Chapter 11: The Lone Wolf comes home

And so I made my final stand killing Covie until my bullets ran out then I used my knife and when my knife went dull I used my fists all that ran through my head was this is for Jeorge, Kat, Carter, Emile, mom and Jun(Six doesn't know if Jun and Halsey made it out of Reach) For Noble Team, for those that I considered my friends, for those that died while I was helpless and watched you die this is why I'm the known as the Lone Wolf because I have nothing left to live for all of my friends are dead, my family are gone, the planet I lived on is gone destroyed I failed to protect the one place I could call HOME. All my life I was trained but yet I was different from all of the Twos and Threes I pushed myself over the edge and trained my hardest to be better than others so I could protect them from the Covenant and from the Insurrectionists but I failed. Jackson, David, Emily, Sam, Eddie, Mason, Jaune, Alex, Lily, Konney I failed…..I broke my promise….I couldn't save you….I'm so sorry...I should've died there...on Reach but fate had other plans for me, a pelican picked me up and returned to the Autumn where my wounds were treated and I was put into cryo sleep until I was needed again.

Darkness…..Darkness was all I saw my body floating in the middle of space with one message playing over and over again "I am Spartan B312 of the UNSC If any UNSC forces can hear me I'm waiting in space"

Then I felt myself warming up as if I'm being pulled in by a gravitational force of some kind plummeting to my fall and I hit the ground, my armor is locked to protect me from the fall, I sit there on the ground with nothing but darkness surrounding me.

*Minutes earlier*

It's been a year since Lelouch disappeared no one can figure out where he is, C.C can't contact him through their bond which is odd, Ratchet can't figure out the coordinates the space bridge had sent Lelouch. The Black Knights were still fighting Britannia, Suzaku took up his friends role as Zero a memorial was secretly held for Lelouch by the Black Knights, Ashford was told Lelouch had fallen ill and couldn't return to school for a while it was a lie but what could they say the vice president just disappeared without a trace and may never return? It's boring at the base. I was hoping for something and god must've been listening because Ratchet called the Black Knights saying he's picked up a distress call from space as we readied the mini ark the distress calls location was shown entering the atmosphere and turns out it's a object we're heading there now to investigate it. I hop in the Guren MKII and some of the Black Knights along with the Autobots head to the crash site.

*Present*

We arrived at the location and looked around the area for the object.

Kallen: Guys I found what we're looking for but you'll have to come here because this defies all logic(Shockwave jokes am I right?...No?!...Ok I'll see myself out now)

The rescue team arrives at my location and what they see shocks them. There sitting in front of us is someone or something in armor, Ratchet scanned the armor and what he said surprised us.

Ratchet: It's human, the person in the armor is human and alive. I've never seen armor like this before but how is the person still alive? Lift him up and we'll carry him through the ground bridge and get a proper look.

Kallen proceeds to try and carry the person but can't due to the weight

Kallen: Slight problem he's too heavy this armor is really heavy and I don't know how we can take it off.

?: I can help with that

Ohgi: Either I'm hearing things or the suit just talked

?: You're not hearing things, I can help his armor is in a stasis lock I can unlock it making it easier to move but one of you robots will have to carry him.

Kallen: Who are you?

?: I am Auntie Dot personal A.I for Spartan B312 or Noble Six.

Optimus: You said you are the personal A.I for Noble Six?

Dot: That is correct there's two chips in the back of his helmet that contain me and his other A.I Rook, we can answer your questions while Noble Six recovers.

Suzaku looks behind the helmet and takes them out and plugs them into the Arks mainframe. She appeared as her glowing grid as well as Rook looks like a rook chess piece.

Rook: Hello I am Rook serial number R 8155-11 UNSC Smart A.I and personal A.I to Noble Six

Dot: As I said earlier I am Auntie Dot serial number ADT 6849-9 dumb A.I and now the second personal A.I to Noble Six

Nunnally: What's the difference between a smart and dumb A.I?

Dot: A dumb A.I unlike "smart" AIs, these AIs are created using traditional programming methods rather than scanning human brains. They are more limited in their cognitive capabilities, being incapable of the capacity to feel, perceive, or experience subjectively, and cannot learn subjects outside of their specialized role where as a Smart AI have no limitations in their dynamic memory-processor matrix, meaning they can not only be taught a vast wealth of information, but can learn and comprehend from their surroundings but a drawback is they go into what is called rampansey where the AI has been in operation for seven years and has gathered too much data in that time period. But forerunners were able to cure rampancey.

Rook: Any more questions?

Kallen: Yes you call him Noble six and Spartan B312 but not his real name why?

Rook: Because in training they are given that name and most spartans don't use their name but some do for example Blue team use their names. However Noble Six's name is classified unless he himself tells you his name.

Suzaku: I have one, why is the armor heavy?

Dot: Because it's made using rare earth elements along with regularly used metals but if you were to put it on your body would react violently and your bones would snap and kill you. Spartans were created to use these against the covenant.

Suzaku: You're saying Spartans are evolved humans?

Dot: Yes and no, they've gone through augmentation which allows them to wear it.

