The last guy who didn't get away with the van was walking down the street near a construction site when a web grabbed onto his foot and raised him up to Peter's face who's still in the shadows whilst his eyes glow white.
"Where did they take the boy?!" Peter demands from him.
"Please...let me go. They'll kill me if I tell." The man says, fearing for his life.
"You're dead if you don't tell me." Peter promises and lets his web drop him as the man screams and Peter stops his fall before he hits the ground and drags him back up. "Ready to talk?"
"There's...there's this warehouse. It was abandoned after the Glades collapsed." He finally confesses.
"Where?" Peter asks.
"South west of the Glades." He replies. "Cops only go there in force."
"Do I look like a cop?" Peter asks and knocks him out with a punch to the face.
Lance was heading back to his car when he's met with yet another unconscious man on the hood of his car and another appearance with the masked hero.
"This going to become a regular thing with you?" Lance asks and notices his outfit. "Nice costume change."
"He and some others kidnapped a kid, I have a feeling this isn't the first time. He said that they're located at an warehouse south west of the Glades. I'll clear it out, you call for backup." Peter explains and starts walking away.
"Hey, what do I call you in my report?" Lance asks as Peter stops walking away and turns to face him.
"Human Spider." Peter answers and takes to the sky.
"Really? That's the best you've got?" Lance asks and quickly grabs his radio to call for backup.
Turns out that there were more than just kidnappers here such as drug dealers, crooks who escaped Iron Heights and others were moving their black market goods through the warehouse. Weapons, drugs, and kidnapping, but they don't know that someone knows about their hideout.
One of their men on lookout suddenly gets yanked up into the darkness and vanishes.
"I'm just saying, he might just be planning to attack when we least expect it." One of them says. "I mean, if he is gone, someone's bound to replace him."
"Pleas, nobody's crazy enough to do something like that Robin Hood guy." The other criminal states.
"You're right." Peter says and they turn to face him.
But before they could say anything, they get hit against the wall by Peter's webbing and are knocked unconscious when their heads hit the wall.
Some of the other men hear their faint scream and go to check out on it.
They see nothing but darkness as above their heads, the figure sneaks around and uses the darkness to go undetected.
"Guys?" They call out and move towards the container and what they don't see is them being picked off quietly one by one.
One of them reached the container and notices their men are are encased in some sort of sticky fluid.
"What is this stuff?" He asks while placing his finger on it only for it to get stuck to it. He removes his glove to get out of it and turns to see the others are gone.
Getting nervous, he pulls out his gun and points to the ceiling looking for the Hood. Seeing something move, he quickly opens fire and waits only to see it was a shadow.
"What are you doing!?" Someone asks and he looks to see another one has found him.
"He's here! The Hood." He says and they hear something sliding above them and both start looking very afraid.
They see something move between the containers and open fire on it, but see it vanished just as quickly as it came.
"Where are you!?" He asks and turns to see the man he was with vanished.
Something connects to his back and he's pulled up to the ceiling in fear and he's faced with Peter who's hanging upside down on a web.
"Does this look like a Hood to you?" Peter asks as he faces the man.
"Who...who are you?" The crook asks, seeing he's completely alone and helpless.
"I'm Batman." Peter jokes as he knocks him out, and begins finishing to clear out the entire warehouse of all crooks.
After the fighting is done, Peter pants from exhaustion after finally getting rid of everyone, then makes his way towards the locked door and finds the boy.
"Hi. Look, I know you're scared, but I'm here to help you. You don't have to be scared anymore." Peter assures him.
"Okay." The boy whispers.
"Come on, lets get you out of here." Peter says as he picks him up.
He begins to carry the boy out and passes all of the unconscious men who are either webbed to the walls, containers, or are just beaten down.
Later, the police arrive to find all of the criminals tied in the webbing that was used to capture them so they can't escape.
"What have we got here?" Yuriko Watanabe, the new police detective asks as she looks over the scene.
