MHA-Canary Rising: USJ-Epilogue

Previously on Canary Rising:

Then I looked back and noticed Young Bakugou staring at me, eyes wide open and his mouth gaped open "How cool was it fighting alongside…..All Might?" I heard him say. OH Crap. How the hell was I going to explain this.

Izumi's P.O.V

Kachan l's mouth widened as he looked behind me, his sentence trailing off. What was behind me… Oh no ALL might. Turning my head around I saw All Might in his small form staring at Kachan in panic.

Looking back AT Kachan I could see his brain going at one hundred miles per hour. How was All Might going to explain this to Kachan?! He's smart and will no doubt figure out that all might is lying to him.

Turning to face me he said "Deku! Why is ALL might looking so weak… So Unwell. Looking at All Might I saw what he meant his already shallow cheeks were now worse and he actually looked like a walking skeleton.

Trying to speak up I tried to say that All might explain what was going on but my throat didn't allow me and it made me crumple down to the floor in pain. In seconds Kachan turned to face me forgetting about all Might as he screamed "Deku, stay will me don't close your crappy eyes!" My eyes closed shut as I fell unconscious.

Itsuka's P.O.V (5 Minutes Later)

The Villain held his finger to Kaminari's head "One wrong move and your friend dies." HIs voice was cold, unmerciful. He was an experienced killer and he was more than willing to kill again if it meant keeping the situation in his corner. Looking into his eyes you could tell he was wanting us to struggle. He wasn't just an experienced killer. He Craved the kill.

Those eyes were so Similar to the ones that killed Mom….no It couldn't be could it? No it had to be another Villain. Dad wou;ld have warned me if he was free. He stepped forwards and said "Now Put your hands up where I can see them and don't test my patience." Looking at Momo I said "Do as he said, we don't want to risk anything." She sighed and put her hands up with both myself and Jiro following her example.

Next to me I could see Jiro looking at Kaminari worried. Despite finding him annoying she did truly care about him. Alright Itsuka focus. What should you do in a situation like this...come on Dad made sure you knew this. Normally I would comply until an opportunity arose where I was close enough to use my quirk but that didn't equate for a Hostage Situation like this.

Alright then what would Itsuka do? Well that's easily she would use her speed to jump in before the Villain had a chance to attack but none of us here had speed quirks so that was completely out of the picture. What would dad do? Well he wouldn't have allowed Kaminari to be caught in the first place...Okay All Might then...crap All might would also use his speed in a situation like this.

From the corner of my eyes I could just about see Jiro's Earphone Jack move...WHat was she doing? Hang on a minute her Speakers on her legs. If SHe could reach those she could let out one of heartbeat attacks and take him by surprise but we would need to distract him so he didn't notice.

Gulping down my fears I said "WHy join up with this League of Losers? You clearly have your own thing going." He Seemed a bit surprised at the fact that I had spoken but he said "The Feds were closing in on me and this little group offered to give us all a chance to do something….KIll All Might!"

They wanted to kill All Might? In the distance I could hear shouting and fighting. What was going on with everyone else?! I could even see some of Bakugou's explosions by the center which I guess means he has made it back to everyone else. Speaking loudly I said "You know attacking us on school grounds wasn't the smartest idea. I feel like somebody as calculating as you would know that."

He sighed while tightening his grip on Kaminari and said "I did try to argue that this wasn;t the best place to do it but the boss was pretty firm on the decision and he is one scary dude with that quirk of his. Being able to turn everything into Dust that he touches? Scary stuff even for me." So this cold calculated killer was scared of his Boss? How tough was that guy then.

Suddenly Something went flying up into the sky...was that a Villain?! The Villain turned around and said "How the Hell?!" Jiro connected her Ear Phone jack to the speakers and sent out a large HeartBeat attack which made the villain drop to the ground in pain screaming and letting go of Kaminari as he did so.

