Simply taking a stroll down the street, humans avoiding him as he does so, Cell continues to look at the Time Ring. At this point, he knows- Either bring him back, or bring Frieza back. Both though, are bad plans. They could always grab Krillin or Tien. Cell said no though. He had someone else in mind. Someone who may or may not be willing to fight for his existence. Dialing Bulma's phone number and pressing the call button, then, of course, putting the phone to his ear, Cell doesn't even say hello. Just-

"Mind getting me a space ship ready? Specifically, the same kind Goku used to travel Namek.. Though, up the gravity."

After some complaining, Bulma is on it, and due to blue prints and things like that already existing, plus having her father's help, it doesn't take too long. Cell was going to travel to New Namek and make a wish.. Of course, he could just use Instant Transmission to get there immediately. But one, it gave him an opportunity to waste Bulma's time, and two, He could get a little more training done. Also- This trip won't take nearly as long. It'll be about 20 hours there and 20 hours back. Perfect. This is due to Bulma having far better tech than back then.

The trip there doesn't really matter much, except for the fact that Cell does get a hint stronger from the Gravity Training. Anyways, he arrives, and immediately asks for the Dragon Balls. They are reluctant at first, but using his Space Ship, he manages to put Goku on the phone. So, once they trust him enough, he does indeed get the Dragon Balls. Summoning the one known as Porunga. He doesn't even wait for Porunga to finish his introduction. The Perfect Being raises the Time Ring, and begins saying-

"The one known as Goku Black wore this ring before death. Though he died in a different timeline, he did have a visit to this one.. Using the abilities of this Time Ring, and the energy of all three of your wishes, do you think you could both raise him from the dead without his green meat shield, and transport him here, in front of me?"

And, the magic dragon does what he can. Which is exactly what the Bio Android requested.

With a black and purple cover, two glowing red eyes end up opening, as the Time Ring ends up back on a certain Counterfeit Saiyan's finger. When this cover disappears, Goku Black is back. Looking at his two stolen hands, with a confused expression, he asks himself-

"Wasn't I just in my own personal hell..?"

Cell answers back-

"And you will be again if you don't listen up.."

Goku Black honestly kind of feared Cell after that beat down he was given. But it wasn't like he couldn't recover from it. Heading back into the Space Ship, Goku Black reluctantly hops in as well. On the way back down to Earth, Cell explains the Tournament of Power, its rules, the consequences, that what he'll do to Black if he breaks them will be far worse than anything Zeno could do-

But, there's also the Gravity Training. Black isn't interested, but Cell forces him to. Even though Black was confident in his own abilities, he was far too weak for most of the Tournament's fighters at the moment. So, with this training, and being stuck together for the next almost Earth Day, Perfect Cell and Black improve a lot with this training. Also, due to being similar in multiple ways, except one of them being good and the other being bad- Cell and Black form a Batman-Joker like relationship. That Love-Hate stuff. Both because that's a little likely if they ever met and teamed up in canon, and because this story needs a little more drama. One moment happens when Black tries to start a conversation.

"When I first took control of this vessel, I had a difficult time tapping into its full potential.."

Cell simply chuckles for a second and replies,

"That's why you get stronger in the body given to you instead of stealing one, dumbass."

This was no double edged sword. Both because Black didn't know anything about Cell, and because Cell's Perfect Body was probably already planned in terms of appearance and structure, if becoming Perfect was the main objective and not something he picked up along the way.

Anyways, after this reply from Cell, the two future enemies didn't talk for the next half hour.

Arriving back on Earth, Cell gets yelled at for bringing Black into this. But, he does a good job at explaining why it was a good call.

This tournament was going to be fun..
