0713MM: Hey guys! I welcome you to the 12th chapter of The Silver Valkyrie! I do not own Black Clover, nor its characters, nor the Custom Spells used in this chapter. Chapter start!
Chapter 12
It's been a few months since the creation of the Amber Phoenix squad, and it's already been slowly getting recognition by the other 9 Magic Knight squads, as well as some of the Clover Kingdom citizens. Over the same course, Valeria explained to her other squadmates about the Stage System that Heart, and also, Spade uses. Stage 9 being the lowest, while Stage 0 being the highest. With the exception of Arcane Stage. Those that are Arcane Stage have the ability to harm otherworldly beings. Like Devils, for example. Intrigued by this, Fana asked Valeria if she could teach them the Rune Array technique. Valeria agreed to do so. They were in the middle of a training session outside of the base, when Onoby came to Fana with a letter.
"Captain! Check it out!" Onoby handed Fana the letter. She accepted and opened it. Upon reading it over, she nodded.
"Another mission from HQ." Fana revealed.
"What is it?" Mariella asked as she helped Dominante with Fanzell.
"A new dungeon has come up." Fana began. "Meaning that a few of you will be going. As for whom…"
"Send both Dazu and Friede, for one." Valeria spoke up. "I think 2 more should go with them. They may be Arcane Stage, but the others need more training and experience out in the battlefield too. Of course, there are some exceptions. Like Dazu's husband and mother-in-law, as well as Bow." Fana glanced at Valeria, a look of uncertainty on her face.
"W-Well…" Fana began. "I could send Mariella and Dominante with them."
"I wouldn't do that." Dominante frowned deeply. "If you do, who's going to watch over Fanzell? Besides you and Mars." Fanzell stood up soon after and crossed his arms with a chuckle.
"I'm not 5 years old dear." Fanzell retorted to Dominante's remark. Dominante turned to Fanzell and gave him a look that said "Are you kidding me?!".
"Says the guy that loses his shirt every 5 minutes." Mariella deadpanned. Fanzell groaned at Mariella's remark, which made the others laugh. Soon after, Mars spoke up.
"But seriously, who else wants to go?" Mars asked the others. Kabwe was about to speak up, but Mariella did so first.
"Me and the old man will go." Fanzell gave Mariella an "I'm not an old man!" look.
"Pfft! You're going! You got no choice!" Alice snickered in amusement as she and Valeria watched Mariella push Fanzell along, to where Vide was waiting with Dazu and Friede on the other side of the yard.
"Alright, here's your portal." Vide replied as he created it. "Good luck Dazu." Dazu glanced at her husband and nodded.
"Right." She replied as she went through. Friede soon followed. Mariella was about to go through, but Vide stopped her and Fanzell.
"Oh, former Diamond Kingdom Commander." Vide spoke towards Fanzell. "You might want to get better behavior around your wife. I'd rather not see you become a bloody pulp."
"Finally! Someone understands my pain!" Dominante remarked. "I love Fanzell to bits, but...ugh!"
"Don't worry sir, me and Alice, as well as your wife, can handle Fanzell's situation." Mariella remarked as she went through; dragging a complaining Fanzell through the portal. Soon afterwards, Vide closed the spatial portal. Once he did that, he turned to the others remaining around them. He turned his attention to Dominante before speaking.
"Dominante, perhaps me and my mother can help you out with your husband issues." He offered.
"That'd be great." Dominante nodded.
Vide's spatial portal that the 4 went through opened up to what appeared to be some type of woods/brushy-like area.
"Guess your husband hasn't been too far from the village you grew up in, huh?" Mariella questioned the Catalyst Magic user.
"Hmm? Oh. Yeah." Dazu replied sheepishly. "He wants to, but work comes first. Hence why we're so far away from the dungeon."
"Then we better get a move on!" Friede remarked as she began to run ahead of the other 3. Dazu, Mariella, and Fanzell looked at each other before shrugging.
"Guess we better follow the energetic one." Fanzell noted.
"Obviously Master." Mariella deadpanned as the 3 of them began to go after Friede.
Within the dungeon, Licht, Valtos, and 2 others were going through it, knocking out and/or killing anyone who got in there way towards the treasure hall. Majority of the meddlers were guardians of the dungeon(s).
"Tsk…! To think a dungeon like this would have so many guardians….!" Valtos grunted irritably.
"If there's this many guardians, that must mean that the magic stone we seek is here." Licht remarked as he killed another golem with his Light Magic: Light Swords of Conviction Spell. After he defeated the last guardian, the 4 saw 2 large double doors.
