Hey guys, LAST chapter of the main story right here. But don't worry, I plan on making bonus chapters for this story! Already have one of those written actually. Thanks for all of your support, and always feel free to review. Read the end of chapter comments for more info!

Today was the day. The day in which Soma and Erina would settle their Shokugeki once and for all and go all out trying to make the other call their food delicious. Not that Soma didn't try hard before when he was making a dish, but even he had a few tricks up his sleeve from when he trained overseas which he hadn't shown Erina yet. There was also a lot on the line. If someone admitted that the other person's dish was delicious, the maker of the dish would get to ask any one thing from the other person, which they couldn't deny.

Soma's mind wandered as he thought of all the things he could ask Erina once she said his food was delicious. Yes, it wasn't a matter of if he knew it was going to happen. He first thought of all the things he could ask her which were embarrassing and funny to him and then he thought of more… impure things.

Similar thoughts appeared in Erina's mind.

"When he calls my dish delicious today, I can't wait until he is at my beck and call for an entire day, a week, his whole life?!"

Erina hummed to herself as she walked into the Totsuki main building, having already decided what dish she was going to make today. However, her victory wouldn't come for a few hours, since she had to adhere to her matters as Totsuki headmistress after all.

Today she had a lot of things on her schedule, which included meeting with a student. This student was a 2nd year in line to be expelled, and the meeting was really nothing more than a formality which had to occur to make it official. As if on cue, as soon as Erina was pulling up the file for the student, he walked in, appearing very nervous as if he already knew what was coming

"Toshiro Yagami, I assume you already know why I have called you here today?"

Erina was currently in her ice princess persona, coldy staring down the student and asserting her superiority in a way only she could.

"Y-yes, Nakiri-sensei."

"I'm going to cut to the chase, after viewing your academic records, you have a history of below average marks in many of your classes. Normally we're allowed to issue out expulsions as we please, but I'm at least nice enough to hear what you have to say as to why you believe you should say."

"Well, you see, last year…"

Toshiro then went on to speak for no less than 20 minutes about basically everything that happened to him at Totsuki, with a detailed reason as to why some of his performances weren't up to par and a lengthy explanation as to what he learned from those experiences.

Erina listened somewhat boredly, and planned to expel him either way no matter what he said, she just wanted the piece of mind that she at least allowed him to speak his thoughts in front of her."

After his monologue, he looked up for Erina's response. Stoically, she replied

"Unfortunately, since Totsuki has such high standards, there are some students we must just let go. If we don't do this, the overall standards would grow lax and the quality of each student would surely decline. And you have not met this standard so I'm sorry to inform you that you are now expel-"

At this moment, a new voice spoke up

"Why don't you just taste his cooking and then decide whether or not he stays?"

"S-Soma! What are you doing here! Can't you see I'm in an important meeting right now?!"

"By important meeting do you mean expelling a student? At least tell me you have tasted his cooking before coming to that decision."

"W-well no, I haven't but looking at the data in seemed like the best choice to make."

"Can I see the data?"

Soma walked from his spot near the door and went over to Erina and grabbed the file from her. He then sat in her personal chair and began to look through it quickly.

"Hey that's my chair! Only the headmistress is allowed to sit there!"

"I'll let you sit once you start doing your job properly." He teased her.

"I want to point something out to you." Erina walked around the desk and he quickly pulled her into his lap. She let out a slight shriek which had Soma giggly. Erina attempted to scold him with little success.

"Did you come here just to cause trouble! I don't mind you doing whatever you want with me when we're alone but it's not acceptable in front of a student!"

Erina then covered her mouth realizing she just did say something embarrassing in front of a student. Now she really wanted to expel him to make sure the word didn't get out that she was defenseless against Soma and a lot nicer than she often appeared. Soma looked at her and grinned.

"Did I hear you right? Anything I want?"

"A-anyway, let's just table that talk until after the student leaves. I expect you to actually show me something of worth now!"

