In Mr. Albert's classroom, he is standing behind a large table at the front of the room.
Mr. Albert pushes one magnet on the table toward another, with the second magnet sliding backward, "As you know, magnets repel anything that possesses the same magnetic polarity and attracts something with the different polarity."
He then turns to a contraption on the table, which has a coil in the center and a crank on the side, he turns the crank, as an electric current goes through the coil, "But you can generate, and even alter the magnetic polarity, using a coil and electric current."
Lance leans back his desk, with his arms crossed, whispering, "Magnets are really interesting, aren't they…"
"Opposites Attract"
Kent, Jackie, Mackey, Buffy, and Henry are entering Mr. Albert's classroom.
"I don't know, Arno does appear pretty powerful," Henry says. "Although he's kinda aloof."
"Arno could make the difference against the Negadons," Mackey says.
"He made it clear he doesn't want anything to do with us," Jackie says, as she sits on a desk.
"Actually, I'm certain Arno would come around," Kent says.
"What makes you say that?" Henry asks.
"While he has no intention to work with us, we are fighting on the same side," Kent starts. "I'm sure he can be convinced that it would be better to work as a team."
"Maybe…" Brittney shrugs her shoulders.
"In fact, I think I will try and talk with him," Kent adds.
"I saw him leaving right after the final bell rings," Mackey says.
"Right, I'm gonna catch up to him," Kent says, before he's heading out the classroom.
"Good luck," Jackie says.
Brittney and Mr. Albert are walking through the hallway.
"Thanks again, I think I got a better handle on the quiz answers," Brittney says.
"It's a pleasure to help any inquisitive students," Mr. Albert says.
"Have a good day," Brittney says, before she turns a corner.
"You too," Mr. Albert continues down the hallway.
Just as Mr. Albert opens the door, Lance approaches him, "Mr. Albert, I'm so glad I caught you before you left."
"Oh, Mr. Vance," Mr. Albert says, as the two exit the building. "How could I help you?"
"It's just I read someone named… Dr. Lambert at Rimestone University was awarded the Fairweather Technical Prize for his achievements," Lance says. "Wasn't Dr. Lambert, an old colleague of yours."
"Hum, yeah, he was…" Mr. Albert says.
"Then you must be happy for him," Lance starts to walk away. "Have a good day."
"Yeah, thanks…" Mr. Albert responds, as he approaches his car in the parking lot.
Looking over another parked car, Shroomie spies on Mr. Albert, "Ah, I can sense the negativity just washed over him." Shroomie then points his finger at Mr. Albert, before shooting a glob of slime at him, "Monster Make Slime, go."
The glob of slime hits Mr. Albert, with his body glowing slightly, before rising up from behind him is Maggoat, a monster with a monstrous goat skull on his chest, and two horns on his head, one's red and the other blue.
Nearby, Lance is walking away, grinning.
Arno is walking down a sidewalk, as Kent runs up to him, "Hey, Arno."
Arno looks over his shoulder, before looking back ahead, "What do you want?"
"I was thinking, we should hang out, maybe get to know each other," Kent suggests.
"That's not necessary," Arno tells him.
"Perhaps, but if you get to know me and the others, maybe you'll realize we will make a powerful team," Kent says.
"I don't need to be part of a team," Arno sighs. "And I need no help, especially from anyone who isn't Zaurus or went through proper Dino Knight training."
"None of that matters, we want to protect people and stop the Negadons," Kent says, as the two stops walking. "And we will be stronger together."
Arno looks over to him.
Suddenly a scream is heard before they see a woman fall backward and lands onto a pile of trash bags near a dumpster. Kent and Arno run over to her, with Kent helping her to her feet.
A man runs over to them, "Are you okay?"
Suddenly, the man and woman glows blue before a "S" symbol appears on them, with the two flying backward and away.
"What in the…?" Kent looks down the street.
"There!" Arno looks ahead to see Maggoat further down the street. "I'll handle this."
Arno starts running down the street.
"Wait," Kent starts to give chase, when a Knightron blocks his path with its spear and swings it at him.