Momo ran in and grabbed him while I put my two fists together and started to swing my entire body using the weight of my hands and as soon as Momo got Kaminari away I whacked the Villain and sent him flying up into the air. Then there were several loud Bang...bangbangbang….Bang Were those Gunshots? Another 3 Bangs were heard and the Villain we had just overcome got hit by a pullet in the knee and the Arm,

Was that the Teacher's? Please tell me it was the Teachers. A Loud voice told us all to remain calm and to come to the entrance which we all did. Kaminari in between myself and Momo as we had to carry him through. Looking at Momo I said "And this is why I need you helping me even though I'm only a second class rep. My mind wandered to worrying about Izumi. I need somebody to call the shots when neither myself or Iida can."

She nodded and the 4 of us somehow managed to walk all the way to the entrance where everyone but Izumi and Bakugou were. Todoroki came up to us and said "Don't worry Kendo I can tell you are worried about Midoriya. She's passed out but they think she will be okay. Bakugou is with her. Oh thank god.

Bakugou's P.O.V

The Ambulance ride to the Hospital was a tense one with the person who sounded and looked like a weak version of All Might staring me down. Deku was still Unconscious but the Doctor had said when we loaded her into the Ambulance that she would be fine and that it was just the pain and adrenaline that caused her to pass out.

Without her...the world would be a much darker place that's for sure so I was glad that she was fine but at the same time I was annoyed at All Might. "First of All who the hell are you really and Secondly WHy the hell weren't you there. This could have all been avoided!" he looked down not that I could really tell with his shallow eyes and said "Young Bakugou I will explain everything once we get all of us checked out for our injuries." COughing up some blood as he said so.

He couldn't be All Might?! Could he? How could the world's symbol of peace look so thin, so Pale. He was meant to be large, overpowered but instead he was...this! Looking at Izumi I thought about the fact that she jumped in no hesitation despite her damaged throat. Did she know about All Might? Did that mean that red head girl she also was around also knew?!

The Ambulance came to a stop and when the doors opened I noticed that we were around about 5 minutes away from UA. We were led into it into a back room that looked out onto the grounds of UA and we found 3 beds waiting for us. The Ambulance crew got Izumi into a bed while All Might took a seat on one and I took a seat on another one.

Looking at him He looked down at the ground and said "Look I can tell you badly want answers but what I'm about to tell you must remain Secret Okay" Damn it "FIne just tell me the Truth 'All Might'" The Man sighed and said "I am All Might Young Bakugou. 5 Years ago I was in a fight that left me gravely injured." He transformed into his large form for a few seconds when the door opened before that old woman from UA appeared. USing her walking cane she wacked All Might and said "Get out of that form you big loaf"

All Might switched back and said "Okay point taken Recovery Girl" She rolled her eyes and made her way to Izumi "She went too far. I can speed up her recovery but who knows what the effect on her throat will be when she wakes up. At the very least she will have some scarring, I through the point of us training the poor girl All Might, was to stop this from happening."

All might sighed and said "She went beyond plus ultra in order to save her friends and myself. She truly has the spirit of a true hero within her." Interrupting them I said "Hold on one crappy second what do you mean Training her?!" ALl Might looked at me and said "AH right the explanation. Following my grave injury the amount of time I could use my quirk was greatly reduced to the extent that as of last year I could only be a hero for roughly 5 hours in a day. Not very hero like eh. But a hero goes and sacrifices themselves regardless of their brown health"

He's not getting to the goddamn point! "What does this have to do with training Izumi. I freaking understand about your small form now but what about Deku" He looked at Izumi and sighed "I passed my quirk onto her Young Bakugou." Wait What?

STanding up with force much to my arms annoyance I said "What the hell do you mean by that All Might? Pass on your Quirk?" Recovery Girl pushed me backwards back onto the bed using her cane before extending her lips out and making my arms get healed from the backlash of using my quirk so much.

All Might and said "THis is the part you can't tell anybody out. My quirk isn't originally my Quirk. It was passed to me by my master who received it from her Master who received it from their Master. The name of this Quirk...this power is One for All. It's a quirk passed on throughout the generations to defeat a great evil. Mt time with this power after my Injury is coming to an end and I needed a successor. That is the real reason I came to UA, to find a worthy successor to this power."

