Chapter 14 – Allen's Birthday

We managed to get back to the order but it seemed like Allen and I both shared the distain for what the order was calling the thirds which was a group of people like the guy who had saved us when we were caught in the barrior. I didn't like it since it meant that the Earl had eyes inside the order now and also knew were our new headquarters' was at. I just ignored them before I found out I was going on a solo mission to Portugal which was happening a lot more since I became a general which had me sighing a lot more. So I took off for the ark smiling making them think I was happy to be doing this when I really wasn't I was only still here because of Allen but once they betrayed him I would be leaving. When I got to Portugal it was late in the evening but the map got me lost which made me groan apparently the person who wrote the map was an idiot. So I walked over to a house and knocked on the door or was about to but the door opened before I could knock which surprised me and her apparently.

Girl: "Oh I'm so sorry."

Kira: "It's alright miss, can you help me? I seem to have gotten lost."

Guy: "Madam Kamelot, please allow me to help her, there others are waiting for you at the Hall."

Kamelot: "Oh I'm alright Francis, I can help her."

Kira: "Thank you."

Kamelot: "Weren't you the one who saved my family?"

I looked at her confused before she brought out a picture smiling which made me remember them from that day which I guessed was which started Tyki's and my flirting as well as Joyd's possession.

Kira: "Ah yes that was me, but I don't need anything for it, I was just doing my job miss."

Kamelot: "I wanted to thank you in person, my family is dear to me."

Kira: "As is mine."

I said smiling at her as she gave me directions to the place I needed so I thanked her before leaving and once I was a good enough distance I waited until she left with Francis before I jumped down in front of the house. I got in smiling since dad had taught me how to pick locks since I might need it in the future which I did since I used it a lot to sneak into houses. So I snuck in and started looking around a small dog ran over to me and I let it smell me before I petted him smiling since all animals loved me, probably because I was one of them. I wondered up the stairs to see rooms so I picked the first lock and stepped inside to look around to see a bunch of paper's on the desk some telling of a war coming while others were lists of people who gave money or were akuma. Then I looked over at the books on the wall I stopped when I saw a magic book before pulling it down and looking through it so I quickly put it in my bag before leaving making sure the lock was in place. Then I headed down the hall smiling before coming to another door that was locked so I picked it open before stepping in looking around to see that it was Tyki's room since I could see Allen's button in the drawer so I pulled out the present's I had prepared for him. I placed them on his bed before taking off out the backway since I heard them coming which had me smiling knowing I knew where he lived at know. I had made him a poker necklace that will change for each winning hand he made while playing since I had used magic with it, I had also homemade fudge brownies mixed with whiskey which had been dad's favorite snack. I gave him a magic compass as well that would lead him to me if he wanted to see me which the needle would track me among other things which I knew would be fun for him to find out about. I managed to finish my mission before morning came and was back at home yawning as I headed to my room to get some sleep before Komui and the other's woke me up. It continued like that for a few days until I got fed up with being forced to go on mission's back to back again especially all on my own. I was really started to hate the order since I was getting little to no sleep the past few days, most of it was because I was doing my presents for Allen and Tyki for Christmas which I knew they would love. Once I finished them I placed Tyki's in my bag for when I left to give them to him while placing Allen's on my nightstand ready for when I gave them to him tonight but I had other things that I needed to do before the party. I had Lenalee in charge of distracting Allen by taking him shopping while I got the place set up and ready for their return. She promised to help me so I snuck up behind Link while Allen was talking to him and grabbed him before tieing him up before dragging him away and to a closet I had found earlier. I had been nice and placed two chairs in the room which I tossed Link into one smiling at him which caused him to start telling me to untie him but I just gagged him.

Kira: "Don't worry you won't be alone for long; you'll have company soon you two can be miserable together until after the party."

I said before I shut and locked the door before going and finding my next target before an idea popped into my head as I walked over to him and Komui talking about something.

Kira: "Lvellie I think something's wrong with Link, I figured since you knew him better maybe you could help?"

Lvellie: "Lead the way Miss Cross."

I nodded winking at Komui who sighed as I lead Lvellie to the closet before tieing him up as well before pushing him into the chair next to Link which only made him start issuing order's so I gagged him as well.

Kira: "Give it a rest I only follow dads orders not yours."

He just glared at me while I smiled before shutting the door and locking it happily before returning to the kitchen to see everyone ready which made me even more happier as we set to work. Once everything was done we waited for Allen and Lenalee to return from shopping so we could jump out and yell surprise but I knew Komui wouldn't like the fact that I sent Lenalee out with Allen so I made sure to be near him. So when he threw a temper tantum I tackeled him to the ground just as they got near the great hall happy that this was still going well and that Allen would have a good surprise so we all jumped out when the doors opened.

Everyone: "Surprise Allen!"