Arno, while running, holds up his Mosa Blaster as he places a Dino Totem into its back, before firing it, as his body becomes covered in a gold flash and he morphs into Gold Knight Ranger. He then jumps up.
Gold Knight Ranger flips through the air, lands and arm swipes with his Mosa Blaster with Maggoat blocks it, but Gold Knight Ranger twists up the arm and holds it to the side. He then lets go, back elbows Maggoat, before spinning around and kicking him.
Kent rolls to the side, trips a Knightron and then roundhouse kicks another. He catches a third Knightron's spear, pulls it to the side and then strikes it with its own spear. He then spins around and strikes two Knightrons with the spear. Kent then flips to the side and kicks a Knightron.
Gold Knight Ranger swipes with the Mosa Sword a couple times, but Maggoat dodging each strikes, before Maggoat catches one strike, pushes it away, then blocking another attempt strike. Gold Knight Ranger drops the Mosa Sword, then catches it with the other hand and strikes Maggoat in the chest.
Maggoat catches the Mosa Sword, with Gold Knight Ranger twirls it away and strikes him. Gold Knight Ranger then tries to stab at Mosa Sword a couple times, with Maggoat blocking each attempt. Gold Knight Ranger turns away, strikes Maggoat with the Mosa Sword.
Gold Knight Ranger turns back and pulls the ripcord on his Mosa Sword. With the Mosa Sword glowing and growing, Gold Knight Ranger spins around and delivers a powerful strike on Maggoat, "Mosa Sword Strike!"
Gold Knight Ranger spins back, striking Maggoat again, and then slams the Mosa Sword against Maggoat's chest, before finally striking him again.
Kent jumps and punches a Knightron, back kicks another Knightron. He then roundhouse kicks a third Knightron. He spins back around, kicking a Knightron. Kent rolls ahead and punches another Knightron.
Maggoat crosses his arms and separates them, sending a "X" shaped blast, "Try this!"
"And you try this," Gold Knight Ranger holds up the Mosa Blaster, then jumps up as an explosion goes off behind him and he starts firing his Mosa Blaster, blasting Maggoat.
Gold Knight Ranger lands and continues to blast Maggoat. He then pumps the Mosa Blaster and blasts him again, sending Maggoat flying backward.
Gold Knight Ranger tabs the back of the Mosa Blaster and pulls out the Dino Totem. He then holds up a Dino Totem, flips it to Knight Mode and inserts into the back of the Mosa Blaster, with the sides flipped up to fins.
"Spino Totem!"
He starts pumping the Mosa Blaster, before holding it straight up and fires, "Spino Shock Armor, Armor Up!"
The Mosa Blaster fires a blast of lightning which rains down on Gold Knight Ranger, before the armor forms on him.
Maggoat returns to his feet, "I really need to get out of here."
Gold Knight Ranger attaches the Mosa Sword to the Mosa Blaster, "Mosa Cannon!"
He starts to aim it, as energy gathers on the weapon, "Spino Cannon Blast!"
He fires a massive blast.
"So I'll use a ride service," Maggoat says, as colored beams shoot from his horns, both hitting a car, which glows and comes sliding together, just before the massive blast hits them, causing the cars to explode.
As the explosion ceases, Maggoat jumps away.
"He got away!" Gold Knight Ranger realizes.
Kent runs over to Gold Knight Ranger, "It's okay, we'll find him."
"We won't, I will," Gold Knight Ranger says. "Stay out of my way."
Gold Knight Ranger then runs off, with Kent watching him, "This might be harder than I thought."
Kent presses the button on his Knight Mropher, "Guys, there's a new monster in town."
Kent runs ahead.
Brittney exits the school building to find Mr. Albert sitting next to his car.
She rushes over, "Mr. Albert, are you okay?"
"I-I'm not sure, I feel weak all of a sudden…" Mr. Albert says. "And I think I saw a giant goat…"
Mr. Dragdan exits the building and hurries over to them, "What's going on?"
Brittney turns to face him, "I think Mr. Albert's sick."
Mr. Dragdan then sees green energy fly off Mr. Albert and flying away, "That's one way to say it."
In a city plaza, Gold Knight Ranger flips a Knightron onto its back, jump kicks another Knightron, before rushing toward Maggoat.