"Oooh!" The brown-haired woman with Licht and Valtos spoke.
"At last, the treasure hall." Valtos grinned. "And with the guardians defeated, the magic protecting it has diminished. Come on Betty, Veronica." The 2 women next to Valtos, both brunettes, nodded at Valtos.
"Of course!" Betty grinned as she and Veronica followed Valtos inside. Licht got ahead of them and opened the doors to the treasure hall. Upon entering, the 4 see large piles of gold, as well as magic items.
"So where is the magic stone?" Veronica wondered as she and Betty began rummaging through the treasure hall.
"If I had to guess," Valtos began. "it's beyond the wall with that symbol on it." Licht glanced over at the symbol and nodded.
"That's it. The symbol is nothing more than a doorway into the next room." Licht remarked as he created his light swords. "Now, time to-" But before he could finish, the 4 of them heard the wall behind them shatter to reveal 4 mages. Clover Kingdom Magic Knights, to be accurate. Based on the amber colored robe with a phoenix on it as its symbol.
So, this is the newest Magic Knight Squad… The Amber Phoenix… Licht thought. Yes, Rhya did mention them in his latest report. But moreso about them being officially formed due to Wizard King Julius Novachrono's approval.
"Who the heck are you?" Friede asked, pointing her scythe at Licht. "If you're after the magic stone here, you'll have to get through us!"
"How do they know about the magic stone that's here?" Betty frowned deeply.
"It doesn't matter. They'll be dealt with." Veronica replied as her grimoire floated in front of her. Just as Betty, Veronica, and Valtos got out their grimoires, Fanzell, Mariella, and Dazu entered the dungeon, Dazu felt herself twitch upon noticing Betty and Veronica.
Those 2….! Dazu thought.
"Mariella, Fanzell, Friede, leave those 2 to me." Dazu told them. "Handle the scarecrow and Light Magic guys."
"Sounds good to me." Mariella retorted as she created a dagger made with her Ice Magic, while Fanzell created a copy of the Demon-Slayer Sword with his Wind Magic. As for Friede, she got into an offensive stance; holding her scythe. Betty and Veronica looked over the 4 before taking full notice of Dazu and they both snickered.
"Oh look Betty." Veronica laughed. "It's that pathetic girl from so long along. Let's show her just how inferior she is."
"Sounds good to me." Betty laughed. "Yo Valtos, handle those 3 would you?"
"Don't tell me what to do!" Valtos scowled as he created a black spatial porta via a hand motion. "But fine. Master Licht! We've got these 4 covered! Go after the magic stone!"
"Right." Licht nodded as he teleported via his Light Magic from one end of the treasure to the other. He created a light sword via his Light Magic. "Time to obtain that magic stone." He swung his light sword towards the symbol to break the wall down, but…
"I don't think so!" Licht looked down to see Friede blocking his light sword with her scythe.
"Fascinating. A mage with the use of a scythe as a weapon of choice." Licht remarked as he fired several Light Swords of Conviction at her.
Black Flame Magic: Inferno Tornado! Friede thought as she spun around with her scythe in her right hand. After spinning several times, Friede thrusted her right arm forward and the spinning tornado of black flames launched itself at Licht; thus burning his miniature light swords to ash.
She burnt through my spell…..?! Licht thought in surprise, but evaded via teleporting with his Light Magic. As for the tornado of black flames, it crashed into the wall behind where Licht was originally floating. Friede leapt towards him and tried to slash him with her scythe imbued with Black Flame Magic, but evaded again.
"I'm not sure why a nobody squad was sent here for the magic stone, but no matter." Licht retorted coolly. "You 4 are no match for us."
"I doubt that." Mariella retorted bluntly as she threw an ice spear at Valtos, who used his Spatial Magic to block it to the best of his ability, despite being ganged up on 2 to 1.
"Wind Creation Magic: Slicing Wind Emperor: Wintry Wind!" Fanzell declared as he slashed the air several times with his wind-like version of the Demon-Slayer Sword towards Valtos.
His Wind Magic is strong! Valtos thought.
"You're strong, former Diamond Kingdom Commander!" Valtos retorted. "But your power is incomparable to Master Licht's! Spatial Magic: Myriad Black!" Several black spatial portals opened up around him as he absorbed Mariella and Fanzell's attacks, then sent them off in different directions.
"Tch…!" Mariella grunted.
"Mariella!" Fanzell cried out to her as he stepped in front of her and took the hit from Valtos's spell. Mariella glanced over to see a hole in Fanzell's lower chest.
