Later on that night when I was totally asleep Paul had tossed and turned that night . "Ugh I can't fall asleep ." He said to himself even if he counted sheep he still couldn't get to sleep that night so he got up for a sec and went into the kitchen , took out a glass from the cupboard and poured water in it . "Hmmm this might do the trick it might help me fall asleep if I drink some water ." He said so with that he drank the water then walked back into the bedroom and then got into bed again then slowly closed his eyes as he fell asleep once again . "Hopefully this works ." He said quietly as he was thinking while being asleep that night .
12:00 am he was still sleeping and it had worked drinking some water helped him fall asleep which was a good thing.
I smiled while I was asleep while listening to the music , for some reason music helped me sleep better actually I had been doing that since I was 9 years old to be exact .