Kent, Jackie, Mackey, Buffy, and Henry arrive, as a group of Knightrons look over to them.
"And there's the guy who wants nothing to do with us," Henry jokes.
"We can get through to him, but first we have to stop Maggoat," Kent says. "It's Morphin' Time!"
They hold up Dino Totems, flip them to Knight Mode and insert them into their Knight Morphers.
"Tyranno Totem!"
They flip their Morphers' visors, "Dino Knight, Visor Up!"
Kent morphs into Red Knight Ranger, Mackey morphs into Blue Knight Ranger, Jackie morphs into Pink Knight Ranger, Buffy morphs into Green Knight Ranger, and Henry morphs into Black Knight Ranger.
Red, Blue, Pink, Green, and Black Knight Rangers each hold up a Dino Totem and flip them to Knight Mode.
Red Knight Ranger places his Dino Totem into his Dino Balde.
"Dimetro Totem!"
He closes the Dino Blade's mouth, dodging a Knightron, then closes the mouth a couple times. A blast of flames erupt around Red Knight Ranger, with the Dimetro Blaze Armor appearing on him, "Dimetro Blaze Armor, Armor Up!"
He then runs ahead, kicks one Knightron while punching another with his Dino Blade. He then strikes two Knightrons, spins around, brings down another strike, turns and strikes two more Knightrons.
"Archelon Solid Guard!" Blue Knight Ranger calls out, as he blocks a Knightron's spear, pushes off the Knightron and strikes it.
He then spins around, striking another Knightron, blocks another Knightorn's spear and pushes it away. He strikes another Knightron as he spins around.
"Utahraptor Spin Guard!" Pink Knight Ranger spins around, dodging a couple Knightron's spears, before spinning back, throwing off the Knightrons again.
She spins to the side, striking all the Knightrons around her.
"Archaeopteryx Float Guard!" Green Knight Ranger jumps over some Knightrons and strikes at a Knightron's spear as she lands.
She then spins around, striking the Knightrons.
"Raui Power Guard!" Black Knight Ranger flips toward some Knightrons, knocking one down.
He holds his Dino Blade to the side, before striking one Knightron and then another, before striking a third, then spins and strikes two more.
Gold Knight Ranger dodges Maggoat's arm swipe, spinning around, before Maggoat back elbows him. Maggoat looks ahead to see the other Knight Rangers charging toward him.
Red Knight Ranger runs past Maggoat, striking him with a blazing slash. Blue Knight Ranger runs up to him and turns away, with Maggoat trying to strike, only to find his attack blocked by an energy field over his back. Pink Knight Ranger rapidly spins around, striking Maggoat, as Green Knight Ranger floats by, striking him, and Black Knight Ranger runs up to Maggoat, strikes him, and then turns around and strikes him in the back, sending Maggoat flying forward.
"United Dino Blade Slash!" The five Dino Knight Rangers hold up their Dino Blades, before they deliver sword slashes, which fly at Maggoat, causing a large explosion, with Maggoat throwing backward.
Gold Knight Ranger runs over to the other Rangers, "I told you, I don't need any help."
"That's a funny way of saying thank you," Green Knight Ranger tells him.
Maggoat returns to his feet, as his blue horn glows, "Perhaps you're all too close."
Maggoat fires a large blue beam from his blue horn, hitting the six Knight Rangers, as their bodies glow.
"What just happened?" Pink Knight Ranger asks, as she, Blue, Green, and Black Knight Ranger run over to Red Knight Ranger.
Suddenly, the five Rangers' bodies glow bright blue, as large "S" symbols appear over all six Rangers, followed by Pink, Blue, Green, and Black Knight Rangers fly away and into the air.
"Guys!" Red Knight Ranger turns to watch as his friends disappear.
Red Knight Ranger turns back, as the Dimetro Blaze Armor disappears, "Alright, goat face, what you did with my friends?!"
"I gave you all the same magnetic polarity, and you are now repelled from anyone with the same polarity, and with people, emotional attachment," Maggoat explains.
"Emotional attachment," Red Knight Ranger says. "Then the reason we hadn't replled each other."