"Master!" Mariella cried out as she ran over to him as he crumpled to the ground.
"You humans are getting in our way." Valtos told them. "Now you'll perish while in Master Licht's presence!" Fanzell coughed up blood as a result from Valtos's attack.
"Master!" Mariella called out to him. "Stay with me old man!" Licht evaded another slash attack from Friede.
A Wind Magic user that uses swords as a weapon… Licht thought. It reminds me of my past. Shame he'll die here. Like all humans of Clover will.
"There's no point in trying to rescue him." Licht told Mariella as he blocked another attack from Friede; teleporting via his Light Magic to evade the black flames.
"Tch…!" Mariella grunted as she pressed a button on her wristband before evading another Magic Bullet from Valtos. Mariella looked over at Dazu as she fought Valtos, who was surprisingly handling the 2 women well.
She's handling those 2 nicely. Mariella thought to herself as she created an ice blade and launched herself at Valtos.
"Kuh….!" Betty groaned as her own water spears were used against her and Veronica. "How could that worthless wretch be this powerful...?!"
"Catalyst Magic should be useless!" Veronica agreed.
"Catalyst Magic: Light Swords of Conviction!" Dazu declared as several light swords appeared around her before firing at the 2. Unfortunately for both Betty and Veronica, the borrowed spell connected; thus causing them to crumple to the ground as blood trickled out of their wounds. Licht winced as he felt his magic was borrowed; barely avoiding another Black Flame Magic: Repentance Slash from Friede.
So that's what Catalyst Magic does. Licht thought. It borrows the magic of those around that woman and she uses them as her own. Impressive. Licht teleported away from Friede and appeared above her.
"I must admit that your Black Flame Magic is impressive." Licht admitted before teleporting right in front of her, surprising Friede. "But...you lack battlefield experience." Licht swung his light sword and grazed her right hand and she cried out in pain; thus dropping her scythe. Licht chuckled, then picked her up and threw her towards the down Fanzell, which caused the 2 even more pain. Just as Licht finished that, he turned to see Valtos coughing up blood as Mariella landed next to Dazu.
"How are you holding up?" Mariella asked Dazu. The meek blackette turned to Mariella and nodded.
"I'm good…" Dazu replied softly.
"You…..! You hurt them….!" Licht spoke angrily towards Dazu and Mariella as his face contorted in utmost rage. "You dare harm my compatriots like that?!"
"Sheesh…" Mariella muttered. "His compatriots hurt our squad members. Hypocrite much?"
"SILENCE!" Licht roared angrily as a light whip was created via his Light Magic. "In the olden days, those that committed a crime suffered punishment! One tool used was a whip! I find this to be appropriate for the likes of you disgusting humans! Light Creation Magic: Light Whip of Judgement!" He flung the whip around the entire treasure hall, destroying the walls around them, as well as the ceiling.
Crap! Mariella thought as she created an ice dome around herself, Fanzell, and the fallen Friede. I should hope this is enough!
Catalyst Magic: Wind Barricade! Dazu thought as the falling rocks and large debris fell. Eventually, Valtos groaned as he sat up, only to see the dungeon's treasure hall's main room surrounded by debris.
"You got them Master!" Valtos grinned. Licht said nothing as the debris cleared and his light whip vanished from his right hand.
"Honestly. I got angry over nothing." Licht finally spoke. "Now we can-" He stopped as he saw wind particles dissipate from the smoke to reveal Dazu still standing.
"Impossible! She still stands?!" Valtos gaped as he stood up fully after removing the ice dagger from his side, wincing in the process.
"Huff…...huff….." Dazu breathed. "I will not…..let you get...the magic stone….! Not while…...I can still stand…..!"
"You're quite persistent." Licht mused as several copies of Light Swords of Conviction appeared around him. "And your magic reminds of a close friend's. However, he outclasses you tenfold."
"Tch….!" Dazu grunted as she created her own copies of Licht's Light Swords of Conviction on her side. "I will not move…!"
"In that case, I'll make you move." Licht retorted as he unleashed his light swords on her. While the 2's light swords clashed, Licht's were reforming and firing a lot faster than Dazu's could regenerate and fire back.
Dammit! Dazu thought. I can't hold out much longer! Just as the last wave of light swords from Licht came towards Dazu, a spatial portal opened, and out came Captain Acier Silva, Asta, Noelle Silva, and Courtney Roulacase. Asta as he was falling took out the Demon-Dweller Sword from his grimoire and absorbed the light swords, then fired them back at Licht, who teleported out of the way. The light swords crashed into the wall behind where he was floating originally.
