Defeating Shao Kahn was never part of his plan but fate forced his hand after killing two of the Lin Kuei operatives. Shortly after the defeat of the emperor he was teleportated to the senate of Seido in the realm of order, he was praised heavily for his victory over Shao Kahn however they seemed rather upset with him, though he did what he was paid to do and much more he had inadvertently sent Outworld into a even more chaotic state. The senate degreed that The Hitman should be punished for his actions, but before punishment could be played out the resistance attacked the senate. Despite about to be punished for his actions The Hitman protected the members of the senate, and with the help of the Seidan guards lead by Hotaru, the resistance was forced to retreated. For his help with the defense of the senate he was pardoned for his actions and returned to earth.
