Situation: John's birth and death

Pops (Arnold) observing Sarah (Emilia Clarke): Your body is transitioning to the pushing stage

Sarah (Emilia Clarke) resisting urge to push): I can't do this. I will not do this. I don't want him to leave my body. He will have a low chance for survival outside my womb.

Kyle (Jai Courtney) fighting back tears): If you don't deliver soon, you and John can die.

Sarah (giving into her pain and sorrow): AHA...AHA...AHA..AHA

Doctor (holding a dead baby John): Your son is here, but he is dead. I am so sorry for your loss.

(Sarah, Kyle, and Pops are absolutely devastated. They had so many plans for John. The flashback ends)

Time Period: A series of flashbacks

Flashback: Pre Josephine's birth

Scene: Josephine's nursery aka John's former nursery

Kyle (Jai) entering the nursery): Sarah...

Sarah (heavily pregnant, she sits in a rocking chair): Yes my love

Kyle (rubbing Sarah's big swollen stomach): You are super close to delivery. How you feeling right now?

Sarah (nervous and anxious): I am nervous and anxious about giving birth. I dread losing Josephine like John.

Kyle (touching Sarah's cheek): You are young and strong. You and Josephine will survive the birthing process.

Sarah (suddenly experiences false labor pains): OH KYLE

Kyle (worried): Is it that time?

Sarah (struggling to breathe): Yes

Kyle (frantic): OH MY GOD

Pops (entering the room): I heard yelling. What is happening?

Kyle: Sarah is in labor. We must take her to the hospital asap.

Sarah (feeling better again): I am not in labor. It was a false alarm.

Flashback 2: Josephine's birth

A nurse (checking the fetal heartbeat): The fetal heartbeat sounds good

Sarah: Is it possible for the fetal heartbeat to drop while I am giving birth?

Nurse: Yes

Sarah (experiencing pressure down below): I fear for my baby's life and mine. I must push though.

Pops: So it begins

Sarah (praying and crying as begins to push): OH GOD! Please help me. Please give me strength

Kyle (switching between holding Sarah's head and hand): You can do this. I have faith in you.

(Josephine Kylie Reese arrives on the scene with less drama. Joey is deeply loved by her parents and grandpa.)

Flashback 3: Sarah's miscarriage (an ectopic pregnancy)

Scene: A Bathroom sink

Action: A pregnant Sarah (Lena Headey) is braiding Joey's hair

Sarah (almost done braiding): Joey, you have such long pretty hair

Joey: Thanks, Mommy

Sarah (feeling crampy and lightheaded): I am done with braiding your hair. Please go get your dad and grandpa.

Joey (worried): What is the matter? Is it the baby?

Sarah (bleeding and on the verge of fainting): Something is wrong with your little brother or sister

(Suddenly Sarah faints on the floor. Joey's loud wails and screams send Kyle (Jonathan) and Pops into the bathroom. Sarah is taken to the hospital asap. Later on she discovers she lost the baby. She hasn't been in this much emotional and mental turmoil since John's death.)

Time Period: The Present Reality

Place: A Hideout place- Sarah's bedroom

Kyle ( (Michael) laying next to Sarah (Linda) in bed): You look unwell

Sarah (touching her head): My head hurts. I have a terrible migraine.

Kyle (kissing Sarah's forehead): I love you

Sarah: I love you too

Kyle: Let the truth be told. This migraine is not the first one.

Sarah: The pills are not working. According to the doctor, I have a brain tumor.

Kyle: Have you told Joey, Dany, or Grace?

Sarah: No

Kyle: Why not?

Sarah: I don't want them to worry about me. This brain tumor is my private personal battle to fight.
