Everybody is in place. Finn is punching the heavy bag. Maura and Elizabeth are drinking coffee. Jane and Amanda are drinking Cokes. They keep looking around but trying not to look too suspicious. They just need someone to bring them a clue or something.

After an hour nothing at the coffee shop. Nothing at the bar. Someone starts hitting the speed bag next to Finn's heavy bag. When he's done he unwraps his hands and leaves the tape on the floor next to Finn.

"Hey man, pick up your tape. This ain't the trash."

"Come on dude. You're not my dad. You can't tell me what to do. I ain't got a daddy to tell me what to do. He's in jail. Just pick it up old man."

Finn picks up the tape but grabs the guy. "I need you to come with me."

Olivia and Frost pull up outside the gym, followed immediately by a patrol car.

They get back to the Precinct after picking up the rest of the team. They pull his ID and print him. His ID reads 'Thomas Charles Hyatt'. He's 5'8", Caucasian male, 175 lbs, brown wavy hair.

They take the guy to an interrogation room. Olivia and Finn question him. Maura and Elizabeth are back in Olivia's office. Elizabeth is tired but she doesn't want to go home until Kat is found.

Jane and Rollins watch the interrogation.

Finn starts by untangling the mess of tape that was left behind. There is stuff written on it. He takes it out to Jane and Rollins to decipher.

"I need you to tell me why you picked me to pick up your tape. And what the hell did you have written on it?"

"Man, you're just an old dude. You can clean up after me."

"We're running your ID. We'll know about you shortly. What do you want to tell me. I know you chose to pick Sgt. Tutuola here specifically to clean up after you."

"You can run my ID all you want. I'm as clean as a newborn cat. I'm clean. You're not going to find anything on me. It's my dad that's in prison, not me."

Jane and Rollins are looking at the tape. It's a lot of nonsense, but occasionally a word. The names "Jane", "Maura", "Charles" are found. No real clues other than the fact that he's connected.

Jane knocks on the window of interrogation to tell her. She hands it to her to show him.

"So, you want to tell me why you have the names of people on your tape that yours?"

"I like them. They're nice names."

"They are, especially the two women's names. One of those names is unique. It's not one that you'd typically just come up with. You must have heard it somewhere.

Mind telling me where?"

"Hmmm... maybe she's someone I'm supposed to know."

"Listen here, asshole, why me? Why not the guy doing dead lifts?"

"Dead lifts. That would have worked. I like that. You should have been doing dead lifts."

Finn is fed up. He grabs the guy and picks him up out of his chair and pushes him against the one way glass. "Who are you and what do you want with me?".

"I don't want you. I want Jane." Finn let's go of him, but he's still standing.

She opens the door and comes in, "I'm right here. Now talk."

"Oh, you are sexy. Long legs. Brown eyes. Let me see your hands."

She makes a fist and pulls back, he flinches, "Okay, that's not what I meant."

"What? Afraid you'd get but hurt by a girl? It's not like your father hasn't been hurt by this girl before.

"I know, he showed me. The whole world can see what you've done to his face."

"What does he want with me now? He's pissed that he didn't get to kill Maura so he's going after the other person that saved her?"

"He figured it was the next best thing. He really wants you Jane."

"Who gave you that shiner?"

"I ran into a door."

"Where is Detective Tamin?"

"Who? I don't know who that is."

"Kat. The other person that saved Maura. Look, we heard your father talking to another inmate talking in the background that left a message for Captain Benson. That message was all about Detective Tamin. He said his son was already following the Detective." Jane gets in his face, slams her hand down on the table, "Where the hell is she?"

"Why should I tell you anything?"

"Because if you don't, you're life is going to be made a living hell, by me, her and him", pointing at Olivia and Finn. "Not to mention the rest of the damn NYPD because you have one of their damn detectives."

"What's in it for me?"

Olivia pulls out her phone, "Carisi, I need you. How quick can you get here?" Carisi tells her that he'll be there in about 15 minutes. "Okay, I'll have an ADA here in about 15 minutes."

Frost knocks on the door, Olivia steps outside. He tells her that the prints came back. "They match the name on his ID. He's got a mostly clean record. A few speeding tickets, nothing too bad. Public intoxication in college. That's about it. No military record. He graduated from Syracuse with a journalism degree. He's currently unemployed. But I'm going to keep digging. I've also called Nina in Boston to dig."

"Thanks Frost. Maybe between the two of you something will come up."

Olivia waits for Carisi. When he shows up she fills him in on what she knows thus far. She tells him that Hyatt wants to know what's in it for him to cooperate.

"Ok. Well, let me talk to him and see what I can do."

Carisi and Olivia walk back into the interrogation room. "I'm Sonny Carisi, I'm a Manhattan ADA. I hear that you said you wanted to know what's in it for you to cooperate with us."

"That's right."

"What do you want?"

"I want my dad brought back East to serve his time. I don't want him in Southern California."

