The episode opened with Chris on the Dock of Shame. "Last time, on Total Drama Island...The Screaming Gophers and I partied hard at a nightclub in Toronto, Ontario, where Janson and Cameron finally had some time to themselves without Cameron's brother Grayson being nosy. Valerie revealed that she has history with our very own Chef Hatchet, and Miles managed to recruit Michelle into his alliance over a dance. Meanwhile, back at Camp Wawanakwa, Chef forced the Killer Bass to work in his kitchen all night, and they only managed to get one hour of sleep before I woke them up for breakfast. For the challenge, the teams had to compete in a relay race through a dangerous obstacle, where some campers were humiliated more than others. At the final obstacle, Miles attempted to scare Nathan into being unable to cross a tightrope suspended over a pit of tigers so that the Killer Bass would lose the challenge, but Miles' trick backfired and Nathan crossed the finish line, netting the Killer Bass their second victory in a row. Some of the Screaming Gophers were angry with Miles for screwing up the challenge for them, but Miles managed to get most of the Gophers to vote off the weak and meek Sasha instead, much to the dismay of her friend Michelle, whom Miles has more plans for in the future." Chris spoke as he gave a recap of last episode's events before the scene cut back to him on the Dock of Shame.
"Michelle promised Sasha she would fight on for her, but in this episode, the teams will have to literally fight for immunity. Which team will emerge victorious in this fight? Which team will get to enjoy a sweet reward after the challenge? And which camper will be sent home tonight?" Chris asked as he gestured to a few suitcases standing next to him on the Dock of Shame. "Find out on this butt kicking episode of Total...Drama...Island!" Chris then finished as the show's intro began to play.
Two spotlights rose into the air and were turned on. A camera rose from the ground where a groundhog was lying on while another camera came out of a tree.
Dear mom and dad, I'm doing fine.
The camera zoomed across the camp before heading over the edge of the cliff and going underwater to show Kylie swimming there as a shark followed from behind. She then proceeded to bravely kick the shark in the face and swam away as the shark rubbed its snout in pain. The camera proceeded to rise to the surface of the water where Sasha was sitting in a motorboat that she had just fixed with a wrench and gave a small smile to the camera.
You guys are on my mind.
The camera then went into the forest to find Michelle playing a game on her handheld as Tessa was painting her doing this. However, she was soon disturbed by Regina sliding down a tree trunk on a skateboard and hopping over Michelle and Tessa, causing the trestle that Tessa's painting was standing on the collapse and the painting to fall onto her, covering her in paint before she looked at the camera in annoyance.
You asked me what I wanted to be,
The camera continued to follow Regina riding her skateboard through the forest as she passed by Miles, giving him a high five as she did so. Miles grinned as he gave Regina a thumbs up and then ran off into the forest.
And I think the answer is plain to see...
Hana was practicing her Judo moves in an open clearing in the forest. As she did so, she accidentally kicked against a wire which caused a platform in a tree above her to collapse and then a bucket of water fell onto her, soaking her judo gi. Hana was visibly upset as she looked around for any perpetrators before the camera zoomed out to reveal Kennedy and Mason hiding behind a rock, struggling to contain their laughter.
I wanna be famous.
The camera then began following Nathan and Melissa as they were jogging out of the forest and towards camp as they smiled at each other.
I wanna live close to the sun.
The camera then zoomed towards a waterfall where Valerie and Victoria were slap fighting with each other in a canoe which promptly fell off the waterfall with them inside. Socorro was standing on a wooden log and was horrified to see Valerie and Victoria fall down the waterfall, but then the log he was standing on collapsed underneath him as he fell as well.
Go pack your bags, 'cause I've already won.
The camera then turned to Zane leaning against the outhouse confessional as he was waiting for the person who occupied it to come out. Sybil then proceeded to come out of the outhouse as she and Zane looked at each other in awkward silence.
Everything to prove, nothing in my way.
The camera then went into the mess hall as Chef was preparing a meal in there. He smiled as he looked at Oliver and Aston, whom he had tied up with rope. Oliver and Aston nervously looked at each other before looking at Chef.
I'll get there one day.
The camera then turned to Dustin and Lester playing chess against each other, with Dustin winning the game as he raised his arms in victory as Lester just shrugged his shoulders, being indifferent to losing the game of chess.
'Cause I wanna be famous.
The scene then showed Cameron and Grayson at the beach, staring at Janson, who was lying on the beach before he splashed his bare torso with water, turning it to steam, causing Cameron to fan her face in admiration while Grayson shook his head in annoyance at his sister's reaction.
Na na na na na na, na na na na, na na na na na na.
The scene then then showed a seagull with plastic around its neck drifting on the water as a shark jumped over it before being pulled underwater by an octopus.
I wanna be, I wanna be, I wanna be famous!
The camera then turned to Johan, who was sitting on a stool on the Dock of Shame with his guitar as he began to play it. He then proceeded to throw his baseball cap into the air as the camera began to follow it. The scene then turned to nighttime as Johan was sitting at the campfire and caught his baseball cap again before putting it back on his head. Chris and Chef then showed up with marshmallows.
[Whistling] I wanna be, I wanna be famous.
The camera then zoomed out to show all 24 campers sitting around the campfire, as well as a sign that read "Total Drama Island" on it.