"Relax, Erina, I wouldn't waste your time. You see Toshiro's grades in his first year right?"

"Yeah and they're mostly below average for his grade."

"But have you compared them to other first year grades in the past?"

"No, but his relative grades should be indicator enough in my opinion."

"And that's where you're wrong. If I'm remembering correctly, Toshiro's first year grades are actually above average compared to every first year that has ever attended this academy, but it's just the current second year class he's in has a lot of talent so it's been hard for him to stand out. Is that right?"

Toshiro just sat then and then nodded his head a few times quickly, glad that Soma was basically vouching for his life in the academy right now.

"Feel free to check the data if you want Erina, but i think I've got this one."

"I'll do just that!"

Erina leaned over as best she could to her computer, having much difficulty since she was still sitting on Soma and he seemed to be doing every subtle thing the mess with her focus while she was typing, like moving at random times and playing with her hair! She wanted to smack him and kiss him at the same time, but that would have to wait. After all, she would have him at her mercy once she won their Shokugeki.

"There, found it. It seems like you were actually right Soma. I'll give Toshiro a chance to prove himself."

Erina got up from her spot on Soma's lap and went to address Toshiro.

"Alright Toshiro, after the intervention of Soma-sensei, I have decided to give you an on the spot pass or fail exam right now. If you make a dish for me that I deem acceptable, you may stay at Totsuki. However, if you fail to meet the standard, you will be expelled immediately!"

Soma walked over and put his hand on Toshiro's shoulder and said

"I wish you luck dude, from how I see things, I think both of our lives are at stake right now."

Soma looked back to see Erina glaring at him with as much intimidation as she could muster, which seemed like a lot to Toshiro but Soma knew Erina was barely keeping her composure.

After a hour, Toshiro presented his dish to Erina, and she ended up giving him a passing grade

"You passed, but not by much so I hope you take this experience to heart and increase your studies,'' she said to the leaving Toshiro. Soma gave him a high five on the way out and then closed the door of Erina's office.

Immediately, she tackled him to the ground, and began her barrage of questions. She straddled him leaving him no opportunity for escape, not like he wanted one though.

"Since when did you get so knowledgeable about the grades of students at this school?! I thought you could care less about that kind of thing."

"Well here's the thing, as the head instructor of the school, It's only natural that I would know a thing or two about what goes on in the school and grades and stuff like that."

"I-I never said you were the head instructor! You have to earn that!"

"Haven't I already though? I just helped save a student who would have wrongfully been thrown out. A school is not a school without students."

"He still barely passed. You probably gave him some sort of tip beforehand! I saw you talking to him."

"I was just letting him know that both our lives hinged on his performance, and it seems that while he has been saved from the wrath of the queen I have not."

Erina began giggling at his joke, she had known he had a good point ever since he brought up the past years data, and she was pretty much just messing with him at that point. She leant down and gave him a warm kiss on the lips, which they both savored.

"Thank you." Erina admitted

"Anything for my queen. And I know you'd do the same for me based on what you said earlier today."

Erina blushed remembering that slip up

"T-that was a bit of an exaggeration you see… actually it is you who will do my every bidding once you call my food delicious! And since it's a Shokugeki there will be no escape for you!"

"Oh so that's what you want? Me to be your personal servant?"

"That is one of many things I could want. But yes, that does seem like it would be very fun indeed."

"Well that motivates me then, because I have a whole list of things I can choose for you to do once you finally call my dish delicious!"

"I think we should settle things, right now."

Erina got off of Soma, and then helped him up and the two walked to the Shokugeki hall together. They walked there together hand in hand, but silent. While they each had their own visions for what their reward could be, what each of them really wanted was to put their all into their respective dishes and have them convey the intense love they had for each other. Once the two got to the hall, they shared a kiss and wished each other good luck.