Looking at Izumi I said "But before you had a chance to come here you met Deku" He nodded his head and I felt a small explosion go off in my fingers. He looked at me with his shallow eyes and said "That is correct. She ran in to save you when you were attacked by that Sludge Villain almost a year ago when no other hero would." SO her quirk wasn't even hers.

Glaring at All Might I said "SO you mean to tell me that her Cry isn't even her own freaking Quirk!" He shook his head and said "Actually her Canary Cry is entirely hers. She didn't receive my quirk until this year." oh right...erm okay I feel a bit embarrassed for getting angry now.

Putting my hand into my hair I used a miniature explosion to make it poof up again and asked "So what is this great evil that you mentioned" He stared at me right in my eyes and asked "Can I trust you not to tell young Midoriya about what i'm going to tell you?"

He was going to tell me something but not Izumi. "You can tell me but if I think it puts deku's life in danger I won't hesitate but to tell her." He nodded and said "The creation of ONe for All is actually one of an evil act. WHen Quirks first appeared everything was in chaos. One man rose to power during this time who had a powerful quirk that allowed him to hold, Take and Give Quirks making him feared along the Quirk Users. He went by the name of his quirk: All for One."

The name sent shivers down my spine and I didn't even know why, the name was an inversion of All Might and I guess Deku's quirk. But the power to steal quirks? That couldn't be possible right?

He took a deep breath before he continued "THis Evil had a younger Brother with a strong sense of Right but he was quirkless and weak so unable to do anything against him. ALl for ONe gave his brother a quirk for unknown reasons but it did something nobody suspected. It fused with a dormant quirk which allowed the brother to stockpile power. The QUirk that was given allowed him to hand on the quirk.

These two quirks fused to create ONe for All. The Brother failed to beat his brother and passed on his quirk to others hoping they would best the Villain until the 8th User of ONe for ALl finally defeated him in a bloody fight" Interrupting him I said "I guess he had an immortality quirk then?" He nodded and replied "Something along those lines"

Then I asked him "SO why does this evil still matter now then?!" He collapsed onto the bed and said "Because that beast we faxed today had multiple quirks and the only person I can think of who could do that is All for One. I pray that I'm wrong but if I'm not? I need yours and Young Kendo's help in training Young Midoriya to be ready to face the Threat."

Looking at the sleeping form of my oldest friend I said "Okay I agree. What do you need me to do?"

Izumi's P.O.V (3 Days Later)

The days since the attack on the USJ had been chaotic. WHen I had awoken from my injuries I discovered that Kachan now knew my secret and alongside Itsuka was going to be pushing me even further than I had ever gone with One for All. The two were hiding something from me but they definitely seemed to be slightly more on the right page now.

After Taking Monday off we were finally back at school and we were all sitting in the classroom. Rubbing the scar on my neck I listened as my Classmates discussed who they thought would be teaching us today due to Mr Aziwa's injuries during the events of the USJ. I wasn't really joining in with the conversations though because my throat was still recovering and Recovery Girl had told me that if I wanted to be ready for something coming up soon I would need to rest it which was fun.

The Gravity girl Ururaka I believe leaned forward from her heat and said "So Izumi, who do you think will be taking us for class today?" Grabbing my whiteboard pen I scribbled down my answer and showed it to her. She went "Huh, also why are you not talking?" Erasing what I had written I scribbled down "Throat" Showing her the image and then pointing to my throat which had an X on it now. A New Permanent Scar that would remind me not to go overboard.

Suddenly the door opened with a bang and Mr Aziwa appeared with his face and arms heavily bandaged. Tsyu asked "Sir are you okay? We didn't think you would be in for at least another week." His voice said dully "My health doesn't matter although I'm glad to see you all okay or recovering" Aiming that last part at me "But your training can't stop as something new is coming."

Mina asked "What could it be?" Mr Aziwa took his time making everybody tense before he said "THe Sports Fedstvle has arrived" The Sports Festival?!
