I don't own any of this Paranorman belongs to Laika and Five Nights at Freddy's belongs to Scott Cawthon
Norman and Salma watched Neil bang on the door, calling for help that they both knew wasn't coming; of course Norman knew that Aggie was out there somewhere, but it could be awhile before she found where they were. From here he and Salma could here heavy rain pounding against the roof, followed by thunder.
"Help! Someone get us out!" Neil continue to shout, he stopped when he felt Salma touch his shoulder, "Neil give it up."
Neil turned to her with panic on him, "But we need to get out of here! I can feel the air leaving, I'm going to suffocate in here!" Neil fell to the ground while clutching his throat. "I can already see the light!" Neil shut his eyes, going completely lifeless; Norman and Salma looked at him strangely. "Neil" Salma began blankly, "We got plenty of air."
Neil instantly opened his eyes, from his view Salma and Norman looked down at him, "Oh right." Neil let out a sheepish grin, he quickly got back to his feet and just stood there awkwardly. Salma clears out her throat to stop the awkward silence, "Well looks like were in a big pickle here."
"I know," Neil spoke up. "No one knows we're here, will starve!"
"Don't start that again Neil."
"Actually someone does know we're here." Norman piped up, Neil and Salma looked over at him in curiosity. "Really who?" Salma asked.
"Aggie"
"Oh Aggie's here, that's nice." Neil exclaimed with enthusiasm. Salma however had doubt, "Does she know we are in this freezer?"
Norman shook his head, "No, but she is looking around the building for you guys."
"I hope she'll be alright with those monsters out there." Neil stated with worry.
"Neil, Aggie's a ghost." Salma reminded him.
"Oh right, but still I hope she'll be alright." Neil then caught the troubled look on Norman's face, "Hey are you okay Norman?"
Norman rub the back of his head, unsure what to tell them about what he found out about the animatronics, he wasn't even sure that they would believe him, but seeing how they weren't going anywhere anytime soon, he might as well tell them. With a long breath Norman began to tell them about his horrifying discovery.
Foxy stood frozen at the entrance of the extra room; completely unresponsive. The man rushed out of the room with his raised axe, he struck the chest which knocked Foxy on his back, he struck him several times avoiding the swings from Foxy's hook, sparks flew everywhere, until at last he successfully tore him apart, Foxy's head landed next to Freddy's, Bonnie's, and Chica's dismembered heads.
The man stood there huffing with visible sweat going down his face. He smiled as the hard work was done, and soon the easy part well come. The man also smiled because it brought back memories of luring them here with his trusty rabbit suit; back then he had been known as William Afton the business partner of Fredbear's and Freddy's.
Oh both happy as well as horrible memories filled his twisted mind, oh how those kids screams as he twisted a knife in them and then how fascinating it was for what they had become. Now today felt like the old days with him luring them once again to the safe room, then tear them limb from limb. But now he had to surpass those memories and get to work, he headed back for the safe room when the room suddenly glowed in a white light.
"What?"
Turning around he saw the heads of the four animatronics glow in a brilliant white light. White mists rose up above the heads, the mists formed right into his murdered victims. The children had tears marks going down their ghostly faces and were crying lowly, they looked at each other with great sorrow then looked at William, their faces instantly switch to enraged.
William couldn't believe it, he was stunned on this turn of events, the stunned quickly turned to panic. "No! No! This is impossible! I killed you all!" William backs into the room with the ghosts following him; they spoke in anger saying how it was his fault for what they had become, and how he is going to pay.
Aggie wondered what was going on, after a moment of nothing happening in the white void, Aggie was having troubled on what to say next to the girl in the puppet mask when it happened. One by one four out of five of the crying children flickered until they disappeared, leaving only Cassidy, the girl, and Aggie in the white void.
Concern and in panic Aggie looked at the girl with a bit of a raised voice. "What's going on?! What happened to the children!?"
Without looking at her the girl replied with a calm voice. "He's here."
"Who's here?"
"The man who killed us."
Aggie went silent with dread. That killer is here, the man who caused these poor children to suffer for years and turned them into killers. He was here, he did something to them once again. She immediately thought of the danger her best friend along with his friends were in, she needed to get back to the physical world and provide him with backup.
The girl finally spoke up, "The time has finally come."
Aggie turned to her with question, "What?"
The girl turns to her, "They're going to take revenge by their own hands. Your free to go, you are no longer a concern." The whole void dissolves, with a couple blinks Aggie found herself back in the physical world right in front of the stage, and she wasn't alone.
