Elena and all her problems are the only things I own!

"Damnit." Hojo growled stepping up to Elena pulling her face forcing her to look into his eyes. "I will have this child. You have been warned."

"Professor leave, we will destroy everything."

Elena pulled away from his grasp just as he released her, she watched him turn away hurrying out the room with a group of armed guards, that Elena wasn't even sure when and where they came from.

"You'll suffer for this." Alexer stepped forward.

"What do you want." Elena pleaded one last time as the sirens blared louder and multiple people stormed the room taking up their stations in front of the computers.

Probably deleting evidence.

Cowards

"The world." Alexer promised as he stepped away just as a loud explosion erupted from behind her, causing him to fall backwards, and she pushed around, the needle digging around painfully.

Seconds ticked by before a loud voice entered the room

"Hey asshole!"

Elena didn't need to turn around to know that was Reno. A gunshot and the heat of a bullet rushed so close to her side.

Immediate relief filled her as she watched it embed itself through Alexers side.

His agonizing scream as he clenched his side and backed away quickly glaring at her one last time before disappearing into the group of armed soldiers escorting the random scientists towards the exit.

Elena watched as Rude ran by her, immediately attacking some of the guards.

"Elena." Reno breathed as he stopped in front of her, his head reaching only to her chest. "Damnit." She caught his eyes scanning her, focusing on the IV, and needle protruding from her abdomen.

Elena could cry at the sight of the man.

But only one thing was haunting her...

"The baby." Elena sobbed as Reno roughly ripped out the IV in her arm. He needed to get the large needle out immediately, and had to do it carefully.

"What baby..." Reno growled looking around the room, but only saw his men fighting off the guards. "Where-"

"The needle. You need to get it out, it- it's injecting Genova. The baby. It could kill it." Though Elena was crying she tried to clearly explain what needed to be done.

"I don't get-" and just like that it registered to the red head as he immediately reached forward grasping the needle carefully and slowly pulling it out.

Elena cried out painfully, she wasn't sure if it was the cells making it worse, but the pain of it coming out was excruciating. "Reno!"

"Its almost out. I'm sorry!" He yelled over the explosions, and gun shots happening around them.

With one last soft tug the needle came free, serum freely pouring out of it. Sighing in relief Elena drooped forward, noticing that one of Renos gloved hands, pushing tightly into the injection site, blood pooling around his hand.

"RUDE! GET THESE CHAINS!" Reno yelled to his partner wrapping his arms around her. "Hey.. Elena. Stay with me okay." He encouraged as he lifted her legs wrapping them around his torso trying to give her some kind of relief.

"I'm trying." Elena groaned as her abdomen bent, but the relief of not hanging there anymore was more promising. "The chains-"

Before she could tell Reno where to look an extremely loud gun shot echoed around the room, the chains above her fell loose, her body falling heavily into his arms.

Grunting painfully as Reno gently placed her on the ground, one hand laying protectively across her stomach, continuing to hold pressure to the injection site, he swiftly lifted his gun surveying the room, "Uh. Boss."

"Get her out of here."

A calm authoritative voice that she thought she'd never hear again ordered Reno, Elena jumped as heavy white jacket fell around her. She still eyed the ground, scared to look up.

"Rufus..." she mumbled wanting confirmation that it was really him.

"Not now Elena."

Elena whimpered quietly as she watched her brother walk past, multiple armed soldiers flanking him.

"We need to get out of here." Reno pleaded pulling her up wrapping his free arm around her as he kept his other aimed straight ahead.

Elena didn't recognize anything as Reno pulled her around the labs labyrinth, no wonder he blew up a wall. Even she would get frustrated with all the twists, and turns.

It didn't take long for them to finally breath some fresh air, squinting from the bright sun and wrapping her brothers massive coat around her to protect from the cold, Elena was shocked to see that they were in some mountains and it was snowing.

Scooting closer into Reno he pulled her across the helicopter pad lifting her gently and sitting her in the seat next to where he would pilot it.

"But- everyone. My brother.."

"Has their own ride." Reno promised as he jumped into his seat belting up, as he flicked, and clicked multiple buttons, engine roaring to life, she saw the snow around the helicopter swirl around, as they lifted high into the air away from Hojo lab.

Elena finally let herself breath as she looked around, no longer seeing any evidence of the lab, hissing she lifted her brothers coat seeing that the white undergarments she was wearing was covered in red as well as her brothers jacket.

"Are you okay? You sure your- um- pregnant?"

"Yes." Elena sniffed as she readjusted in her seat. Cursing as her wound burned with every small movement. "I'm sure."

"And its-?"

"Yes." She growled annoyed, did he really think it wasn't his. Huffing she pulled open the jacket poking at the hole the needle was stuck in, frowning as a green substance leaked out. Maybe it will all drain out, or she could get to a hospital and they could figure out how to get it out.

"It will be fine." He sighed reaching his blood soaked gloved hand towards her.

Elena leaned into Reno, letting him massage the back of her head. He was probably right, he saved her at the right time, she was only hooked to that machine for a few minutes.

"What are we going to do?"

"I don't know. But we will figure it out."