The scene then cut Miles and Michelle sitting on the Dock of Shame together. Miles had his prosthetic arm around Michelle and was comforting her. Michelle sighed. "I still can't believe Sasha's gone..." She said as she hung her head in sadness.
"Hey, chin up, Michelle. You promised Sasha that you would win this thing for her, and that'll give you motivation to continue on, right?" Miles asked Michelle with a smile.
Michelle looked up at Miles, and it got her smile. "You're right, Miles. Sasha is probably supporting me back home, and that's just what I need to continue on in the competition." She said.
Miles smiled even more at that. "That's the spirit, Michelle! Let's go and get ourselves ready for breakfast, shall we?" He then suggested as he got up together with Michelle.
"Yeah, let's go do that." Michelle nodded as she and Miles began to walk towards the mess hall together.
Meanwhile, Janson and Cameron were sitting on the porch of the Gopher cabin together. "Certainly a lovely day we are having today, isn't it, Cameron, dear?" Janson asked the climber as he had an arm around her and smiled at her.
Cameron smiled and nodded. "It really is, Janson. I hope we get more of these lovely days on the island, it would certainly make our stay on the island more pleasant." She replied.
Janson smiled and nodded back. "That it would, milady. That it would." He said as he held Cameron closer.
Grayson then proceeded to leave the boys side of the Bass cabin, and he noticed Janson getting all close with Cameron, and he squinted his eyes at Janson in suspicion.
-Confessional: Grayson-
"I can't shake the bad feeling I have about Janson. I get the feeling he's up to no good with Cameron, like he's using her to advance into the game and then break her heart and dump her once she's outlived her usefulness to him. I hope I can get Cameron alone soon so I can talk to her about Janson."
-End Confessional-
As Grayson suspiciously squinted his eyes at Janson and Cameron, Tessa proceeded to leave the girls side of the Bass cabin and noticed Grayson looking at Janson and Cameron. She sighed. "Grayson, I'm sure that there's nothing to be suspicious of between Janson and your sister. Give it a rest." She told the motocross lover.
"I know, Tess, I know. I just can't shake the feeling that Janson's up to no good with her. My brotherly instincts just tell me that." He replied to her.
Tessa sighed. "You know what? I'm not even gonna try and argue with you on this any further, Gray. I'll see you at breakfast." The traveling artist said as she walked away, towards the mess hall.
-Confessional: Tessa-
"I honestly hate getting into drama despite this show being called Total Drama, but Grayson is really starting to come off as a double cross by constantly keeping an eye on his sister on the other team. And I can't be the only one who feels that way about Grayson."
-End Confessional-
The scene then cut to the mess hall, where the campers proceeded to enter the mess hall, with Sybil taking to the front of the line. Chef proceeded to place a small tray of sushi down onto her plate, surprising her.
"Sushi? Really?" Sybil asked Chef in surprise.
Chef shrugged in response. "Chris asked me to make y'all some sushi in order to go with the challenge he's gonna make y'all play today. Don't question it." He replied as Sybil nodded and left the line.
Soon, all the campers were sitting at their respective team tables, eating their sushi. "Man, after about 2 weeks living off of different colors of slop, Chris got Chef to make us sushi? The challenge must have an Eastern theme to it then." Zane remarked as he ate his sushi.
"Probably! If that's the case, then I can't wait to see what the challenge is gonna be about!" Victoria cheered as she also ate her sushi.
"Well, I certainly appreciate that the hombre is giving us something different after feeding us nothing but mierda for the past two weeks." Valerie said a little bit quieter so that Chef wouldn't hear.
"What's the matter, Valerie? Why are you talking a bit quieter like that?" Johan questioned Valerie.
"It's because I'm a little afraid of that Chef hombre. My papi beat him in a cooking competition once and won $25.000 because of it." Valerie quietly told him.
Johan nodded at that. "Yeah, it makes sense you're a little afraid of him then. The guy is nuts." He replied.
"What was that?! Come here, guitar boy! I didn't hear ya!" Chef shouted at Johan as he gestured for the musician to come over to his window.
"I didn't say anything worth saying twice, Chef!" Johan replied nervously.
"That's what I thought." Chef replied back as he turned his attention back to the kitchen.
Meanwhile, over at the Killer Bass' table, they were also enjoying their sushi. "Boy, we sure are lucky to be getting sushi for breakfast after what Chef's been serving us for the past few weeks!" Mason exclaimed as he happily ate his sushi.
"No kidding! I've been eating that stuff for so long now, that I've forgot how real food tastes!" Regina replied as she also ate her sushi.
"Chef mentioned that he served us sushi to go with the challenge we're gonna be playing today. What do you think Chris has in store for us today?" Kennedy asked her teammates.
Kylie shrugged. "I'm not sure. We'll have to see once he announces the challenge to us today. All I can say right now though: I definitely appreciate the gesture of giving us real food for breakfast for once." She replied as she continued to eat her sushi.
As soon as all campers had finished their sushi, Chris got their attention by hitting a gong he was holding in his left hand. As the campers looked over to Chris, they could see he was dressed in a dark blue Karate gi with a black belt tied around his waist as well as a black headband tied around his head.
"Good morning, grasshoppers. It's Sensei McLean, here to bring you today's challenge." Chris told the campers as he bowed towards them.
"Ooh! We're gonna be playing a martial arts challenge! This is gonna be so much fun!" Victoria cheered.
