't use it during the Stain or U.S.J. incidents. Trust me, I thought about it, in fact I almost did it with Stain. But I decided not to. Don't worry though, there will be plenty of usage in upcoming events after the provisional exam.

Also, I need help. I'm coming up on the end of their first year, and I'll need new villains and oc's in the later years. I have some stuff planned out, but not everything. So if you guys could post what kind of quirks you want to see next, or for Izuku to take later on (no regenerative quirks though guys, Izuku needs to have weaknesses) that would be great!