The dish which Soma was making was a perfected version of his transforming furikake gohan. He had many reasons for making this dish, and it meant a lot to him. This was the dish he made when him and Erina met. This was the dish which she criticized which made him even want to go to Totsuki. This was the dish where Soma made the promise that one day she would call his cooking delicious. He wanted to make her his through this dish, and none other.

Erina had also thought a lot about which dish she was going to make. She decided upon making a perfected version of Soma's fragranceless fried rice, which he had made in the BLUE competition. Erina decided that the dish she was going to make had to be one of his a long time ago. She wanted to convey how much of a role he had in her life in this dish. She wanted to really show her appreciation for everything he had done for her through this dish. She had decided to make fried rice after hearing about how it was the first dish his mom had taught him how to make. She was deeply saddened by what happened to his mom, and now found a desire to be the woman in Soma's life. She knew she could never be a replacement, but she did know she could offer him more love and appreciation than anyone else, and could make him truly happy.

Neither competitor spoke to each other during the entire preparation time. Even though they made their dishes solely with the other person in mind, they both knew the sheer effect of what words they exchanged could have. After an hour, the two chefs completed a single dish each, and presented them to each other.

"What did you make, Soma?"

"Transforming Furikake Gohan. I thought it would be best to settle things with the dish I made when we first met. And you?"

"Fragranceless fried rice, Erina-style. This dish means many things, but I want you to think of it as a thank you for all that you've done."

Once the two exchanged their dishes, they both dug in at the same time. After the first bite, Erina knew that the dish was delicious, the true top which cooking could offer. It blew away every dish she had before, Saiba's and Soma's other marvelous creations included. She began to eat in an almost undignified way the dish was so delicious, as if it was forcing her to eat it as fast as possible within two minutes she was completely done, and could feel the oncoming of the blessing pulse. She tried to fight it briefly, but with no avail. In an instant, the blessing pulse happened, stripping her of her chefs coat and pants, as well as Soma. It was the first time the blessing pulse worked on herself, a testament to the deliciousness of the dish.

Meanwhile, Soma was caught in a world of his own. While he was eating the dish Erina had made for him, it was like he was going through time, remembering and seeing images of his mom. He then saw images of all the people in his life who caused him to become who he is, and lastly images of Erina. He was able to see how she was grateful for everything that he did for her, and how she wanted to be someone who continued making an impact in his life. This dish was truly delicious, the best which he had ever had. He knew he had lost the Shokugeki but just wanted to be honest now.

"It was deli-"

"It was delicious." Erina spoke up, saying it before he could.

Soma looked at Erina for the first time since accepting the dish, and saw that she had tears in her eyes. Not tears of sadness but of pure joy. Though the blessing had rendered her and Soma both in their underwear, she ran up to him and gave him a tight hug.

"It was delicious, it was delicious, it was delicious!" Erina declared as a few more tears streamed down her face. Soma wiped them away, a few tears of his own running down his face. He had wanted to hear those words from her for so long, and she had finally actually said them. However, this was only the beginning of him getting her to say delicious. He planned to keep doing it for a long time, forever actually. After a few minutes of enjoying each other's warmth, they finally separated, smiles on their faces.

"I guess this means you won the Shokugeki, Soma. You finally got me to say you cooking was delicious. I'll do whatever you want me to. Anything."

"Well you said my dish was delicious four times so does that mean I get four requests?" Soma joked.

"No! What?... ok fine. If you really want four requests I will grant you them."

"I was just joking, Erina. There was really only one thing I wanted to ask of you, and I was waiting for after you said my cooking was delicious to do so."

"What is it?" Erina asked curiously

"Erina, I know it's long overdue, but will you be my girlfriend?"

"Of course I will, dummy! You cannot believe how long I have been waiting for you to ask me out officially. Ever since our second year! It makes me feel a bit better there was a reason why you were holding back but you sure kept me waiting! I was about to ask you out myself a few times."