"Indeed, Victoria. If you would be so kind to drop off your plates at Chef's window and follow me towards my dojo, I would greatly appreciate it." Chris spoke like a humble martial artist. The scene soon cut to the campers standing at an outdoor dojo together with Chris and Chef.
"Today's challenge works like this: You grasshoppers will each select three of your best martial artists to go toe to toe against the other team in a martial arts tournament. Once one grasshopper manages to best the grasshopper on the other team in combat, the victorious grasshopper will earn their team a point. All three grasshoppers on both teams will be going against each other twice during the challenge. The team with the most points by the end of the challenge will be rewarded with immunity at the next campfire ceremony, whereas the losing team will have to send a grasshopper off the island to face new challenges." Chris explained to the campers, keeping up the humble martial artist act.
-Confessional: Socorro-
"Man, now I wish we didn't vote off Hana at the last campfire ceremony we attended. She would've been perfect for this challenge." Socorro sighed as he looked down in sadness.
-End Confessional-
"I shall give you about 30 minutes to let you select your best martial artists for the tournament." Chris told the campers.
The scene then cut Miles standing in front of his team with a clipboard in his hand. "Alright, let's try and round up our best martial artists for today's challenge. Valerie, why don't you try out first?" The brunette suggested to Valerie.
"Alright. Here goes." Valerie said before the camera turned to her. She was dressed in a white karate gi with a black belt tied around her waist. Unfortunately, this caused her cleavage to be even more revealed than usual, but Miles didn't seem to pay any attention to it. Dustin did though, and he tried very hard not to stare at her cleavage.
Valerie then began showing off her karate moves, throwing kicks and punches quite fast and strong, impressing her teammates. She then bowed to Miles as a gong sound played. "So, how was that, amigo?" She asked Miles with a smirk.
Miles smiled and nodded. "That was impressive, Valerie. You'll be our first martial artist for the challenge." He said as he wrote down Valerie's name on his clipboard. Valerie grinned at that.
-Confessional: Valerie-
"What can I say? All those years of taking karate classes with my girlfriend Brooke finally paid off." She giggled.
-End Confessional-
Michelle tried out next. "Does boxing count as a martial art?" She asked.
"Well, it's a fighting sport, so I guess so?" Miles asked with a shrug.
"Alright, then I'll give that a try! I've played plenty of Sock 'Em (A parody of Punch-Out) growing up, so I've picked up a few boxing moves from that game!" Michelle cheered before she began showing off her boxing moves, which were performed similarly to how they were performed in the game Sock 'Em.
Some of the other Gophers looked at each other. "Do you think those are actual real life boxing moves?" Dustin asked Zane.
Zane shrugged. "I don't think she performs them how they are performed in real life, but she could be useful in the challenge." He replied to him.
"Alright." Dustin nodded before him and Zane continued to look at Michelle performing her video game boxing moves. She then finished and smiled at Miles.
"How was that?" Michelle asked Miles.
"It looked pretty neat. You'll definitely have a chance of getting into our top three for this challenge. But first, let's see some of the other Gophers' capabilities." Miles suggested.
"Alright!" Michelle beamed. A montage then began of the remaining members of the Screaming Gophers showing off their martial art skills to Miles. Eventually, the top three for the Screaming Gophers was selected: Valerie, Cameron and Janson.
"Alright, then that's decided! Valerie, Cameron and Janson will be our martial artists for this challenge!" Miles announced.
Michelle frowned at that. "Bummer, I would've liked to represent the team for the challenge as well."
Miles put an arm around her. "Don't worry, Michelle. You'll get a chance to shine again real soon." He told the blond gamer with a reassuring smile.
Michelle smiled back. "You're right, Miles. Now let's try and win this thing!" She cheered.
Next, the Killer Bass were trying to select their martial artists for the challenge as well. Lester was holding a clipboard in his hand as well. "Alright, guys. Let's try to find our best martial artists for the challenge. We don't have much time, so let's make it quick." The short teen told his team.
"Can I go first? I wanna show off my fighting skills in this challenge." Grayson offered.
Lester shrugged. "Sure, Gray. I don't see why not." He said.
"Okay, thanks, Lest." Grayson replied as he stepped forward, then began showing off the best of his fighting skills in the short time he had, doing a good job at it too. Once he was finished, he bowed to Lester as a gong sound played. The rest of the Killer Bass clapped for Grayson.
Lester smiled and nodded. "Well done, Gray. You'll be our first martial artist for the challenge." The short teen said as he wrote down Grayson's name on the clipboard he was holding. "Alright, now how about...you go next, Kylie?" He then suggested as Kylie walked over and Grayson walked over to the rest of the Bass.
"Okay, here goes!" Kylie smiled as she began showing off some martial arts moves she picked up from watching martial arts movies back home. Once she was finished, she bowed as yet another gong sound played and the Killer Bass clapped once again.
"Alright, shall we add Kylie to our team representatives roster for the challenge as well, guys?" Lester asked the rest of the Killer Bass.
"Yes!" The Killer Bass replied in unison.
"Alright, then Kylie will be our second martial artist for the challenge." Lester nodded as he wrote down Kylie's name on the clipboard as well. Kylie grinned in satisfaction.
-Confessional: Kylie-
"Guess those martial arts movie nights with my friends really paid off." Kylie giggled.
-End Confessional-
A montage of the Killer Bass showing off their martial arts capabilities to Lester was then shown, with some faring better than others. Soon, the Killer Bass had selected all of their martial artists as well.
