Part 4a – Investigation day 4

The investigation yeilded little results on Corellia, however it did direct us to Coruscant, and then from there to a planet called Kamino, and from there, a planet I had never heard of that was called Geonosis. For wont of a better term, Geonosis was possibly the worst place to visit. The station keepers instructed us to go to Tatooine. For the life of met I felt a pull to a different world. A world called Arda III

Four long days had passed since Undryl had reunited with Bodgey, and then had to attend her own funeral after finding out and confirming that it indeed was a lightsaber that struck Undryl, at least the human Undryl, down. There was always the possibly that somehow had the technology to transfer ones spirit and soul into a new body. But the Force had already done that.

A day after Undryl was formally buried in a state funeral, Bodgey revealed to her parents that the possiblity that Undryl was reborn was a very real chance. However they might not recognise her right away until they met her. However it only took a very brief report from a assembly line worker reporting that a Tooka half the size of Undryls pet Nexu, Taia was caught wandering the assembly line of the CR90 exploring a corridor "Like Lady Undryl used to, even tried to order the same corridor off the line for fixes that she spotted."

It made Tobias Stathe smile, so it was truth, rebirth was possible! He was fulkly expecting to see his beautiful human daughter stepping into his family room, but instead the person escorted in by two security droids was a four foot tall, brown and white and black Tooka like creature. Who wore the same outfit Undryl had been killed wearing!

But it was when the Tooka spoke that Tobias had dashed all thoughts of never seeing his beloved daughter ever again as Undryl waved shyly saying "Hi Daddy, Momma" Tobias sat down heavily on the sofa as Undryls mom stared briefly for but a moment before giving a shout of joy and all but tackling the Tooka off her feet. The security droids were allowed to leave the room.

Because once Bodgey confirmed Undryls story of dying, hearing the Voice of the Force, and waking up elsewhere as the truth, and she remembered everything of her past life, it only made more sense she remain there as much as she could.

Unfortunately, because of Undryls vote, that wasnt exactly possible just yet. It was also possible that because of the events on Coruscant with a major senate vote concerning the sepratist crisis. Things were just not going well as one would hope

So, after four long days of carefully examining everything they possibly could, they came to one conclusion, it had to be a Sith that struck Undryl down in cold blood, but why her ? There was also the issue of getting Shanniah out of Jedi Jail on Coruscant for being lax in her duties that resulted in the death of Undryl in the first place.

Undryl, Baozi, Baozi's Padawan Nyxia, and Bodgey wer each given a room they could use in the Stathe manor, infact Undrly really just had her own bedroom to begin with, Taia was overjoyed her master was back and even though Undryl was now a Tooka, the Nexu kitling curled up with her, the two cats purring in their sleep.

But after four days of information sorting and gathering, revisiting the site of where Undryl had died in the rain, every possible angle had been extensively explored. It was at the point of nothing was left to explore or look into. But on that morning things felt different. There was an odd charge in the air as something was about to happen, or it had happened and it was simply the calm before the crazy began.

So as Undryl, now calling herself well, Jedi Master Undryl Stathe, it made things slightly easier as she practised and meditated in her room, Taia, her Nexu kitling pet kept close to her beloved master to the point wherein the two could easily be mistaken for wild animals inside a bedroom of a massive mansion house.

But as Undryl viewed the holonet, the senate was at a stalemate, there was no way they could infact raise an army to fight the heavy backing of the sepreatists and from what Undryul could see, things were getting heated with more and more representatives threasting to leave and join the sepratists. Shit was going sideways very quickly. And as Undryl ate breakfast she came to the conclusion that finding who killed her and why was not going to work if they remained any longer on Corellia.

They had to go to Coruscant

So to that extent she spoke to her mother first. It wasnt easy, but her mother had taken remarkably faster than Undryl had feared to the fact that her daughter was still alive, only shorter then she used to be, and also quite fuzzy and in many ways, cute as hell.

But as Undyrl spoke and planned with her mother, Tooge contacted the Jedi Master on the comilink once Tobias had ensured that Undryls codes were still very good and were cleared for returning or taking off from the spaceport when and where needed.

It was time to go to Coruscant, only Shanniah could be of help to them at that point and so far only Bodgey, Baozi,m Nyxia, and Undryls parents, knew that Undryl wasnt dead. So all they had to do was bust Shanniah out of jail on Coruscant, but why did it feel as if it was really just a walk down memory lane for the Tooka ? It didnt matter, she felt she could convince Yoda to let her friend free.

It was not something shye could explain, and yet her mother had given ideas. There was a shipment to Coruscant concerning a few YT1300 transports, and a good dozen CR90 corevettes and what might have been a Phoenix Class CR90 with a huge hangar bay built into it, like a command ship of some form.

"That would give me the perfect cover of going to Coruscant, but what about getting off Coruscant ? I dont know how long I will be there, and I was a child when we went there last" Undryl said to her mother

"And that my dear girl, is where your skills and new access of being a Jedi come in, from what I know of the Jedi, they're welcomed everywhere in the galaxy, so getting off Coruscant shouldnt be an issue for you at all" Her mother replied

"So, who ordered these ships ? Anyone we know ?" Undryl asked as she took the datapad from her mother and started pawing through it, it took very little for her to get used to only having three fingers, not including her thumb, but it was easier then she had feared.

"Bail Organa, the Senator from Alderaan" Undryls mother replied, Madiem Stathe had done her work it seemed, the Senator wanted a dozen CR90 vessels, one of them he wanted to name after his own fathers ship, the Tantive III. Which meant that the newest ship would still have to get named, and in this case, get named to be called Tantive IV

"So I have a way to Coruscant, but not a way off... unless." Well, Tooge said he worked with the Jedi and had ferried her, even Bodgey, and Baozi and Nyxia where they needed to go as long as he got paid a line of credit to ensure everything was all set "I got it, Tooge can head for Coruscant now, and wait for me there, in the meant time I can ferry this order to the Senator, did he say to deliver the shipment directly to Alderaan ?"

"He did, he said he'd also pay for everything including lodging for any staff of CEC that are sent along to deliveer the vessels" Madiem replied.

"So he doesnt want any of the vessels slaverigged ?" Madiem shook her head. It would have saved a lot in terms of staff leaving the shipyards, but if they wanted a week long paid vacation, and a chance to visit family on Coruscant. "Mother, make sure each staffer going to take these vessels to Coruscant have family that live there that they can visit. If any staffers do not have family on coruscant, they cannot go with this order"

"I agree, your father is getting a list of names and going through them as we speak, have you eaten ?" Madiem replied, Undryl shook her head, she hadnt had breakfast yet.

"Have you seen Master Vanvaris ?" Undryl then asked

"He said he had something he wanted to look into at the Axial Park complex. He said you can join him there if you wanted, he also said he wanted you to have what is on the table there" Madiem pointed at the kitchen table, they had spent the last two weeks seated there each night at dinner, with Undryl explaining what she could remember of her past life, as well as getting clarification from her parents of what she could remember properly.

There was a bag on the table, Undryl went to a chair and climbed onto it, then, with her mother never bothering to really try to get her off the table, Undryl stood on the table and opened the bag, inside the bag was a bunch of items, pieces of wire, some small parts of metal, a few power cells, and what looked like three or four focusing crystals along with a written note of flimsiplas paper. It was some stuff she could try to use for her Forcesaber repairs.

A smile graced the Tookas face. "Hey mom, whats for breakfast ?" Undryl asked after a moment, after breakfast she could sort through the parts that Boazi gave her, make her Forcesaber work again.

A few moments later and Mother and Daughter were enjoying a hearty breakfast.
