Emma's P.O.V

"I love you, you know that, right?" Killian asks me when we go to my bedroom.

"Yeah I know and I love you more" I say back to him.

"You don't love me more then I love you"

"Yes I do"

"Not possible"

"Yes it is" I say to him with a smile which he smirks at.

"No is not" he says as he pulls me closer to him as possible as I giggle like a 5 year old.

"You know you are like a little kid right?"

"I know and you love me for it"

"That I do, I don't understand why Liam doesn't want you with me, is it because I'm his brother and he is in love with you or is it because he just doesn't want you with anyone else"

"Both"

"He's an asshole"

"I know but he is still your brother"

"I know that's why this is so hard...our dad left us when I was young and when he turned 18 our mother died and he was the one who raised me from there on" Killian says while looking into my eyes.

"I know, but I don't want to ruin what you two have so if us being together…" I start to say.

"Emma what are you saying"

"If us being together makes you lose your brother...I can't do that, he's the only family you got"

"Em you're my family too and I'm not leaving you and you better not leave me because of this"

"Killian I can't be the reason you lose your brother"

"You won't be because he will lose me for not understanding that the woman I love just happens to be is best friend and I'd rather lose my brother then you"

"Why would you rather lose you brother then me" I asked him with tears in my eyes"

"Because he can't give me what I want," he says.

"And I can? What do you want?"

"I want to live with you, I want to marry you one day, and one day as well have kids with you, I want a family with you Swan"

I was shocked I didn't know what to say to him at this point and I can see the tears in his eyes as he told me what he wanted...he wants to live with me and marry me one day and have kids...with me. "I want that too with you but I can't let you cut your brother out of your life" I say to him.

"If he can get his head out of his ass and understand that I am in love with you then I won't but if not then I will do what I have to do and I don't want you to blame yourself okay?"

"Okay, I love you"

"And aye you"

Killian's P.O.V

I just told Emma that I want to marry her one day and have kids with her and just be a family with her and she said that she wanted it with me as well. I love her with all of my heart and if anything ever happened to her I don't know what I would do, she is everything to me and I can't imagine her not in my life. I don't care what my brother wants, me and Emma want to be together and if he doesn't like it then he can kiss my ass because there is no way in hell I am leaving Emma just because he wants me too.

Emma chose to take a nap and I went to hang out with Robin because it's been forever since I did, me and Robin went to Granny's and I can not believe who I saw in there so before we went I told Robin what happened. "Okay so my brother is in there so when he asks me how I'm doing just play along because he thinks me and Em broke up"

"Why does he think you and Emma broke up?" He asks.

"Because he was up our ass wanting us to break up so we made him believe it was true, I pretended to break up with her in front of him so...yeah"

"Wow, well at least you and Em can be happy for a while"

"Yeah" We walked into Granny's and Liam saw me and came to sit right next to Robin to talk to me about what happened last time.

"What do you want Liam?" I asked him.

"How could you break up with Emma like you did, she hasn't talked to me since you did that" he asks me.

"I did what you wanted Liam, you wanted me to end it with Emma so I did what else do you want from me"

"Yeah I didn't want you guys together but I didn't think you would do that, you should have seen her face when you left here, she was in tears and it killed me to see her like that. I didn't realize how much she cared about you until you did that to her, I thought you would be gentle with it but you were so mean and right to the point"

"What do you want from me Liam, you tell me to end it with my girlfriend because you don't want us together and because you are in love with her and then you yell at me when I do end it with her, so what do you want?"

"I just didn't expect for you to end it with her like that, maybe I was wrong"

"You think, what exactly do you think you were wrong about?" I asked him.

"When I saw her face after you left it killed me and that's when I noticed how much she actually cared for you, she did tell me before that she was in love with you but I didn't believe it because I wanted her to be with me. But I know now that she is deeply in love with you and that when you ended it she didn't understand why, she hasn't answered me and she hasn't come out of her apartment. So yeah maybe I was wrong about splitting you two up, it's just her finding my little brother attractive and not me hurts badly and also knowing that the woman I love doesn't find me attractive kinda kills your ego" Liam explains.

"What do you want me to do now then?"

"Just don't hurt her more then you already have, soon I'll be able to pick up the pieces of her broken heart"

With that he left then me and Robin were alone, what the hell. What does he think, that once she is okay that he will swoop in and take her for himself like that's going to happen. "You okay man" Robin asks.

"No, he thinks that once Emma is 'okay' that he will come in and take her for himself and it pisses me off that he doesn't try to hide the fact that he is in love with her" I explain to him.

"I'm sorry man, but you know that she will always choose you right?"

"Yeah just my brother makes me so angry"

"I bet but just give it time and maybe soon you will be able to tell him the truth about everything"

"I don't think so but maybe"