"Damn! I missed him!" Asta remarked as he, Courtney, Acier, and Noelle landed on their feet.
"Nnnngh…!" Mariella grunted, catching the 4's attention.
"Are you guys okay?!" Asta called out to them.
"Ugh…! I'm fine." Mariella replied. "As is Dazu. But check up on Friede and the old man for me, would you?" Acier glanced at Courtney, who nodded before running off to help Friede and Fanzell.
"You guys best to stay back with Courtney so she can heal you." Acier told Mariella before turning back to face Licht and Valtos. "We'll handle it from here."
"Yeah!" Asta shouted enthusiastically.
"So...the human with Ice Magic pressed a button on her wristband to call for back up." Licht mused before he gnashed his teeth angrily. "That's just like you disgusting wretches." Acier looked up at Licht, a look of familiarity on her facial features.
"You look familiar." Acier remarked. Licht turned to face Acier and smirked.
"Why of course. After all, you royals are the ones who killed us." Licht remarked, speaking coldly near the end of his sentence. "So in hindsight, the ones who shall now die are you filthy humans. It's only fair, after all." Acier put her hands to her hips in disapproval.
"That's not what Licht would say, nor believe." Acier retorted coolly. Licht narrowed his eyes angrily at Acier.
"Uhh Captain?" Asta questioned in concern as he blocked another Magic Bullet from Valtos. "I don't think angering him is a good idea."
"For once I agree." Valtos retorted as he evaded Noelle's Sea Dragon Waterballs. "Those 4 Amber Phoenix fools thought they could defeat us, but they failed! As will you 3!" He paused, then added. "Master Licht, shall I call on the Third Eye now?"
"No need." Licht retorted. "I want to put my power against the Captain of the Silver Eagles first. Even though she has a magic attribute that counters mine, it doesn't matter." Several light swords appeared around him. "I'll make sure she dies first."
"Yeah, this is definitely not what Licht would want." Acier replied as she got into a fighting stance.
"What do you know, human?" Licht snarled as he fired his light swords at her, which Acier dodged with ease. Courtney used her Spatial Recovery Magic: Goddess' Invigoration to heal Fanzell, Mariella, and Friede. Dazu sat next to her squadmates as they got healed by Courtney.
"I know the truth." Acier replied simply as she evaded more light swords. She reappeared after vanishing a few times to evade the downpour of light swords, but they eventually stopped for a moment.
"Yeah right!" Licht snapped as he threw more light swords at Acier, who once again, vanished quickly. "All you humans are the same!"
"I don't think so." Acier replied as she reappeared in front of Licht. Steel Magic: Hard Fist Strike! Acier punched Licht in the face and made go flying into the wall. Acier then landed in front of his slumped form, but he quickly recovered and teleported away before her Steel Binding Magic: Perfect Cube could ensnare him.
She's fast! Licht, Valtos, Dazu, Friede, Mariella, and Fanzell thought at the same time.
"While it is true that the royals of your time massacred the elves, there was only 1 family responsible." Acier continued. "The now current Royal House Kira. But due to how things are, I can't expose them for there crimes until I have enough evidence."
"How senile!" Licht retorted as he spammed more light swords, which Acier easily evaded. "Who cares about that?!"
"I do." Acier retorted as she evaded again. "And why kill all of us? It makes you no better than us."
"Shut up!" Licht roared as he unleashed his Light Whip of Judgement on Acier.
Steel Creation Magic: Valkyrie Armor! Acier thought as a suit of armor formed around her body. The suit is made of liquified steel and includes a breastplate, faulds, spaulders, vambraces, chausses, and a tiara. Wing-like ornaments cover their ears and two large wing-like ornaments hang off the lower back. In her right hand is a lance made of spiraling liquified steel. With her Valkyrie Armor on, Acier easily avoided the light whip's movements.
"Whoa…..! Amazing…..!" Asta breathed as he blocked another Magic Bullet from Valtos.
"I know right?" Noelle smiled. "Mother is amazing."
Although, who is that guy really? Noelle thought as Acier and Licht became blinking lights throughout the dungeon's treasure hall. Mother said he's not Licht, so then… Then it dawned on her. …...Oh come on!
"Noelle!" Noelle snapped out of her thoughts as Asta blocked another spell from Valtos; thus saving her.
"Thanks Dorksta!" Noelle told him, a smile on her face.
