Summary:

One-shot, one kill. These words are associated with trained snipers all over the world.

In reality, I am one of them and the training I had since childhood made me who I am as a sniper when I first tried to shoot a safe gun designed for target shooting for people all ages at the age of 6.

The interesting game, Infinite Dendrogram? I am one too there, they don't even know my face because of that mask I wore.

Unlike the 'inferior' quality snipers in that game who failed to take down a moving target when I observed them with my scope at that time, I showed them, including the Infinite Dendrogram community, what a real one with real-life training, in the words of gamers, a pro, can do.

Seriously though, at one time in my Infinite Dendrogram life around the time I started playing, there's this group who asked me such a question of why I am able to grasp it and what's the secret.

I teasingly gave them a reply: "Family tradition dating back to the American Revolutionary War, all thanks to my ancestor who recreated and kept the written accounts that'll later become known as sniping today. Now, now, everything's classified if you ask what kind of training I've been through including real life."

Volume 1 - Childhood

Unanticipated Changes Revolving Me Pt.2

Alice blinked as she asked me a question. "Caesar, what's Foundation Week?"

"Foundation Week is a week-long event in Ashton." I answered with fondness present. "It's basically celebrating first weeks of Ashton when it got established during its founding in 1948. For our school, various clubs showcase visitors their club activities, history, and much more including a group tour around the school by a student volunteer, a teacher, or a student parliament member."

"Sounds fun." commented Alice with her smile present. "Do you plan to go there in person?"

"Yes, I will." I said. "Not counting that particular day when there was an introduction to gun target shooting to our class and a sudden recruitment by a senpai two months ago after my 'attempt', I will go and ask the senpai from Target Shooting Club about getting an honorary membership."

"Will they allow it?" asked Alice.

"I hope so because there's such thing as honorary club members in AISC. But I'll not be there in the club activities all the time because of the schedule and things to come." I replied, looking at my AIPM, the harmless variant stored in a gun bag hidden in my closet. "I do hope they won't ask me to show my face without my mask on."

Looking back at Alice, she was looking down, blushing as I noticed our distances weren't the same as they used to be.

THUMP! THUMP!

'...Please don't make things worse with this.'

Grasping Alice's hand suddenly, Alice blushed.

"Alice." I said. "[Russian: Before we arrived here, I heard Arisa about her having your consent. Is it true?"

"[Russian: I-it's true.]" replied Alice.

"Why?"

"B-because I saw her feelings towards you…" replied Alice. "I don't like her and everyone to be sad…I am willing to share you."

"Alice…" Surprised, I looked closely into her eyes.

It was pure emotion.

"Those days you helped me adjust in AISC besides giving me tips in target shooting using airgun… I never realized that until the day Arisa and her cousins moved in. I was happy to have more friends."

"Alice…"

"But when I look back...the time spent time with them, I realized they bore feelings for you like me."

"Alice…"

"I-I-I'm very sorry, Caesar. I-I should have told you my feelings earlier but -hic-"

When I saw her about to cry as she was letting out tears, my whole world cracked and froze. I never imagined it would be that bad.

But the question was who to blame? Was it me? Am I that low to make a girl who made a girl, my childhood friend, cry because of it?

I didn't mean to. It's partially my fault. I should have noticed earlier when I prepared for my first match.

'I am very sorry Alice. Not even knowledge help me without experiencing it. I will attend you and be aware of my surroundings now.' Having a resolve, I suddenly hugged her whole body tight.

"C-C-Caesar?"

Lifting her head with my finger as I wiped her tears, I looked at my childhood friend with a sad smile. "Alice, please stop crying. It's not your fault. I should have compiled my courage when I returned from the Philippines to reveal my feelings but I was afraid and nervous of what will happen to us including us should you not take it well. I really have this same feelings towards everyone including you."

"M-me?"

"Yes, Alice." I replied. "I even remember the day I gave you and everyone a toy ring."

Alice blushed.

Ruffling her hair while trying not to blush, I resumed. "And really, I find it strange that polygamous marriage is normal and legal now because if not, things will go like those from anime where one is hurt as a result. I'll get to the point - the thing is I like you all more than as a friends."