"Because we have no attachments, obviously," Gold Knight Ranger says, as he starts to walk past Red Knight Ranger and toward Maggoat.
Maggoat holds back his arms, as a red glow emerges from his chest, "You can still be attracted to other things!"
Gold Knight Ranger glows blue as the "S" symbol appears, before several dozens of objects, turn red, fly onto him and bury the Ranger.
"I got you," Red Knight Ranger opens his Totem Buckle and pulls out a Dino Totem, before flipping it to Knight Mode and places it into his Dino Blade, closing the mouth.
"Tyranno Totem!"
He holds out the Dino Blade, closing the mouth a couple times. He then holds back the Dino Blade, as an image of Tyranno Zord appears behind him, as energy gathers on the Dino Blade, "Tyranno Slash!"
He delivers a slash, which takes the shape of a biting jaw, slamming against the objects, blowing them off Gold Knight Ranger.
"This has been enough fun for now," Maggoat runs to the side.
Gold Knight Ranger holds up a hand, "You still help me?"
"Of course," Red Knight Ranger walks up to him. "We need to work together to stop the Negadons." He places a hand on Gold Knight Ranger's shoulder. "Including tracking down Maggoat."
Gold Knight Ranger looks to the side, then back to him, "Kent…"
Suddenly a small "S" symbol appears on both of them for a second, before they are pushed away by a couple inches.
"Wait, does this mean?" Red Knight Ranger asks, before he looks at them.
"Don't be ridiculous," Gold Knight Ranger turns away.
"What is your problem?" Red Knight Ranger asks.
Gold Knight Ranger looks over his shoulder, "I don't have a problem. But I'm not gonna waste my time here trusting someone just to be betrayed."
"Betray? Wait, are you refusing to work with us because Lance betrayed the original Dino Knights?" Red Knight Ranger realizes.
"It's a cautionary tale about trusting others," Gold Knight Ranger turns to face him.
"Arno… you have to be able to trust others… or you will be left very alone…" Red Knight Ranger tells him.
Gold Knight Rangers turns away, clenching his fists, "I needs to find Maggoat before he does more harm to your city."
Red Knight Ranger watches as Gold Knight Ranger runs ahead.
Brittney helps Mr. Albert onto his chair in his classroom.
"I hope Mr. Dragdan's right that this is just a flu," Brittney says.
"Yeah, me too…" Mr. Albert agrees.
In the Round Base, Mr. Dragdan stands at the table holding his walkie talkie, "Rangers, I have bad news, a monster had been created from Mr. Albert."
"Is he okay?" Pink Knight Ranger's voice asks.
"For the moment," Mr. Dragdan answers, before seeing something in the Oracle Orb. "Hold on, it looks like the monster has appeared at the docks."
"Okay, I'll be there in a few minutes," Red Knight Ranger's voice responds.
"It might take the rest of us some more time, we were kinda spread out," Black Knight Ranger's voice adds.
"Spread out?" Mr. Dragdan responds.
Menasaur stands in front of Maggoat, "Now, next, I want you to…"
"Lance!" Red Knight Ranger arrives, several feet away.
"Ah, isn't it the leader of the magnetic charged Rangers," Menasaur says, as he and Maggoat turn to face him.
"How dare you use Mr. Albert to create a monster," Red Knight Ranger says.
"Its fitting, after all it was his lecture that inspired the creation of Maggoat," Menasaur tells him. "Now, Maggoat, one Ranger should be no problem."
"Of course, I'll charge him into oblivion," Maggoat says, before he runs ahead.
"I like his powers, his banter not so much," Menasaur says.
Red Knight Ranger strikes at the charging monster with his Dino Blade, but Maggoat dodges it and swipes his arm at him. Red Knight Ranger blocks the arm, and kicks Maggoat. He then rolls ahead and spin kicks Maggoat. Maggoat is forced back a couple steps, before starts firing a purple beam from his head, as Red Knight Ranger runs to the side, dodging them.
Gold Knight Ranger arrives, sees Maggoat catches Red Knight Ranger's Dino Blade, then looks to the side to see Menasaur.