Ohgi: What kind of augmentations?

Dot/Rook: We can't tell you because it is classified information

A groan is heard and their attention turns to the Spartan in his MKVI[B] armor.

Dot: Good to have you awake Commander

Six: Emile, Carter, Kat, Jeorge I failed….*looks around* Dot where are we?

Dot: We're on planet Earth just not our Earth or at least we travelled back in time

Six: You mean we're some kind of Earth 2 like DC comics and Marvel?

Kallen: Earth 2?

Six: Yes….Dot what's all different than our Earth?

Dot: 80% is the same but this Earth has no America meaning the civil war was lost, no WW2, Nagasaka and Hiroshima weren't bombed, there's 3 main powers that exist: Britannia, E.U and China and Giant sentient machines.

Kallen: WW2? America?, Hiroshim and Nagasaka were bombed?

Wheeljack: Doc you sure he didn't hit his head on the way down to orbit?

Ratchet: Everything is completely fine.

Tamaki: So we have a super soldier from the future from an alternate Earth that's completely different than ours.

Six: So Dot this Japan is completely in shambles and lost a war in 2010 and was subjugated to being slaves basically….I thought our Japan had it worse but I think I rather lose two cities than your entire country.

Dot: That is correct Noble Six.

Kallen: Ok we can learn more later right now we need to get your armor off.

Six: Slight problem you don't have the right tools to get this off.

Dot: I can give the mechs the blueprints for the armor remover, I estimate it'll take them 1 hour to build it.

Fix it: Very well

Dot: Uploading blueprints to mainframe now.

Arcee, Cliff jumper, Elita 1, Bulkhead, and Hotshot arrive at base after finishing a mission.

Arcee looks to see Ratchet, Fix it, some Black Knight mechanics tinkering with some machine.

Arcee: What are you working on?

Rachet: We're making a armor remover to remove our guests armor

Cliff jumper: Who's the guest?

Ratchet: Calls himself Noble Six or Spartan B312 he hasn't told us his name yet...put that there, that bolt goes there and done.

*Machine powers on*

SIX: It's ready good job you're lucky you had the tools required to build it now then you'll see me and I'll tell you my name once done.

*Six gets in a Y position as arms detach the armor a loud thunk can be heard, everyone is watching as each piece of armor falls to the ground and makes a loud thunk as it hits the ground. The arms retract and Six pulls off his helmet revealing a 20 year old Lelouch.

Six: Now that you know what I look like I'll give you my name. I am Lelouch Lamperouge Halsey adopted son to Doctor Catherine Halsey and Captain Jacob Keyes.

Kallen: You're alive? We've worried since your disappearance a year ago.

Lelouch: I think you mistake me for someone else, because I've been fighting in a war for 2 years and have had 3 years of training. I don't remember much but I woke up in the Pillar of Autumn in a hospital room, I couldn't remember who I was at first or where I came from I was told that I had amnesia after running a blood test and everything nothing came up so Halsey and Keyes became my guardians along with Blue team became my family.

C.C: This is our Lelouch but it seems the amnesia made him forget he was Geass. I believe if I can connect with it I can restore his past memories.

C.C walks up to Lelouch who is cautious but allows her to do whatever she's gonna do, she places her hand on his temple and her hair flows back revealing a Geass symbol she looks into his mind and two Lelouchs: Noble Six and Zero Lelouch she approaches the Zero Lelouch who is hiding.

C.C: Why are you hiding Lelouch?

Lelouch: Because when I became this soldier I finally got what I wanted all along a family even if it meant the cost of my past I'd take it because I had a mother, a father who was caring and siblings who didn't view me as something to be ignored half the time but their brother. Hardly any of my siblings cared about me: Nunnally, Cornelia, Euphie, Clovis, Nonnent were the only siblings who loved me. But if you're here then there's no convincing you to leave me so I guess it's time for my old and new self to merge.

C.C grabs Lelouch's hand and they walk off to the bright light but before they leave she looks at the Noble Six and the scenery changes to Reach's final moments she hears screaming, feels death and agony what Lelouch lived through was worse than Britannia.

hair falls and covers the Geass symbol but stumbles back after feeling everything, Lelouch's right eye changes revealing the Geass symbol once again.

C.C: Welcome back Lelouch

Lelouch: It's good to be back

C.C: What was that feeling just before we left all I felt was pain, agony and the screams of millions.

Lelouch: What you felt was the world I grew up on being completely destroyed …..I failed to protect Reach, Jeorge died thinking he saved our home but more just came.

Lelouch had tears falling down his face remembering Noble Teams' deaths

Jorge: We all make it sooner or later. Better get going, Six, they're gonna need you down there. Listen, Reach has been good to me.

Jorge: Time's come to return the favor. Don't deny me this.

Jorge: Tell 'em to make it count.

Lelouch walks outside the base holding dog tags. The others are staring at him confused, shocked, surprised but curios. Nunnally wanted to know what was wrong with her brother, C.C wanted to know why Reach was so sensitive, Milley and Shirley wanted to comfort him, the Autobots wanted to know what happened to Lelouch.