"Alright, we're done here! Our three martial artists for the challenge will be Grayson, Kylie and Regina!" Lester announced.
"Can't wait to kick some Gopher ass!" Regina exclaimed with a grin.
"Good luck, guys! I know you can do it!" Nathan cheered with a beaming smile.
"Yeah, I have confidence you can win this challenge for us." Melissa added with a smile. Soon, Chris hit a gong to signal the campers that their 30 minutes to select their martial artists was up.
"Alright, grasshoppers. Your time to select your best martial artists has expired. Which grasshoppers will be representing your team for today's challenge?" Chris asked as he kept up the humble martial arts sensei act.
"Valerie, Cameron and myself will be representing the Screaming Gophers for today's challenge, Sensei McLean." Janson told Chris with a respectful bow, playing along with the whole martial arts sensei thing.
Chris smiled at that. "If that is true, your words please me." He replied before turning to the Killer Bass. "Now, Killer Bass...which grasshoppers will be representing your team for today's challenge?" He asked them.
"Me, Kylie and Regina will represent the Killer Bass for today's challenge." Grayson replied.
Chris smiled once more at that. "That pleases me. Now let us commence today's tournament!" He announced before the scene cut to Valerie going up against Kylie for the first fight.
"Alright, time for the first fight! Let it commence!" Chris exclaimed as Chef hit the gong to signal the fight has begun.
Valerie immediately started throwing some hard kicks at Kylie, who took them immediately. "Ugh! Ah! Ow!" Kylie exclaimed.
"What's the matter, muchacha? Can't take some kicks?" Valerie taunted with a smirk on her face.
"Of course I can!" Kylie smirked back before she started throwing some punches at Valerie, who blocked them all and countered with some strong punches of her own, hitting Kylie with all of them.
"You need to step up your game if you want to stand a chance against me, muchacha." Valerie smirked at Kylie again.
"Oh yeah? Well, how do you like this?" Kylie replied as she threw a high kick at Valerie's face, knocking her to the ground, causing the Killer Bass to cheer.
"Come on, Val! Get up and show her what for!" Victoria cheered to encourage Valerie.
"Yeah, give her a good whooping!" Johan added.
"Alright, you wanna play it like that, huh? Have at you, cariño!" Valerie told Kylie before she suddenly jumped up and launched a high kick of her own at Kylie's head, being much stronger than Kylie's. Kylie exclaimed as she tanked the high kick to the head and was knocked to the ground, causing the Screaming Gophers to cheer.
Socorro rushed over to Kylie. "Are you okay, Kylie?" He asked the cheerleader with a look of concern on his face.
"I'm fine...I'm just seeing some stars..." Kylie replied as stars were circling around her head.
"Okay..." Socorro nodded.
"Alright, Valerie has managed to best Kylie in combat. That means Valerie has earned the Screaming Gophers their first point." Chris announced as he hit the gong to end the fight, causing the Screaming Gophers to cheer once again.
-Confessional: Valerie-
"Alright! Earned the first point for my team! I hope that Cammie and Janson will have just as much success against their opponents!"
-End Confessional-
Next, it was Janson going up against Grayson. "Well, what do you know? Looks like we're going up against each other, you charming prick." Grayson told Janson with a confident smirk.
"It definitely seems that way, Grayson. But don't think that I will go easy on you just because I'm on good terms with your sister." Janson smirked back at the motocross lover.
"The feelings are mutual, pal. I'm gonna kick your ass." Grayson smirked even more.
Cameron looked worried at Janson and Grayson. "I'm honestly worried about both Janson and Grayson. I hope they won't hurt each other too much over me." She told Valerie.
Valerie shrugged. "Just let those muchachos fight it out. I mean, your brother seems to be pretty peeved with the way Janson is getting close with you. He seems like he needs to blow some steam on Janson." She bluntly replied.
"He does...?" Cameron asked with a frightful look on her face.
"Hey, if I were in your brother's shoes, I would've done the same thing." Valerie replied again bluntly, which unsettled Cameron even more.
-Confessional: Cameron-
"Oh, I really hope that Janson and Grayson won't harm each other too badly...I understand that Grayson is being protective of me because he's my brother, but he honestly needs to stop worrying about me and Janson so much...Janson wouldn't dare to bring harm to me...right...?" Cameron asked with a worried expression on her face.
-End Confessional-
Alright, time for the second fight! Let it commence!" Chris exclaimed as Chef sounded the gong once again to signal the fight had begun.
Grayson got in some good hits on Janson, causing the handsome Singaporean teen to exclaim as he took the hits. Janson then countered with some good punches to Grayson's face, causing the motocross lover to grunt.
"Seems like I'm knocking some sense into you, am I?" Janson lightheartedly chuckled at his cheesy one-liner.
"Very funny. Maybe if being an absolute eel doesn't work out, you could become a comedian." Grayson sarcastically replied before he threw some kicks at Janson as both the Screaming Gophers and the Killer Bass watched in anticipation of which of the two boys would be the first to get knocked out.
"Oh, trust me, Grayson. Your sister finds me to be the funniest boy she has ever had the privilege of meeting. She told me this herself." Janson chuckled some more to taunt the motocross lover.
"That's horseshit! I doubt she said that! Grayson barked.