He seemed frozen for a minute as everyone surrounded him telling him happy birthday and that they were happy to celebrate it with them which made me smile before I took off to tackle him smiling at him.

Allen: "Thanks Kira."

Kira: "Sure Allen you my little brother, my only little brother, so you'd better get used to being spoilt."

Allen: "I'll try."

I smiled at him nodding before we had fun playing games, eating cake and ice-cream, dancing, then watching Allen open all the presents he got from everyone which had me happy. It ended around eleven since everyone seemed to pass out some drunk some too tired to go to their bedrooms which had me laughing at them as I helped Allen take his presents back to his room. Once done I let to grab my presents before going back to his room remembering that I still had Link locked away but I didn't care right now.

Kira: "Here these are from me."

Allen: "You didn't have to Kira."

I just ignored that and placed the first one on his lap happily while he just sighed before opening it to see that it was a compass which made him look at me while smiling knowing what he was thinking.

Kira: "Its magicked so you'll never get lost again."

Allen: "Thanks Kira."

I nodded before handing him another box this one I liked a lot and it would help out with a lot of things while were out in the field I had done the same thing father had done for me and got medium sized bags and made them bottomless.

Kira: "There like mine so you can put whatever you want in them I wanted you to have them just in case something happens and you can keep all your stuff with you."

Allen: "Thanks Kira."

Kira: "Your welcome but if anyone asks father made them for you, he made sure my magic would be hidden."

He nodded so I pulled out the next one which I knew he would love it was a small music box that I had found and made a new score for it using the score that Mana made for him. I had also used Tim to recreate Mana as a clown and as a person and had the two of them juggling small balls back in forth with Allen moving back and forth between them as he was back then which had Allen crying the minute he saw it.

Kira: "I stole Tim and used the images he had gotten when dad saw you two together along with the one after he quit the circus. Since it was before I joined him or when he left while I was sleeping."

Allen: "Thanks Kira, I love it."

Kira: "Your welcome little brother."

I said looking down at him as he played the score before crawling into bed and going to sleep while I got up and went to my room smiling while I changed into a beautiful red dress with red stilettos that wrapped around my legs. I even added in jewelry as if I was going to be attending a ball but I also had short shorts on underneath the dress. I grabbed my cloak putting it on as I left smiling before making my way out to the ark, it was easy since almost everyone was passed out with two people locked safely away. I had my present's hidden away so I could give them away before anyone found out about me being there except for maybe Tyki he always seemed to know if I was near. So I snuck through the ark straight into Portugal before going to his house making sure I had labeled each present with their names before placing them under the tree. I made sure no one knew I did that before I leaned against the wall before feeling eyes on me so I looked over and saw Tyki looking at me so I smiled before taking off up the stairs and straight to his room. I could hear him coming after me so I quickened my pace a little smiling I had managed to get his present's on his bed before he walked in before pulling me to him. I could tell that he was a little out of breath so he must have really run all the way here just to catch me which surprised me but I just looked up at him still smiling.

Tyki: "Why don't you stay?"

Kira: "I can't yet… father may be dead but I still need to help Allen, however if the order does decide to betray us I may take you up on that."

Tyki: "I see, I'm sorry about your father."

Kira: "Thanks I still miss him…"

Tyki: "Is it me or did you acquire more innocence."

I couldn't help it, I started laughing at that since it meant that he had picked up on that but then again I haven't seen him in a long time so he didn't know about me acquiring them.

Kira: "Yes I've got two new pieces, they belonged to my father."

Tyki: "I see, do you know how he died?"

Kira: "No not yet… he was in his room guarded by crows which is centrals magic user's."

Tyki: "So they aren't guarding you?"

Kira: "No dad made sure they don't know I can use magic for our own protection."

Tyki: "I see I'll see what I can do from my side."

Kira: "Thanks."

Tyki: "I'll let you go but before I do…"

I looked up at him confused before he pulled me to him and leaned down before he brought our lips together in a kiss, I looked at him shocked before I closed my eyes and wrapped my arms around his neck. We pulled away when the need for air became apparent and we placed our foreheads together while I smiled up at him knowing I had to get back to the order.

Kira: "I have to go… let me know what they think."

Tyki: "Wait… here."

He said handing me a few presents two with different letters on them which had me confused as I looked up at him making him smile at me already knowing what I was thinking about.

Tyki: "Ones from Road… she's excited about having an aunt haa… the other is from Lulu Bell she said it was an apology."

Kira: "Ah! It must have been from when she knocked me against the egg and knocked me out… don't be mad at her she was trying to bring me to you."

Tyki: "Alright I won't, for you."

I smiled up at him as I walked over to the window before placing the presents in my bags before taking off out the window and returned home I made sure Link and Lvellie were sleeping before I opened the door. I untied them but just left them there leaving the door unlocked as I headed to my room to change and get some much-deserved sleep.