"Well why didn't you? You know I would have said yes."

"Yes, but that would have been humiliating! For the girl to ask out the guy."

"But what if I was stolen from you? By some other girl."

"I knew that would never happen. Because I knew I had captured your heart long ago."

"That's right." Soma remarked.

"I also thought your dish was delicious, so if you would like to ask a request of me feel free to ask."

"Is that so? I wonder which of the many amusing things I thought of I'll have you do." Erina replied slyly.

"Well I am now your boyfriend so it's sort of my duty to fulfill your requests." Soma chuckled.

"Alright, I've figured out my request. But you're allowed to refuse if you want to."

"Ok, I'm all ears. What is it?"

"Would you… would you want to join Totsuki as a permanent instructor of the academy? And as the vice principal as well?

"Would that mean spending more time with you?"

"Of course it would, Soma."

"I love you, Erina."

"I love you too, Soma."

Soma then embraced Erina again and kissed her once, twice, more times than he could count. After they got off of each other, the realization that she was hardly wearing any clothes finally hit Erina.

"Soma! When were you going to tell me that I was wearing hardly anything?"

"I don't know, I thought you looked good like that. Besides, I'm hardly wearing anything either so it's not like you're alone and the place is locked so no ones gonna see you like that."

Now that she knew the place was locked, Erina had an idea.

"Well let's change that."

"What?" Soma questioned "Oh yeah, we can probably put our shirts and pants back on now, it's probably a bit chilly for you."

"The opposite, actually."

"Huh?"

"Off. let's take what we have off."

Soma paused for a second, stunned, but then smiled and said

"If that's okay with the princess" and then the clothes flied off

6 months later, the start of a new school year at Totsuki.

Erina and the rest of the staff sat on the stage for the opening ceremony of a new class at Totsuki. Hisako had decided to drop in this year as well, and she had a seat right next to Erina. She spoke up, eyeing the ring on Erina's finger.

"It really only took him 3 months after asking you out to propose, huh?"

"I'm surprised it took that long, I was half expecting he would propose to me after he won the Shokugeki honestly. He said he wanted to hear me call his dishes delicious a bunch more times before he proposed though." Erina giggled

"That is so like him. I hear he's the vice principal now, what led you to that decision?"

"He's strong in areas I am not. Mainly seeing the potential in people and he's just good with people in general which is a good complement to me. We make a good team, that's for sure."

Hisako smiled

"You sure do."

It was now time for Soma's speech, so everyone quieted down once he got to the mic.

"Hello everyone. My name is Yukihira Soma, the vice principal of Totsuki. You know, this really brings back memories for me, giving a speech on this stage. Back when I was a first year, I gave a speech this year too! But anyways, as you probably already know, Totsuki has been run by the Nakiri family for generations. That beautiful blonde lady on stage is your headmistress, Erina Nakiri, and she's also going to be my wife soon!"

Erina was a bit embarrassed and blushed at how Soma declared that to the entire school almost immediately, but was glad nonetheless. Soma received some cheers from the second and third years in the crowd.

"In past years, Totsuki was known as a school which was very cutthroat, where only those who outcompeted each other earned the privilege of graduating. However, going forward, the school will be different. Instead of competing against each other, I would like you all to work together to reach new heights. I believe that by doing this we will be able to create dishes never heard of before. I look forward to interacting with you all, and on behalf of Totuski, Erina Nakiri, and the rest of the staff, lets have a good school year!

The End

Wow, that was good. I really liked that ending. Main story is complete, I hope you liked it! But don't worry, this story will have extras! I already have one written which is how Soma became an instructor at Totsuki in the first place, and I also plan to have a chapter on the marriage of Soma and Erina. Another idea would be a spin off of what if Soma or Erina chose a different reward after the Shokugeki. Maybe something spicy? Feel free to add your suggestions in the reviews, I really like how this story turned out and want to do more with the post canon reality I have created!

Until next time,