"..Caesar, I feel the same. I should have told you before you go to the Philippines that day." Blushing, Alice hugged me and let go of her hug with her face redder.

"Alice..." Lifting her face, what I saw in her currently, replaced the best friend image I have on Alice. It's no more than a crush but a childhood love and sweetheart. A childhood friend heroine in a harem route and childhood heroine route bounded. We'll be having developments from now on."I have a request..."

"W-what is it, Caesar?"

"C-c-can we make promise and a vow and that we seal the deal with a kiss?"

We both blushed at my suggestion.

'F-first kiss with Alice...'

Alice shyly nodded.

"Here it goes." I began."1)When we grow up, I'll marry you and everyone you approved of, 2) Everything about what I will say in the future must not be mentioned to anyone and public because...it's more than equal to our grandfathers' jobs when they used to be active… I hope you get it and will understand once I told you that in the future, Alice."

Alice who bore a surprised look at the number 2 given condition and my serious tone, nodded her head with determination.

"You really are a granddaughter of a former SAS." I jokingly commented with fondness, earning a blush from Alice. "3)Besides academics and obtaining knowledge, you must train with physical exercises and learn skills like cooking and others..the rest is up to you as long there's improvements. I know this may be too much but I can't do everything alone and be relied on like dictatorial style...we need to work as a unit, a team...and family so that we got each other covered in various areas."

"I accept, Caesar. I will be your bride."

THUMP! THUMP!

"Alice…"

"Caesar…"

Smiling at each other, we closed our eyes and sealed the deal with a kiss.

Breaking apart, I opened my eyes to a blushing face of Alice hugging me tight who resorted to cuddling me.

"A-Alice got to kiss Caesar...it's no fair." a familiar voice #1 said in hushed tone.

"I have yet to kiss Caesar...he already accepted me and Irina by saying he'll take responsibility." a familiar voice #2 said in hushed tones.

Looking at the door because I heard familiar noises, not from the adults, I gestured them to come in.

Bernadette, Irina, and Arisa entered my room with their blushing faces.

Smiling shyly, I said to them. "I am sure it's obvious as a day that everyone heard our little confessions."

They nodded with their heads down.

"But it does not mean I flat out reject your feelings." I gently told them, raising their spirits. "In fact, I became aware of it. "

"You mean-"

"Yes, Bernie." I said to Bernadette. "I accept everyone's feelings provided they know and accept 3 vows and conditions I made."

The girls all nodded their heads in affirmation as I got to see them blushing once more..

'Should I approach them and lead the initiative?' Watching them not making an inch, I decided to make a move.

But before I could-

"Caesar!"

Like an unsuspected subsonic bullet travelling towards the designated target, Bernie surprisingly sped off towards me from her distance and hugged me.

"Hehe." cheerily said Bernie as she then looked at me with her face blushing while I got to see her violet eyes up close. "Caesar...it's a love on first sight...your kindness when we first met won me over. It may sounded cliche like from various anime but I wanted to be with you."

"Bernadette…" Smiling at Bernie, I replied. "To me, you're like a ball of energy and cheerfulness...who follows latest trends lately including various things used by the military… but what I am seeing in you is someone I need to give my day a good day..I really like you as you...I want to have you for myself. I only ask to help me and everyone. "

" Caesar, I will." said Bernadette."I know the third condition is related to the second one for growth in the future...I will do my part...I will be someone to stay by your side and be your support."

"Thank you, Bernie."

"Hehe you're welcome, Caesar." shyly yet energetically replied Bernie. "But still thanking you for accepting me."

Like Alice earlier, me and Bernadette shared a kiss.

The rest after that was it all ended with a kiss.

The last two after Bernadette, Irina and Arisa, they were almost the varied reasons mostly about my personality and I return fire mine in return that left a 'stalemate' of embarrassments.

However, my kiss with Arin, because she's the last, was perhaps a bit longest one after she gave me her first kiss to me. It almost made my sort of my future brides/ new girlfriends wanting one from me in return which I did after I reminded them to work their way on the conditions I inputted.

Because... afterall my clan was in a 'dark'. We may not be doing an equivalent of black ops before those days. But I don't like them to be left out...

...They only needed to learn things honestly.
