Loud music reverberated throughout the club, as Flynt pushed open the door, with Neon rushing in first. "Whoa… This place sure is a lot more high tech than Junior's place." Yang remarked as there was a giant screen, the dance floor was huge and the seating was quite plentiful despite how dingy the place seemed from the outside.

"I'd almost call this place Mantle's best kept secret." Flynt joked as he walked in, getting greeted by various patrons that recognized him.

"Hey Flynt can you play us a tune?!" one of the girls in a group asked eagerly.

"Not tonight ladies, I gotta rest my lungs for some physical tests tomorrow." Flynt shook his head, much to the group's disappointment.

Neon was already on the dance floor, showing off her breakdancing moves, and finishing on a pose, winking towards the group she had entered with, who were all distracted with their own business.

Yang was caught up in the atmosphere of this place before Blake tapped her shoulder, snapping her right back into the moment. "Oh?!"

A hand extended out from Blake. "We were gonna dance, weren't we?" her ears folded down as she smiled at the blonde.

"Right." Yang took her hand and was pulled onto the dance floor with her partner.

Party people gonna stay up late

Oh and celebrate tonight

Yang took the lead as she kicked a foot out, with Blake mimicking her movements, following up with another set of rhythmic jumping while kicking her feet forward.

Grab your dancing shoes

Put away those blues

"Like this, Blake!" Yang demonstrated, moving her arms in a wave-like motion with her shoulders and spinning around, watching as Blake mimicked her movements to the best of her ability.

Tonight oh tonight

Blake tried to do something different, taking a step back and forth in place in front of Yang, who grew a smirk on her face.

And if you think

You're at the right place

Well then victory's in sight

Without warning, Yang took a hold of Blake's hand and started dancing in a circle with her, twirling her around and pulling away from her.

Blake felt herself almost fall over, but Yang pulled her back.

And if love is what we're after

Celebrate

Tonight's the night

The pair held each other close while spinning around and laughing more before Yang dipped down low, boldly and looked the laughing Blake in the eyes with a smirk. Everything had seemingly slowed down for them this moment...

Before the two could dance any further, the Grimm alarm sounded and the music cut off.

Pulling herself and Blake up to their feet, Yang let go of her partner and took her scroll out as it was ringing with a call from Ruby.

"Ruby what's going on?!" Weiss asked from her end of the call.

"It's Tyrian, he's here! He was at the rally and he-" Ruby was cut off when her scroll was taken.

"We need your help finding Penny, we think she went to her father's workshop!" Nora interjected herself.

"What happened at the rally?!" Yang asked, sharing a worried look with Blake.

"That doesn't matter right now!" Marrow argued back. "There's also more riots out all around the city that need calming down too, keep the Grimm at bay while also taking care of the crowds. We'll never be done with all the Grimm if the people down here don't calm down. Restrain the more violent ones with force if you have to."

Before anymore could be asked, the call had ended. The pair shared a knowing look with each other before approaching Flynt and Neon who were trying to figure out what happened themselves by checking their scrolls.

"Hey, we got a situation in the city with Grimm and rioters. We could use some help." Blake explained.

Flynt dialed for his weapon to arrive from Atlas, a drone came in carrying his trumpet, which he took.

Neon produced her nunchucks from her jacket. "I always carry these on me! C'mon leader! It's time for you to lead us to victory!" she cheered before speeding out the door.

"I'll keep track of her, don't worry." Flynt assured before rushing out the door after his reckless teammate.

"Tyrian's here?" Yang grit her teeth as Blake took her hand.

"You've seen him?" Blake questioned.

"He showed up at home, attacking Dad and I. He was after Ruby." she explained, transforming her gauntlets out. "It's my fault he was able to find her at all on Anima. I have a bone to pick with him."

Taking her scroll out, Blake dialed a combination in, within seconds a drone arrived, carrying her weapon, that she took.

Rushing through the streets, the pair made way for where the rally was, chances were that if Tyrian had shown up there, he couldn't have gotten too far, and Ruby's group was likely on the way as well, which would have been a perfect backup should things get too rough.

"This way!" Blake directed Yang towards a greenhouse that was on route.

Upon entering, the duo noticed a few huddled up civilians, likely hiding from the Grimm that were attacking the city.

A shadow loomed behind Blake, as a slight chuckle echoed through the greenhouse.

Without warning, Tyrian lunged forward, striking one of Blake's shadow clones as she backed away, now prompting Yang to fire a flare shot from her gauntlet at him, that he dodged, the shot setting some of the foliage on fire now and forcing some civilians from their hiding spots. A drone now zoomed in on the scene.