"Well, Grayson-san, I hate to break it to you, but she did actually confess this in both the confessional and to Janson-san himself. We have obtained the footage to prove that she did." Chris replied with a smirk as he began playing said footage on a tv screen.
-Confessional: Cameron-
"I doubt that this confessional will be shown on tv, but I just wanted to say that Janson is absolutely the funniest guy I've ever had the privilege of meeting. He's quick with a joke, and his sense of humor is really amusing." Cameron sighed happily before looking at the camera and blushing madly. "I really hope they won't air this confessional on tv..."
-End Confessional-
Next, the tv screen began playing footage of Cameron and Janson sitting in the woods by themselves, holding hands. "Oh, Janson. You're my funny honey." Cameron giggled after Janson had said something funny to her.
Janson chuckled lightheartedly. "Oh, Cameron, milady. You're too kind." He told the climber as he held her close. The tv screen then went black again before disappearing. The Screaming Gophers and the Killer Bass were speechless at this as Cameron looked shocked and blushed madly in embarassment.
Janson didn't seem to be embarassed at all, however. "See, Grayson? She really does find me the funniest boy she has ever had the privilege of meeting." He told the motocross lover with a kind smile.
Grayson, on the other hand felt rage building up inside of him before letting out a war cry and throwing a punch at Janson. "This one's for being such an eel!" He exclaimed before throwing a side kick at Janson. "This one's for buttering up my sister!" He exclaimed before throwing a strong high kick to Janson's head. "And this one's for making me snap!" He exclaimed as Janson was knocked down, causing the handsome Singaporean teen to groan in pain. The Killer Bass cheered at this.
"And Grayson has bested Janson in combat, earning the Killer Bass their first point! The score is now even with 1-1!" Chris announced as Chef hit the gong once again to signal the fight was over.
Cameron proceeded to rush over to Janson. "Janson, are you okay?" She asked the handsome Singaporean teen.
Janson groaned. "Don't worry, milady...I'm fine...Your brother did get me good right there though..." He muttered.
Cameron looked at Grayson and glared at him. "What got into you back there, Grayson?!" She snarled at her brother.
Grayson took a deep breath to calm himself down. "Sorry, Cammie. I just let my protective brotherly instincts get the best of me." He tried to explain himself to his sister.
"You might be my brother, but know that when we go up against each other for the second round, I will do double the damage you did to Janson!" Cameron angrily told him before she helped Janson up and escorted him to the benches.
"Ugh, why can't she see that Janson is not all he seems?!" Grayson growled in frustration before he walked back to the benches as well.
-Confessional: Janson-
Janson rubbed his head. "Ow...Grayson gave me quite the beating back there..." He muttered before smirking at the camera. "But at least I appear to be causing a rift between the twins, so at least Chris did something good with showing that footage to everyone."
-End Confessional-
-Confessional: Grayson-
"It really hurt me that Cameron was so hostile to me back there...Sure, I deserved it for beating up the guy she has a crush on, but at the same time, I don't feel sorry for it because Janson is being such an eel, and I can't shake the feeling that he's up to no good with Cameron. I hope I can make that clear to her if we go up against each other in the second round or once the challenge is over.
-End Confessional-
For the final match up, it was Cameron going up against Regina. "You ready to get a mouthful of feet?" Regina asked Cameron with a smirk.
"I'm gonna use this match against you as a warming up against my brother in the second round." Cameron replied firmly as she got ready fight Regina.
"Alright, the final fight of the first round! Let it commence!" Chris announced as Chef rang the gong to signal the fight had begun.
Cameron let out a war cry as she threw some strong kicks at Regina, but the daredevil blocked the kicks and threw some strong punches of her own at the climber, who took them to the face. This did not stop Cameron, however, as she threw a flurry of kicks at Regina, who attempted to parry all the kicks, but let one kick slip through her defenses and she took a hard high kick to the face.
"Don't let Cameron beat you, Regina!" Mason shouted to encourage Regina.
"Yeah! Give her lovestruck butt a good whupping!" Kennedy added.
"You can do it! If you can save me from a shark, you can do anything!" Lester shouted to encourage Regina as well.
"Damn...right!" Regina exclaimed before socking Cameron in the face with a strong left hook, then going for a side kick to the climber's hip, then a ducking punch to the chest, and finishing it off with a roundhouse kick to the head, knocking Cameron flat on her face, causing the Screaming Gophers to cringe. The Killer Bass, on the other hand cheered for Regina's victory.
-Confessional: Regina-
"Sorry, Grayson. But I came, saw, and kicked your sister's ass!" Regina said to the camera with a euphoric grin.
-End Confessional-
"And Regina has bested Cameron in combat, netting the Killer Bass their second point! The Killer Bass are now in the lead with 2-1!" Chris announced, causing the Killer Bass to cheer and the Screaming Gophers to groan.
Regina sat back down on the benches next to Kylie and Grayson, and the daredevil proceeded to high five Kylie. "Girl, you really gave Cameron a good beating! Well done!" Kylie told Regina with a grin.
Regina chuckled. "I couldn't have done it without the support of my team." She replied with a beaming smile.
"Just be careful you don't give my sister brain damage if you go up against her again in the next round, because our parents will be fuming if her brain gets damaged to the point where she's unable to attend college." Grayson warned her with a look of concern on his face.
Regina nodded at that. "I understand your concern, Gray. I really do, but if I end up giving her brain damage that bad by accident, there's nothing I can do about that. This is a competition after all, and your sister's on the other team. And you're supposed to compete against the other team, not work with them." She replied in her own defense.
