This means - flashback
'This means' - thoughts
"This means" - Dark's speaking
"This means"- Dark's thoughts
"This means" - Dark and Kirra talking together
Kirra watched as the class erupted into chaos, every student raising their hands, standing from their seats, all begging to be the Class Representative. She didn't understand why they were so gaga over the position. She just remained in her desk, quietly watching things unfold.
Soon, Iida cut everyone off.
"Silence, everyone, please! The Class Representative's duty is to lead others. It's not something just anyone can do. You must first have the trust of every student in the class room. Therefore, the most logical way to fill this position is democratically. We will hold an election to chose our leader."
"Is this really the best idea?"
"We've only known each other for a few days. How do we know who we can trust?"
"Besides, everyone will just vote for themselves."
"Most people will. But that means whoever does receive multiple votes must truly be the most suitable person for the job! It's the best way, right, sir?"
"Do what you want. Just decide before my nap's over."
""Thank you for your trust!"
The teen ravenette sighed. She had no clue who she should vote for. Defiantly not herself, that was sure.
In the end, the broccoli haired boy won with four votes while the ponytailed girl came second with two. She supposed she chose well to vote for Midoriya.
Lunch was delicious, as usual for U.A. Kirra usually sat off to the side, alone. Crowds bothered her some. In the sea of students, a familiar mop of green could be seen toward the west wall. She could go sit by Kaen, but she didn't want to be a bother. So she took her tray and made it out into the courtyard, resting under a tree to eat.
Not more than ten minutes later did a loud ringing sound out from the building.
"Warning! Level 3 security breach! All students, please evacuate the building in an orderly fashion."
The voice began repeating itself, giving the same instructions. What was a level 3 breach? Kirra stood, looking around for a fire or something, only to see a large crowd of people. Looking harder, she realized they were those reporters that had been outside school that morning. How had they gotten in?
Considering she was already outside, the teen stood by the tree. Inside, the Sallow girl could hear a loud, rowdy commotion. It didn't take long for the shouting and screams to die down, then police sirens began wailing, heading in their direction.
Dark shook his head.
"Humans are simply idiotic."
The girl couldn't help but agree.
In class, everyone was calmed down.
"It's time, Class Rep," Yaoyorozu said. "Let's begin."
"Uh," Midoriya stuttered, trembling something fierce. "Okay, so, we need to figure out who the other Class Officers will be. But, first, there's something I wanna say.. I've thought a lot about this, and I think that Tenya Iida should be our class rep! He was able to catch everyone's attention and get us in line. So, I believe, that he should be the one leading our class from now on."
Murmers of agreement rose up. Aizawa cut it off shortly, insisting everyone hurry up. Iida stood and accepted the position.
Kirra chuckled, finding the scene wholesome. Dark found it all boring and uneventful.
"Today's training will be different," Aizawa announced. "You'll have three instructors. Me, All Might, and another faculty member will be keeping tabs on you."
"Sir," the plain looking guy asked. "What kind of training is this?"
Their scruffy teacher held up a white card with light blue writing saying 'rescue'.
"You'll be dealing with natural disasters, ship wrecks, stuff like that."
Kirra perked up. It sounded much easier than their combat training. Not like she and Dark used a lot of energy for that fight with Anti's help, but she wouldn't have him to back her up. Hell, she hadn't even really talked much to her fellow classmates. She barely had a rough understanding of their quirks while watching them in the battle training.
"Guys, I'm not finished yet. What you wear in this exercise is up to you. I know you're excited about costumes. But keep in mind that you haven't gotten used to them yet, and they might limit your abilities. This special training is at an off-campus facility, so we'll be taking a bus to get there. That's all. Start getting ready."
Kirra opted to wear her costume, figuring the boots would be best should she have to walk on broken glass or other rough or wet surfaces. It wasn't restraining in any way, so that was a plus.
Iida blew into a whistle, getting all their attention.
"Gather around, Class 1-A! Using your student number, form two near lines so we can board the bus efficiently!"
Turned out that the bus wasn't the traditional two-seat vertical kind. It was more open with multiple compartments. Their Rep lamented.
"This bus's open layout ruined my boarding strategy.."
People began discussing powers. Her ears perked up upon hearing her name.
"Well, if any if our classmates have pro quirks, it's Todoroki, Bakugo, and Sallow."
"Sure, but Bakugo's always angry, so he'll never be that popular," Tsu commented.
"WHAT DID YOU SAY?! I'LL KICK YOUR ASS!"
"See?"
"Ya know, we basically just met you, so it's kind of telling that we all know that your personality is flaming crap mixed with garbage."
"You're gonna regret the day that you applied to this school, you looser! I'll kill you!"
Kirra sighed, ignoring the arguing.
"Hey, hey. We're here. Stop messing around," Aizawa scolded.
"Yes, sir."
"Hello, everyone!" they were greeted, the person wearing some sort of space suit. "I've been waiting for you."
"It's the Space Hero, Thirteen: The Chivalrous pro who's reduced a ton of people from disasters all over the world!"
"Woo-hoo! Thirteen is one of my favorite heroes!"
"I can't wait to show you what's inside," they continued.
"Holy crap," Kirishima mused. "The place looks like some sort of amusement park!"
"A ship wreck, a landslide, a fire, a wind storm, etc. I created this training facility to prepare you to deal with different types of disasters. I call it, the Unforeseen Simulation Joint, but you can call it, USJ!"
The two teachers began talking to each other.
"The clock's ticking. We better should get started."
"Excellent! Before we begin, let me just say one thing. Well, maybe two things. Possibly three, four, or five."
Even Dark grew irritated at their rambling.
Thirteen then went on to talk about how their quirk, and how easy it was to kill with them. They reminded them that their powers can be deadly when used the wrong way, even with good intentions. They wanted to tell them their purpose was to learn to save others and how to safety do so.
"That's all I have to say. Thank you for listening."
Her peers cheered and clapped for the pro.
"Right, now that that's over-"
Strangely, the lights began crackling before turning off, the fountain spurted irregularly. A purple-ish black circle appeared down in the center of the facility.
"Stay together, and don't move!" Aizawa commanded.
A hand reached through, peeling the purple open to reveal a man with a hand over his face.
"Thirteen, protect the students!"
"Whoa, what is that thing," the redhead asked.
More people stepped out behind the man, some more grotesque looking than others.
"Wait, has the training started already? I thought we were rescuing people?"
"Stay back! This is real," their teacher explained. "Those are villains."
Kirra gasped, brown eyes wide in fear. Real villains? At a U.A. run facility? How? Why?
Darkiplier's lip twitched up slightly, his human unaware of the contempt look in his black gaze. A real fight where he didn't have to hold back? Not to mention the danger Kirra could get into.. Yes, this would work quite nicely for him.