Seizing this change and smiling for the camera, Tyrian started rushing towards the civilians for another massacre, while Blake and Yang rushed at him in an attempt to stop him.

"Yang, the civilians!" Blake called out as she pulled a child away from Tyrian's stinger while he blocked a punch from Yang.

He laughed and smacked Yang with his tail, slamming her through a bench while he sliced through a retreating woman's torso.

Desperate to stop him, Blake fired shots off from Gambol Shroud at him that were deflected by his tail.

Blake now clashed Gambol Shroud's katana against his stinger before jumping around him and attempting to strike him with both blades in an electricity clone boosted slash.

He simply ducked backwards from this attack, resulting in Blake sliding past him and back in front of Yang.

Yang stood up and charged straight for him and fired off another shot from her gauntlet, resulting in him jumping over her and landing atop a burning tree, bowing now.

"This was a fun game ladies!" he laughed as the pair started firing off more shots at him while the smoke got worse, obscuring their vision.

The doors to the greenhouse opened up, with Ruby's group charging through and firing shots off at the now retreating Tyrian.

Marrow even tried to aim his semblance, but the smoke obscured his vision, preventing him from doing anything to stop the madman's escape.

"Dammit!" he rubbed his eyes.

"Are you okay?!" Ruby asked as Yang held her side.

"Y-Yeah… The bastard started killing people that were hiding in here." she shook her head.

"I tried saving who I could." Blake looked around, but the few people that were in there were already dead. "I feel like some could have gotten away in the confusion. I hope they did." she started coughing now.

"We need to get you outside." Nora insisted as Blake helped Yang outside the building.

"Yes, this is Amin… I spotted the target in the greenhouse near where the rally was. What?! But we can- Understood…" Marrow shook his head. "We can't go after him while all this chaos is going on. We have to focus on our jobs."

With that, the group decided to split off into two groups of three, with Ren and Nora accompanying Marrow, and Blake and Yang following Ruby's lead.

"Did you get the right angles, Watts?" Tyrian asked as he watched the group split off in the distance.

"Yes, I do think I can work with that footage as well. It's amazing what a little editing work can do…" Watts chuckled on his end of the call.

Footage from that greenhouse fight was edited to show Blake and Yang carelessly firing shots off at and slaughtering civilians… "These children make this job too easy sometimes…" that video was uploaded publicly as well now.

Despite how the riots had gotten bad down in Mantle, the Atlesian military was able to successfully put a stop to it, as well as the Grimm that had flooded into the city.

Many civilians sat down, tied up much like earlier, only this time they seemed more restless and angered as the footage from the previous night's events played on TVs in shops…

Back in Team RWBY's dorm, the four members looked at each other. They had been bombarded by reporters, much like Penny had upon her arrival back, as it would turn out, there was doctored footage of Blake and Yang attacking civilians in that Greenhouse now.

"I know we were definitely attacked by Tyrian." Yang affirmed.

"I saw him running away." Ruby stated. "And at the rally. He's working with someone to set you, Blake and Penny up."

"Who could be that skilled though?" Weiss asked. "To be able to organize with a madman like Tyrian and doctor footage like that…"

"Who knows." Yang shook her head. "Maybe the same person that rigged the Vytal festival." the thought that the same person would set her up twice, was enough to make her eyes turn red.

"Whatever the case is…" Blake looked down, her ears folding down as well. "We'll need to wait for the general's next plans. We can't ignore this."

"No… We definitely can't. Not while that murderer is out there hurting people." Ruby stared out the window. "I hope Penny's okay too..."

Sitting curled up in her father's lab, Penny heard the sounds of arguing going on just outside.

"We need answers!" the voice of a man shouted.

"That robot is a mindless killing machine!" a woman yelled.

"It should have stayed dismantled!"

"What was Ironwood thinking?!"

"You're trespassing on military property! Leave now before we force you to leave!" Winter's authoritative voice declared as the reporters kept swarming.

Penny's eyes looked downwards as a robotic arm in the room reached down and patted her head.

"Everything will be fine, darling." Pietro tried to assure his daughter, taking hold of her hand.

Commentary: So here we have Blake and Yang's dance at the club. I admit I did indulge with this one a bit, but if they're REALLY going for this in the show, which it's blatantly apparent that they are, then it needs some more time to develop on screen. That aside, the bit with Tyrian in this chapter was an interesting choice on my part, with Blake and Yang getting set up for another incident. Really this is just gonna impact how fast they're going to go about doing something with regard to what's going to happen next, it's also gonna give Jacques some more damning evidence against Ironwood to use...

Edit: Interestingly in the original script they were unsure of who to frame in this arc for the murders. I believe they planned on framing Team RWBY before. So in a sense here, we sort of got both.