"Regina's right, Gray. If Regina does end up going up against Cameron in the next round again, and ends up giving her brain damage that bad, I'm sure Regina's family will be willing to help your family with Cameron's future if she cannot attend college because of the brain damage." Kylie told Grayson with a reassuring smile.
Grayson sighed. "If you say so..." He replied with his head down and a worried look on his face.
"Alright, grasshoppers! I will give you a 10 minute break to unwind from combat, and then we will commence the second and final round of the tournament!" Chris then announced.
During the break, both teams were discussing their strategy for the next round. The Screaming Gophers were all sitting in the bleachers together. "Alright, guys. We're currently behind in points, so we have to make sure that we win every single fight in the next round in order to save ourselves from yet another elimination ceremony." Miles told his team.
"I hear you, muchacho. I agree that we have to win every single fight in the next round if we wanna have a chance at winning the whole challenge." Valerie nodded in agreement.
"Janson and Cameron in particular have to step up their game in this next round." Sybil then chimed in.
Janson nodded. "I know that Cameron and I have to step up our game. Regardless of the opponent I will face in the next round, I will hold nothing back at all." He spoke.
"If I'm going up against Grayson in the next round, you bet I will hold nothing back at all either. He may be my brother, but he seriously needs to keep his temper in check!" Cameron firmly chimed in with a look of determination on her face.
"Okay, then you all know the drill. Get on that mat, crush your opponent in battle, and claim the victory." Miles told Valerie, Janson and Cameron.
"I have to agree with Miles. Do what he just told you to do, and we'll be set for another three days." Zane chimed in.
"Yeah. I mean, do we really want to go through three campfire ceremonies in a row?" Dustin chimed in as well.
"No, we don't." The Screaming Gophers replied in unison.
"That's what I thought. Now let's go win ourselves a challenge!" Dustin said as he held out his hands, and the other Screaming Gophers stacked their on top of it before throwing their hands in the air.
"Go team!" The Screaming Gophers exclaimed in unison.
The Killer Bass were also discussing their strategy for the second round in their bleachers. "Woowee, guys! We're in the lead at the moment!" Nathan cheered.
"Indeed we are, Nathan. Let's try and keep that lead ball rolling by beating every single one of the Gophers' members in the next round." Melissa chimed in with a smile.
"We'll try to, guys. I'll try to do my best in this next round in particular, because Valerie beat me in the last round." Kylie then spoke up.
"It was understandable that you lost to Valerie. I mean, that girls' legs look like they were built to kick like a mule." Socorro told her.
"Yeah..." Kylie sighed. "I honestly hope I don't have to go up against Valerie again in the next round. I don't wanna lose twice in a row." She said.
"I'm sure that Chris will mix up the opponents for the next round. It would be unfair to both teams if we had to face the same opponent twice in a row." Lester chimed in.
"Good point, Lest. Now let's go and kick some more Gopher ass!" Regina cheered.
Mason grinned at that. "Now that's what I'm talking about! Let's win this thing!" He cheered.
Soon, it was time for the second and final round of the challenge. For this first match, it was Valerie against Regina. "You really gave Cameron an ass whooping back there, muchacha. Now I'm gonna return you the favor." Valerie taunted Regina with a confident smirk.
"Oh, it's on, Valerie!" Regina replied with an equally confident smirk.
"Alright, it's the first fight of the second round! Let it commence!" Chris announced as Chef rang the gong as the fight began. Valerie initiated the fight by throwing a series of quick punches and kicks at Regina, who managed to parry some of them, but got hit by the rest.
"Huh! Hah! Hnrgh!" Regina exclaimed as she took some of Valerie's punches and kicks. The daredevil then countered with some strong punches and kicks of her own, but Valerie managed to parry them all and threw another series of quick punches and kicks at her.
"You're not gonna beat me, muchacha!" Valerie told Regina as she threw more quick punches and kicks at the daredevil, overwhelming her.
"No...I can't...let her...beat me..." Regina groaned as Valerie's quick punches and kicks continued overwhelm her before the Latina managed knock her down with a side kick to the head, causing the Screaming Gophers to cheer while the Killer Bass groaned.
"Looks like Valerie bested Regina in combat, netting the Screaming Gophers their second point! That means the score is even again with 2-2!" Chris announced.
Valerie walked back to the benches with a confident grin. "Did you see how I threw those quick punches and kicks and overwhelmed Regina? Try doing the same thing with Kylie and Grayson." She advised Janson and Cameron.
Janson and Cameron nodded. "Alright, milady. I will try my best to follow your advice." Janson replied to her.
"As will I!" Cameron added.
Regina had gotten up and walked back to the benches as well, sitting down. "Man, Valerie was really good to take someone like you out, Regina." Grayson remarked.
"Damn good..." Regina sighed.
Up next, it was Janson going up against Kylie. "I may be a kindhearted individual, but since this is still a competition, I will not hold anything back at all." Janson warned Kylie with a determined look on his face.
Kylie nodded at Janson, a determined look on her face. "I won't hold anything back at all either, Janson, just so you know. I want to win this challenge." She warned the handsome Singaporean teen as well.
"Indeed you do. I want to win this challenge as well, so I am going to give it my full 100%." Janson replied back.
"Alright, the second fight in the second round! Let it commence!" Chris announced before Chef sounded the gong once again to commence the fight.
