Chapter 10! Okay, to answer some questions in reviews: I am really just winging this story and although I have a basic plot to move the story forwards, I could take anywhere from 20-75 chapters to get there. I think I originally said 50 Chapters, but I mean…

Also, I only started Rocket League about a month ago and I'm Gold 1 Div 4 in Doubles. I'm not sure if that's good, but I feel as if I am relatively okay for how much I have played.

I found a tree of a good size, with an empty space below the trunk. Separating myself from the rest of the cats would make my job easier, so I worked towards giving myself a home. A layer of leaves with a moss nest on top was first to come.

I grabbed some brambles and put them around the extra entrances below the tree, and before long, was able to settle down, finally allowing myself a moment to think.

I could only assume that Ice and Snake would go back to Scourge to make a report, so I had to give them something to tell Scourge. Perhaps tell them that Starclan brought me back to help the clans, but that I am actually only going to infiltrate them to learn what has changed to make them want me back so badly.

"Yes…" I muttered to myself. "That would work. Just enough truth to be real." The details were unimportant, so I was really just staring off into space when I heard the pad of pawsteps coming towards me.

Crouching towards the back of my den, I saw the shadow of a cat pass the entrance. I breathed a sigh of relief, not wanting to see any cats at that moment, but it seemed I was too soon in my relief, as the shadow came into view again, and this time stopped.

"Flame?" I heard a quiet voice from Snake. "We… me and Ice that is, we are going to go back to Bloodclan to see what's going on there, and to tell Scourge what is going on here."

"I expected as much," I crawled out of the den, and shook out my fur. "Bring a report to Scourge for me, will you?" Snake nodded his head. "Tell Scourge that I am only staying here for one reason. I know the clans, and their pride would not allow them to invite me back into the clan unless something really bad was going on."

Snake just nodded his head, trusting my knowledge on the clans. "If the clans have that big of a problem, then it means Scourge could have an opportunity."

"Exactly," I hissed in glee. "Bloodclan could have an opportunity to expand. And the forest would make a very good hunting ground."

Snake opened his mouth, scenting the air, and I followed suit. "Someone's here." I breathed, motioning Snake with my tail to flank the intruder.

We stalked around to opposite sides of whoever was there. The cat shifted uneasily, as Snake and I had abruptly stopped talking, and I pounced, Snake on the other side in case the cat ran. A flash of light blue underneath me gave me slight warning, and I clipped the cat just barely.

"Ice?!" I growled. "What are you doing here?" Ice sat up from where she was crouched, covered in different herbs to mask her smell, and started grooming herself off.

"I wanted to make sure Snake was okay," She sniffed. "You never know with someone like you."

I let my voice layer into hurt. "What does that mean?" Ice just stared at me with a 'you know' look. "Well anyway, you two are leaving." I said, brushing it off. "Tell Scourge what I told you, and then Scourge could perhaps send someone everyone moon to take a report?"

Snake was the one to reply on this one. "Yes, we will do that. And Flame… come back sometime."

I purred in delight. "I will come back when I am sure we can destroy the clans." Ice and Snake looked at each other, and then back at me. "Oh, don't be so surprised. I don't plan on actually helping the clans. Starclan just had misplaced faith."

I padded around in a circle. "I fully plan on destroying the clans for what Thunderclan did to me. Now get to Scourge. He needs to know what we know."

Ice and Snake bowed their heads slightly, and then padded off, gaining speed once they were away from me.

'And now.' I thought. 'To find out what the Shadows really want.'

This chapter is a little shorter because of schoolwork, but I am trying my best. I am going to probably post another Wednesday, but no guarantees. Anyway, thanks for the support so far, and I hope I'll be able to continue making what you all think is a good story!
