"Is it important for you to go?" Purvi asked quietly she leaned her back against Kavin chest as they lay on the couch watching the series.
"Yeah. This mission is important for me." Kavin sigh at her question. He softly rubbed her arms when he feels her getting tensed.
"Don't worry, I will be back soon and as soon as I came, I will fix a day to introduce you to my mother." Kavin says softly. Purvi nodded slowly as she try to relax herself. It will be the first time for her to be away from him since they get to know each other because before they had didn't even meet once let alone know each other.
"Okay." Purvi whisper and they continue to watch movie.
"I will get it." Purvi says when they heard the doorbell ringing. Kavin nodded and unwrap his arm to let her stand and check.
"Food is here." Purvi announced as she walk back in the room with a large pizza box and a bottle of soft drink. Kavin smile and went on kitchen to grab the some glasses and plates for them. Kavin stop for a minute and look at the bunch of roses that he brought for her earlier in a vase before continue to walk his way out.
They sit next to each other on the couch as they watch the newly released web series on netflix and eat their dinner plus snack. After they finished eating and watch, Purvi was about to pick up the utensils and the empty box but Kavin stop her making her confused. Kavin shake his head and grabbed everything before taking it away making her smile.
"These are for you. I know they are your favorite clothing from my wardrobe." Kavin says as he walk back in the room with a bag that he bring and hang by the door. Purvi look and take it from him to open it up. A smile take over her lips as she pulled out a white jacket, some t-shirt and a few hoodies.
"Thank you. You do know that I appreciate if but why are you giving this to me?" Purvi couldn't stop herself from asking it. Kavin shrugged and take his place next to her again.
"I know you are going to be sad for not seeing me and talking to me. So, whenever you will feel sad and think about me, you can wear these and feel me close to you." Kavin chuckle when he saw her inhale his cologne from the white jacket softly.
"Can I put it on right now?" Purvi asked as she look at him. Kavin shrugged but nodded making her smile.
"Wait." Kavin hold his hand up when he saw Purvi was going to pull her sweater over her head. Purvi look at him with a frown.
"Uh... Aren't you going to change it in your room?" Kavin asked her. Purvi shake her head and pull her sweater over her head.
"Why would I go in room just to put on a jacket? Beside, I always wear a top underneath my sweater." Purvi smirk as she look at him from the corner of her eyes. Kavin swallow as he saw her black top.
"It is not a top. It's a crop top." Kavin mumble as he glance at her soft exposed skin around her belly. Purvi decide to tease him as she saw him trying to look away. She slowly shifted on her place and show him her back. Purvi grin when she heard him taking a sharp breath.
"And it is almost backless." Kavin look at her backless back. Purvi chuckle silently and slowly pulled the jacket over her shoulder. Kavin snapped out when he saw his white jacket covering her back and take a deep breath to get control on himself.
"So? How this looks?" Purvi asked him as she turn to face him again. Kavin look back at her and narrow his eyes at grin on her face.
"You do know that you are a tease, right?" Kavin says and rolled his eyes at her innocent face.
"I don't know what you are talking about." Purvi says with a sigh and put her feets on the floor. Kavin smirk slowly and started to sit straight.
"Oh, you don't know? I will tell you, then." Kavin says as he move his hand to grab her wrist but she slipped away with a squeal. Kavin chased her around the living room for a few minutes before Purvi make a dash toward her room but she wasn't fast like a cop, like her boyfriend. Kavin caught her from behind and hugged her with a smirk.
"Now where will you run away, love." Kavin whisper softly in her ear making her shiver lightly when she feels his lips grazing the shell of her ear.
"Kavin-" Purvi comment cut it off when she feel his lips going lower toward her neck. Purvi tilt her head unconsciously to give him better access. Kavin smile slighlty against her neck when he heard her soft moan. He slowly pulled back enough to make her turn to face him. Purvi look up at him and saw his lips a few centimeters away from hers.
"I want you to remember this night, Purvi." Kavin says softly and gently rubbed her back when he feels her getting tensed.
"Kavin, I don't think-" Purvi was again cut it off by the man she love.
"I am not going to do anything, trust me. I just want to cuddle with you for the rest of the night." Kavin whisper making her relax. Purvi nodded slowly and move her feets backward as Kavin walk forward.
He walked her in her room and pulled back. He held her hand as he sit on bed and gently pulled her to lay with him. Purvi sigh silently as she rest her head on his chest while one of her hand hold his and her other hand around him. Purvi smile slightly as she feel him softly running his other free hand fingers through her hair and close her eyes as it started to feel heavy.
"Purvi." Kavin call her softly making her hummed in reply.
"Did you ever plan what your future is going to be?" Kavin asked her as he continue to run his finger through her soft hair.
"Yeah, I do plan it several times." Purvi answer his question. Kavin sigh and take a deep breath to ask her his next question.
"And did you ever think of marrying?" Kavin asked. Purvi eyes snapped open at the mention of marrying someone. She turn her face and look up at him.
"I always think of marrying a man who loves me and also think to have a family one day. But I am afraid." Purvi whisper making him frown in confusion and he reposition his head to face her.
"What are you afraid of?"
"What if I wouldn't be a good Mom? What if I do something that may anger my future children and they leave me alone. I just..." Purvi trailed off and sigh to finish what she was saying.
"I just don't want any child to go through what I have been gone through. I don't want any child to grow up without a family. I don't want any child to get called by different names, like an orphan or a child whose parents didn't want them. It all happen with me when I was a kid and I didn't want same thing to happen to my future kids or any other kids." Purvi finish telling him what she is afraid for. Purvi look at Kavin when he leaned on his elbow and make her lay on her back.