Kylie then initiated the fight by throwing some strong kicks at Janson's chest and stomach, after which the handsome Singaporean teen countered with some quick punches and kicks to Kylie's head and torso, just like Valerie had advised him to.
"Ugh! Gah!" Kylie exclaimed as she took the quick punches and kicks, being unable to react to such quick paced attacks before she countered with some more strong punches and kicks to Janson's head, chest and stomach.
"Huh! Hrngh!" Janson exclaimed before throwing a leg sweep at Kylie, knocking her off her feet and onto the ground.
"Hey! No leg sweepin'! Ya need to knock your opponent down with only punches and kicks, y'hear?!" Chef warned Janson.
"I understand, sir. My apologies." Janson apologized with an apologetic bow.
Kylie then jumped back to her feet and threw some more strong punches and kicks that were precisely landed. Janson took them and countered with a flurry of quick punches and kicks, which were enough to overwhelm Kylie and send her flying to the ground, causing the Screaming Gophers to cheer once more as the Killer Bass exclaimed in dismay.
"Janson has managed to best Kylie in combat, which gives another point to the Screaming Gophers! The Gophers are now in the lead with 3-2! If they win the final fight, they will win the challenge!" Chris announced.
-Confessional: Cameron-
"It was now me against Grayson. Like I said before, he's my brother, and I love him dearly, but just had to knock some sense into him that he needs to stop being so cautious around boys showing interest in me. I hope there'll be no hard feelings towards that."
-End Confessional-
-Confessional: Grayson-
"It was now me against Cam. She might be my sister, and I love her dearly, but I can't let my team down because of that. I hope she'll understand that. Plus, it was going to be good to keep the sibling rivalry ball rolling as well."
-End Confessional-
For the final fight of the challenge, it was Cameron against Grayson. "Cammie, know that regardless of who wins, I'm sorry for beating up Janson. I let my temper get the best of me, I admit that, and I hope we can make things up." Grayson told his sister.
"Don't be a suck up to your sister! Beat the snot outta her!" Regina shouted at Grayson.
"Talk is cheap, Grayson. You should've thought about it before you did it. And now I'm going to knock some sense into you!" Cameron replied.
"Oh, fuck my uncle..." Grayson groaned.
"Alright, time for the final fight of the second round! Let it commence!" Chris announced as Chef rang the gong once again to commence the fight.
"Sorry, Cammie. But I'm going to have to do this for my team." Grayson sighed before he threw some strong punches and kicks at his sister, which Cameron quickly countered with the quick punches and kicks that Valerie adviced her to use.
"I'm going to do this for my team as well, Gray!" Cameron replied as she continued to beat the snot out of Grayson with her fast punches and kicks, giving the motocross lover no time to react.
"Come on, Gray! Kick her ass!" Regina told Grayson.
"Yeah! Pretend she's not your sister! Pretend she's your worst enemy instead!" Lester added.
"Alright, I'll try..." Grayson sighed as he began throwing some strong punches and kicks at Cameron's head.
"Ow! Ow! Ow! That smarts!" Cameron exclaimed.
"Come on, Cameron! Beat your brother like he is the biggest bully in your school!" Miles cheered Cameron on.
"Yeah, do what Miles just told you to do!" Dustin added.
"Get him!" Zane shouted.
Cameron growled and she threw some fast and strong punches and kicks at Grayson, knocking her brother to the ground as he groaned in pain.
"And that concludes the challenge! The Screaming Gophers win!" Chris announced as the Screaming Gophers cheered in euphoria while the Killer Bass groaned in dismay, as they knew they had to go to the campfire ceremony to vote someone off the island tonight.
The scene then cut to Chris giving the teams a debrief. He had dropped the humble martial artist act by this point. "Congratulations, Screaming Gophers! You won the challenge and get to spend the next three days on the island knowing you're all safe!" Chris told the Screaming Gophers as they cheered once again.
"Killer Bass, unfortunately, that also means that you will be sending someone packing down the Dock of Shame tonight. Select your best loser, and then we will send them on a cruise to Loserville, Population: 4." Chris told the Killer Bass as they sighed.
"However, I do have some news that might soften the blow." Chris continued as the Bass looked up. "Because you won last night's Viewer's Vote and have gotten the sweet reward of a martial arts movie night before you go to the campfire ceremony tonight!" He told the Bass as they cheered while the Gophers frowned.
"Aw, shoot! I would've liked to celebrate our victory with a movie night!" Victoria blurted out with a frown.
"Don't worry, Tori. We can always spend our night doing something else instead." Johan assured her with a smile.
Victoria's face lit up at that. "You're right, Johan!" She beamed. "Well, let's head back to camp and start preparing our activity for the night!" She suggested.
The scene later cut to the Killer Bass watching martial arts movies in the open air at night. "Well, this sure is an awesome reward, don't you think?" Mason asked his team with a smile.
"Sure is, Mason." Tessa agreed with a smile.
"Yeah! Just look at how those guys throw those kicks at those dragons, ninjas and samurai!" Kennedy giggled hyperactively.
"Yeah! Kick 'em in the face!" Nathan cheered.
"You can say what you want about Chris, but he's got a good taste in martial arts movies." Melissa chimed in with a smile.
"Yeah. Like Chris said, it's a good way to soften the blow of knowing that one of us won't be here anymore after tonight's campfire ceremony." Grayson sighed.