"Traitor…" Gold Knight Ranger charges over to Menasaur, who holds up his sword to block a swipe from the Mosa Blaster.
"Ah, and now the Goldilocks Ranger has arrived," Menasaur says, before he pushes up with his sword and uses his shield to push Gold Knight Ranger back.
Gold Knight Ranger fires his Mosa Blaster, with Menasaur blocks with his shield, before he spins around and strikes with his sword, as Gold Knight Ranger rolls away from the attack, followed by back kicking Menasaur. Menasaur strikes down with his sword, as Gold Knight Ranger flips to the side, before he jumps up, spins in midair and fires at Menasaur, knocking him forward.
Gold Knight Ranger then notices green energy flying over his head, before he turns his head.
Green energy flies into Maggoat, who starts to grow as Red Knight Ranger turns to his feet.
"Still think you can beat me on my own" Maggoat calls out, before looking down.
"My friends will be here, and you going down," Red Knight Ranger holds up his Dino Blade.
"You and what army?" Maggoat asks.
Stego Zord starts shooting a series of spikes from its back. Saber-Toothed Tiger Zord strikes forward. Ankylo Zord turns and swings down its hammer tail. Tricera Zord flips head over tail, slashing its horn.
All four attacks fly at Maggoat, blasting him.
"We might not be an army..." Black Knight Ranger says, standing on Stego Zord.
"But will we do?" Green Knight Ranger says, standing on Saber-Toothed Tiger Zord.
"We might still be under Maggoat's powers…" Pink Knight Ranger says, standing on Ankylo Zord.
"But we won't let that stop us," Blue Knight Ranger says, standing on Tricera Zord.
"That's the spirit," Red Knight Ranger switches his Dino Blade to his other hand and presses the button on his Knight Morpher. "Summon Tyranno Zord!"
Tyranno Zord runs through the city, roaring.
Red Knight Ranger throws a Dino Totem, "Begin transformation!"
"Tyranno Zord Battle Mode, ready!"
Maggoat fires a beam from his head, blasting the Zords.
Blue, Pink, Green, and Black Knight Rangers fall onto the ground.
Red Knight Ranger's cockpit shakes.
Tyranno Zord falls down, bringing up a large splash of water, which rains down on Gold Knight Ranger.
Tyranno Zord gets up on a knee.
"He was confident that his friends would arrive when he needed them… because he trusted them…" Gold Knight Ranger slowly clenches a fist.
Menasaur looks over to Gold Knight Ranger, "So what are you gonna do, goldie?"
"I know exactly what to do," Gold Knight Ranger says, before he holds up a Dino Totem, flips it to Knight Mode, and slides it onto the Mosa Sword.
"Lambeo Totem!"
Gold Knight Ranger swings the Mosa Sword, with a sword slash hits Tyranno Zord as it returns to its feet, followed by a long, red metallic coil wraps around the Zord.
"What is this?!" Red Knight Ranger's arms are forced at his side.
Gold Knight Ranger tabs the back of his Mosa Blaster and removes the Dino Totem. He holds up a Dino Totem, flips it to Knight Mode, and places it into the back of the Mosa Blaster, with the sides flipped up to fins.
"Spino Totem!"
He pumps the Mosa Blaster a couple times, as gold energy surrounds his upper body. He then aims it straight ahead and fires, with lightning raining down on him.
"Spino Shock Armor, Armor Up!" Gold Knight Ranger lowers his arm, as the armor forms on him.
He pumps the Mosa Blaster and fires a bolt of lightning, electructing the encoiled Tyranno Zord.
Red Knight Ranger's cockpit surges with electricity.
"What are you doing!" Blue Knight Ranger calls out.
"Kent!" Pink Knight Ranger calls out.
"Stop it!" Green Knight Ranger calls out.
"You're going to hurt him!" Black Knight Ranger calls out.
Red Knight Ranger starts to fall back in his cockpit.
Tyranno Zord falls backward, with an explosion of dirt and debris.
"I don't believe you actually attack him," Menasaur says. "I got to say, that's pretty heartless."
"I did what I had to," Menasaur says.
"Why did you attack him?" Pink Knight Ranger asks, as she, Blue, Green, and Black Knight Rangers return to their feet.