Cassidy floated next to her, she ignores Aggie's presence, instead she floated there with great anger that made Aggie shift away a bit in uncomfort. Cassidy suddenly floated away in a steady pace, Aggie lifted her hand up to address her with no anvil.
Aggie followed her to the restroom area, it was there she discovered the four animatronics torn apart all over the floor, she stopped to look at the crime scene for a bit before looking back up. Cassidy had entered a room who's entrance is blocked by the other children; Aggie floated over to them where she peeked over their heads, where she saw Cassidy angrily standing in front of a scary looking man who she can assume to be the killer.
The killer had the most terrified face Aggie had ever seen, but she didn't feel any sympathy for him; he had killed them with no hesitation, he disserved what was coming to him.
William in pure panic backed away from the angry ghost child, he held out his hands in a defensive gesture. This wasn't supposed to happen, he was supposed to be gathering their remnant right now. "You can't hurt me! You're all dead!"
The child continued to advance towards him, the ghosts along with one with a pilgrim era outfit that he didn't recognize blocked the entrance, he backed up some more until his foot bumped into something. Looking behind him; it was his old SpringBonnie suit that was withered from years of neglect. William let up a smug smile towards the ghosts, he quickly bent down and picked up the suit.
Aggie watched perpetually as the killer had for what ever reason put on a scary looking yellow rabbit. The killer put on the head then stood proudly at her and the other spirits. "You stupid kids can't hurt me now! I've got a suit on!" He laughed. Some water from the ceiling dripped onto the suit, the killer continued to laugh at them, when suddenly a loud snap filled the room.
With a great crunch a great amount of blood poured out of the chest of the suit, the killer lets out a bloodcurdling scream as his arms shot out in a T-shape, he shakes as he struggled to stay up right while blood flowed out of the suit. The sounds of bones breaking, skin tearing came out from within the suit.
He got on his knees continuing to scream loudly, blood came out through the legs; he crawls forward when two sets of plastic eyes came down and lodged right into his eyes. He falls back against the wall shaking as more blood came out from his head. By now his screams had cut to gurgling, he twitches and shakes frantically, until he finally came to a slow, dead stop.
Aggie couldn't say a word after seeing that event, her ghostly eyes were horrified over on what they just witness. He definitely deserved it, but Aggie had never witness such a gruesome death, she was shaken to her ghostly core. The spirits of the kids had watched with only anger especially Cassidy, the children close their eyes then disappeared leaving Aggie alone with the now dead killer.
The plastic eyes stared at her, the room reeked with blood which came from the pool of blood that surrounded the yellow rabbit. The voice of the girl spoke up behind her, which made her jump. "It's done." The Puppet floated past Aggie, she stopped and stared down at the rabbit.
"So are you free?" Aggie asked with hope, her hope diminished as the Puppet shook her head. "But why? You got your revenge, why can't you rest?"
The Puppet answered without looking at her. "We may have finally gotten our revenge on our killer, but there are still things to need to be done."
"And what's that?"
"That's a secret I'm not willing to share. You and the other ones are free to go."
"What about the children?"
"They will be in dormant for the time being."
Aggie nodded, she turns to leave but then stopped as she still had a question, the Puppet answered her before she could even speak. "Your friends are in the freezer, it's at the back of the kitchen, behind those double doors."
Stunned over the sudden answer Aggie eventually found her voice. "Thank you." Aggie gave one last glance to the rabbit, those plastic eyes stared back at her with blood leaking out from them.
Norman had just finished his tale to his friends, to say that they were shocked is a understatement. It was definitely a bombshell to be dropped on them, even Norman felt it and he already knew about it.
"So these animatronics are powered by the restless souls of murdered kids!" Neil exclaimed, Norman nodded in response. "That's, that's horrible." Neil added.
Salma nodded, "I agree, that's a really horrible fate. It's no wonder why these robots are really aggressive." Suddenly a bloodcurdling scream filled their ears, they jumped in fright as that scream sounded like someone was suffering horrible pain.
"Who was that?" Neil exclaimed.
"I don't know." Salma answered, "But whoever it was, sounds like their in extreme pain."
Norman suddenly felt a strong feeling, it was a great positive feeling like a great pain had finally settled, the feeling was so great he nearly fell on his knees. "You okay Norman?' Neil asked as he had noticed the look on his friend's face.
Norman stood up straight with a small smile on his face. "I'm fine, I actually feel great."
"How?"