The rest of the Bass frowned at that. "Grayson, can you please save the depressing elimination ceremony stuff for after this movie night is over? We don't want to pollute this reward that the fans voted for us to win with that stuff." Tessa told the motocross lover.
"Yeah. And besides, we wouldn't be in the situation of having to vote someone off if you weren't such a softie towards your sister." Regina chimed in.
"Regina, please don't bring Cammie into this. I did the very best I could against her during the challenge, but she was just super peeved with me because I handed that eel of a Janson's nuts to him. I just don't get what she sees in that eel. He's not all he seems, and I just know it, but Cammie refuses to see it." Grayson tried to politely ask Regina while his voice started to grow irritated.
"You just need to let go of your stupid protective brotherly instincts and relax a bit! It's not like Janson's trying to get into Cameron's pants or something!" Regina bluntly stated.
"The fuck did you just say?!" Grayson angrily asked the daredevil, looking offended at her words.
"You heard me, now chill the fuck out and realize that not all guys have bad intentions with your sister!" Regina firmly replied to him.
"You know what, Regina? We should honestly vote you off the island tonight, because you really need to watch your god damn mouth about my sister and her involvement with guys!" Grayson told the daredevil.
"Oh yeah? Well, I think we should honestly vote you off the island tonight instead, because you're being way too cautious about your sister's involvement with guys! Like I said, not all guys have bad intentions with your sister, and Janson definitely doesn't look like he has bad intentions with your sister!" Regina retorted.
"You'll soon be singing a different song when you realize that Janson is not all he seems when he reveals his true colors!" Grayson retorted back. All the screaming and conflict made Tessa upset, and even Mason, Kennedy and Nathan lost their cheery demeanor.
-Confessional: Kennedy-
"So much for a fun martial arts movie night..." The perfectionist prankster sighed.
-End Confessional-
The scene then cut to the campfire ceremony at night, where the Killer Bass were sitting at the campfire ceremony, while Chris was standing at his podium with a plate of marshmallows in his right hand. "Killer Bass, after a two challenge winning streak, your luck has run out, and that got you right here at this campfire ceremony. You've all cast your votes and made your decision. If I call your name, come up here and claim a marshmallow from this plate, as it will be proof that you get to stay at Camp Wawanakwa for another three days. If you don't get a marshmallow, however, you have to walk down the Dock of Shame, step aboard the Boat of Losers, and leave the island, for you to never come back. Ever." Chris monologued to the Killer Bass.
"The campers who are safe tonight are...Lester...Melissa...Kennedy...Socorro...Mason...Kylie...Tessa..and Nathan." Chris continued as the aforementioned campers walked up to Chris to grab their marshmallows off the plate. It was now down to Regina and Grayson.
"Campers, I have only one marshmallow left on this plate. And that marshmallow is for...

...Regina." Chris finished as Regina grinned and ran up to Chris to grab her marshmallow off the plate. Grayson had a look of sorrow on his face as he realized he was now out of the game.
"Grayson, you kinda had it coming with you being such a jerk towards Janson and your own team today. Do you have any last words before you head on your way?" Chris asked the motocross lover.
"Yeah, I do." Grayson replied as he got up from his seat. "Please let Cammie know that I want her to stay strong even though I'm gone, and that I hope she will win this thing." He told his team before walking off towards the Dock of Shame.
The scene then cut to Grayson standing on the Boat of Losers as it took off into the distance while the remaining members of the Killer Bass were standing or sitting on the Dock of Shame as they waved him off.
The scene then cut to the Screaming Gophers being back at camp, waiting for the Killer Bass to return from the elimination ceremony. "Who do you think they voted off tonight?" Dustin asked Sybil.
Sybil shrugged. "Not sure. It could be anyone, for all I know." She replied before she noticed the Killer Bass returning to camp. "Ah, here they come! Now let's see who's missing..." She said.
"Hey, what happened to Grayson?" Cameron asked with a worried look on her face, noticing that Grayson wasn't among the Killer Bass.
"We voted him off. He was being a big jerk during our martial arts movie night before we went to the campfire ceremony tonight." Lester told her.
"What?! Grayson's gone?!" Cameron asked in horror.
"Yes, but he asked us to tell you that he wants you to stay strong even though he's gone, and that he hopes you win this thing." Socorro told her.
"O...Okay..." Cameron tearfully replied before walking off with Janson, who had an arm around the climber to comfort her.
"Well, I'm going to bed now. It was a long and tiring day." Kylie sighed as she went inside the Bass cabin.
"Agreed. Time to go catch some sleep." Melissa agreed.
"Alright. Well, night, guys." Michelle told the Bass as they entered their cabin and the episode ended.

Once again, sorry for taking longer on this episode. I had another case of writer's block, and there was also a really annoying bug going on with the site the past week or so, and therefore I held off on writing this episode for a bit, but now it's finally finished. Now that Grayson is gone, will Janson finally be able to go into full manipulation mode with Cameron or not? Only time will tell.
Time for some review questions!
#1: What did you think of the challenge?
#2: What was your favorite part of the episode?
#3: Who do you think should have gone home?
#4: Do you have any questions for Grayson at the next aftershow? Once again, you can also leave questions for Alexneushoorn and Blaineley, as they will answer those too.
Thanks for reading, and I hope to see you next time on the aftershow! :D – Alexneushoorn