"You wouldn't be a bad Mom, Purvi. As far as I know, you will be the bestest and the coolest Mom out there in future. As for what you said about saying something that may anger our children that they might leave us, then don't worry. Because I know how kind hearted, soft and gentle you are that you wouldn't say anything to them even if they were to blame for their messed up things. I just know you will be a better Mom then me as a father." Kavin says making Purvi smile softly with watery eyes. Purvi quickly blink them away and nodded.
"But." Purvi started and look at him confused. "Who said that I am going to marry you?" Kavin look at her with slightly open mouth when he heard her.
"What? Did you ask me to marry you?" Purvi asked him. Kavin frown and shake his head before he sit on the bed. Purvi sit as well and look at him confused when she saw him lost somewhere.
"Do you have a blindfold?" Kavin asked her suddenly making her frown deeper.
"Blindfold? Why?" Purvi asked back as she sit on the edge of the bed when Kavin stood up.
"I want it. Tell me do you have it?" Kavin look at her with raised eyebrow. Purvi sigh and shake her head.
"No but I do some have scarfs." Purvi says with a shrug and point to her wardrobe. Kavin quickly walk toward her wardrobe and open it to find a scarf. Purvi look at his back in confusion and think why he want it.
"Got it." Kavin smile slighlty as he take out a red scarf and turn to face Purvi, who look at the piece of clothing in his hand then at him.
"I want you to put it on for some time and don't take it off until I tell you to." Kavin says as he walk toward her and make her wear it.
"But why?" Purvi asked as she was blindfolded and couldn't see anything expect blackness.
"Just trust me and don't move. I will be back in a few minutes." Purvi heard and nodded slowly. She smile when she feels his lips against her forehead before she hear his footsteps going away.
Purvi sigh and tilt her hand back to face ceiling and wait for Kavin to come back in the room. Purvi ears perk up when she feels something dropping on the floor and shake her head when she heard Kavin cursing. Purvi sit straight after a few minutes when she heard footsteps coming toward her room and listening carefully as Kavin move around the room.
"Is that... a lighter?" Purvi asked confused when she heard the clicking voice of the lighter.
"Yeah, I find it in kitchen." Kavin told her and Purvi smell something different in the air. She takes a deep breath and smell a combination of rose and vanilla in the air.
"Kavin, what are you doing?" Purvi asked as she feel him passing her. Purvi feel him grabbing something from beside her.
"You will see it in a minute." Kavin says as he get back to his work. Purvi sigh and know that he is not going to say anything else.
"Perfect!" Purvi jumped slightly at his sudden loud voice. She shake her when she heard Kavin chuckling at her jumping. He slowly walk toward her and grab her hands fo make her stand and make her walk with him. Kavin stops and look at the floor with a smile before turning Purvi to face it.
"Now, take you blindfold off." Purvi heard Kavin whisper and takes a deep breath before she remove. Purvi slowly open her eyes and look around her room. The lights were off but the lighted rose and vanilla scent candles gives the room a soft dim but perfect glow. Purvi gaze fall on ground and her eyes widened when she saw what her boyfriend actually do.
"A-are you serious?" Purvi asked with a whisper as she read the question written on floor with the rose petals.
"Yes." Purvi turned to face Kavin but gasped softly when she saw him on his knees in front of her. He slowly reach out to grab her left hand and look at her with a smile.
"I know it might weird for you because we aren't even dating for a month and here I am proposing you but Purvi, since I saw you in party that night, I feel myself getting attracted toward you. It feels like you had some type of magnet that pulled me toward you without even knowing you. Ms. Purvi Mathur, I love you with all my heart and I want to spent the rest of my life with you my side." Kavin says softly and smile nervously when he saw her eyes getting teary. Kavin takes a deep breath and put his hand in his pocket to take out the ring that he made in hurry.
"Is that plastic bottle ring?" Purvi asked him with a confused look. Kavin give her a smile and nodded.
"Y-Yeah, I couldn't get a ring for you this fast. I know it is wouldn't even compare to the actual ring but I will get a new one later." Kavin shrugged looking at the ring before he look back up at her face as she chuckle tearfully.
"So, Ms. Purvi Mathur, Will you give me the honor to make you Mrs. Kavin Ahuja?" Kavin asked her. Purvi nodded with a soft smile and saw as Kavin smile as well before he gently push the plastic ring up in her finger. It was so much bigger then he expected but keep that in his mind that he will get a custom made for her.
Kavin look at Purvi happy face as she look at the ring around her finger and get back on his feets. Purvi smile up at him and wrapped her arms around him to give him a hug. Purvi feels his hands rubbed her back and her eyes trailed down to his lips. Purvi bite her lips, swallowing nervously as she leaned up and softly press her lips against his.
"I love you, my future husband." Purvi whisper when she pulled back after some time. Kavin smile and rest his forehead against hers.
"Love you too, my future wifey." Kavin comment make her blush deeply.Purvi step close to him and wrapped her arms around his neck to hug him.
Purvi eyes fall on the ring again. She know that they might be going too fast as he said earlier but she also know that she wants to spend the rest of her life with him by staying at his side.
Hello Everyone. So, here is chapter 12. I really hope you guys like it ans let me know in reviews what you think about it. I know it is kind of short but honestly, I am not feeling well to write anything. I got bad food poisoning and it messing up with my mind as well.
As for updating next chapter, I will try my best to make it soon but I am not. It depend how quick my mind start working again.