"I might be able to pull some strings. I have connections in New Hampshire and New Jersey. If you can tell us where to find Detective Tamin and she's safe and alive when we find her."

Jane gets in his face again, "Unless you really want me in your face all night, you'll tell us. Now. Do you understand me?"

"Fine. Whatever, Jane. Jane. Jane. Jane. Dad's right. It's a great name."

"Finn, you're going to have to hold me back or I'm going to deck this guy. I'm so pissed right now."

"Look, Thomas, I can't help you if you don't tell us, do you understand that?"

"Yeah. I want a guarantee in writing that you'll get my dad back East before I tell you anything."

"Let me make a couple of calls and I'll be right back."

Jane walks out with Carisi. She needs some air. She calls Agent Dean again. "Look, Gabriel, it's Jane Rizzoli. You probably already know that. I need your help. It's really important. I'm trying to find and save the life of a young detective. It involves Hoyt. We need to move Hoyt to New Hampshire or New Jersey in order to save her. You need to call me back. Immediately."

Frost sees Jane on the phone and watches her behavior. She's pacing. She's chewing on her thumbnail. She looked like she's in another place. He goes to Olivia's office to get Maura. He sees thru the blinds. Elizabeth is asleep, Maura is reading. He quietly opens the door. He whispers to Maura, "Can you come out here, please?"

Maura gets her scooter and exits the office. "Yes, Barry, how can I help you?"

"I don't know exactly what's up, but I do know that Jane needs you. She's down the hall, just past interrogation."

"Thank you, Barry." She touches his shoulder and scoots away."

She sees Jane sitting on a bench. "Jane, sweetheart, what's wrong? Anything I can do for you?"

"Oh, hey baby. I'm so frustrated. I'm tired. This guy is Hoyt's son. He won't tell us anything until we guarantee that we'll move Hoyt to either New Hampshire or New Jersey. Carisi is talking to some people and I called Dean. Carisi told him that his information had to lead to the safe return of Kat. If what he tells us doesn't lead to her or if she's been killed, nothing."

Maura puts her hand on Jane's arm.

"Sweetheart, we'll find her. I really don't think that Elizabeth has anything to do with this, but do you think we should see if she can ID him?"

"That's not a bad idea. You've spent the most time with her. Do you think we should do a photo array or walk her past interrogation?"

"A photo array. Let's see if Amanda can put one together."

"You know I love you, right?"

"Yes, baby, I do. And I love you too."

They head back to the squadroom. "Rollins, can you put together a photo array, with Mr. Hyatt included? Maura has been spending a lot of time with Elizabeth she really doesn't think that she's involved in anyway, but she wants to see if she gets a reaction from seeing the picture."

"Sure, give me about 10 minutes. I'll bring them to you in Olivia's office."

"Thank you, Amanda."

Jane and Maura check in with Frost. He and Nina haven't come up with anything new.

"Maur, I hate this. We can't do anything right now. We have no leads. Nothing. We need someone to come thru with a transfer for Hoyt. I don't want him close to Boston, but if it brings Kat home, we'll deal with it."

"I know sweetheart. I don't want him too close either but if it brings Kat home, you're right we need to do it."

"I don't know why Dean isn't calling back. I need his help. Maur, you know I don't like not being in control."

"Oh, yeah? How in control? Promise to show me?", Maura says playfully.

"Dr. Isles! Really? We're in the middle of an investigation."

"Sorry, remember, Detective, you make me melt.", Maura kisses Jane on the cheek.

Rollins rounds the corner to get the two. She's got the photo array ready.

Jane and Rollins wait outside Olivia's office when Maura goes in.

She gently wakes the sleeping girl. "Elizabeth, I'm sorry to wake you, but we need your help. I am going to show you a few photos. I want you to see if any of the men in the photos look familiar to you at all. It may lead to finding Kat."

"Sure. I'll help in any way I can."

Maura shows 3 photos, then the photo of Thomas then 2 more photos. She looks over them carefully. And looks at them all twice. There is no reaction from her at all. She says she doesn't recognize any of them and Maura believes her. Jane and Amanda saw the exchange and they believe her too.

Jane's phone rings, "Finally!". "Agent Dean. You're very difficult to get a hold of."

"I'm sorry Jane. I've been wrapped up, undercover with something. I got your messages. So, Hoyt needs to be moved?"

"Yes, well, maybe. Remember the young detective, Kat Tamin, the one that saved Maura from the nurse? She's missing. The suspect, Hoyt's son, says that he'll lead us to Kat if his father is moved to either New Hampshire or New Jersey. Carisi is trying to work some angles, but you can make it work faster. The caveat is, Kat must be found safe and unharmed."

"So much for keeping him away from Boston. Does Dr. Isles know about this deal?"

"Yes, and she's in agreeance, since Kat saved her life."

"Okay, I don't like it, but I'll send something over to you to make this happen. Same email address?"

"Yes. Thanks, Gabriel. I really appreciate it."