"Combine," Gold Knight Ranger says.
"But Maggoat's attack from earlier…" Blue Knight Ranger says.
Red Knight Ranger returns to his feet, "It's okay, I trust him." He crosses his arms. "Zords combine!"
"Dino Knight Megazord United Armored, ready!"
"We did it," Pink Knight Ranger looks around in her cockpit.
"But how?!" Menasaur asks.
"I'm surprised, Menasaur," Gold Knight Ranger starts. "You were inspired by Mr. Albert's lecture to create Maggoat, but you forgot about how magnets are created."
"Of course!" Blue Knight Ranger calls out. "Arno created a coil and electric current."
Tyranno Zord wrapped with a coil as it is blasted by lightning, with blue lines are shown encircling it with a large "S" symbol, before the lines become red and the "S" symbol replaces with a "N" symbol.
"It caused Tyranno Zord's magnetic polarity to change!"
"Now its polarity is different from our Zords, we are able to combine," Blue Knight Ranger finishes.
"Good job, Arno," Red Knight Ranger says.
"I'm just glad it works," Gold Knight Ranger nods his head.
"Now, to crash Maggoat," Red Knight Ranger says. "Let's go!"
Dino Knight Megazord charges Maggoat, punching it with the Tyranno head.
Each of the Knight Rangers spin around in their cockpits.
Dino Knight Megazord strikes Maggoat with the Tiger Saber.
Green Knight Ranger strikes with her Dino Blade, "Tiger Saber Slash!"
Blue Knight Ranger strikes with his Dino Blade, "Tricera Blade Strike!"
Dino Knight Megazord strikes with its Tiger Saber, immediately followed by Tricera Zord's horn striking.
Both attacks hit Maggoat.
Black Knight Ranger holds back his arms, "Twin Drill Strike!"
Dino Knight Megazord lunges forward as the spikes on its chest spin, slamming against Maggoat, who is pushed back, as explosions go off around him, before his horns snap off.
"My horns, those things don't grow back!" Maggoat holds his hands to his head.
"Now for the rest," Red Knight Ranger holds up his Dino Blade.
Dino Knight Megazord holds up the Tiger Saber.
"No way, I'm out," Maggoat turns, jumps off a skyscraper and jumps straight over the ocean.
"You are not getting away that easy," Gold Knight Ranger holds up his Mosa Blaster. "Summon Mosa Zord!"
Maggoat jumps over the ocean, when all of a sudden Mosa Zord jumps out of the ocean and grabs Maggoat with its mouth.
"Hey! I'm not the catch of the day!" Maggoat complains, as sparks go off.
Mosa Zord jumps out of the ocean, flips through the air and throws Maggoat into the air.
"This definitely isn't positive!" Maggoat yells, as he falls down, before he is struck with Mosa Zord's tail, with him being consumed in a large explosion.
Mosa Zord roars as it falls back into the ocean.
"This isn't over," Menasaur says, before he turns away.
Gold Knight Ranger looks over to the side, "I'm sure."
Mr. Albert sits upright in his chair, "That's odd… all of a sudden, I feel so much better."
Brittney tilts her head, "Maybe it was a… forty-three minutes flu…"
The next day, Arno enters Mr. Albert's classroom to find the other unmorphed Knight Rangers and Mr. Dragdan.
"Arno, how can we help you?" Buffy asks.
"I… This isn't easy for me, but I have to say, I'm impressed by your level of trust with each other…" Arno starts. "And how you seem to trust me. So maybe, I'll be willing to try and operate as a team."
Arno starts to back up, "So, I will... see you around."
"Will you look at that," Jackie says.
"At least he said he was willing to give it a try," Mackey adds.
Kents smiles, "It's a start."
At the Darkness Caverns, Shroomie walks into a chamber to find Forte standing in front of something tall covered with a large cloth.
Shroomie tilts his head, "Hum, what's that…?"
"A project that was left unfinished for millions of years, and which I will now revive!" Forte starts, before he pulls off the cloth, revealing a mostly white robotic body, with a pair of shoulder cannons and claws on each arm. "Mechanoid!"