"I don't know Neil, but I just got this feeling that something just happened, something that lifted a great weight off this place."
"How so?"
"It's hard to explain, but the feeling of this place definitely feels lighter."
The three then heard the freezer door knob jiggle, slowly the door opened with a creek revealing no one, but through Norman's eyes Aggie stood there with a relieved smile. "Oh good, you and your friends are safe."
"Yeah Neil went a little crazy, but otherwise we're alright."
Neil stepped forward with a very grateful smile, "Oh thank you for opening the door Aggie, I thought we were going to be trapped in here forever."
"Or more realistically until our bodies give out to starvation or more likely dehydration." Salma interjected.
"She says your welcome, and that she is glad that your both alright." Norman translated. The four stood there in silence smiling at each other, Salma then broke the silence. "Now then, lets get out of here post haste shall we fellows."
"I'm with you on that." Neil added, the two quickly head for the entrance leaving Norman and Aggie behind who slowly followed. "So have you heard that bloodcurdling scream?"
Norman took noticed on how Aggie immediately went stiff, her eyes went wide as if flashes of something just went through her, she finally spoke up in a quiet voice. "Yes I heard it, I even saw who screamed."
Norman immediately perked up in concern, he hoped that she didn't see someone get shoved into a suit. Aggie didn't need to see that, what Aggie said next surprised him. "I saw the man who made those kids suffer, get crushed inside a yellow rabbit."
Not only was Norman surprised that Aggie knew about the mysterious killer, but he was even more surprised to hear about the yellow rabbit. The yellow rabbit who had plagued his visions, the one who killed him then danced in front of him. It was here and it had killed the man in a karmomatic way, with the sound of the storm outside one word escaped his mouth.
"Springlocks"
Aggie looked at him with a eyebrow raised, "What?"
"I watched a video that explained that this placed had two design suits that could be worn and preform as a robot. They're dangerous to wear, if the springlocks, the things holding the robot parts get wet. The springlocks come loose and shove all the parts into you, killing someone in a slow painful way."
Aggie let Norman's description hang in before speaking herself, "That explains why that thing killed him after that drop of water dropped on it. It was really awful to watch, I could hear his bones breaking, his skin tearing as his blood spilled out, it was the worst death I've ever seen. But I don't feel bad for him, he caused others to suffer and he may have continued to make others suffer."
Norman nodded, he couldn't deny that the man needed to be punished for his horrendous actions. Norman may feel empathy for most people, but this man definitely didn't deserve any. A new thought came to his mind. "What about kids in the animatronics? Did they move on?" That was something that Norman really wanted to know, as those kids deserved peace for the pain they went through out the years.
"Their going to be dormant. Apparently they still got some things to do." Aggie answered, Norman felt sad for them. He had no idea what other unfinished business they have to do in order to be free, he just hope they would finish it soon.
He soon feels Aggie's ghostly hand grip his own hand, she gives him a smile which he returned. Together they along with Salma and Neil left Freddy Fazbear's Pizza.
Metal footsteps echoed in the building that Afton had been living in; the door opened and the endoskeleton stepped out awkwardly into the rain.
It had taken some time, but eventually Hopkins along with the others have managed to get complete control over their metal body. It took awhile to get themselves up, and more to actually start walking though it still needed some work, but overall they were finally moving on their own free will.
They now stood outside of the building with rain pouring on them, they wondered what they were going to do now that they were free roaming. A meow gets them out of their thoughts, looking down they see a orange cat looking up at them. From inside one of them commanded a arm to go down, the cat moves to his side to be petted. A great zap came out from the hand, the poor cat jumped with his fur burning, the cat fell dead on his side; badly burnt.
Hopkins couldn't believe what they just done, they just killed an innocent creature in such a brutal way, they just got freedom and they once again killed a innocent being. Hopkins told the others what they had just done, and like him they to were very distained over the horrible deed they've committed. With these thoughts and the smoldering cat body, all of them came to a conclusion.
This was a punishment.
Why else would they'll be trapped in this metal body that could create a great electric shock with their hand; with this they also came up with another conclusion. They needed to stay away from people, not only because they were in a body that could kill, though that was the main one. But the other reason is that they didn't want anyone to be scared of them, this metal body would definitely scare people, heck it would scare them if they saw such a thing.
They walked over to a nearby trash can and picked up a old, tattered hood, they put the hood on covering their face and their body. Slowly they walked away from the building, they had no idea where they were going or what will become of them, but they guessed that they just have to find out without being seen or more importantly hurt other people.