"No problem Noelle!" Asta grinned. The 2 continued to defend Fanzell, Mariella, Friede, and Dazu as Courtney continued to heal the 4.
The Captain is incredible. Courtney thought as she watched the 2 blinking lights that were Licht and Acier. Although, I'm curious by what she meant.:
"Yeah, this is definitely not what Licht would want." Acier replied as she got into a fighting stance.

Whatever the Captain was talking about angered the Leader of the Eye of the Midnight Sun. Courtney thought. She glanced up at Noelle, who had a surprised look on her face. Noelle knows.
"Hey Noelle!" Courtney called out to her royal squadmate. "Do you know who that Licht guy is?"
"It's the one elf that idolized Licht, Leader of the Elf Tribe 500 years ago!" Noelle called back to Courtney. Upon hearing Noelle's words, Licht twitched violently.
"I thought I said for you filthy humans to shut up!" Licht snarled as he unleashed 2 light swords at Noelle. Acier turned and gaped.
"NOELLE!" Acier cried out. However, her worries ceased when Asta got in front of Noelle, his hand imbued with Anti-Magic.
Anti-Magic: Absolute Cancel! Asta thought as he erased Licht's spell.
He cancelled my spell?! Licht thought as he looked at the grimoire and his anger spiked once again.
"...Return that grimoire at once, magicless brat!" Licht snapped.
"Ehh?" Asta questioned before raising the grimoire up. "This grimoire and swords are mine now!"
"They're not yours! Give them back!" Licht demanded. "Those swords and grimoire….. Belong to the Master!" Then he realized his blunder. "...Great."
"I knew it." Acier remarked. "Hey there, Patri." Licht-no, Patri, gnashed his teeth in anger at Acier's words..
"Screw you human…!" Patri growled as he fired more light swords at Acier, who once again, evaded with ease.
"Licht had no ill will against the humans." Acier continued as she evaded another set of light swords; continuing to fly towards Patri. "So I don't understand why you do."
"There's no point in talking him out of this Captain!" Courtney called back. "I'm getting the Amber Phoenix squad members out of here!" She didn't wait for a response as she opened a portal and helped Fanzell, Mariella, Friede (with Friede's scythe), and Dazu through her spatial portal; which soon vanished thereafter.
"Phew." Asta sighed in relief.
"Pay attention Asta!" Noelle called to him as she used her Sea Dragon's Waterball spell to cancel out an incoming attack from Valtos.
"Right!" Asta retorted. But unfortunately, he couldn't keep his eyes off Acier's fight against Patri.
She worked so hard to become this strong! Asta thought; clenching his hands around the Demon-Dweller Sword tighter. But thanks to Captain Acier's training, I've been even stronger too. But…...if I'm to reach her level of power without magic… I'll need to train even harder than ever! I WILL become the Wizard King! Acier evaded more light swords from Patri. Despite how fast the light swords were, Acier evaded them easily thanks to her enhanced speed and the assistance of her Valkyrie Armor spell.
"You should know spamming the same spell isn't going to work on a mage who isn't average." Acier told Patri coolly. "Although, I am curious what your magic attribute would have been had the massacre of the Elf Tribe never happened."
"SHUT UP!" Patri roared as he created a light sword so he could hold it in his right hand, then he leapt towards Acier, aiming to pierce her in the chest. "You'll be the first to die, royal filth!"
Steel Magic: Steel Shooter! Acier thought as she began to spin around and around like a ballerina.
"Humph! As if spinning around like a ballerina is gonna-" Patri began, but then he gasped as he had to suddenly evade the slashes. Unfortunately, he was not fast enough to dodge them all and got cut on both of his cheeks.
"Master Licht!" Valtos called out to him. Eventually, Acier stopped spinning and pointed her lance at Patri's chest.
"I don't want to kill you, Patri." Acier told him. "I just want to understand you and why you want to kill all the humans of Clover." Patri teleported away, then reappeared next to Valtos; his cheek wounds healed via Light Recovery Magic: Healing Light Particles before returning his attention to Acier.
"I've told you already." Patri replied. "You humans shall receive your just deserts. But since you insist on getting in my way, I'll annihilate you all!" His grimoire turned to a specific page before glowing, as well as Patri himself. "I'm getting the magic stone here. Even if I have to destroy this entire dungeon just to get it! This is my most powerful spell thus far. It's too swift and fast for you all to evade! Even if you evade Captain Acier Silva, your daughter and commoner brat will be turned to dust!" Asta clenched his hands into fists as he held the Demon-Slayer and Demon-Dweller Swords.