"Mob bosses, drug dealers, kidnappers, all wrapped up to be delivered." Lance says and shows some photos, catching them in the act that came with the men and even their supplies all wrapped together.
"Christmas came early this year it seems. They even come with their own evidence. Who did this?" Yuri asks Lance.
One of the other officers laugh and walks her to the wrapped up crooks. "You're gonna love this. Tell her what you told us, boys."
"He came out of nowhere." One of the crooks tell Yuri.
"He stuck to the ceiling, stayed in the shadows. Picked us off one by one." Another describes.
"Can you describe what he looked like?" Yuri asks.
"He was well built, maybe 130-200 pounds."
"Did he say anything?" Yuri asks.
"He didn't really sound old."
"He didn't give us a name." Another says.
One of the officers look up to one of the mountains of shipping containers with a strange look on his face. "Did he wear a blue, black and red suit?" He asks the crooks, still looking away.
"You saw him, too?" Yuri asks, turning to face him.
"No, but I'm seeing him now." He tells them and points up and they all look up to see him.
Peter stands tall on a pile of shipping containers as he looks to the SCPD who all begin to look up and see him before he started running and leaps off of the containers and disappears into the night.
"Who was that?" Yuri asks.
Lance smiles as he faces her to answer.
The next morning, Peter was wandering through the kitchen, sketching some upgrades he could give the suit from MJ when he turned the tv on and sees they're talking about him.
"News are flooding in on reports growing more and more frequent on a masked hero known simply as Spider-Man."
"Spider-Man?" Peter asks and realizes that's actually a better name than Human Spider.
The following night, Officers arrives at a scene of the crime and are met by the crooks are caught like flies on a web.
"I see the web, it's his signature, and I know Spider-Man was here." News start commenting more and more on the new hero.
"The guy protects us. He's a hero."
Peter begins to add on the web shooters to his suit that go around his whole arm and started adding a belt for his web canisters.
Later on, he transforms one of his walk-in closets in his room into a new Base of Operations; a place to hold for his gadgets, the chemicals he needs to make his web fluid, a space to put his suit and stitch it up.
Then there was a table with tools and parts he's using in order to create gadgets; starting with taser webs using the taser he stole off that guy at the docks.
In the middle of the room were three computer screens that he used to hack into the SCPD to learn about crimes while they're happening. MJ asked for this setup as she wants to try and help Peter, believing he'll get himself killed.
And the only way to enter the closet is using Peter's personal computer and typing in a specific password in order to move the bookshelves he has in place over the closet.

One woman was getting mugged when Peter comes down swinging and yanking the attacker away and tossing the woman her purse with a note on it.
'Curtesy of your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man.'
"He came out of nowhere like an angel."
"A superhero in Starling City? Give me a break." Stan Lee says.
"Dressed like a spider, looks like a bug. We should all just give him one big hug."
Moria was in the prison gym when she heard the reports and is proud of her son, seeing how well he's doing on only week two of superheroing.
"That's my boy." Moria whispers as she smiles at the report.
Peter knees down whilst looking at his city on the ledge of a tall building, looking over the Glades.
"My name is Peter Queen. Two weeks ago, I was bitten by a radioactive spider. My family tore this city down, but I've made it my mission to help it rise back up. But not as Peter Queen, but as the one and only Spider-Man."
"Yo, this is Web to Spider, you there?" MJ contacts Peter through the new comms he has placed in his mask.
"Yes, I'm here." Peter told her before smirking at the nickname. "How long did it take you to come up with that nickname?"
"I thought it was fitting, this being your home for both yourself and Spider-Man. Anyhow, there's an armed robbery going down on Main and 9th." MJ tells him. "Go get 'em, Tiger."
"On it." Peter promises as he leaps off the building and feels the wind in his face just as he waits for the last second and shoots a web before beginning to swing through his city, towards those who need him.
Spider-Man will return in...