I can absorb it with the Demon-Dweller Sword! Asta thought as he stepped in front of Noelle.
"Asta?!" Noelle gaped in surprise.
"I'll defend you Noelle!" Asta told her. Noelle felt her cheeks heat up at that.
"Asta…" Noelle whispered.
"How bold! But foolish!" Patri mocked as his body was covered by his Light Magic. "Light Magic: Ray of Divine Punishment!" The large beam of light fired out of Patri and towards the 3 Clover Mages. "Now die!" Acier leapt forward to defense Asta and Noelle, however… Asta was faster than Acier in that brief moment.
"Asta!" Acier cried out. She, Noelle, and Valtos watched in surprise as the Demon-Dweller Sword absorbed Patri's Ray of Divine Punishment spell.
He figured out how to use the true power of the Demon-Dweller Sword?! Patri thought in surprise. He turned to look at Acier, who despite her initial concern, had a light smile on her lips, which angered Patri even more as Asta fired his own spell back at him.
"You filthy humans!" Patri roared angrily as he took his own spell to the face. "The power of those swords….. BELONGS TO THE MASTER!" That was the last thing he said before he fell down to the ground; defeated.
"Master Licht!" Valtos called out as he opened up a spatial portal via his magic. "You Magic Knights may have won this round, but you won't win in the end! This I promise you!"
"Must get…..the grimoire back….!" Patri muttered angrily to himself as the portal vanished. Acier snapped out of her surprise and ran to Asta and smiled down at him as he had landed on the ground after reflecting the spell sent by Patri. She extended her right hand to him, but he got up on his own.
"You did great Asta." Acier smiled.
"Thanks Captain!" Asta grinned. "Now, let's get that magic stone and get out of here before reinforcements arrive."
"Good idea Asta." Acier nodded before turning to her youngest child. "Noelle."
"Oh. Right!" Noelle nodded as she used her Sea Dragon's Waterball to break the wall behind them. Once that was done, it revealed an emerald stone sitting on a small pedestal. Noelle snatched it from the pedestal and gave it to her Mother.
"Let's give this to the Wizard King, Mother." Noelle suggested.
"I was going to do that anyway." Acier smiled. Soon after she said that, a spatial portal appeared and out came Courtney.
"I got Dazu, Friede, Fanzell, and Mariella back to there squad. Friede and Fanzell were the only majorly injured ones. Luckily, Bow will heal them with her Plant Magic. That's why I didn't bring them to Owen."
"Thank you Courtney." Acier nodded as she stepped through the portal. Asta and Noelle followed suit before Courtney did; thus closing her spatial portal.
Within an unknown location inside one of the Grand Magic Zones, Patri paced with the colossal rock fortress's throne room before sitting on the throne. Three people stood alongside the throne room. A large muscular man with long hair, a beard, a red marking going across his nose, as well as wearing a kilt with the Eye of the Midnight Sun's logo on it. The 2nd figure was also another male, with black hair with some white patches, blue eyes, a red marking going down his left cheek a bit, as well as wearing casual clothing with the Eye of the Midnight Sun's logo on it. And lastly was a woman that looked identical to Captain Fana of the Amber Phoenix squad, minus the red marking on her forehead, and the Eye of the Midnight Sun's logo on her clothes; specifically her shirt.
"I'm sorry Vetto, Rhya, and Fana." Patri spoke towards them. Despite the 3 knowing it was Patri, they still referred to him as "Licht". Rhya yawned, then chuckled.
"It's all good Licht." Rhya told him. "It's no big deal really."
"It will be a big deal if those filthy humans get any more magic stones." Vetto remarked.
"With the flames of my hatred, I'll burn them all to ash." Elf Fana added as fire sparked from her right hand. When Elf Fana said that, a lightbulb went off in Patri's head; thus he snapped his fingers.
"Fana, I've got an assignment for you." Patri told her.
"Yes Licht?" Elf Fana questioned.
"Head to the Witches Forest. The Witch Queen has a magic stone. Retrieve it from her by any means necessary. Kill any witches that stand in your way." Patri ordered. Elf Fana's lips curled into a smile.
"It'll be done Licht." Elf Fana replied before walking out.
0713MM: And here's Chapter 12! Not much to say here other than planning what's next.^^ So we got Patri, Valtos, and the 2 girls that made fun of Dazu when they were younger. Patri vs Friede, and Fanzell and Mariella vs Valtos. After the 4 Amber Phoenix squad members, Acier, Asta, and Noelle appear as the backup Mariella called on to finish the mission.
